Chapter 27.
The UA dorms.
Izumi wakes up after a long sleep, and who can blame her? Not only was All Might's true form revealed, but last night she also learned a truth.
Yamikumo Atanagi, Izuku Midoriya before he was adopted, is her brother.

- "W-What?"- Izumi said, still shocked by the revelation. – "My brother? I-I don't understand..."-

Her mother explained everything to her, she couldn't take care of two children, so she had to give one up for adoption.
In the end, Yamikumo ended up in a bad family and ugly things happened, despite that Yamikumo told them that it wasn't their fault, no one could guess what would happen.
- "Do not blame yourself for what happened, the past is not something we can change, the best thing to do is to concentrate on creating the future that we want."- Those were the words of Yamikumo, her brother, she still hasn't gotten used to it.
And as if that were not enough, there are also One for All matters that she needs to discuss with All Might.
Izumi leaves her room; her mother is in the kitchen. – "Good morning…"- Izumi said.
Inko turns around and looks at her daughter with a smile. - "Good morning, Izumi."- She said.
Izumi was going to speak, but the sound of the door opening caught her attention, when she turned around, she could see Yamikumo coming out of the house, she goes after him.
Outside the apartment, Yamikumo goes in the direction of his house, but Izumi stops him. – "Wait!"-
Yamikumo turns around and raises an eyebrow at Izumi. – "Izumi… You need something?"- He asked.
- "No... it's just that, I don't know, I guess I still haven't finished assimilating everything."- Izumi said.
- "I see... I guess it must be too much for you, not only was All Might's secret revealed, but you also found out about our blood relationship, It's definitely a lot to take in.."- Yamikumo said.
- "Yes... but I don't dislike the idea either, I already told you, but I've always wanted to have a brother..."- Izumi said.
Yamikumo smiles slightly at this and pats Izumi's head with his hand. – "You're strong, I'm sure you'll get through this."- He said. – "After all you are my little sister."-
Izumi widens her eyes in surprise upon hearing those words, she can't stop a few small tears from coming out of her eyes, tears of happiness.
Without thinking, Izuku lunges forward and hugs Yamikumo who, initially surprised, hugs her back awkwardly.
After a few seconds in silence, they both let go of the hug and without saying anything else, Yamikumo says goodbye to Izumi and then leaves.

- "Thanks to you, many lives were saved. As a citizen and as a hero I cannot thank you enough."- Nezu said Aizawa, Seijikiro and Toshinori. – "However, the threat has not been eliminated. From now on we must protect our students even more. We'll put the dorms plan into action."- Nezu said as he showed the signs for the student dorms. – "Vlad and I will take care of visiting the relatives of class B. All Might and Eraser will take care of those of class A."-

After that, Aizawa leaves Toshinori in the house, rather an apartment, of the Midoriyas.
Toshinori is greeted by an equally nervous Izumi and Inko Midoriya. – "P-Please come in... make yourself at home."- Inko said.
Toshinori enters the apartment, which makes the mother and daughter more nervous.
- "A-All Might is in our house..."- Inko said.
- "R-Relax mom..."- Izumi said, however she couldn't blame her mother, she was just as nervous.
- "I guess you were already informed, even so I would like to inform you about the plans of the UA regarding the new dorms."- Toshinori said.
- "I…"- Inko started. – "I don't know…"- This answer surprises everyone. – "In one hand, I don't want to, the attack on the USJ, Izumi facing Stain, what happened on I-Island, the invasion of the camp, I'm afraid that Izumi will get very hurt again if something like that happens again."- The teachers were about to speak, but Inko continued. – "But, on the other hand, since Izumi entered the UA, she has managed to get the friends she never could, she awakened her quirk and I've seen her happier than ever, I don't want to take that away from her."-

Toshinori looks at Inko and stands up and with a determined face he answers. - "I promise." –

Toshinori smiles at that. – "Thanks."-

Toshinori leaves the apartment complex and to his surprise Aizawa is waiting for him. – "Why did you take so long?"- Aizawa asked.
- "Aizawa... what are you doing here?"- The retired hero asked. – "Aren't you supposed to talk with the family of young Atanagi?"-
- "I already did, they accepted as soon as I got to their home, they didn't put any kind of trouble."- Aizawa said while remembering what happened.

Aizawa arrives at the address of Yamikumo's home and knocking on the door is greeted by Kenji and Akane, the latter with a visible pregnancy. – "You must be Aizawa-san, please come in."- Akane said. – "Yamikumo, your teacher is here!"-
Once inside Aizawa takes a seat and in front of him the three Atanagi are sitting. – "Thanks for the welcome."- Aizawa said. – "I won't take much of your time, so I'll get to the point, I guess you already received the information about the UA dorms."-
- "That's correct."- Akane said.
- "Well, that saves me time."- Aizawa said. – "I only come to know what your decision on the matter is."-
- "Oh, just that?"- Kenji said. – "Sure, if that's what you're going to do, fine." –
- "As simple as that?"- Aizawa asked. – "You have no complaints about the latest events?"-
- "No. Why should we?"- Akane asked. – "There are always risks in the hero race, aren't there?"-
- "Well, I can't deny that. Well, in that case I'll leave, thank you very much for your hospitality."- Aizawa said while leaving the place. – "So far this has been the most normal visit of all..."- He thought.

- "I see…"- Toshinori said. – "Well, in that case we're done."-

A few weeks later.
Class A is located in front of the Heights Alliance building. The Heights Alliance dormitories are large buildings with five floors separated into two wings. Each building has its respective class name posted above a sign that reads "Alliance". Each building is circled by low hedge bushes that leave a path open to the entrance. The entrance is comprised of two sets of double doors. Alongside the pathway are two park benches and two towers with lights on them. The first level of the building is white while the upper levels are colored brown on the outside.
- "They're all here... I'm glad everyone is safe and sound."- Aizawa said. – "We have a lot to do, but first."- Aizawa looks at the group, six people specifically. – "Todoroki, Midoriya, Kirishima, Ashido, Yaoyorozu, Iida… You six decided to act without permission and went to rescue Bakugo."-
- "Eh?"-
- "You did what?"-
- "Due to the reactions it is correct to assume that everyone was aware of that..."- Aizawa said. – "I'll tell you right away... if it wasn't for All Might's retirement, I would have kicked out everyone except Bakugo, Jiro and Ojiro. Apart from the six I mentioned, the other eleven knew about the matter and didn't say anything... one way or another you betrayed our trust."-
Everyone was shocked by those words.
- "So from now on do me the favor of acting as established."- Aizawa continued. – "With that said, let's move on. Smile and follow me."-
Despite that, everyone was still too shocked and in low spirits after Aizawa's words.
Seeing the friends of his classmates (aka Krishima) Bakugo grabs Kaminari by the shirt and drags him behind the bushes and after doing various things Kaminari comes out of the bushes in his "silly" state, this manages to raise the spirits of the class a bit. – "Kirishima."- The blonde catches his friend's attention and hands him some money. – "You spent a lot of money on those night vision goggles, right?"-
- "Well yes… How did you know?"- Kirishima asks as he takes the money.
- "What do you care?! I don't need you to spend money on me!"- Bakugo said.
After this and with the spirits recovered all students in class A started following Aizawa. – "Each class will have a building. In addition, the bedrooms are divided, to the right will be the girls and to the left the boys. However, the first floor is a shared area."- Aizawa said while opening the principal door of the building. – "The dining room, showers and laundry are located here, in addition to the common room."-
- "The sofa is so cute and wide!"- Mina said.
- "We even have a yard!"- Sero said.
- "It's like a mansion!"- Uraraka said.
They all go up to the next floor. - "The rooms start from the second floor. On each floor there will be four rooms divided between boys and girls."- In that Aizawa opens a room to show how it is. – "Each one of you will have your own room, you will have air conditioning, bathroom, refrigerator and a closet."-
- "We even have balconies."- Izuku said.
- "It's like a mansion!"- Uraraka said.
- "Everyone's luggage has already been sent to their respective rooms. Today they will dedicate themselves to fixing their rooms, tomorrow we will start working. That's all."- After those words, Aizawa so goes, and everyone starts to work in their rooms.

All the guys sit on the couches, they just finished organizing their rooms.
- "Wow, we didn't come here under the best of circumstances, but it's exciting to know that this is what our life together will be like now."- Kaminari said.
- "I'm tired..."- Kirishima said.
- "Have you finished tidying up your rooms yet?"- Mina asked, the other girls, except Tsuyu, came with her.
- "Yes, we are resting now."- Kaminari said.
- "Hey! We have been talking and we have a proposal for you."- Mina said, the other girls nodded. – "How about we have a room tournament?"- This proposal especially made three boys nervous.
- "Sorry but no."- Tokoyami said as he stood in front of his door to prevent the girls from entering.
Unfortunately, it didn't work for him as the girls just pushed him out of the way.
Tokoyami's room was quite dark, not only because of the lack of light, but also because of the way it looked and the things in it.
- "How dark!"- The girls said.
- "Get out!"- Tokoyami said.
Now Aoyama. His room was full of mirrors, blankets, rugs, curtains, covers, and lots of shiny things, including armor and a disco ball.
- "How brilliant!"-
- "No no, it's not bright, it's dazzling!"- The French guy said.
- "Anyway, let's see the next one."- The girls said.
- "Yes, come in…"- Mineta said from his room, with a very somber face.
- "I think we already saw all the ones on this floor..."- The girls said as they walked away from Mineta's room.
The next room was Ojiro's.
- "So normal…"-
- "It's normal… cool…"-
Ojiro's room was…normal, there was nothing fancy about it, let's move on.
Now Iida.
- "He has a shelf full of difficult books."- Uraraka said as she saw Iida's serious room.
- "Worthy of Iida."-
- "There's nothing weird here." – Iida said as he showed his room with pride.
Now Kaminari. Kaminari's room was all filled with different kinds of things.
- "It seems that he put everything he found."- Jiro said.
- "What? Isn't that good?"- asked Kaminari in shock.
Next was Yamikumo's room.
- "Just hurry... I have things to do."- Yamikumo said.
Yamikumo's room was... normal, the difference with the rest is that it was painted in a darker color, other than that there was nothing out of the ordinary, it had a few photos of Yamikumo with friends and family and a photo of his date with Kinoko, the most remarkable thing is a shelf with his first Katana, which was broken.
- "If I'm honest... I was expecting something different."- Mina said and the girls, minus Kinoko, nodded in agreement.
- "Like what?"- Yamikumo asked.
- "I don't know… something more mysterious, since you hardly share anything in your life, apart from what is necessary."- Momo said.
- "There is nothing interesting about my life..."- Yamikumo simply said.
- "Nice sword."- Kaminari said while looking at Yamikumo's first Katana. – "How did it break?"-
- "During a training."- Yamikumo said.
- "Okay! Let's go to the next floor!"- Mina said.
- "I feel humiliated"- Kaminari said all dejected together with Ojiro, Tokoyami and Aoyama.
- "Now wait just a moment!"- Mineta said. – "So, we'll just see the boys' rooms?"- This attracted everyone's attention. – "Isn't this supposed to be a competition to see the best room?!"- Mineta points at the girls. – "In that case... you also have to show your rooms!"-
- "Sound fine to me!"- Mina said.
- "What?"- Jiro said.
Next floor.
- "Here are the rooms of Bakugo, Kirishina and Shoji."- Uraraka said.
- "Bakugo said that this is silly and went to sleep."- Kirishima said.

Once they were in front of the door to Kirishima's room, he prepared to open it.
- "I don't care, but I don't think girls understand..."- and finally opened it revealing his room. – "the manly of this room!"-
Kirishima's room had several things, such as a punching bag, banners with some saying, "Sure Victory" and several other things that according to Kirishima were from men.
- "It is the 2nd place in the room that you least want your boyfriend to have."- Mina said, the girls nodded in agreement.
Shoji's turn.
- "There is nothing interesting to see."- The boy said as he opened the door.
And he was right, there was nothing interesting for them to see, because there was nothing in the room. This one had only the essentials, a desk, and a futon to sleep on, but other than that, completely empty.
Now to the 5th floor, starting with Sero.
The tape boy's room was completely Asian, almost as if he was in China instead of Japan.
- "Cool!"-
- "I didn't know you liked these things."- Kyoka said to the black-haired boy who was smiling.
- "I'm full of surprises."- Sero said.
Next up was Todoroki.
- "Let's get this over with quickly, I'm tired"- Said the boy as he opened the door of his room.
And to everyone's surprise, his room was very Japanese-style.
- "They made it different!"- Kaminari said shocked while he and almost everyone else had their mouths open.
- "At home we have Tatamis, and I couldn't relax with the normal floor."- Todoroki said.
- "That doesn't matter! How did you remodel it in less than a day?!"-
- "Hard work."- Was Todoroki's simple reply.
Well, we come to the last of the guys…Sato.
Well, there was nothing fancy about his room, nothing flashy, nothing boring, it was a completely ordinary room.
- "Something smells good, what is it?" –Ojiro asked after perceiving a delicious aroma.
- "Oh, I forgot!"- Sato said starting to go towards a small oven that was on a small table. – "I finished unpacking early and made a Chiffon cake. I thought I'd share it. You want some?"-
After this and after eating cake, it was the turn of the girls.
The first room was Kyoka's.
His room was actually full of music and rock instruments and things.
- "You have more instruments than I expected!" - Kaminari said shocked when he saw the room, ignoring how embarrassed Kyoka was.
Next, Kinoko's room.
Kinoko's room was interesting, it had several stuffed animals as well as posters of different idols and photos of her family and her date with Yamikumo.

Next up, Mina.
- "What do you think? isn't it cute?" - said the pink haired girl showing her room and well, it was definitely a girl's room, lots of dark pink, stuffed animals and cute things apparently.
The only one who had a special reaction was Izumi. – "Mina's room... I know she's my girlfriend, but I feel like this is going too fast."- She thought.
Izumi's room.
- "I don't think it's necessary to see it, it's nothing interesting!"- Izumi tried to prevent them from entering her room, but it was useless.
Her room was full of All Might merchandise, from posters to life-size figures, although there were also normal things, like pictures of her and her mother and some of her friends.
- "You have All Might stuff!"- Kinoko said said.
- "Definitely the room of an Otaku."- Kaminari said.
- "Well, I think it's cute, it suits Midori very well!"- Mina said.
- "This is too embarrassing..."- Izumi thought. – "Why did I have to bring my entire collection?"-
Uraraka's room.
Her room was completely normal. It's not a very interesting room...
- "Next is Tsuyu-chan's."- Mina said.
- "She said she felt sick, so I don't think she can participate."- Uraraka said.
- "If she is sick, there is no remedy, she will show it when she feels better."- Sero said.
After that, they left to continue with the contest, but nobody noticed, that for a few seconds the door of Tsuyu's room opened a little to show said girl watching them go.
We got to the last of the girls, Yaoyorozu.
- "I think I did it wrong…unlike your original rooms…"- Momo said, a little embarrassed, slowly opening the door of her room. – "Mine ended up a bit tight."-
Momo's room was in an aristocratic style, and the bed seemed to take up a lot of space.

She was a rich girl after all, almost everyone thought.

Now everyone was gathered in the common room waiting for the result.
- "The winner is…"- The girl said leaving a few seconds of suspense. – "Sato-kun!"- The result surprised everyone, especially the purple-haired boy.
- "There were 7 votes for his room, courtesy of the girls."- Mina said. - "That cake was delicious!"-
- "That was bribery!"-
- "Finally, it's over..."- Izumi said.
- "Can I go to sleep now?"- Todoroki asked.
- "Deku-chan, Todoroki-kun, Iida-kun can you join me for a second?"- Uraraka said. – "Kirishima-kun, Mina-chan, Yaoyorozu-chan, you too."-

- "Tsuyu-chan has something to tell you."- Uraraka said.

Yamikumo was about to leave, but suddenly his phone rings, he got a message, looking at his phone, Yamikumo widens his eyes in surprise before changing to a serious look.

It's very late at night, almost no one is awake, on top of a building Yamikumo waits patiently with his eyes closed for someone to arrive.
The seconds go by and Yamikumo feels like someone lands behind him. – "You arrived, very good."- A female voice said. – "So now you study at the UA, congratulations."-
Yamikumo opens his eyes and turns around, right in front of him he can see a woman.
She is a tall woman with a curvy body. She has long, indigo-colored hair with numerous scattered pink streaks, usually tied in a ponytail with two full shoulder-length strands of hair framing her face. Her eyes are purple with a mauve shade with dark, blue-colored angled eyebrows.
She wears a purple sleeveless dress with gold piping around the hem, white zip-up boots with black lines on the front extending to the bottoms and heels, and a metallic utility belt in which she stores her bullets.
– "Lady Nagant… You haven't changed a bit since the last time we met."- Yamikumo said.

So yeah. Here we are.
Another chapter finished and yeah.
We have a quiet chapter but... surprise, Lady Nagant makes her appearance and, apparently, she is on good terms with Yamikumo.
What is the relationship between these two?
As I said in the last chapter, before the provisional licenses, a new arc is coming where we will further explore Yamikumo's past.
This will include how he met Lady Nagant, as well as meeting with a couple of villains again.
