Hi everybody I'm back got a new arc and I hope you enjoy.

Not gonna lie I wasn't sure what to do next than I got an idea that I think everyone will enjoy.

It might be a stretch with who I'm using but I think I got an idea that will make everyone happy.

This chapter will be short it's half the usual peaceful chapters are hard to land for me.

Also reguarding what's happening right now, I hope everyone stays safe and the same for your loved ones. I hope this story can take your mind off it.

The New Normal

Just a couple months have passed since Daburack, Lapis and Lazuli have shocking news.

Trunks was out with Lazuli at her house her brother was busy watching over Zangya, the saiyan did his best to eat lighter as to not embarrass his date. Huh date, never had he thought this would be how he would interact with Lazuli even after he had accepted her as a friend.

Lazuli was in the same situation, realistically she never thought this would happen. Yet here she is eating at a nice place with the half saiyan she knew for so long. "You know you can eat as much as you want. I've gotten used to that appetite of yours."

"Thanks but I've already eaten on the way here."

"Kind of improper to eat before your date."

"Well you did say I eat like a pig."

She rolled her eyes. "I'm fine with it."

"Speaking of." Trunks eyed the stacks of plates on her side.

"What?" Lazuli glared.

Trunks kept his mouth shut. "Sorry"

Lazuli wasn't sure what she enjoyed how easy it was to get him to apologize over nothing or when they had some heated arguements over nothing, she smiled. "It's fine besides I'm eating for two."

Trunks nodded and kept eating but stopped in the middle of a bite. He looked at his girlfriend with widened eyes.

Lazuli stood up walked over to Trunks, took his hand and put it on her belly. She wasn't sure what to do, she was carrying a child for a couple days now and wasn't sure when to tell him. She tried her best to smile and hoped to see one in return.

Trunks dropped his fork and looked up. "Are you sure you are?"

Lazuli kept her smile, she fought not to frown, she hoped he'd be happy for the news but she can understand if he's reluctant. "I felt strange for a while, I actually went to see a doctor and found out."

Trunks focused on sensing energy in the room, he felt something, small but definitely there and it was coming from Lazuli. There's human energy he hasn't sensed before perhaps it was energy Lazuli had when she was human? And then there was his saiyan energy coming from it and it was too similar to him to ignore. He never noticed because he didn't really concentrate on sensing as he is now.

"Trunks?" Lazuli asked her boyfriend, was this a mistake? Should she have not kept it without him knowing?

Trunks got up and hugged her out of nowhere.

Lazuli was floored, he was hugging her, he pulled away and kissed her lips.

"That's great Lazuli, I, I didn't even know you could get pregnant."

Lazuli looked at Trunks's smile, he was happy, truly happy to be sharing his child with her. She had no idea this would happen."Me either." She smiled back and the two embraced, this was now going to be their life, them and their child.

Some more time had passed they told everyone the news, Lapis had a few jokes about the two of them having a child but at the end congragulated.

Bulma was a little skeptical at first, she never would have seen this coming even after everything and she excepted the twins as part of the new group. But she smiled escited the prospect of being a grandmother, she finally get to spoil a grandchild.

Months later a baby girl would be born, Lazuli and Trunks shared a happy family life for years to come.

Years had gone by since Daburack and the Z-fighters enjoyed more peaceful lives.

On Lapis's island a bunch of poachers charged forward armed with tanks and guns. "Out of our way!"

A green woman with long orange hair approached she smirked as she waved a hand through her hair. "Get lost."

"Fire!" They fired their weapons of course they couldn't really hurt her but just for fun she swayed the bullets and kicked rockets upward so they wouldn't harm the island.

Zangya simply destroyed the tanks, guns and roughed up the poachers with very, very light punches. She wiped the dust off her hands and looked down at the men. "I won't say it again, get lost."

The poachers all ran to their boats and roared that they will be back for those valauable animals on the island.

Zangya sighed. "How was that?"

"Better, but don't play around with them next time." Lapis jumped down and landed next to her.

"I still don't understand why we don't just end them." Zangya stated. "They keep coming back."

"Look I told you already we don't kill them." Lapis said. "Suggest that again and I'll put you back in solitaty confinement."

"Alright, alright" She said in a bored tone. "Can I atleast take a trip to a city?"

"Sure just wait for 16's shift."

Zangya gave a smirk. "Come now, he's so boring to hang around with all he does is play with his birds. Can't you just come with me."

"No way, I already delt with my sister's shopping I don't want do deal with that again."

"What if it was a lingerie store?"

Lapis simply rolled his eyes. "Come on, let's eat."

Zangya frowned, 6 years on this planet and he still resists her charm. Oh well she'll still have time.

The cyborg was kind of regretting agreeing to watching Zangya whenever Bulma was doing work with 16, at first he didn't mind because Trunks would watch him too but ever since the half saiyan got hitched with his sister he's been having to take the responcibility especially after her niece was born. It wasn't all bad, ever since he gave her the job to watch his island he's been having to do less work and she seems to understand not to kill the poachers and wasn't too bad having her around. He only wished she'd cool it with the constant flirting.

The two park rangers got a fire going with Lapis cooking the food.

In Capsule Corporation gardens 16 is walking through the garden looking at all the wildlife, his hands filled with seeds, he smiled as the birds ate the seeds out of his hands.

The android has been enjoying the peace these past couple years have been. No fighting, no lost of life, just peace and nothing more.

"16!"

The android turned his head to see Bulma calling out to him, the android gently kneeled down and let the seeds fall out to let the birds enjoy their food.

16 walked through the building to find Bulma in her lab. "What is it Bulma."

"Feast your eyes on this!" Bulma showed plans on the table.

16 did as advised and scanned the blueprints his eyes widened. A rare thing for a machine to do, he ran a quick diagnostic to make sure he wasn't malfunctioning. "Bulma this is"

"Yup, it's a machine that were gonna use to give you a real body." She proudly declared.

"But how did you come up with these blueprints?"

"I took what Dr Gero used to create Cell and tweaked it a bit. We can now clone a non sentient human, then transfer your data into it's brain and boom you'll be human!"

16 didn't know what to say, he had come to terms with being what he is. He didn't think even Bulma someone that has invented time tavel could come up with a solution to his change.

"What's wrong 16?" Bulma asked, this was the longest he's had without a responce.

"Bulma this is unbelievable, thank you." The android gave a smile wider than he's ever given.

"You deserve nothing but the best 16, now want to help me build this?"

In the middle of a grassy area a man with long lavender hair can be seen throwing punches and kicks. He was disciplined and swift with his movements.

"Dad, when do we get to sparring?"

Trunks stopped mid punched and turn to see a little girl standing firm with her arms crossed. "I told you we need to warm up first."

The girl had short hair like her mother's, it was lavender from the father and had blue eyes. "Why can't we just get to it it's faster and straight to the point!"

"Look either warm up or I'll have you meditate again."

"Mmm" The little girl pouted. "Fine" She started shadowboxing as well.

Trunks sighed she was only five years old and already she was a handful. He remembered his mother and ChiChi say saiyan children are even harder to handle when they're older, if she's this much at her age how bad will she be when she's older?

"Trunks, Iolite, dinner's ready."

Iolite immefiately stopped shadowboxing and smiled. "Coming!" She flew past Trunks at surprising speed.

Trunks couldn't help but smile, this girl of his can go from angry to happy in seconds. Reminds him of his mother now that he thought about it. He sees his daughter Iolite and his wife Lazuli. He never really thought of the idea of having a family with anyone, let alone with Lazuli. It was shocking to learn that she was pregnant, almost as shocking when he proposed to her.

The past 6 years have been crazy, teaming up with 17 and 18 against Super Android 13, Broly, and Daburack. Then then when Zangya mentioned Lazuli's desire he started dating the android woman he he hated years ago, and then they got married with a child.

She was only 5 years old and she was already on par when he used to train with Gohan. He trained right from when she learned how to walk, he thought of it as a necessity. At first Lazuli and his mother didn't like the idea. Eventually though he and Lazuli had a compromise, he would give her small light training and never go further until she was older so he wouldn't hurt his daughter even on accident.

But Iolite picked up on it quickly and he was able to up the ante of her training at an earlier age than he expected, quarter or not she was a saiyan, she would be destined to fight. And earth is always going to be a target, it will be attacked again at some point and so he trained her to defend herself from anyone that can pose a threat to her and the planet.

However thankfully she got to live a much different childhood than he did and they were able to give her a happy life. These past couple years have been nothing but peaceful.

This was the best time of his life.

"Trunks you coming?" Lazuli asked.

"Yeah" He walked over to have a meal with his family.

And that's it. Sorry if it was too short, one of the reason it took so long is because I did want to make the chapter longer but couldn't figure out how without putting too much. But there we go I set up every character's lives right now and I can't wait to show you what I have in store.

Now on to Lazuli's and Trunks's child.

First I like to say the name Iolite, is a gemstone that comes in shades of violet and blue. Lapis Lazuli is also a gemstone. Originally I thought of naming her Bra, or Pansy for Trunks's side of the family but then I thought why not name her a name that would fit Lazuli's side? So looked up gemstones, found Iolite which is kind of the same color as Trunks's actual hair and there we go, Iolite is born.

She's a bit feisty like any saiyan child and don't worry I have ideas to make her a character besides just being a kid that likes to fight like most saiyans. Anyway I hope she grows on you.

So I mader strength match Trunks back when he was training to become a Super Saiyan with Gohan because I always thought that saiyans are stronger depending on the strength of the people around them, Kid Gohan despite his potential was way behind Goten and Trunks because he didn't grow up with insanely strong people like teenager Gohan and Vegeta.

So I hope her power's not farfetched, and no she can't go Super Saiyan not yet. She may just get it the same way Goten and Trunks did or I'll put her through something to trigger it. I won't tell you.

xanamarion3- I know the year to revive wasn't canon, but understand that at the time I created this story Battle of Gods was leaked and RoF didn't have a trailer so you could argue it could have been canon at the time. Plus if we did revive all the Z-fighters the androids would either be unnecessary or fade in the background. Even if Vegeta didn't get stronger due to being bound in hell imagine Goku.

He's been dead for 20 years, he would pown every villain I have so far.

Super Android 13? One shot.

Broly(Original)? One shot.

Daburack? He might be able to survive a bit longer but the fight will end when Goku get's bored.

Fact is Goku would basically be unstoppable, earth would have nothing to fear as I imagine he would be at least on par with Base form Vegito. I would have to get Beerus or Goku Black to make a story and then it would be next to impossible to make Trunks and the androids relevant.

For that reason I used the year limit, otherwise I would limiting what I can do with this story.

FF8cerebus- I understand, I'm glad you stuck around good luck in your fanfic hunting. Also I didn't mean to say if you minded or not, it's just I remember you aksing a while back and so I made it happen though I did plan it.

shadowwriter- Yup and now Zangya is a park ranger as long as she's under strict supervision that is. It was either this job or she'd be just hanging around whatever space she was granted on this planet. Hope you enjoyed.

AxDevilman- Ya I was glad that I came up with a fitting hell for Vegeta and for him to change his ways and for him to have a bonding session with his son.

SuperSaiyajin4Vegeta - Don't worry I got plans for her, after all we can use more Z-Fighters. And I'm glad you liked what I did, I hope you enjoy more of what I can offer.

Ok before I end this I got one question for you all.

If I did what xanamarion3 suggested and attempted to wish everyone back. Would Goku be able to be brought back since he got killed by a heart virus and so wouldn't be able to be revived since it was a 'natural cause'? Does that count as a natural cause or no?
