Chapter 51.
Chaos at the construction site.
A train is on its way to Tokyo, on it is Mirko and Yamikumo, both sitting in the VIP car. Since there are only the two of them, Yamikumo is not wearing the helmet of the suit that the police lent him.
- "How much does left to get there?"- Yamikumo asked while adjusting a gadget on his wrist.
- "About an hour and a half, more or less."- Mirko said.
- "I see…"- Yamikumo said, remembering the details of the mission that Kenji explained to them.

Flashback.
- "A few months ago a terrorist group of people with mutant quirks was formed."- Kenji said. – "This is due to the prejudices that people have towards people with mutant quirks."-
- "Bullying and hate... if I've heard anything... people with mutant quirks are usually hated for looking different..."- Yamikumo said.
- "Exactly, the WHA has made progress regarding this issue... but some people believe that everything is going slowly so they have decided to take justice into their own hands."- Kenji said and then an image of a guy who looked like a human cheetah appeared on a screen. – "This is their current leader, his real name is unknown, but he is known as Cheetah."-
- "The group used to be peaceful and only made peaceful protests and usually didn't cause problems... until Cheetah took the lead."- Mirko said.
- "Little by little the group began to become more violent until it became a terrorist group."- Kenji said. – "We have identified one of their hideouts, a construction site in Tokyo."-
- "Our mission is to investigate, infiltrate and spy on one of their meetings."- Mirko said.
- "Other heroes will also come to support you."- Kenji said.
- "Infiltration and espionage... yes I have some experience in that."- Yamikumo said.
- "Good to know."- Kenji said. – "Still, there is something I want to talk to you about..."-
- "What is it?"- Yamikumo asked.
- "During this operation... try not to use your quirk unless completely necessary."- Kenji said. – "We don't want there to be any loose ends which could reveal your identity." –
- "I agree... but how can I do it for something like climbing the construction site?"- Yamikumo asked.
- "The suit has several integrated gadgets, apart from being resistant to extreme environments and temperatures, it is also equipped with two grappling hooks, one on each wrist and has microscopic hairs on the hands and feet which will allow you to climb walls, like spiders."- Kenji said.
- "Oh... that's pretty cool."- Yamikumo said.
- "This is the location of the construction site; you will have to take a train to Tokyo."- Kenji said.
- "Understood chief, let's go kid!"- Mirko said.
- "I feel like I have nothing to do with this..."- Yamikumo thought as he follows Mirko but not before putting on the helmet of the suit.

- "The good thing is that there are only the two of us in this train car... the helmet is very uncomfortable."- Yamikumo said.
- "Well, you better get used to it... since as soon as we arrive at the destination, you won't take it off until we're done."- Mirko said.
- "I know…"- Yamikumo said. – "Even so, it is appreciated that there is no one else."-
- "Benefits of being a professional."- Mirko said. – "Now take advantage and rest because later you won't be able to."-
Yamikumo just watches as Mirko reclines the seat and decides to rest, Without much thought he decides to do the same.

After the trip and another while Yamikumo and Mirko finally arrive at the destination, a place under construction, they both look at the building from afar. – "So this is the place..."- Yamikumo said.
- "Yes, according to the information provided, several members of this group pose as workers, that is why they made this site a base."- Mirko said.
- "We have to be stealthy; we don't want to attract attention."- Yamikumo said.
- "I agree, usually I would use my status as a pro hero to search the place, but that would attract the attention of the group members."- Mirko said.
- "Stealth will be then."- Yamikumo said.
They both look at each other and nod.
They quickly approach the side of the building, Mirko jumps while Yamikumo uses one of his hooks to climb, both will jump between the construction beams quickly and stealthily while analyzing the environment. – "It seems that there are also normal workers on this site..."- Yamikumo analized. – "We have to be more careful than normal."-
- "You don't need to tell me... the question now is... where are our objectives?"- Mirko said.
- "I think I have the idea where..."- Yamikumo said while pointing to a specific place.
Mirko looks where Yamikumo points and sees a zebra-like person standing guard at a finished interior of the building.
They both approach to see the interaction between said person and an ordinary worker. – "What's happening in there?"- The worker asked.
- "None of your business."- The guard said. – "Just a meeting between the architect and the construction leader."-
- "So… no one else can get in?"- The worker asked.
- "Exactly, now keep working."- The guard said.
- "Alright…"- The worker said before leaving.
- "Doesn't that smell strange?"- Yamikumo asked.
- "There's definitely something going on in there..."- Mirko said. – "And I know how we can sneak in."-
Mirko points towards a ventilation duct in the wall, they both quickly approach and open it to enter, to avoid suspicion, Yamikumo closes it again using his telekinesis.
They both crawl through the ventilation. – "If you look I'll kill you."- Mirko whispered as she crawled through the vent, referring to the fact that she is in front of Yamikumo and her hero outfit is not modest.
- "Yes, I know the consequences if I look."- Yamikumo whispered back.
After traveling a few meters they both finally arrive at the meeting place.
There are four people from the terrorist group surrounding a person in a suit, in front of this person there is a screen.
The first guy has the appearance of a venus flytrap, the second has eight arms, the third has the appearance of a human wolf and the fourth, who seems to be the one in charge of the small group, has the head of a Pteranodon as well as a pair of wings and claws on the arms and feet.
- "I already told you... tell me what you want!"- The guy in the suit said.
- "No... that's not the point... the real question is what are you willing to offer to us?"- Cheetah, the leader of the terrorist group, said through the screen.
- "I see that the leader is not present... he leaves the dirty work to others."- Mirko whispered.
- "What a peculiar group... these people are undoubtedly quite varied... if it weren't for the fact that they are terrorists, I would say that it is a pro-diversity group."- Yamikumo whispered.
- "Wow... I didn't know you had a clown for breakfast, do you think this is a joke?"- Mirko whispered/yelled.
Yamikumo takes off his helmet for a few moments. - "If I'm honest, I'm still figuring out why I'm here..."- Yamikumo whispered. – "It's so surreal how I got involved in this... either this is all a joke or nothing is!"- Yamikumo puts the helmet back on and then continues listening to the meeting.
- "I already told you... I can pull the strings to make what you ask for... but please don't hurt her."- The guy in the suit said.
- "Wait... the guy in the suit..."- Mirko whispered. – "Sh*t! He's the president of the WHA in Japan!"-
- "The World Heroes Association?"- Yamikumo asked.
- "Yes... this is bad... this mission just became more complicated and important."- Mirko said.
- "It seems like they are extorting him with something..."- Yamikumo said.
Meanwhile at the meeting, the guy who looks like a wolf moves his ears when he detects a strange sound, then begins to sniff the place, when he detects something he approaches the guy with the Pteranodon head. – "Something smells bad here... we have unwanted listeners."- He said.
- "I see…"- The Pteranodon-headed guy said as he turned off the screen. – "Enough... looks like we won't get anywhere with this... get this guy out of here."- The guy orders the plant guy and the eight-armed guy.
Both guys nod and begin to lead the president out of the proom.
- "Find those guys and entertain them while I get ready."- The Pteranodon guy said.
- "Understood."- The wolf guy said.
The Pteranodon guy leaves leaving the wolf guy searching.
- "It seems that the meeting is over... we have to report this to the headquarters."- Mirko said. – "We have to organize a proper rescue... this is very serious."-
- "While I agree... we don't know where they will take the president."- Yamikumo said.
- "That's why we have to follow them."- Mirko said.
Yamikumo nods but at that moment some claws dig into the ventilation opening a gap. – "I found you!"- The wolf guy said.
- "Oh sh*t…"- Yamikumo said as he uses his telekinesis to push the guy away.
- "They discovered us! It's time for plan b!"- Mirko said while he jumped out of the ventilation and attacked the wolf guy with a kick.
The guy dodges the kick and then a hook digs into the ground at his feet and Yamikumo pushes himself against him, hitting him in the stomach. - "I guess this is plan b!"-
- "Yes!"- Mirko said while kicking him in the jaw and then another in the stomach, making him hit the wall, breaking it.
The blow raises dust and when it disperses the guy is unconscious on the ground.
- "That was easy…"- Mirko said.
- "That's just the warm-up!"- The guy with the Pteranodon head said as he arrives at the location while flying, the guy has a device on his right wrist and another on his left wrist. – "I am the main course!"-
Mirko picks up the unconscious guy and leaves the room. - "Take care of Petri there! I'll look for the president!"- She said.
- "Alright…"- Yamikumo said to then look at the Pteranodon guy. – "I guess it's you and me Petri."-
- "My name is Ptera!"- The guy, now identified as Ptera, points his right arm at Yamikumo and arrows shoot out of the device.
- "Whatever you say…"- Yamikumo said as he dodges the arrows, then jumps, dodges a claw attack from Ptera, and then kicks him in the face.
The kick disorients Ptera, which Yamikumo takes advantage of to climb onto his back and try to strangle him until he loses consciousness. – "Please... don't make this harder than it already is..."- He said. – "This day is already too strange for it to get worse."-
- "Let… me… go!"- Ptera said as he begins to fly aimlessly, crashing Yamikumo against the walls of the place, he doesn't let go but it does make the grip lighter.
After crashing into several walls, they both leave the room to the construction site, when the wall breaks, several of the workers run away from the site. – "Let go!"- Ptera uses his claws to destroy some supports and make some beams fall towards some workers.
- "Great…"- Yamikumo said as he releases Ptera and kicks the beams before they hit the workers. – "Get out of here!"- Yamikumo tells the workers but at that moment he is hit by Ptera causing him to fall to a lower floor.
- "Die!"- Ptera fires more arrows, but Yamikumo dodges them by running, then jumps and tries to attack Ptera but he grabs him with his dinosaur legs and smashes him against a wall. – "See you never!"- Ptera prepares an attack with its claws to kill Yamikumo.
- "I guess this is one of those situations..."- Yamikumo thought as he began to raise his body temperature preparing to use his fire.
However, before anything could happen, bandages are tied to Ptera's arm, stopping him.
Suddenly, a guy dressed in black kicks Ptera until he hits the ground.
Yamikumo lands and heads towards where Ptera and the other guy fell, once he arrives he finds a guy dressed in a black suit, bandages around his neck, googles, long black hair, and a tired look.
- "And you are?" – Yamikumo asked.
- "It's none of your business." – The guy said.
- "You are… Bandage-man!"- Yamikumo said.
- "No…"-
- "The tired guy?"-
- "No."-
- "Mr. Negative!"-
- "No!"-
- "Mr. Depression!"-
- "I'm Eraserhead"- The man said. – "Pro hero."-
- "Yes I assumed that."- Yamikumo said.
- "Who are you?"- Eraserhead asked.
- "Someone Mirko brought to help."- Yamikumo said. – "Anyway, there's a Pteranodon guy we need to stop."-
- "I'm sorry... but I don't know you so I don't trust you."- Eraserhead said without realizing that Ptera is getting up behind him. – "I'll take charge from now on."-
- "Alright… Knock yourself out." – Yamikumo said.
- "Why do you say it like that?"- Eraserhead asked but then he was hit from behind by Ptera, taking him with him. – "Not funny!"-
- "I don't know... it was kind of funny."- Yamikumo said as he follows them.
- "You think you're very funny, don't you?"- Eraserhead said as Yamikumo jumps onto Ptera's back.
- "I'm sorry... it's unintentional... I'm still assimilating why I'm here."- Yamikumo said.
- "Again... let me go!"- Ptera said and then rose and with his claws cut the cable of a wrecking ball which begins to fall.
Seeing this, Eraserhead and Yamikumo leave Ptera and swing, Eraser using his bandages and Yamikumo his hook, and head towards several workers who are trying to escape the wrecking ball. - "You say that Mirko brought you..."- Eraserhead said as he grabs two people who were running away. – "But I don't see her anywhere."-
Yamikumo grabs a third guy. – "She's chasing two other bad guys."- He said.
After getting the civilians to safety, the two turn their attention to Ptera. – "Die!"- Ptera fires more arrows at Eraserhead and Yamikumo.
Eraserhead jumps and catches several arrows with his bandages, then kicks two more and grabs the last one and throws it at Ptera, who dodges it, after that Eraser throws his bandages towards Ptera and throws himself at him.
- "Wow... that was cool."- Yamikumo said and then started running in the direction of the two.
Eraser pounces on Ptera and with a kick breaks the bones in one of his wings.
However, Ptera quickly rips off his broken wing and suddenly grows a new one, then throws Eraser into several metal toolboxes.
After crashing Eraser slowly gets up. - "Great... he has instant regeneration..."- He said to himself. – "I don't get paid enough for this."-
Yamikumo launches himself at Ptera, but he grabs him and drags him along a wall and then throws him to the ground.
- "Very well... how do I do this?"- Eraser thinks while analyzing the scenario, but then the sound of a broken wall catches his attention. When he turns to look, he is surprised to see Mirko arrive at the fight.
- "She's back so fast?"- Yamikumo thought.
Ptera tries to hit Mirko but she dodges him and kicks him in the stomach, then pushes herself off a wall and hits him in the arm sending him crashing into a wall.
Mirko lands in front of Yamikumo. – "I see you have problems."- She said.
- "What happened to the president?"- Yamikumo asked.
- "He is safe."- Mirko said.
- "Hey!"- Eraserhead said calling their attention as he struggles in the air against Ptera. – "Should we focus on the current threat or do you want to continue talking?"-
- "Right!"- Mirko said and then ran in the direction of Ptera with Yamikumo.
Ptera throws Eraserhead to the ground, but he is caught by Mirko while Yamikumo launches himself at Ptera. – "You okay?"- Mirko asks Eraserhead.
At that moment, Yamikumo dodges Ptera's attack and then kicks him in the face. – "He's good, don't you think so?"- Mirko asked.
- "He told me that you brought him... is that true?"- Eraserhead asks as he and Mirko run in the direction of Ptera and Yamikumo who is thrown to the ground.
- "Yeah that's right."- Mirko said. – "I have a good eye for talent, don't I?"-
- "Whatever…"- Eraser said and then launched himself at Ptera and tried to hit him, however he caught him in the air and both began to struggle.
- "Try whatever you want!"- Ptera said. – "When the boss finishes you will be victims of our sacred fire!"-
Ptera points his left hand up and fires a grenade. – "He has a grenade launcher?!"- The grenade reaches the top of the construction site, exploding and causing several beams to fall to the ground.
Yamikumo and Mirko join forces to remove the workers from the construction site.
- "This will be your grave!"- Ptera said as he throws Eraserhead against the ground, then tries to fly away but Eraserhead clings to him with his bandages.
- "You won't escape!"- Eraserhead said as he uses his bandages to propel himself against Ptera who continues ascending until he leaves the construction site.
Ptera throws Eraser against some beams again but he clings to him again with his bandages, then he throws himself at Ptera and prepares to hit him but a helicopter interrupts them.
- "This will be the headline!"- The reporter, who was in the helicopter, said.
- "Get away from here! It's dangerous for you to be too close!"- Eraserhead said.
- "I'm sorry, but I won't miss this scoop!"- The reporter said.
- "All you reporters are very irrational!"- Eraserhead said but then Ptera frees his left hand and fires a grenade at the helicopter. – "No!"-
Luckily the grenade does not hit the helicopter directly, but the explosion damages the rear rotor.
The helicopter begins to fall in the direction of Ptera and Eraserhead, the latter leaves Ptera to get safe, to Ptera's bad luck, the helicopter hits him and makes him fall, crashing against several metal beams while falling until he falls unconscious in the ground.
- "We are falling!"- The helicopter driver said, which Yamikumo heard.
Everything happens in slow motion, Yamikumo looks around, there are several loose cables, both thanks to the fight and because they are building materials, after analyzing the situation he already knows what to do.
With a jump, Yamikumo positions himself in the center of the work, using his telekinesis to stay in the air, then using his telekinesis he begins something similar to a spider web to cushion the fall of the helicopter.
Once the net is finished, Yamikumo jumps towards the helicopter and takes the driver and the reporter out of there, at which point he exchanges glances with Eraserhead who nods at him.
Yamikumo throws the reporter and the pilot and Eraserhead catches them with his bandages and then takes them to safety, while Yamikumo propels himself with his fire and fires one of his hooks which sticks in the helicopter, then he climbs to an upper floor and fires the second hook at the helicopter and begins to pull, hoping to prevent the helicopter from crashing into the ground where there are still people trying to escape from the place.
Seeing this, Eraserhead uses his bandages to help stop the helicopter while Mirko takes one of the cables and uses it for the same thing.
The helicopter falls into the net but does not stop, the trio continues pulling with all their strength, causing the helicopter to slow down little by little and after a few moments it stops completely a few meters from the ground.
Mirko, Eraserhead and Yamikumo sigh with relief, no innocent was hurt.
Eraserhead goes down to the ground and takes the unconscious Ptera on his shoulder and then looks towards Yamikumo. – "I guess you are someone to trust."- He said.
- "Not bad for the first mission."- Mirko said to Yamikumo.
- "Are we done?" – Yamikumo asked.
- "Well, we saved the president... so I think for now, yes."- Mirko said.
- "You didn't rescue me!"- The president said arriving at the scene.
- "What do you mean? This was obviously a kidnapping."- Mirko said.
- "No, it wasn't!"- The president said. – "I came here voluntarily."-
- "What?!"- Yamikumo, Mirko and Eraserhead said in unison.
- "The leader of these guys has my daughter kidnapped; I came to negotiate her release in exchange for some favors for their cause."- The president said.
- "Oh... that's not good..." – Mirko said.
- "We screwed up... didn't we?"- Yamikumo asked.
Eraserhead after handing over Ptera the police approach. - "Well then we have to fix it."-

Another chapter finished and yeah.
First of all, an apology for the inactivity, I had a lack of inspiration and I had writer's block... I still don't feel like I've completely recovered my inspiration, so it may take me a while to publish a new chapter of whatever story it is, be it this one or another.
Now, talking about the chapter... we continue with the arc, an apology in advance if you didn't like the humor I put in during the "fight"...
I wanted to do something lighter after the events of the previous chapter that ended up quite intense... but I promise you that the next chapter will be more serious... unless you want it to be similar to this one, with humor during the fight, you know... that this arc is not as serious as others, something to relax after what happened.
Well nothing, we have someone else involved in this... Eraserhead!
And he won't be the only one... I'll leave it there.
Anyways… the next chapter we conclude with the arc and now we begin the Villain Saga.
