"You all have our Hero uniforms, right?" Aizawa asked as he looked over his students. "Remember, you aren't allowed to wear them in public, so don't lose them."

"HAAAIII!" Mina yelled in an excited tone as she lifted her case above her head.

"Speak clearly! And it's 'yes sir', Ashido."

"Yes sir," Mina pouted as Eijirou patted her on the back.

"Make sure to mind your manners with the heroes at your internships! Now off you go."

"Yes sir!"

The students of Class 1-A began to disperse, a few taking the train to their new destination.

Tenya was quickly walking towards his train when he heard his name being called. Being respectful, he turned to see Izuku, Hilda, Ochako, Kirby, Katsuki, Ben, Penny, Fumikage, and Shouji quickly walking up to him.

"If you ever feel hopeless, please, let us know. We're friends, right?"

Tenya frowned but nodded gratefully. "Thank you, all of you."

"Well, this is it," Izuku said as he and Hilda reached the address All-Might had given him. It was a bit run down but it looked decent enough.

'Well, no use wasting any more time!" Hilda chirped as she turned the handle and opened the door only to see an old man lying face down with what appeared to be blood splattered around him.

"OH MY GOD, HE'S DEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!"

"I am alive!" The old man said, looking up no worse for wear.

"He is alive!" Hilda breathed out in relief while Izuku was still horribly shaken.

"Man... I was carrying these sausage links with ketchup poured over them, but then fell... Who are you?" The old man asked as he got up and cleaned himself off.

"I'm Izuku Midoriya, this is Hilda Yasakani. We were sent here by request of All-Might." Izuku introduced.

"You must be Gran Torino, nice to meet ya!" Hilda smiled.

"... What?" Gran Torino asked, cupping his ear.

"I said, it's nice to meet ya!" Hilda called out.

"... Who are you?" Gran Torino asked again before plopping down on the floor, "I want some food!"

"Maybe he's gone senile," Hilda whispered awkwardly to Izuku.

"You call this a costume?!" Gran Torino suddenly barked as he opened up Hilda's suitcase. "This is just some civvie clothes! And it's certainly too small for ya! I have half a mind to demand the Hero Costume tailors make it in your size!"

"H-Hey, how did you get it so fast?!" Hilda asked when she realized her suitcase wasn't in her hand.

Gran Torino suddenly gained a more serious look and smirked as he closed the suitcase.

"So, you're the ninth holder, huh? Never expected it would be such a large fish." Gran Torino laughed. "You must have one huge appetite, girl. Enough to make Fat Gum jealous, I say!"

"Uh, thanks." Hilda bashfully said. "I have no shame in my body, and I like to think no matter what, I'm always beautiful."

"Heh, you certainly aren't ashamed of how you look, that's true." Gran Torino chuckled before getting down to business. "Now Toshinori said that Tsunade and Shanks helped with the basic training. Well, I'm gonna need to see it in action so here's what we're going to do. I'm going to come at you and you're only going to use OFA to dodge. I would have you attack back but I don't want to go through my wall today. So just stick to dodging, got it."

"Yes, sir!" Hilda said with a salute as Gran Torino turned to Izuku next.

"And you, boy. You certainly have a lot of skills unrelated to all those fancy Devil powers of yours! Considering you have some creative ways of using them already, I say your training should be about building up your body, so you join your girlfriend in dodging!" The old Pro bared. "And no using your Haki, trust me, I'll know!"

Meanwhile, Tenya had arrived at Atomic Samurai's dojo. All of the S-Rankers had their own agencies that were connected to each other, so they always had a way to contact each other if something required more than one of them to handle a problem.

Atomic Samurai was actually Quirkless but he trained himself to the bone in both swordsmanship and martial arts in order to get ahead of those with Quirks. His skills became so great, he was offered an honorary spot on the S-Rankers. Right now, he was training Tenya in defense moves.

"Your form needs a little work, son. But you got the potential to improve." The S-Ranker said as he chewed on a stalk of tweed. "The problem is your a little too stiff, you gotta loosen up those joints in order to get a proper motion going."

Tenya nodded. "Now I know I made the right choice. If I had decided to just target Stain right away, I never would have stood a chance."

Speaking of Stain, he had brought to the bar where Tomura, Kurogiri, and the Dark Knights were staying.

"So you're the ones who attacked UA. And now you want to recruit me?"

"Sensei wants to rebuild our numbers, though the Knights suggest a smaller number with smarter and stronger villains."

"It is curious how you have managed to gain the trust and alliance of those who have eluded the authorities more times than I have." Stain said as he addressed the Knights silently. "But what is your mission?"

"For now, I just want to kill All-Might. I want to break everything I don't like." Tomura said. "I want to be a Villain who causes chaos for the sake of it, to spite all the peace-loving fools who ignore what's right in front of them."

Stain narrowed his eyes, "I was foolish to be interested. You're the type of person I hate the most."

"Oh really? And why's that?" Tomura asked.

"You're nothing more than a child, and your goals are equally childish. You don't even have any real convictions." Stain said. "No matter what you want to accomplish, it is necessary to have conviction and desire. Those without and those who are weak will be weeded out. It's only natural."

"Really?" Batman Who Laughs smirked as Stain's eyes widened when dark chains shot out of his wrists and wrapped around the Hero Killer. "I think you underestimate our boy, Stainy."

"We thought better of you, Stain..." Drowned said, disappointment clear in her voice. "But it seems you decided to write us off the second Tomura said our goal was to kill All-Might. We watched as you attacked the hero Ingenium when he tried to stop you from killing that young Pro. We overheard that you will only allow All-Might to kill you, but that is a worthless goal since All Might would never kill."

"We were hoping you could help Tomura get closer to his full potential...but it seems you are the one we should be teaching instead," Merciless said, summoning a blood-red portal and reaching inside it to pull out a curved sword.

"Well this is it, Marine Squad HQ," Momo said as she, Katsuki, and Nia approached the agency. Midnight was by their side, looking a little bit nervous.

The four reached the stairs where there were two people waiting for them. One was an old woman with a stern expression on her face and the other was a man with glasses, a greying afro, and a mustache.

"Hey, Mom..." Midnight said awkwardly.

"So, this is the girl you've been telling me about, Nemuri." The old woman, Tsuru Kayama, said. "I've got to say, she does have potential, just needs the right outlet for it."

"I-It's an honor to meet you both," Momo said, bowing.

"Well, this outta be fun." Nia smiled.

"So when are we gonna get this clambake on the road?" Katsuki asked gruffly.

"Follow me to Starboard Training Ground and we'll do so right now," Sengoku smirked as he led Katsuki and Nia along while Tsuru turned to Momo.

"I'll be taking you to Port Training Ground, kid." The old woman then put a hand on Momo's shoulder. "They don't call me the Great Strategist for nothing. I can tell a lot about people and with you, I'm seeing way too many tears where there are none."

"Just go easy on her, okay, Mom?" Midnight nervously asked as Tsuru gave her daughter a wry smirk.

"No promises, Nemuri."

"Oof!" Mina grunted as she landed on her butt, having been knocked with a sweep kick from Miruko.

"You gonna get up? Or do I have to stomp down harder?" The Rabbit Hero asked with a smirk as Mina quickly sprung to her feet.

"I'm fast on my feet, Miruko! You'll see I'm not giving up this dance so easily!"

Miruko laughed. "That's what I like to see, kid!"

"Wow, I didn't know you and Tetsutetsu were fans of Meta Knight!" Kirby said to Eijirou and Tetsutetsu, who had also taken an internship under Meta Knight, who was also an alien native to Pop Star.

"I had a feeling these two would go for me." Meta Knight chuckled. "In fact, I was counting on it. You see, I'm hoping to use this internship to show you both how different you really are from each other. Additionally, you'll be working on improving your combat skills so that you don't just rely on brute force in a fight. The effective way to do that is to find out how to mesh your Quirk with your combat skills."

"What about Kirby?" Eijirou asked.

"She has learned plenty from me ever since she was a child." Meta Knight said. "I all but practically raised her."

"That's so manly!" Tetsutetsu said, tears pouring down his face as Kirby just laughed bashfully.

Ochako had joined Tatsumaki and Fubuki on a patrol. Of course, the two had first taken the opportunity to tell the brunette some embarrassing stories about Izuku when he was a baby.

"The basic goal of a hero is to control crime," Tatsumaki explained. "The police will contact us regarding any villain attacks that they can't handle alone.

"The requests are filtered by district, and once the situation is handled we file out a report based on the incident. After that, the government sends in a payment based on the report." Fubuki added.

Kyouka was learning from both Mount Lady and Metal Bat, who were actually dating each other. Minoru was getting psychology lessons from the Rapper Hero: Killer Bee, who was telling him how to keep cool under pressure and how to present himself to others while lightening the mood.

Denki was getting the chance to learn with Drive Knight while Fumikage was getting some helpful insight from the current #3 Pro Hero, the Winged Hero: Hawks. Rebecca was learning under Genos Kusanagi AKA Demon Cyborg, the two of them even joining Drive Knight and Denki's sessions on the occassion.

Rikidou and Kouji were both learning from Snow Mother whose real name was Melony Alpin, whose Quirk [Snowball], not only allowed her to create and manipulate snow but also inflate herself like a ball that acted as a cushion, a trampoline, a shield, and more.

Hitoshi joined Oujiro in training under Bang Silverfang in the ways of various martial arts, helping build up Hitoshi's muscles since he definitely needed to improve his physical strength despite his powerful Quirk. After all, he shouldn't just rely on his Quirk 100% of the time.

Nimona was having the time of her life training under Might Gai as well as his adopted son and protege, Rock Lee. Yuuga had also joined her, wanting to use Gai's example of 'youthfulness' to make him stand out better.

"Heh, so you've finally made it." Garp chuckled as Shoto made it into his office.

"Father suggested you might be able to help me control my fire."

"Oh, trust me brat, I intend to." Garp grinned. "But we'll also be working on balancing it with your ice. The only way you'll get stronger is if you work on both sides of your Quirk."

"So...this is awkward..." Ben said as he and Penny stood in front of Endeavor, the Flame Hero giving them both a critical look.

"Honestly, while I am grateful you pushed Shoto into giving up his childish rebellion, I also feel like you should have at least gone easier on him."

"It was either show him how ugly things would be now or never." Ben said. "I don't take any pleasure in what I did, but I had to do it."

Endeavor sighed. "Be that as it may, I hope you two are ready for what I have in store for you. Do not expect me to coddle either of you despite your 'special' circumstances."

"Don't worry, Mr. Endeavor! We expect nothing less!" Penny beamed, giving a salute.

"Heh, at least one of you is eager."

After a rigorous day of training with Gran Torino, Izuku and Hilda were taking a break, eating some Tayaki with the old Pro.

"Why did you teach only one year at UA?" Hilda asked.

"It was a promise I made to an old friend of mine, Nana Shimura." Gran Torino sighed sadly. "She was the holder of OFA prior to Toshi. Nana was a bright and strong woman, but she was nearly broken down when her husband was killed. She left her son in an orphanage and went to fight, not expecting to come back alive. The last thing she said to Toshi, was to not repeat her mistakes."

"Guess that explains why he wanted us to tell those we trusted," Izuku said.

Gran Torino nodded. "Now then, you've already come a long way one just one afternoon. This is your second day of training, so let's see if you're ready for a real patrol."

Back at the League's hideout, Stain had reached a standstill with Tomura and the Dark Knights.

"So you want me to be a part of your crumbling little league. But let me tell you something... You won't accomplish anything without conviction."

"And why can't the desire to cause chaos be a conviction?" Tomura questioned. "We're not out to change the world, just set it on fire. Even if the fires do get put out rather frequently by the heroes."

Stain scoffed. "The word 'Hero' has lost all meaning in this society. The world is overrun by fakes, and criminals like you who chase petty dreams."

Suddenly, dark green light constructs of snakes slithered around Stain's arms, binding them together as Tomura turned his gun hand into a shotgun, which he pointed point-blank at Stain's head. Dawnbreaker smirked, a ring on his finger glowing brightly thanks to his Quirk, [Spectrum Force], which allowed him to harness the color spectrum of light to create constructs and use various different powers based on the color used.

"You shouldn't go comparing us to low-life criminals," Tomura said dangerously. "And you're really more of a criminal than we are, a naive fool playing at vigilantism."

"A shame, it seems our goals are far too different for us to work together," Devastator growled out.

Stain was released, narrowing his eyes at the group before turning to leave.

"It seems I was wrong. You do have conviction, warped as it is." He turned over to the Dark Knights. "Make sure you mold that conviction properly. If he's intent on being a villain, he should be one that people will respect as much as fear."

"Oh trust me, friend...we plan to." Batman Who Laughs smirked. "Kurogiri, be a doll and send him back to where he came."

Kurogiri sighed. "As you wish."

In the next chapter, chaos comes to Hosu! Sorry if this chapter was short, but the next one will be much longer and even better!
