Time Well Spent
Baby was outside the earth's atmosphere waiting for the sacred water to dissipate. To pass the time he's been thinking about the turn of events that have frustrated him.
Everything was in place, he had Trunks on the run, the Earthlings under his control, and made the perfect body from his enemy's closest one.
If only he didn't get so cocky, he should've tried to find him first. If he had, he would've succeeded in everything.
He put his hand out into the earth's atmosphere only to feel burning pain and immediately pulled it back. Much to the parasite's frustration, he will need to wait even more.
He was right to be wary of him still alive, this time he'll figure out a way to finish him.
But first, he needed to calm himself to avoid more surprises.
He pulled out a capsule and looked at it in the palm of his hand.
The capsule of the time machine he had Shenron reconstruct.
This became his end goal after he had possessed Bulma for some time.
One goal he had in mind was after he would unite the universe into the newly evolved Tuffle Race.
He just couldn't believe that he was interrupted from killing King Vegeta's grandson, the creatures who stopped his vengeance, he was aware of who they were thanks to Bulma's memories.
That damn Saiyan had Kais themselves on his side, gods that watch over the universe? How could beings that are meant to be gods side with these barbaric monsters? To stop their punishment? Did they turn a blind eye towards the suffering they have caused his people who only sought to further their technology for peace? Why? Why side with them? The Tuffles had desired nothing but peace!
But as Baby thought that he thought of certain points of the Tuffles. Yes, they wanted peace but, he remembered that it was back with King Vegeta the first, the Tuffles had hired the Saiyans to help construct their cities in exchange they would use their technology to make life better for the Saiyans.
And once the Saiyans had completed their work, he admitted that the Tuffles stabbed them in the back. With their technology, they were able to imprison many Saiyans, and create devices to restrain and use them for labor, bodyguards, and at worse test subjects.
'It was to ensure that our people would be protected by outside threats.' Baby rationalized, at least that's what the Tuffle King at the time was thinking. The Saiyans were savages, they would have tried to wipe out their people at some point. In time they would teach them to use their power for good, it was meant to help them evolve and one-day work side by side with them to make the universe a better place.
But the Tuffles underestimated the Saiyan's ability to grow stronger, in just one generation the Saiyans had broken free from the Tuffle's attempt to control them and had begun to unite under King Vegeta the second and were taking control of the planet away from them.
It was then that the Tuffles offered a peace treaty, even offered to leave the planet with their technology behind to make up for what happened two generations ago.
But King Vegeta the third was the most ruthless of his bloodline and with the help of a brilliant Saiyan, scientists used a new technique, an artificial moon to use the Oozarus to finish the war.
Baby clenched his fists, and grit his teeth. 'Those monsters didn't even allow children to live.' But at that thought, he remembered how he was willing to harm King Vegeta's young great-granddaughter. A child that was more earthling than Saiyan. 'There were children on the Tuffle's side too, why should their children get to live while ours do not?!'
He shook his head and looked up at the sky. 'Those wretched Kais, need to be disposed of once the goal has been accomplished.'
The Tuffles still did not deserve extinction and so the Saiyans must face the same punishments. He will wipe out the Vegeta family no matter the cause.
After that, he would use the time machine to go back in time to the Tuffles before the Saiyans attacked, unite them in his power and make the Saiyans slaves to his people, to be used for experiments. As they should have been, the fact that they ravaged the universe afterward was proof of that.
But he wouldn't stop there.
He was aware that there were other existing timelines, four of them in fact. He would invade those timelines, and turn all Saiyans into the new Tuffles.
He will make every timeline free of the cursed species.
And he Baby, the embodiment of the Tuffle Race, will truly become infinite. No more differences, no more fighting, no more war, only peace through his influence.
No one will face the nightmares his people had to face.
He grinned at the thought of reaching this goal, he couldn't wait for the Sacred Water to dissipate.
Supreme Kai's World
Trunks, Goku, Bulma, and the Kais were watching Baby in the crystal ball.
"Are you sure that this is Gohan's body?" Bulma asked, she couldn't stomach how it looked. She can see the similarities but it was so wrong, it felt so mutilated just looking at it. She can't help but think what other horrible desecrations of her friends did she create? Did she make Goku and Vegeta look like this too?
"Yeah, it is." Trunks grimaced, he hated seeing it turned into this thing.
Goku was also disturbed by how his son was twisted into this thing, it'd be best for ChiChi to never see it. He only hoped that the help he provided Lapis and Lazuli will be enough to destroy it and never see it again.
Bulma looked to Iolite who thankfully was distracted playing with 16. "I can't believe what my inventions did, poor Iolite." She always wanted her to one day meet the heroes of Earth, and her invention pretty much guaranteed the worse first impression, granted they were controlled by Baby but still they were attempting to capture her to hurt her, if not, then much worse. He likely would've possessed her to use her against them.
Just when she was feeling rock bottom Goku placed a hand on her shoulder to get her attention. "Come on Bulma, look at her, how happy she is." The man spoke pointing at the little girl.
Iolite seemed happier, almost like there was nothing wrong. After all, that's happened she seems to have been progressing back to her normal self.
"I guess, she is still Vegeta's granddaughter." She said with still a frown.
"And yours too Bulma." He said with a smile.
Bulma looked to Goku with a smile. "Thank you" She felt happier than ever seeing her friend by her side.
Trunks also smiled seeing his daughter play with 16. When this was all over they would still have some work to recover their bonds but they know that with time they can have their family mend the wounds that Baby had given them. He specifically hoped that Lazuli and Iolite can have their daughter and mother bond restored.
As 16 was playing with Iolite he was thinking of this whole ordeal. For a long time now, almost a decade he had wanted to be flesh and blood. He sees Iolite's hair moving in the air while he tries to tag her. He wanted to feel the air through his skin and hair. The android misses tagging Iolite again and she jumps happily, had 16 been organic the sun would be too bright for him to look but he sees the sun behind her head. He had wanted to feel the sun, its warmth.
16 had managed to tag Iolite.
"I'm it!" She yelled as she tried to chase after him.
16 backed away trying to avoid being tagged, without going all out of course.
Iolite looked like she was having fun, this was how he played with her before Baby had arrived.
The Android looked at her enjoying the playtime he was giving her.
Iolite had tagged 16 on the shoulder. "Your it!"
16 didn't move for a second watching her giggle.
Also, he would like to be able to have children of his own.
All these wants were why Baby had gotten his clones.
Everything that had transpired was because of him, he must do everything he can to stop it.
No matter the cost.
"16?" Iolite asked.
The Android snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the girl.
"Are you ok, uncle?" She asked.
16 looked down at the little girl and smiled while placing a hand on her head. "I am Iolite, I want you to know that I will make sure Baby will be stopped no matter what."
Iolite giggled. "I know uncle and then after we can turn back to normal right?'
Yes, the family will be back to normal, though perhaps except for one thing. He frowned at the thought.
"Uncle?" She asked worriedly.
16 smiled and placed a hand on her head again. "Yes," He finished. "Everything will go the way it should." And if this risky plan doesn't work, he will make it so only one change will happen, he'll make sure of it.
Iolite nodded she felt unsettled hearing that but she shook it off, it was her imagination she was sure.
The android lifted the little girl up and further played with her. Making her smile felt so refreshing to the robot almost like it's been years since he's seen that smile.
Yes, he will do what he must if no other choice is shown.
Trunks kept watching his daughter play with the giant, it looks like it won't be much longer before Iolite is ready to move on.
Goku looked to Trunks. "Make sure your ready Trunks, I'm pretty sure after the Sacred Water stops, Baby, will make sure we can't use it again."
Trunks looked at his friend and nodded, ready for anything.
Or so he hoped.
In Space, 4 hours later
The Sacred Water wasn't a permanent solution.
It was done, just as Dende predicted the sacred water only lasted 4 hours, even then he considered that it was lucky to last that long.
Not long after Baby had placed his arm into the earth's atmosphere, he didn't feel anything, no pain. Wishing to not tempt fate, the parasite descended down into the earth's atmosphere as slowly and cautiously as possible until he was sure that the Sacred Water was out of the planet's atmosphere.
Baby grinned and cackled, he then fired a pink Ki beam from his finger in a certain direction.
The Ki beam flew across the planet until it found Baby's target, the place that caused the Sacred water to spread.
The Lookout.
Once it hit, the small finger beam turned into a large pink explosion that could be seen from space indicating that the lookout had been destroyed to nothing.
Baby had then taken a deep breath, while he can sustain without air with or without a host it was nice to breathe again, especially without that toxic liquid filling his lungs.
Now that was done he needed to take care of something before anything else.
Baby had flown across the planet until he made it to his cave.
Once there he took the upgraded dragon radar in capsule form that can detect Namek's direction. He can't use these dragon balls for a year so he'll simply have to rely on the Namekien dragon balls.
The Tuffle then pulled out the capsule of the time machine. It won't be much longer now.
This was it, all he needed was to head there use the Namekien dragon balls to create fuel for his time machine and spread to multiple timelines, with his power he will ensure all life in any time and place to be free of Saiyans, bring the Tuffles to his side and evolve them into the new warrior race they should've been. With both brain and brawn, they will save every timeline from the carnage that the Tuffles and other unfortunate races that faced the same fate.
He will be everywhere in time, truly infinite.
But first, he couldn't allow any more risks, he already paid for underestimating them not too long ago, he'll ensure his enemies stop interfering in one final battle. To do so he will need to stoop down to Saiyan's level but if it means saving his people then so be it.
Baby Gohan looked up at the sky and screamed. "Trunks! Grandson of King Vegeta! I know you are watching! Come! Come and face me along with your pathetic pile of scrap!" He screamed wanting to tie up all loose ends. "Otherwise, I will torture every last one of your earthlings! Every man, woman, and child you have 'freed' of my influence! Do you hear me, boy!" He screamed so loud that his voice could be heard for miles.
It was no better than the Saiyans, he knew that he hated that he had to do this, but to him, the ends justify the means. It's different, there is no price for the Saiyans to pay for the pain they have caused.
Since nothing happened for a few seconds he spoke one last sentence.
"You have less than a minute to see if I'm bluffing!" Baby screamed.
He was close. So close to victory.
There will be no more surprises.
Otherworld
They saw the threat in the crystal ball.
Trunks knew that this was it, there was no other way to buy themselves any more time. It's now or never.
"Elder Kai, can you tell the twins to be ready?" Trunks asked.
The old diety would've argued that it was too soon, but he knew better. "I'll be sure to alert them, best of luck.
Trunks nodded and turned to his ally joining him in the battle
16 walked towards him with him Iolite behind.
The six-year-old ran to her father.
"Dad, let me come with you." She demanded wanting to help, she wanted to help destroy the monster that threatened their family.
Trunks looked at his daughter, it reminded him a bit of him when he was young and wanted to help Gohan but he was too busy saving lives to worry about protecting him in battle. He then shook his head and bent down. "Iolite, you need to stay here." He instructed. "You promised you would keep yourself away from the fight.
"I-I know" She paused as she squeezed her hands. " But, I, I want to help." She said. "I, I need to see mom, to apologize," She thought of ChiChi, Gohan's mom, and how she tried to lie to her to make her feel better, just like her parents did. "I need to tell mom that I'm-"
Her father interrupted her by placing a hand on her head.
"Your mom isn't mad at you ok? She understands and I promise you'll get to talk to her again soon ok?" Trunks said with a smile.
Iolite wanted to argue further but she knew that he only said the truth, she learned from the time chamber that she needed more time and training before she could make a difference in battle. And as much as she wanted to make up for what she's said to her uncle and mother she needed to do as she was told or she might get in the way of the final battle.
"Ok," She said dejectedly.
Trunks padded her hair. "Please stay and be good to grandma ok?"
She nodded not liking any of this.
Trunks stood up and looked at Kibito.
The red Kai teleported with 16 and Trunks.
Bulma hugged Iolite while Goku looked at where they stood. "Do you think they could win?"
"I know they can." He said with his famous 'Son' Grin.
Earth, where the lookout once floated
Once the duo was teleported to where the Lookout once floated Kibito left while wishing them good luck.
Trunks squeezed his fists, he was anxious. The plan that Goku, Vegeta, and he had come up with together. It was risky, but it seemed like their best chance to win this fight. Besides, it wasn't like there was any looking back now.
Fusion was considered in fact Trunks tried to persist on it, but it was deemed it too risky because of Baby's ability. If the parasite were able to take control of the fused warrior with whatever time the merge would have he would be able to take control of two of them at once then their chances would be slimmer. So they had a plan that would be more likely to succeed without putting all their eggs in one basket. With the time they have given Lapis and Lazuli, it should give Baby more trouble in many rather than one. They have taken bigger risks before so this is nothing.
But still, he was nervous, what if it wasn't enough? What if he had more clones they don't know about?
He was taken out of his thoughts when he felt a giant hand on his shoulder.
16 gave him a serious look for a few seconds before speaking. "Be calm." 16 instructed. "Panic is the last thing we need."
Trunks had taken a breath to calm down, he was right, they needed to do this right. "Yeah, thanks." He replied as he looked in a certain direction, he at least tried to feign calmness. There wasn't much time, they needed to get his attention before he carries out that threat he gave. "Ready 16?"
The android nodded as he looked to where he sensed Baby's power level.
Quickly Trunks powered up and his hair spiked without changing color as he turned into his Ultimate From with the white aura surrounding him and the earth shook before his power. "So does he notice?" Trunks felt like an idiot asking that considering the power he was shown, but he couldn't sense Baby's power level and so relied on 16's sensors to know if he was heading their way.
16 said nothing only looking in the direction he can detect Baby's power level. "Yes, he's heading here."
"Good!" Trunks smirked, his Vegeta side was showing. He wanted to destroy this monstrosity with everything they've got.
A pink light flew in between the two warriors and appears on the other side with his back turned smoke came out of his back from the heat his speed generated on the way.
Trunks slowly turned around with sweat down his brow.
16 also turned and clenched his fist, his speed was too much for his sensors to follow.
Baby Gohan had turned around. "Finally, you've come out of hiding cowards."
He had a toothy grin as he stared at Trunks ignoring 16 like he was no threat.
At least that is what 16 assumed, it didn't matter to him, he had one trick up his sleeve, that Bulma had warned him against doing.
Trunks looked at the monster before him, the mutilated version of his master Gohan, he couldn't wait to put an end to it.
The parasite had noticed this and smiled to Trunks. " Are you ready to have one last fight with your beloved master?" He cackled maniacally as Trunks couldn't help but respond with a glare. "Just remember what I said, if you escape you know what will happen to these wretched earthlings, I will carry it out if you squirm your way out of this."
Trunks decided to converse with him if only to keep him distracted. "Interesting that you call them wretched." The half Saiyan replied. "Now that they're free of your control."
"I gave them a common purpose, and you took that away from them to keep them divided." Baby spoke as if that was enough to defend his actions. "Under my influence people can let go of their petty difference and unite for the common good to make the quality of life for all better. It would also prevent travesties like what you've grown up with from happening ever again."
Trunks was disgusted by how this creature was actually trying to defend his actions. "No one can enjoy that if they're just slaves to your will, you need to give people the right to choose that for anyone to appreciate it."
Baby frowned. "Allowing choices is what led to the Saiyans wiping us out." He gritted his teeth. "Monkeys, especially the royal monkeys can never understand the bigger picture."
The half Saiyan stops trying to tell this lost cause that what their doing is wrong. "Your done Baby I hope you know that."
Baby chuckled before laughing maniacally. "I bested you in the form that proceeds this one, the scrap heap next to you couldn't take me as a mere Super Saiyan, what makes you think the two of you can take me?" He said with a toothy grin.
Trunks didn't say anything for a second before in his head the Supreme Kai spoke to him. 'They're getting ready now!' He smirked.
"Sorry but it's not just us you have to deal with."
Baby rose an eyebrow wondering what he meant. "What? Do you mean the brat? Do you think she'd make a difference? You'd put your precious daughter in danger"
While he started to taunt Trunks, behind him a small ripple was opening in the air behind him.
"oh please, don't make me-"
Then a loud noise got past him, he felt pressure from behind almost able to push him.
The Tuffle Saiyan turned around, he was caught by surprise and couldn't recognize what he was seeing at first. "What? What is-"
Before Baby can finish Trunks and 16 appeared behind him and grab him by his arms.
"Get off me!" The Tuffle struggled in surprise but was unable to shake them off.
Before the three of them was a portal that was familiar more to Baby than to 16 and Trunks. Though Trunks and 16 were expecting it and took advantage of it. They then flew towards the portal dragging the surprised clone.
All the while Baby was trying to shake them off, something small fell without either 16 or Trunks noticing.
"Let me go!" Baby screamed as the duo successfully dragged through the portal.
The small object that Baby had dropped fell and hit the ground luckily without any damage.
Hyperbolic Time Chamber
Baby was thrown in while Trunks and 16 landed behind him.
The Tuffle had caught and righted himself across the void room and stood on the white ground. He looked around, this was the hyperbolic time chamber no doubt. "Tch, what did you imbeciles think taking me there was going to accomplish, I can escape this place as this clone had before." The parasite felt insulted but then he remembered something, he only knows a portal can open from the inside of the chamber, not the out.
"Who did that? Who breached the time chamber?" He looked around. Did they have another fighter? No, he was sure that was all of them, but what other explanation was there?
"Were right here." A familiar male voice said from behind.
Baby heard that familiar voice, he turned towards the time chamber structure to see two individuals walking out. "What? You?!"
It was Lapis and Lazuli who Baby had thought he had slain alive, though their clothes were for the worse for wear. Half of Lazuli's right sleeve was missing and her pants had a hole on her right knee.
Lapis's scarf was missing and his black shirt was missing showing nothing but his white undershirt.
"You two, how?" He destroyed them he knows he did, but then he remembered something. "The dragon balls?" Was that what Trunks had wished for? "No, you must have escaped, after all the time chamber's entrance was destroyed, yes that must have been your wish." He glanced back at Trunks with a smirk. "I see, you used your wish to bring back the time chamber didn't you?"
Baby was on the right track, not surprising given how smart he is. But no, they used a different set to bring back the time chamber's entrance, not long before Trunks's battle with Baby ended. Trunks's wish was something else. But they all kept it to themselves. Why tell him? They should use all the surprises they have in store.
They had this plan from when Lapis and Lazuli were brought to the Supreme Kai's planet.
Hours Earlier
It wasn't long after Kibito had saved Lapis and Lazuli.
Goku was explaining something to the twins.
"Perfect now watch closely, I'll explain it as best I can and you try to follow along," Goku explained.
Supreme Kai looked at Goku as he started to train the duo. "Alright, we should go." He looked to Kibito.
The red elder nodded as he put a hand on Shin's shoulder. They vanished leaving the trio to their brief training session.
Planet Namek
The Namekiens were weary after that Goku look-alike tried to take their dragon balls.
And when two figures appeared the Namekien warriors all aimed their hands in an attempt to protect themselves.
It was Shin and Kibito and they were a bit stunned being on the receiving end of their aggression.
"Wait! Wait!" Shin shouted, even though he knew he was stronger than the Namekien warriors he didn't want to start a fight.
The Namekiens stopped and immediately apologized after realizing who they were about to attack.
Elder Moori approached the duo while bowing his head.
"Supreme Kai, Kibito our sincerest apologies we are a bit jumpy right now."
Shin shook his head. "No need, we understand what has been happening." He explained. "Actually we were wondering if you could help."
Moori didn't hesitate. "If we can help at all to stop this threat then you only need to tell us what to do."
The Namekiens were eager to assist and had gathered their dragon balls."
"For the first wish rebuild the door to the hyperbolic time chamber on Earth," Shin instructed.
Not long after the wish was made Lapis and Lazuli would go in to train not long before Supreme Kai and Kibito would save Trunks.
Porunga had done so.
On Earth, during Trunks' battle with Baby, the time chamber's entrance was rebuilt.
"It is done, what is your second wish?"
Moori looked to Shin. "Porunga should be able to hold his form but if he reaches his limit you'll need to wait two months to resurrect and repair the damage to the earth."
Shin nodded. Trunks was adamant about saving the last two wishes if possible, they didn't want to resurrect the earthlings too soon only to die again by Baby's hand.
They had used a wish from Porunga to rebuild the entrance to the time chamber, and are saving the other two wishes until after the battle was over. So the wish Trunks had made to Shenron was different.
But there was no way they'd tell Baby that, they have to keep a couple of cards up their sleeve.
"Doesn't matter does it?" Trunks asked. "Your outnumbered, and outmatched, you can't win against all of us."
Baby cackled maniacally. "You really think these two can make a difference?" He hadn't even turned to the duo as if they weren't worthy of notice. "Please, it had have been only a bit over 4 hours since I last fought them, before I had brought out this form, you can't really believe that will be enough." He then had a thought. "Assuming they have been here since I saw them, it has been two months since then, whatever increase in power will make little difference."
"Wanna test that theory?" Lapis interjected with a smirk.
"Hmph" Baby turned to the duo and did a mocking finger gesture. "Do your worse."
Lazuli smirked as well ready to end the abomination that disturbed her new happy family life. "Mind if I get the first hit?"
"Sure"
Lazuli charged forward.
In Baby's eyes, she might as well have been in slow motion. "Please, she's hardly any faster than before." In truth, she did make noteworthy improvements but not enough to close the gap.
Lazuli threw a kick aiming for his arm.
Baby didn't move only allowing the Android to kick his arm, he did feel it but it wasn't enough to do any damage, clearly not on Trunks's or even 16's level.
"As I said, little difference." Baby grinned as he aimed a hand up at Lazuli's head.
Lazuli stared into the palm as pink energy grew in his hand. She grinned which made Baby raise an eyebrow.
She shouted. "Kaioken!"
Baby looked shocked. "Kaio what?!" He wasn't expecting this.
After shouting this Lazuli's body was surrounded in aura though not the red aura anyone familiar with Kaioken would expect, it was pale red aura, and her body was in a slight tinge of pale red as well. This different color was likely a result of the artificial Ki her body uses.
Lazuli pulled back her leg, and kicked his arm, making the Tuffle grimace and stagger, with her other leg she kicked the pink energy ball into the void, she then blitzed in front of the surprised Tuffle and punched straight into the surprised Baby's gut making him cough.
"W-what?!" He didn't anticipate this.
Still wrapped in the crimson aura Lazuli pulled back her fist and kicked up Baby's chin which sent him upward.
As Baby was sent upward he caught himself and looked down at her still disoriented from that attack.
Her red aura faded.
Immediately the Tuffle aimed his hand intending on destroying the blonde cyborg.
But then a male voice shouted. "Kaioken!"
He turned to where he heard that voice only to see Lapis appeared right in front of him with the same pale red aura and punched him across the face which sent him skidding across the ground.
The time chamber's temperature changed into colder temperatures creating an icy mountain behind him and he crashed into it.
Baby was in disbelief, he didn't anticipate the androids learning Kaioken. He powered in a pink aura crushing the mountain he crashed into and floating upward. He glared at the duo like a wild animal. "Y-you how did you learn that?"
Lapis and Lazuli floated side by side in front of him.
"Got a little help," Lapis admitted, Goku had given them a brief but effective guide on how to use the Kaioken technique.
"And a lot of practice." Lazuli finished, she and her brother had to repeat the steps Goku had taught them many times in their heads in their two months in the time chamber, they managed to figure it out in a little over a month and now have to learn how to build it up to amplify their power even more.
But she was confident that what they had now will be enough.
Baby growled.
"Remember they're not the only ones you have to worry about."
The parasite turned to see Trunks and 16 floating behind him.
"This is the end of the line Baby."
Trunks immediately got into a fighting stance intending to join in the brawl, while 16 does the same.
Baby turned back to the androids.
As if on cue the androids then yelled the technique together.
"Kaio" Lapis began.
"Ken" Lazuli finished
The duo was wrapped in their own pale red aura making the distance shrilling noise the Kaioken is known for.
They were still new to the Kaioken, but they were planning to make good use of it.
"Times 3!" The duo shouted as their pale red auras grew larger.
They were ready, to end the monster for good.
Well at least one of u guys saw this coming.
I was planning this for a while, I hope I did it right.
The Androids learning Kaioken is a nod to a fic near and dear to my heart and one of the stories that inspired this one.
History of Trunks Part 2 by Dancesapple.
It's an old story that finished a while back, I did have a couple of problems with it but over all it's a great story and I recommend to read it if u haven't already, also it's finished so need to worry about waiting for updates. It's similar to my story where 17 and 18 join Future Trunks, though it's done a bit differently.
And in that story spoilers(for an 8 year old story) 17 and 18 learn Kaioken at some point. If u wish to learn how and what they do with it, I recommend u give it a try and maybe look at his other stories if they interest u.
So anyway back to my story, I had this chapter explain almost every part of the plan, all that's left to be revealed is Trunks's wish to Shenron. But it's an easy one, u guys can figure it out. And I hope the explanation the chapter gave wasn't too convoluted.
Also u know what I haven't done in this story? Given Lapis and Lazuli a new power up, I made them stronger but nothing special while 16 gets upgrades, Trunks's transformation, hell Zangya got a transformation and she hasn't been here long.
So now Lapis and Lazuli get to have Kaioken.

Lol glad u liked it! Ya, I thought that to make the story a bit different from GT's is to make Baby's goal a bit crazier. Just imagine him spreading across many timelines, he'd basically be infinite.
That wouldn't be too far off from what I would do. But it'd be hard to trust Dr Gero, they'd probably have a bigger problem after Baby to deal with. Still, would be cool though ngl.
Well they ruled out fusion because if Baby were to possess the fusion it can be a bigger problem plus he'd have control 2 of them at once. Though I admit that's so we can't have fusion come back too soon in the story, hope it's a good enough reason.
Lol, u got that part right. Though it was Goku, taught them the steps to use Kaioken then used the time chamber to practice it over and over before they had to drag Baby inside. Their still new with Kaioken but with it they'll be a force to be reckoned with.

And he might do even more after that. I think I made Baby crazier in my story than he was in GT.
