Chapter 34.
Provisional License Exam Part 2.
- "Alright! We all made it through the first part!"- Class 1-A, plus Shinso, celebrates having passed the first part of the exam.
In that, Shiketsu's group approaches UA's. - "Bakugo..."- A boy who is completely covered by hair said. – "I apologize in advance for the things Seiji said."-
- "Whatever…"- Bakugo said.
- "Actually, we want to form a good relationship with UA."- The guy said.
- "Is that so…" - Izumi thought to then look at the girl she came across in the exam. – "I just hope everyone in Shiketsu isn't like her..." –
For her part, the girl is looking at the UA, but her gaze stops at Yamikumo, she quickly approaches him. - "Hello! Nice scars, what's your name?"-
Yamikumo looks at the girl and narrows her eyes suspiciously. - "It's none of your business..."- Yamikumo thought. – "I had heard this before... but where?"-
- "Camie! Stop bothering people!"- The hairy guy said.
- "Sorry!"- The girl, Camie, said.
- "She's weird…"- Izumi said moving closer to Yamikumo. – "There's something weird about her..."-
- "You noticed it too, huh?"- Yamikumo said.
- "Yes... by the way, she could also do what you do."- Izumi said and Yamikumo raised his eyebrow in confusion. – "Hiding her presence, she did it when she tried to eliminate me."-
- "Is that so…"- Yamikumo said a little bit surprised. – "That is… interesting..."- At that, a light bulb lights on in Yamikumo's head. – "Don't tell me that... this can't be... I have to keep a close eye on her..."-

This makes Todoroki open his eyes in surprise, he was going to say something else, but he is interrupted by Mera.

- "Let's start with the closest urban area. –Izumi said in front of class A as they went straight to the fake city. – "Let's try to go in teams." –
- "Yes."- Most of class A said.
But in that, Bakugo began to take a different path, and is followed by Kirishima and Kaminari.
Meanwhile, Izumi noticed the crying of a child, quickly approaches said child. – "My grandfather! It crushed!" - The child kept crying
Izumi stopped in front of the boy. – "That's bad! Where?"- Izumi asked, wanting to know so she could go save him.

The guy from HUC smiled before returning to his act. - "Here! My grandfather!"-
- "Don't worry! We'll save you!" – With that, Izumi turned to her classmates. – "I'll take him to the first aid area. Go ahead, save as many as possible." – She said as he took the child in her arms and began to run.
- "Understood! Let's save these people!"- Iida said.
In another side…
- "Here are people trapped!"- Kinoko said.
- "I got this..."- Yamikumo said as he used his telekinesis to pick up the rubble.
- "He does it without thinking, that will make him lose points!"- One of the actors thought, but in that he realized something, no debris fell or hurt anyone. – "Did he... analyze the whole situation in seconds and use his quirk in the best way so as not to harm anyone! Impressive!"-
- "Kinoko-san... get all the wounded out, make sure no one is left behind, I'll hold the weight as long as it takes."- Yamikumo said.

- "Please! Help us we are hurt!"- Two victims told Bakugo and Kirishima, who were passing through.

- "Wow Bakugo! I was not expecting this from you."- Kirishima mockingly said to Bakugo.
- "Shut up idiot and help! These guys need help!"- Bakugo said to Kirishima.
For his part, Izumi arrives at the safe place, the place where everyone was, which has now become a place to treat the injured. – "Here I have one!"- She said.
- "Let me see him."- One student said.
- "He has a bruise on his head and is bleeding slightly, but not deep."- Izumi said.
- "Alright, leave it in our hands."- The student said.

Suddenly, one of the walls in the stadium explodes, this draws everyone's attention.
- "What was that? Another villain attack?"- Kinoko asked.
- "No, it's something else."- Yamikumo said while igniting his arms with fire.
From the hole created by the explosion, several people dressed in black suits come out and in front of them is the professional hero Gang Orca.
- *Looks like things have gotten complicated! A villain attack midway through the rescue! Now you must face the villains while rescuing the wounded! *-
- "Are you ready?! Heroes?!"- Gang Orca said in an intimidating tone.
- "That's Gang Orca!"- Izumi said.
- "They're too close to the safe place, we have to back them to a safe distance!"- Shindo said while charging at the enemies. – "I am going to send you a greeting with some tremors."-
Shindo uses his quirk immobilizing some of the main villain's minions, however Gang Orca appears in front of him. – "Weak..."- Gang Orca said while attacking Shindo with an ultrasonic attack, leaving him unconscious on the ground.
Kugo Sakamata aka Gang Orca.
Quirk: Orcinus.
ang Orca's Quirk gives him the attributes and abilities of a Killer Whale. He has enhanced physical prowess and can produce hypersonic waves to paralyze his targets.
He can use his abilities on land, although his Quirk is superior in the water.
- "With this difference in power you won't be able to keep me at bay!"- Gang Orca said.
Suddenly a blast of ice crashes into Gang Orca, the person responsible is Todoroki.
- "Continue with the rescues, Midoriya, I will contain this guy!"- Todoroki said.
- "R-Right!"- Izumi said as she picks up a wounded man and carries him to a safe place.
- "You have great power... but you're forgetting something."- Gang Orca said while destroying the ice with an ultrasonic attack. – "Low temperatures don't affect me!"-
In that a gust of wind forces Gang Orca to go back slightly. – "We have an intruder! We'd better get rid of him!"- Inasa said from the air.
Todoroki and Inasa exchange glances.
Elsewhere, some of the henchmen are approaching the safe area. – "Don't let them get close!"- One student said.
- "Don't worry... I'll take care of this."- Shinso said as he went ahead of the others.
- "Why aren't you attacking the heroes?!"- Gang Orca suddenly said.
- "That's what we're doing!"- The minions said, but suddenly they all stop and seem to be in a trance.
- "What happened?"- Another student asked
- "They are under my control..."- Shinso said as he removed his artificial vocal cord device. – "Now please help with the rescue!"-
To everyone's surprise, the minions listen to Shinso and start supporting the heroes.
- "Look at me, sensei! I will not let your trust in me have been in vain!"- Shinso thought.
- "That's so cool!"- Some students said.
Back with Inasa and Todoroki.
- "My luck... you are here too..."- Inasa said.
Todoroki ignores this and prepares a fire attack. - "Better go help in the rescues, your quirk is perfect for that."- Todoroki said. – "I'll take care of things here."-
This angers Inasa, who attacks with his wind, combining with Todoroki's fire makes both attacks useless. – "Why do you use fire?! With the heat my wind becomes unstable!"-
- "My ice doesn't work against it, and your wind puts out my flames." – Todoroki said.
– "You only say that so you don't have to share credit with others!"- Inasa said.
While they both discuss, Gang Orca just looks at them with confusion.
- "Why would I do that?"- Todoroki asked.
- "It's obvious, after all you are the son of Endeavor!"- Inasa said.
This makes Todoroki a bit angry. – "What exactly is your problem?!"- He asked. – "And what does my father have to do with all this?!"-
Suddenly, Todoroki is hit by a bullet of liquid cement which begins to harden in his body. – "Cement guns! Once you are hit by it it will instantly harden and you will be immobile!"- One of the henchmen said.
- "I don't understand... why did they start fighting among themselves?"- Another henchman said.
However, Inasa and Todoroki continued with their discussion. – "He has a lot to do with it!"- Inasa said. – "For me the heroes are great! That's why I was surprised by those eyes, full of anger and coldness..."-
- "You're in the way... Stay out of my way."- Endeavor's words echoed through Inasa's head.
- "Somehow... you have the same eyes as him!"- Inasa said.
- "Stay out of my way."- Todoroki's words echoed through Inasa's head.
- "The same eyes... don't f*ck with me, I... I'm not the same as him."- Todoroki said. – "No... you're over this... I have to concentrate on the exam!"-
- "I will never recognize you two as heroes! That's all I have to say!"- Inasa said.
Again both attack at the same time, but like last time both attacks disable each other.
However, Todoroki's fire, being deflected by Inasa's wind, goes towards Shindo, who is lying on the ground, to his luck, Yamikumo and Izumi arrive just in time to save him, Yamikumo places himself between Shindo and the fire, using his own body, being immune to fire, to cover Shindo, while Izumi uses Black Whip to get Shindo away from danger.
- "What are you two doing?!"- Izumi screamed.
Seeing what they almost caused, Todoroki and Inasa remain immobile without being able to react and without realizing that Gang Orca approached them both.
- "First of all... I'll leave you two out of the game!"- Gang Orca approaches Todoroki and Inasa with an ultrasonic attack but more powerful. – "I will double the power of my attack to knock them both out."-
But before Gang Orca could attack, Yamikumo grabs Inasa and Todoroki by the shoulders and throws them out of harm's way, however Gang Orca could no longer stop the attack.
Yamikumo receives the double-powered ultrasonic attack from Gang Orca, the attack is so powerful that it destroys Yamikumo's mask and part of his suit, who falls to the ground.
- "Atanagi!" - Todoroki says with concern.
- "That guy saved us... but got hurt in the process..."- Inasa said.
Even Gang Orca gets worried and is about to pause the exam to see if Yamikumo was alright but is surprised to see Yamikumo try to get up, with failed results.
Yamikumo was left on his hands and knees looking at Gang Orca. – "Sh*t…"- Yamikumo spits out some blood. – "That's going to hurt tomorrow..."-
- He received an attack intended for two people and still is conscious..."- Gang Orca thought in surprise upon seeing Yamikumo's resistance. – "Your stupid fight caused one of your allies to get hurt!"- Gang Orca said summing up his villain role. – "Now suffer the consequences!"-
Several Gang Orca henchmen head towards the injured, however they are stopped as the ground breaks beneath them. – "I was waiting for the perfect moment, and you had to meddle..."- Shindo, who was the cause of this, said. – "Thanks to my Quirk, I am quite resistant to any vibratory wave, that includes sound."-
- "Looks like I'm going to have to intervene..."- Gang Orca said, starting to walk towards where the wounded are.
- "I chose a meaningless fight against him..."- Todoroki thought while looking at Inasa, he can notice that he is looking at him too. – "But if you happen to be thinking the same thing as me..."-
Todoroki activates his fire while Inasa begins to gather wind.
- "This time I'll support you instead of holding you back..."- Inasa thought. – "There's another thing about the compatibility of our quirks, I hope you're thinking the same..."-
- "The wind strengthens the fire!"- They both say at the same time, using their quirks they create a whirlwind of fire which surrounds Gang Orca, and Yamikumo who was near Gang Orca at the time..
- "Hey... that guy got caught inside the fire!"- Inasa said.
- "Don't worry about him, he's immune to fire."- Todoroki said.
- "The boss is trapped!"- One of the henchmen said, and all the henchmen try to attack Todoroki.
- "I won't let you!"- Izumi said at the time to use Black Whip to capture some of the henchmen.
- "Watch out!"- The minions that weren't captured try to attack Izumi but are stopped by Iida and Mina who destroy their cement guns.
- "We come to help!"- Mina said.
Meanwhile, inside the whirlwind Gang Orca hydrates himself by pouring water on his body. – "A prison of fire... is a very good idea."- In that he looks at how Yamikumo gets up from the ground.
- "Looks like you got caught..."- Yamikumo said.
- "You can still get up..."- Gang Orca said. – "Another person wouldn't be able to move after receiving an attack like that..."-
Yamikumo activates his Fire Soul. - "I'm not like other people, if you want me to stop getting up... you'll have to kill me!"- Yamikumo said as he charged at Gang Orca with his fist surrounded by fire. – "Red fire roar!" –
Yamikumo punches Gang Orca in the face who, being weakened by the whirlwind of fire, recoils from the attack. – "He still has strength despite being weakened..."- Gang Orca thought.
- *Attention all participants. All civilians have been rescued. Thus, the exam is over! * - Mera said through a speaker.
Hearing this, Todoroki and Inasa undo the whirlwind.
- *After averaging the notes we will give you your results. Those who got hurt go to the medical area, the rest can go change into their normal clothes and wait for further instructions. * -
And after these instructions, the provisional license exam was over.

All participants gather in one place to await their results, everyone in their respective school uniforms.
- "How did we do it?"-
- "I don't know, but I hope I passed."-
- "Hello and thank you all for waiting. You all work very hard and it's time to show you the results. Yamikumo Atanagi.
Yamikumo smiles when he sees his name on the screen.

- "There I am!"- Kinoko said.
- "My name is there!" - Mina said.
- "Alright! I did it too!" - Kaminari said.

Little by little all the members of class A celebrate when they see their respective names on the list of approvals, even Shinso's name was there, however there was a name which wasn't there...
- "As I expected... it's not there..."- Todoroki said.
But Todoroki isn't the only one that his name is missing. – "It's not there..."- Inasa said.
Izumi looks worriedly at her friend.
- "Todoroki!"- Inasa said approaching Todoroki before bowing so hard that he smashed his head on the ground. – "I'm sorry! It was my fault you didn't make it through!"-
- "You don't have to apologize; this is the result of the seeds that I planted."- Todoroki said. – "You said things that I needed to hear; thanks to that I understood many things."-
- "Todoroki... you didn't pass?"- Mina asked.
- "One of the best didn't pass..." – Sero said.
- "Todoroki-kun… I'm sorry…"- Izumi said.
- "Now that everyone knows if you passed or not... we will give you your scores, so you will know what you did wrong and what you did well."- Mera said. – "Now, for those who didn't pass... don't worry!"-
This gets everyone's attention.
- "Don't let this demoralize you, after passing special training and if you manage to get the necessary results..."- Mera said. – "You can also get your license."-
- "Isn't that great, Todoroki-kun?"- Izumi said, happy for her friend.

- "Hey!" –Inasa began to run at high speed towards where the boys from Class 1-A were. – "Todoroki, I'll see you in the special course!" – He said at a fast pace passing by Todoroki's side. – "But the truth is, I still don't like you! I apologize in advance! Sorry!" –
But at that moment, when Izumi saw the Shiketsu start to leave, he remembered something and quickly ran towards them.
- "Excuse me!" – Izumi said, getting close enough to be behind the hairy guy and when he turned to see her, she quickly took out a notebook and a pen to write. –"What training do you do to hide your presence?" –
- "We don't have any training like that."- The hairy guy replied confused by the question leaving Izumi in shock.
Without realizing that, he only confirmed Yamikumo's suspicions, who, without anyone noticing, walks away from the group.
- "But, the weird girl told me that. And it seemed like she wanted to talk more." –Izumi said remembering what happened in the exam.
- "Weird girl? Oh Camie? She said she wasn't feeling well and took a taxi to the station." –
- "I see... what a pity." – Izumi said although the girl caused her some fear.
Meanwhile, elsewhere.
Camie was walking down an alley with her head down, the shadow of her hat covering her eyes.
But, with each step she took into the alley, gray mud began to fall from her body.
In that, she took her phone and put it to her ear since she was receiving a call.
- *You finally answer. Where are you and what are you doing, Toga?* – Someone said from the other line.
Once the mud completely left the girl's body it was revealed to the lunatic girl from the League of Villains Toga Himiko, wearing the Shiketsu Academy uniform.
- "I had a lot of fun." – She answered.
- *Don't forget to check in regularly. If we get caught, we'll be in danger.* –
- "Don't worry. I have not been caught in my life. And I have something to show you. Tomura-kun will be happy." - In that, she took out a jar which seemed to be empty, except for one thing. – "I have the blood of someone from UA."-
Himiko Toga.
Quirk: Transform.
Himiko's Quirk grants her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested.
- "So I was right... what are you doing here, Himiko Toga?"- A voice said behind Toga, turning around to see, the girl looks at Yamikumo.
- "I'll call you later..."- Toga said and ends the call. – "Looks like you caught me and now you have a license, now you have the authority to arrest me."-
Yamikumo glares at Toga. - "I could do it... but I won't."- Yamikumo said surprising Toga. – "Actually... I want you to deliver a message to Tomura from me." –

1-A dorms.
- "Tomorrow we resume normal classes."- Kirishima said.
- "Yes, it was a very intense summer vacation."- Kaminari said.
Meanwhile Izumi smiles when she sees her new license, but in that Yamikumo approaches her. – "Come with me..."- He whispers to her. – "I want to talk to you about One for All."-

The exam is over, but this is not over yet, there is one last matter to resolve.
What would Yamikumo want to talk to Izumi about?
And most importantly... what is Yamikumo's message to Tomura?
Little by little we are approaching the end of the second saga of the story and believe me, you have no idea what is to come.
The next chapter we will have the end of the arc and then we will start with the Overhaul arc.
