Epilogue

Months later, in early november, November 6th, their baby was born, and it was a little boy, that they named James Philip Spears, after a friend of Matt's and Phil of course, and Phil was so exicted and honoured to be a part of their son's name. And James was perfect fit for him aswell.

Phil during these months won his divorce case, and Renee was ordered when she got released to pay him back 3 millions for what she had more or less stolen from him during the years they had been married, as she never held down a job of her own, and pretty much stole what he had gotten for his work as little league coach time, and it was alot that she had stolen him yes, but so worth to have back in due course. She was also ordered to be able to pay him, to find a job and anything she got from it would be sent to him first.

It pissed her off when she heard it all from her prison cell about it, and would try to fight it when she got out, not that she knew that it would not work for it was already set for her to be done weither she wanted it or not. Charlie on the other hand got all pissed off when he heard about her baby being born and what names she used for the little boy. It hurt his pride to hear she didnt use his name, but Phil's instead, and James where the hell did that come from.

Jacob felt it was a blow to his big ego to hear she had a boy, not a girl like he thought they were having, for if she did, she would be kicked off and be back in his arms soon. But now he could see it would never happen, for she hated him as she had told him in the court for she had learned that he had raped a young girl of the reservation of his, and she had told the judge and jurors that was there, that was her biggest fear to happen, not only to herself if she was forced to be with despite she was happily married with a young son, and she would teach her son to never become what Jacob had in the end become.

A child sex predator, and it had been one of her many fears of him, and she hated what had become of the boy she used to view as a predator in the making of his stalking and lustful looks at her whenever he would see her, and it cost another girl her innocence for he couldn't keep it back or train it away by growing up some more. And the girl herself was thankful for what Bella had said in court and what she also had told the girl herself that she would always be welcome to visit Bella and Matt and their little James whenever she wanted to, and she would be safe around them, when she felt ready to visit and explore their tribal lands.

He was sentenced to 40 years without bail to prison, registered on the sex offender list, and was told to pay the girl he had raped 4 millions. He would not be able to do so until 5 years in prison with forced therapy and find a job in there. He was just turned 18 at this time, and sentenced as an adult despite he had been 17 when raping the 14 year old girl on the reservation. What the court didn't know and wouldn't know was the reason behind the rape, was that Jacob had tried to force an Imprint to happen with said girl, and when it never did happen.

He also was banned to live and work at same reservation he was born and grown up at after his sentence in 40 years, and also from other reservation across US, so in the end of it, he was a recluse and not be registered as a Native American, he would be known as an American only. His shapeshifter was stripped later that evening by ceremony done by Old Quil at the celebration bonfire for his sentence had become what they all hoped for it to be.

No one would mourn the loss of said boy, for the crimes he had done was heinous and not a work of a shapeshifter stood for, which was to protect other humans, not ever hurt them in anyways. Only Billy would try to protect his ass and try to get them to see the other ways about him, but no one would listen on him, not even his own daugthers would.

And Charlie was banned after the tribe learned that he felt the same thing about said boy, and was not ever allowed back on their land either from that point onwards, to see Billy, Billy had to take himself to Charlie's. Never the other way around.

In the end, Bella and Matt ended up with 4 children; James, then they had Elena, Ayla and Phoenix. 2 of each sex, and thrived in Billings together for rest of their lives.
