But something lurks in the cold of winter, and, travelling through the frosty winds, is following the twins (refers to past stories "Door on the Hill" and "Spirits in Isolation. By some miracle, Dipper and Mabel managed to convince their parents to ship them off to Gravity Falls for winter break, just in time to celebrate Christmas with their favorite dream demon, who has no idea what he's doing and just can't seem to obey the "no powers in the house" rule.
