Episode 287: The Rise of the Black Sun Clan Part 3
Last time, Rei has made contact with Sora, Kairi, and Lisia, informing them that she knew the situation with the Black Sun Clan. The same can be said with Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, and Max. Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, and Max has joined up with them.
Later, Maya has shown up again, assuming her real identity to coax Sora in loving her only to end in failure. Not too long after, the Black Sun Clan launched their attack against the Keyblade wielders, but Kairi in particular, but they have gained some unexpected help from Duke Devlin when he threw his dice at the Black Sun members. It turns out that Yugi, Téa, Joey, Tristan, and Mai have arrived in the Hoenn region, along with Duke, and a white-haired boy named Bakura, and Joey's younger sister, Serenity.
Meanwhile, Riku, Naminé, Ash, Leaf, Axel, and Rei were attacked by members of the Black Sun Clan as well, but they never stood a chance against the Keyblade wielders.
On that same night, Sora went by himself to have a drink of water to lull himself back to sleep and Kairi has another nightmare, but this time, it was about the Dark Maiden stealing Sora from her. When she woke up, her fears would have been a reality if she hadn't found him in time. It turns out that Maya was attempting to hypnotize him into loving her, but Kairi wasn't going to have that, so she uses the power of light to snap Sora out of his trance before her hypnosis was successful, and that was when Maya has revealed herself as the Dark Maiden and exacts her revenge against Kairi for getting in the way.
Maya has fired a burst of blood-red energy right at Sora and Kairi when suddenly, Wes with his hood down came to their aid and used the Colosseum of Light and the Colosseum of Darkness to block the blood-red energy from hitting them. Espeon and Umbreon joined their Trainer and growled at the her.
"You again!" Sora exclaimed.
"Who are you?! How dare you rob me of my revenge!" The Dark Maiden snarled.
"You got too big for your britches. So glad I stepped in," Wes said, pointing the Colosseum of Darkness at her.
"You're going to wish you haven't gotten in my way!" The Dark Maiden said, drawing her sword. "Prepare to die!" She swings her sword at Wes, but he blocks with his Keyblades and uses them both to push her back. Wes turned to them.
"Sora, Kairi! Fight!" Wes said. Not needing to be told twice, Sora and Kairi summoned their Keyblades and held them tight. Sora summoned another new Keyblade. The Keyblade is designed as the Master Sword, but the teeth of the Keyblade is the one of the pieces of the Triforce. The keychain is gold and the token is the complete Triforce. This Keyblade shall be known as the Light of the Triforce. Sora, Kairi, and Wes engaged the Dark Maiden with their Keyblades in hand.
Just then, several members of the Black Sun Clan have arrived, holding their own weapons. Sora, Kairi, and Wes engaged the Black Sun Clan members as the Dark Maiden heads right for Kairi, but she clashed her Keyblade against the Dark Maiden's sword.
"When I'm done killing you, I'll just make Sora mine anyway, and he'll forget all about you and this little misunderstanding!" The Dark Maiden said.
"I don't think so, Maya. Not unless I stop you first," Kairi said.
"You're going to try it, little girl!" The Dark Maiden said, moving her sword to kill her, but Kairi wasn't going to let her do it so easily. Kairi then casts a new fire spell, but it was the fire was the same color as the crystal magic she has. Dubbly, I name this to be Crystal Fire. (Crystal Fire, Crystal Fira, Crystal Firaga). Maya swings her sword and cuts the crystal ember in half.
Back with the rest of the group, they heard the commotion not too far away, and they knew it spelled trouble. Pikachu and Angel noticed their partners are missing and they figured they were in a fight with the Black Sun Clan. Then again, it could be the Heartless, the Nobodies, or the Unversed.
"Oh no! It isn't those Black Sun guys, is it?" Joey asked.
"I hope not," May said.
"Your hopes means nothing!" A voice said. Several Black Sun members appeared all round them, holding out weapons, ready to engage them. "You will not interfere with us! Prepare to die!" Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, and May quickly summoned their Keyblades, ready to engage the enemy. Just when the Black Sun members were about to attack, Rui with her hood down jumped out from the darkness and held the Star Seeker and struck several members of the Black Sun as Xipak and Celeste appeared and attacked.
"Where did that Pikachu and Eevee come from?" Duke asked.
"Hey, I've seen those two," Lisia said.
"Who are you? And why do you have a Keyblade?" May asked.
"I'm not your enemy," Rui said.
"Sure you're not," May sarcastically said.
"May, we can ask her some questions later. Right now, we gotta handle these guys," Ethan said.
"He's right. They're way more important right now," Lyra said.
"Marill," Marill said.
"Kill them all!" Another Black Sun member commanded. The Black Sun members engaged the Keyblade wielders, and Pokémon. Joey and Tristan joined in, despite being unarmed.
Back with Sora, Kairi, Wes, Espeon, Umbreon, the Dark Maiden, and the other Black Sun members, the fight continues between the forces of good and evil. Kairi is still holding her own against the Dark Maiden, and she managed to hold her own against Kairi.
"I don't care how good you are with your magic, you're no match against me, brat!" The Dark Maiden said.
"I'm not going to give up!" Kairi said. The Dark Maiden managed to push Kairi down and ran right towards her to finish her off. Sora then uses the Light of the Triforce to block her sword.
"Sora, we don't have to be enemies. You and I would make a cute couple," the Dark Maiden said.
"After what you did to me, I don't think so," Sora said. The Dark Maiden swings her sword at Sora, but he uses his two Keyblades to block her assault. Sora then casts an aero spell and blew backwards. She lands on her feet like a cat as Sora jumped and prepared to swing both Keyblades at her, but she deflected the Keyblades, keeping them from hitting her. Espeon and Umbreon uses Psychic and Feint Attack on the Black Sun members as Kairi casts a magnet spell, pulling them in and spin around. Wes casts a thunder spell, hitting the Dark Maiden on the back.
"I won't lose to the likes of you!" The Dark Maiden hissed.
Back with the rest of the group, the fight continued on as Joey and Tristan each gave some of the Black Sun members a punch in the face.
"Man, these guys never stood a chance against us," Tristan said. Joey grabbed one of them.
"Alright, you Black Sun freak! Who sent ya? The next words that come out of your mouth better be what I wanna hear, or you're going to be having your next meal through a straw at the looney house," Joey threatened.
"Wiseman," the Black Sun Clan member said weakly.
"What?" Joey asked.
"Wiseman," the Black Sun Clan member repeated. "He sent us to destroy the descendant of the Crystal Maiden here in Hoenn. You may have beaten us, you are no match for Wiseman. He's the most dangerous man you will regret crossing."
"It's this Wiseman guy who's going to regret crossing us," Brendan said.
Pikachu and Angel raced to find their partners as Xipak and Celeste followed them.
"Where are they going?" Serenity asked.
"I don't know, but I think we should follow them," Yugi said.
"Agreed. Come on," Rui said.
With that said, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Rui, Max, Lisia, Yugi, Téa, Joey, Tristan, Mai, Bakura, Duke, Serenity, and Marill followed the two Pikachu and the two Eevee to where they ran. They knew they'll lead them to Sora and Kairi.
Back with the fight with Sora, Kairi, Wes, Espeon, Umbreon, and the Dark Maiden, the rest of the attacking Black Sun members were defeated while they still had the Dark Maiden to contend with. She held her sword tightly as she glared hatefully at Kairi.
"Even if it's three against one, you won't beat me," the Dark Maiden said.
"That's what everyone I ever came up against said to me on a regular basis, and I made them eat their words," Wes said, holding his two Keyblades.
"The rest of your flunkies are beaten! Surrender!" Kairi said.
"Like hell, I will!" The Dark Maiden spat.
"You had your chance," Kairi said. The Dark Maiden rushes at the three Keyblade wielders and they held their ground against her. She managed to do a good job at dealing with three opponents at once, but they were stronger together than she thought. Kairi casts a blizzard spell that was the same color as the crystal fire, hitting her. It shall be known as the crystal blizzard. (Crystal Blizzard, Crystal Blizzara, and Crystal Blizzaga) The Dark Maiden rushed at Kairi again, but she used her Destiny's Embrace to block her sword and she pushed hard against her. They were locked in mortal combat as they held on. The blade on the Dark Maiden's sword began cracking. The harder she pushed, the bigger the cracks became. They kept on holding until the blade has finally broken, making it shatter. Kairi then smacked her, bringing down the Dark Maiden. Kairi points her Keyblade at her defeated opponent. "Your attempts to take Sora from me has backfired. You have lost."
"No. No, no, no!" The Dark Maiden hissed. "YOU MUST DIE!" The Dark Maiden unleashed a burst of blood-red lightning from her fingertips, making Kairi block it. She kept on going until Pikachu and Xipak have fired a Thunderbolt, shocking her. Angel and Celeste then fired Swift at the Dark Maiden, hitting her.
"Pikachu!" Sora said.
"Angel!" Kairi said.
Pikachu and Angel jumped into their Trainer's arms and nuzzled them affectionately.
"Luckily you showed up when you did," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"You have our backs just when we have yours," Kairi said.
"No, I won't stand for it! I won't! I'm going to-" The Dark Maiden was blasted from behind, making her scream in pain as blood-red electricity shocked her. She fell to the ground, gritting her teeth. The figure is revealed to be Wiseman himself.
"Who are you?!" Kairi asked.
"Hmph. A question I would expect any descendant of the Crystal Maiden to ask me. But I must say, I wasn't surprised by the fact that you were able to defeat my minions, along with Maya here," Wiseman said. Kairi recognized his voice from her nightmares. Just then, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Rui, Max, Lisia, Yugi, Téa, Joey, Tristan, Mai, Bakura, Duke, Serenity, and Marill arrived just in time.
"Why did you do that to me?! I would have had them!" The Dark Maiden said.
"Not the way I've seen it, you pathetic little twit! I should have known better than to rely on a child. Especially when she was defeated by not only one, but three Keyblade wielders," Wiseman said.
"So you're the one who's pulling the strings?" Sora asked.
"Yes. I am the true leader of the Black Sun Clan. I am Wiseman. I am pleased to make your acquaintance, Kairi," Wiseman said.
"Why have you brought back the Black Sun Clan?" Kairi asked.
"Centuries ago, the Black Sun Clan was created by the one known as Doom Bishop with the purpose of spreading hatred in the hearts of humans in order to plunge this world into utter chaos. Of course, the plan would have been successful if it were not for the Crystal Maiden's needless meddling. Doom Bishop vowed that he will one day return, but she vowed that a female descendant of hers will rise up and defeat Doom Bishop once again. You and your despicable family are the reason that I have resurrected the Black Sun Clan to continue what the Black Sun Clan has began so long ago, but in order to do that, I must remove you and your family as a threat by destroying you," Wiseman said.
"I got something to say about that, Wiseman, your plan's going to fail," Kairi said. Wiseman just laughed.
"Ah, that is what the Crystal Maiden said to me when we had our confrontation. Of course, I made the mistake of underestimating her," Wiseman said. This struck a cord with Sora and Kairi. The rest of the group were confused and dumbfounded by what he just said. They thought he was being senile.
"Wait a minute. You saying you knew Kairi's ancestor? There's no way you could have known her back then!" Sora pointed out. Wiseman just laughed again.
"Oh, did I just say that I knew her? I guess I did. Perhaps I shall just reveal my true identity to you. I am Doom Bishop. And as you may have guessed it, I am the Black Sun Clan!" Doom Bishop said, laughing. He revealed his face to everyone, shocking them all by how unnatural his skin color was and his orange eyes.
"So it was you!" Kairi said.
"Yes. You see, the Crystal Maiden didn't just banish me into Hell, but my time there has given me the time to replenish my power, so I had to sacrifice my humanity to gain even more power than I already had. And it seems that I will have the pleasure of using it on you," Doom Bishop said. Sora stepped forward.
"Not if I don't let you use it on her!" Sora said.
"So you're willing to sacrifice yourself for her again, boy? How noble, yet foolish of you to do so to throw your life away twice for love," Doom Bishop said.
"Say whatever you want to say, old man! I'm more than willing to give my life for Kairi's again! I won't let anyone hurt her on my watch! I don't care if you're human or not, because anybody who openly threatens Kairi or any of her family is instantly my enemy!" Sora said. Wes has gained some more respect for Sora, seeing his heart was so strong. Rui was the same way, knowing Wes would do the same thing for her if she and Wes went through that situation.
"Enough talk! I will destroy you now! And once you are dead, I will corrupt every human heart in this world, and chaos shall reign supreme!" Doom Bishop exclaimed.
"Not if we have anything to say about it!" A woman's voice said. Just then, Riku, Naminé, Ash, Leaf, Axel, Rei, Eevee, and Azurill arrived and stood between Doom Bishop and the three Keyblade wielders. "Your reign of chaos has ended before it even started."
"And we're the ones who're gonna end it! Get that memorized!" Axel said.
"Axel?!" Wes quietly exclaimed.
"He gotten that right!" Ethan said as he, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Rui, and Marill rushed to the aid of their friends.
"It doesn't matter how powerful you are, Doom Bishop, or Wiseman, or whatever your real name is! You picked a fight with the wrong people, and you're going to be sorry that you did!" May said.
"Is that right? If you're all anxious to die, then I will be more than happy to oblige with you. After all, I could use the exercise. And defeating mere mortals will be a simple breeze for me," Doom Bishop said. He began to unleash a bolt of red lightning right at the Keyblade wielders. They all cast their reflect spell, making the blood-red lightning bounce right off.
"More like a heavy wind for you. Because you'll have to do much better than that," Kairi said.
"Is that so?" Doom Bishop asked, taking out a black staff with blood-red red edges. The edges then turned into blood-red blades coming out from both ends, making it look like a double-edged scythe. "It doesn't matter how many of you there are, because I'm more than a match for you! Let's go!" He twirls his weapon and engaged the Keyblade wielders, Pokémon, and fire-elemental Nobody.
"Music!" Kris shouted, casting her music spell.
Doom Bishop twirls his double-edged scythe to deflect the music notes coming his way. Riku swings both the Braveheart and Oblivion and swings them at him, but Doom Bishop blocked and he unleashed a burst of blood-red energy. Brendan and May came at him and they were blocked. He attempts to slices the both of them only to be hit by Espeon's Psybeam on his back. Lyra casts a water spell as Marill fired Bubble Beam. Doom Bishop is struck hard as Ash and Leaf unleashed a combo fire spell. Naminé casts a flower spell as Axel twirls his chakrams, leaving a trail of flames. Rei then clashed her Keyblade at him as Ethan jumped from behind, but he's deflected. Wes and Rui casts a combo thunder spell, but Doom Bishop just dodged. Kairi jumped and unleashed a thunder spell that's the same color as her crystal magic. This shall be known as Crystal Thunder (Crystal Thunder, Crystal Thundara, and Crystal Thundaga). It struck Doom Bishop hard on the mark. Sora then came at him, but Doom Bishop pushes him back.
The fight raged on between them all until Sora cuts his double-edged scythe in half and then Pikachu and Xipak uses their Thunderbolt to destroy them.
"You think I've lost, huh? Think again, fools! I will use every inch of my power to destroy you all once and for all! I will show you my true power! The world will be mine!" Doom Bishop shouted as he then transforms before their very eyes. He takes on a brand new form. He has a dragon-like body, but retains his human head, but has dagger-like teeth. Lisia, Max, Yugi and his friends were shocked to see him as a dragon-like monster. His new form matches his skin color and his eyes gave off an even darker shade of orange. "Come forward, if you dare! I will crush you like the pathetic little insects that you are!"
"Attack!" Rei shouted. The Keyblade wielders, Pokémon, and fire-elemental Nobody attacked the monstrous Doom Bishop as he swings his claws and spewed black flames at them. They managed to dodge the black fire and made some attempts to attack his body. He swings his tail down at them. Ethan, Brendan, and May were caught in the shockwave, but Kris, Lyra, and Brendan casts a combo balloon spell, hitting him. Doom Bishop fired another black fire breath right at Rei, but Axel takes the hit. He was still standing.
"What?! How are you able to-?!" Doom Bishop paused.
"You should know your enemies, Doomy. Fire's my element, so of course, I wouldn't be bothered by it. You didn't get that memorized," Axel said.
"You're a nuisance!" Doom Bishop roared in rage. He swings his claws at him, but Axel uses his chakrams to cut him, making him bleed.
"Saïx often said the same thing to me," Axel said.
Wes and Rui then threw their Keyblades at the same time, hitting Doom Bishop on the hide.
"Don't get distracted," Wes said. Doom Bishop spewed another black fire breath right at Wes and Rui, but they jumped to dodge. The Keyblade wielders attempts to take him down, but he managed to brush them to the side, leaving them exhausted.
"This guy's just too strong for us as a monster," Leaf said, panting.
"We mustn't give up. We can still win this," Riku said.
"Riku's right. We've been at impossible odds before, and we've bounced back," Ethan said.
"And we're going to now!" Riku said, unleashing a dark fireball right at Doom Bishop, hitting him in the chest. He was annoyed and he unleashed a burst of energy and sent everyone fighting flying backwards. Pikachu, Angel, Xipak, and Celeste climbed up on Sora and Kairi's shoulders before Sora and Kairi jumped out of the way in time before the attack could hit them. They were all knocked out from the attack.
"There. No more interference," Doom Bishop said.
"You should have your eyes checked, Bishop!" Kairi shouted. Doom Bishop looked up and saw the couple and the four Pokémon coming down. "You still have us to deal with!"
"You're becoming more of a nuisance just like that ancestor of yours!" Doom Bishop said.
"I have that affect on villains, I guess," Kairi said.
"I have tolerated your existence for the last time! Prepare to die!" Doom Bishop shouted as he unleashed another black fire breath. Sora and Kairi dodged and they engaged Doom Bishop. Sora and Kairi casts a thunder and crystal thunder spell, hitting him.
"This is your last stand, Bishop!" Sora said.
"I disagree! It's yours!" Doom Bishop said. He launches his attack as Sora and Kairi dodged while Pikachu, Angel, Xipak, and Celeste jumped off. Axel and the Keyblade wielders woke up and saw the fight.
"We gotta rejoin the fight," Ash said.
"No," Rei said. "This is their fight. Mostly, it's Kairi's fight."
Doom Bishop started to take flight and he grabbed Sora and flew upwards.
"Kairi!" Sora called out.
"Sora!" Kairi cried.
"Hey, come back down with him, you snake!" Rei snarled.
"This ends now! You can take me down, Kairi, but you will have to destroy your beloved Sora in order to do it," Doom Bishop said.
"Kairi, don't let him scare you! Take him down!" Sora called out.
"I can't hurt him," Kairi said.
"Is that doubt I sense? It seems I made the correct choice by taking him. I'll take him down with me, and you'll lose him again," Doom Bishop said, laughing. Just then, Latios appeared and unleashed a Luster Purge, hitting Doom Bishop on the mark. He cried in pain as he dropped Sora, but the male Eon Pokémon caught him when he uses Psychic on him. Sora floats and then lands right on his back.
"Latios. You saved me," Sora said. Latios nodded.
"Latios?" Kairi asked. Just then, Latias came and fired a Mist Ball at Doom Bishop, hitting him. "Latias!" Latias nodded and urged her to get on her back. Kairi complied and rode on her back.
"Are you guys seeing what I'm seeing?!" Lisia exclaimed.
"A Latios and a Latias!" Max also exclaimed.
"I didn't think they were real," Duke said.
"Me neither. Where did they even come from?" Mai asked.
Brendan and May were amazed by what they were witnessing.
"Latias," May said.
"And Latios," Brendan said.
Brendan and May took out their Rotom Phones to scan them both.

They make a small herd of only several members. They rarely make contact with people or other Pokémon. They disappear if they sense enemies.

Even in hiding, it can detect the locations of others and sense their emotions since it has telepathy. Its intelligence allows it to understand human languages.
Pikachu and Xipak jumped on Latios's back to join Sora as Angel and Celeste jumped and joined Kairi. Holding their Keyblades, they were ready to take Doom Bishop to the sky.
"I will never forgive you for doing that to Sora!" Kairi said.
"I'm going to destroy you both even with legendary Pokémon on your side! Get ready to die!" Doom Bishop shouted as he unleashed black fireballs right at them, but Latios and Latias managed to dodge. Angel and Celsete fired Swift as Pikachu and Xipak unleashed an Electro Ball. Doom Bishop wasn't bothered by the combo attacks from the Pokémon, but Latias flew closer which allowed Kairi to hit him in his right eye. He roared in pain when she did that. Sora casts a fire spell, hitting him in the other eye, but he wasn't going to be blinded that easily as he unleashed a burst of black flames from his mouth. Latios and Latias flew dodge the flames and then they held their Keyblades tightly as they struck him across the chest. They kept on hitting him and hitting him until Sora and Kairi jumped off, alarming Yugi and his friends. The Kingdom Key and Destiny's Embrace merged to make one Keyblade once again. Taking the Keyblade by the hilt, they lifted it straight into the air and they slashed it down, striking his body. Doom Bishop screamed in pain as he fell right down to the ground below. As the Keyblades splits back to normal, Latios and Latias caught them before they could fall and they land right at the ground as Doom Bishop reverted back to his previous form. "This wasn't supposed to happen to me again! I will never allow myself be defeated again!"
"You've lost, Bishop! And now, I'm going to make sure that you never haunt me or my family ever again!" Kairi said, unleashing a burst of her crystal magic, hitting him. Doom Bishop screamed as he slowly fades away.
"No! It cannot be! AAAAHHHH!" Doom Bishop screamed until he was nothing but dust. Maya's dark powers all fade away as well, reverting her back to normal. The Black Sun Clan members then fades away into the darkness, leaving none of the members behind.
Kairi could hardly believe it. She did it. She ended the curse of Doom Bishop and the Black Sun Clan. Now the Black Sun Clan can no longer threaten her nor her family nor the children she will have in the future.
Meanwhile, Mirei felt that the threat of the Black Sun Clan has died down, and she knew it was a sign.
"Kairi's done it. She broke Doom Bishop's curse," Mirei said. She then smiled, feeling proud of her daughter.
Back in the Hoenn region, everyone were exhausted from the fighting and they made it back to camp. Well, not quite everyone. Axel, Wes, Rui, Espeon, and Umbreon have disappeared, but Xipak and Celeste stayed behind. Rei knew they'd show up again.
"It's finally over," Kairi said.
"It sure is," Sora agreed. "Your family's free from the Black Sun Clan forever."
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"I know. If I haven't learned about them, then I wouldn't have believed it, and they're gone for good. But there's still Organization XIII, Vanitas, and the Heartless to deal with," Kairi said.
"Yeah, you're right. But I think we should rest up," Sora said. Maya approached Sora and Kairi, filled with regret for what happened.
"Sora, Kairi, I just wanted to apologize for what happened back there. I let that guy control me and I almost did the unthinkable. I won't blame you if you won't forgive me for what I did, but I wanted you to hear me out," Maya said.
"Don't worry about it, Maya. We now know that you were a victim, and you didn't deserve to be used like you were," Sora said. Maya smiled, knowing Sora has forgiven her.
"Sora's right. I'm not happy that you tried to take Sora from me, but I'm glad you know what you did was wrong," Kairi said.
"Thank you for understanding, Kairi. And I can accept your relationship with Sora. Because there's one thing that you have that I don't have or will ever have. Him," Maya said, pointing at Sora. "Again, I am sorry."
"Again, it's alright. Now, let's get some sleep," Sora said.
"Agreed," Kairi said.
Sora and Kairi fell asleep as soon as they laid down. Everyone were sleeping soundly, recovering from the injuries they took.
On the next morning, everyone woke up, feeling refreshed despite the rough night they had. Sora and Kairi stood before Latios and Latias.
"Thanks for the save last night, guys. I don't think we would have beaten Doom Bishop without your help," Sora said. Latios and Latias chirped.
"I'm very grateful to you for your help. So thank you, the both of you," Kairi said. Latias nuzzles Kairi as Latios nuzzles Sora.
"I think they wanna be with us," Sora said. Latios nodded, agreeing with Sora.
"After what they did to help us, I can agree. You're more than welcome to come along," Kairi said. Sora and Kairi each took out an Ultra Ball and hed them. The Eon Duo pressed the button on the Ultra Ball and they flowed inside. Stars swirls around the Ultra Balls to confirm the catch. Their Pokémon Boxes goes off asking the both of them if they want to keep Latios and Latias with them. Sora and Kairi decided to keep Latios and Latias in exchange for Swellow and Swalot.
A little later after they had a bite to eat, Rei, Riku, Naminé, Ash, and Leaf have taken their leave as did Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, and Max, leaving Sora, Kairi, Lisia, Yugi, and his friends with them.
"You sure you wanna come with us to Fortree City?" Sora asked.
"Well, we thought we'd see how you'll handle a Gym battle since we didn't hang out much since we first met," Joey said.
"That's fair enough," Sora said. Sora looked over to Xipak and Celeste. "Okay, you two, no more following. You're going to be right with us. After everything you two did for us, you're more than welcome to join our group." Xipak smiled at that, liking that idea. It meant he could be with Roxas again as Celeste can be with Xion.
So now that the curse Doom Bishop and the Black Sun Clan have been lifted, the journey can continue on with the sun shining brightly down on the group, and Sora's upcoming Gym battle in Fortree City is just right around the corner, so stay tuned.
