Rider Time Zi-O: Roze from Remnant
Chapter 33 – Time to Say Goodbye
Woz was back again in his black void, reading through his book, "Once according to this book, average high schooler Tokiwa Sougo embarked on a path that would lead him to become the overlord of time, Oma Zi-O. He has since abandoned this mission and chosen to live as Kamen Rider Zi-O, yet he will always be my Overlord."
Soon enough the pages of the book shined greatly before fading to reveal Ruby's new Silver Roze form that stared down the massive Leviathan Grimm.
"In a fit of desperation Miss Rose manages to form a new upgrade for herself, Silver Roze. Using her new power she defeats a gigantic aquatic Grimm known as the Leviathan. But the battle is far from over, Tid has transformed into Another Ultimate Kuuga by drawing on the latent magical energy of the Relic of Knowledge. With one issue solved they must hurry to finish this last one off… at least, they assume it will be the last issue."
Remnant – Argus, City Coastline
To say Sento was giddy was an understatement as he was absolutely beaming with excitement. While he and the military alongside their government bodies mixed as well as water with oil, this was still a tremendous moment for him. Having kept to HawkGatling he fit himself as snugly as he could in Cordovin's seat, using the distraction of the battle to try and get the machine up and working again. To his surprise and relief, the only necessary changes were to hotwire and jury rig the various wires and parts that were merely bent out of shape.
Once it was operational he made the effort to turn and send the machine forward, the Colossus heading straight towards the coastline of Argus. As he made his approach he did a diagnostics check, the missiles were exhausted but there still was enough in the Dust Cartridges left for a few more shots. His haste was also increased when he had seen the lightshow that Ruby had put on.
Once approaching he noticed that most of the Airships were caught up in their own fights as a horde of Grimm flew towards the lone Time Mazine. Taking aim he fired a blast of Wind using Wind Dust, before switching to Lightning Dust and firing off an electrical blast.
It had managed to do the trick as Sento soon hailed all Atlas personnel alongside the Time Mazine, "Hello everyone in the Atlas Military. While your leader is not here, I your non-resident Genius Physicist am here to assist you all!"
"Huh, who is this? And why are you transmitting from where Cordovin is supposed to be?"
"Long story short, it turns out this was an insidious plot to undermine both the out of town Huntsmen and Atlas Military," Sento declared as he began making up a tall tale, "A malicious force was trying to take control of this machine and currently Cordovin is in danger. But fear not, I alongside other Huntsmen and Huntresses have come to help with the issue and are currently battling the fiend who set us all up right now! I shall leave the robot in your care alongside the remaining Grimm. Meanwhile me and my friends over here will go and finish our battle to save your commander!"
"…"
There was a long silence and muttering going on throughout the various radios, people just plain confused but the main airspace operator finally spoke up.
"You said friends here… so you're friends with that Huntress who told us she'd take care of the Leviathan-class Grimm?"
"…Yes," Sento answered after giving it some thought, assuming it was Ruby. "That would be correct."
"She saved our city from that Leviathan Grimm, meaning as far as we're concerned you're alright in our books. Once we're done here we'll send what support we can, over."
"Roger," Sento answered before directly hailing the Time Mazine on a separate channel, "So how was I?"
"I honestly can't believe that worked," Weiss answered.
Ruby chuckled, "That's Sento for you!"
"We appreciate the help, what's the status with the others?" Tsukuyomi asked.
"Currently fighting against the Another Rider troops, we seem to be making some headway though," Sento admitted. "It was enough for me to take control and pilot this machine over here."
"The Grimm are now mostly taken care of," Ruby answered. "So let's rendezvous back with the others and get the Lamp back."
"Very well, I'll meet you all there," Sento stood up before jumping up through the hole in the cockpit, his wings stretching out as he flew back towards the cliffside.
Remnant – Argus, Cliffside Clearing
[ARMOR TIME! BEST MATCH! BUILD!]
Geiz brought out the Build Armor, blocking an attack from Another Build with his left arm before stabbing it with his drill arm. Sparks flew as Another Build was forced backwards. "You may not be in control but I'm going to enjoy this."
Another Build could only growl out before launching towards Geiz who simply ducked underneath the leap. It turned around only to get struck in the face by Geiz's handheld drill.
[ARMOR TIME! WOW DE~CADE! FINAL FORM TIME! F-F-F-FAIZ!]
Sougo's Decade Armor formed, his under armor forming into the Faiz Axel bodysuit that Takumi would use. The chest and left shoulder read 'Axel' while the right shoulder read 'Faiz' in Katakana. The visors screen shifted around before stopping on Faiz's Axel form helmet.
Another Faiz quickly grabbed Sougo from behind, trying to stop him only for Sougo to throw his arms up to force the Another Rider back.
Sougo then tapped the Faiz Ridewatch, summoning the Faiz Edge for him to use as he parried a strike before jabbing and striking Another Faiz in the gut.
The Another Rider growled out as it gripped the Faiz Edge, trying to yank it away.
"No you don't," Sougo slotted in the Mission Memory.
[READY!]
The blade began shining and glowing a bright red, becoming a saber of light that began damaging Another Faiz. Sougo then yelled and pushed his palm against the hilt of it, pressing it forward more and causing sparks to fly. He then swung his blade and sent Another Faiz staggering back.
"I think we can do this," Sougo gave a nod before he looked to the side to see how everyone else was doing.
"Take this!" Ryuga and Yang both called out, the former swinging his right leg forward while the latter swung her left leg forward. The two slammed their legs into a brown block that Another Ex-Aid had placed down, shattering it and sending the chunks against the Another Rider.
Another Ex-Aid had jumped back, forming a brown block in mid-air to land on. When it formed it was immediately shot and blasted apart, Another Ex-Aid yelping as it had no foothold to land on and face planted.
"Looks like it's not your lucky day," Qrow remarked, having used Harbingers shotgun to blast the block apart.
"No one can stop us now!" Ryuga called out as he removed his Magma Knuckle and held it with his right hand. He took the bottle out before loading it back in, pressing his free palm against the knuckle.
[BOTTLE BURN!]
"You tell him!" Yang called as she pressed both hands against the front of her Driver, soon holding up her left fist as electrical ice energy gathered in her hand and forearm.
[VOLCANIC KNUCKLE!]
[ULTIMETAL FINISH!]
Another Ex-Aid however jumped backwards before landing in a crouched state, soon launching itself towards the two to try and keep them from attacking.
Ryuga and Yang looked at each other and let out a chuckle before turning and yelling out. Ryuga's knuckle was coated in fire before his body lit up brightly, fire and magma seeping out from it and being drawn into the knuckle. Yang meanwhile reeled back, cocking her Ember Celica as electrical ice energy surrounded her forearm and fist.
The two gave a yell and punched forward, Another Ex-Aid's face slamming straight into their fists as the combination of fire, electricity and ice engulfed it. An explosion occurred as sparks flew, Another Ex-Aid flipping backwards before slamming into the ground. The Ex-Aid Anotherwatch rolled out and shattered, Another Ex-Aid reverting to a female Atlas Guard who was currently unconscious.
[FLAME NINPO!]
Blake jumped back and sent a stream of orange flames towards Another Wizard who raised a stone barrier in defense. It then used gravity to kick up and launch the barrier at Blake who easily slid underneath it. To her surprise Another Wizard soon let out a burst of freezing air, catching her in a prison of solid ice.
"Blake!" Jaune called out.
Ren began firing at Another Wizard to distract it while Nora ran in to try and deal some heavy damage.
Another Wizard braced against the shots and got ready to dodge before it noticed the ice prison began to crack.
The ice prison shattered as Blake stood up, her body covered in flames. Quickly thinking she launched the fire from her body onto Another Wizard, catching it on fire to distract it. "Sorry to worry you all, I coated myself in fire just before it hit me."
Nora gave a yell as she came in, swinging her hammer upwards launching Another Wizard into the air.
"Blake, I'll bring it down!" Godai called out as he ran forward before leaping high into the air. He managed to leap higher than the Another Rider, soon stabbing his Dragon Rod into the monster rider's back, the Kuuga symbol forming as he pushed down, planning on pushing the Another Rider back down to the ground.
Blake had seen this and quickly spun her Shuriken Starter, gathering energy in her right leg.
[FINISH NINPO!]
Godai yelled out as he lunged forward. The push launched Another Wizard downwards towards Blake who spun and performed a roundhouse kick against it. The Another Rider yelled out as its watch flew out, breaking apart once it hit the ground. The transformation broke and revealed an unconscious male Atlas Guard.
"Alright, that's two out of five!" Jaune cheered.
"And given the lights we could just barely see, I think Ruby might be successful on her end too," Blake added.
"I sure hope so," Yang gave a sigh.
"Eyes up everyone!" Maria called out, she and Oscar had chosen to hang back while everyone else fought, and the two soon noticed that Another Ultimate Kuuga was starting to move fully again.
"Damn Heisei Riders… Damn New Riders… Damn All You Riders!" Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled out as it began launching quick blasts of darkness all over the clearing, taking a few steps forward.
Everyone began to dodge out of the way the best they could. Some got unlucky like Ryuga and Jaune, the two getting blown back and landing flat on their backs. Those with long range options like Yang, Qrow, Nora and Ren opening fire onto the ultimate Another Rider.
Another Ultimate Kuuga raised its arms, crossing all four together to block against the attacks as it hissed out, "I am the ultimate darkness! Drown in it!"
"Geiz, let's wrap up!" Sougo called out.
"Fine by me," Geiz said as he kicked Another Build back before initiating his finisher.
[FINISH TIME! BUILD! VORTEX TIME BURST!]
Formulas began appearing all around Another Build, cutting it off from Another Faiz as it was soon caught by a white curved energy chart. Geiz gave a yell as he leapt over the chart and rode it downwards, kicking out with right foot and slamming into Another Build.
Another Build yelled out as it was thrown backwards, tumbling across the ground before stopping. It tried to get up before exploding, the Anotherwatch falling out and shattering. Cordovin soon came out of the explosion with a groan before passing out.
"You know, despite it being forced on her, that was still satisfying," Geiz admitted.
"Now that's another thing we can agree on," Maria smiled before noticing Oscar's deadpan stare. "What?"
"Let's go," Sougo flicked his wrist before tapping the button on his Axel Watch.
[START UP!]
Sougo gave a yell as he suddenly sped up tremendously, becoming a blur as he assaulted Another Faiz from all angles, juggling it into the air.
[F-F-F-FAIZ FINAL ATTACK TIME BREAK!]
Multiple red energy drills formed around Another Faiz before a grey blur entered each rapidly, the drills slamming into Another Faiz in rapid succession. Soon enough Sougo jumped out from behind Another Faiz, the Faiz Symbol being displayed before the Another Rider exploded.
The transformation broke off as a male Atlas Guard was revealed, the Anotherwatch clattering to the side and shattering.
[DEFORMATION]
Surprisingly the Faiz Axel Form of Decade Armor faded after its initial use of its speed boost, leaving Sougo back in his standard Decade Armor, "Huh, weird."
"No time to gawk," Geiz said as he hurried over.
"Right," Sougo called out as he drew out the Heisaber, Geiz taking out his Zikan Zax.
[HEY KIVA! KIVA DUAL TIME BREAK!]
[ZERO TIME! ZAKKURI WARI!]
Geiz ran forward and sent two energy slashes towards Another Ultimate Kuuga, red and blue energy launching out and striking the gigantic Another Rider.
The Another Rider turned as it yelled out, only for a swarm of energy bats to rush up to its face. Another Ultimate Kuuga howled as it tried to pry the energy bats off its face.
"Thanks for the assist!" Jaune called.
"No problem!" Sougo called back as he and Geiz ran over to regroup, he then tossed the Faiz Watch over, "Geiz!"
"On it," Geiz called out as he swapped out his Armor Times.
Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled out before gathering energy in its mouth before launching out a black fireball towards the group.
[ARMOR TIME! COMPLETE! FAIZ!]
Geiz quickly got in the way, his armor time completing as he donned the Faiz Armor, bringing out his Faiz Shot instantly and punching against the fireball, managing to punch it away, "Made it."
Another Ultimate Kuuga growled before it marched forward, planning on going on a more physical assault.
"We can't have you doing that! Build Up!"
[OVERFLOW!]
A glint came from the sky as Sento began to drop in his Hazard Form, a red armored rabbit-like creature falling beside him before it suddenly broke apart, revealing that it was rabbit themed armor.
[KURENAI NO SPEEDY JUMPER! RABBITRABBIT! YABEI! HAEI!]
Chest, shoulder, forearm and shin armor all attached, slowing Sento's fall slightly as a new mask slid over his current one. The armor was a bright red with white springs coiled in the center of the shoulders, forearms and shins. A gold build symbol was emblazoned on the chest with Sento having a red strip going down his helmet, two rabbit eyes with gold accents to finish it off.
"Fullbottle Buster!" Sento called out as he brought out a red hilted large cleaver sword with yellow edges, loading in his Rabbit Bottle as it flashed from red to gold.
[RABBIT! FULLBOTTLE BREAK!]
Sento descended, his weapon gaining a gold coloration as he held it with both hands. He then gave a yell as he slashed down against Another Ultimate Kuuga's neck, his blade scraping down the neck to the chest as he slid downwards, a golden slice occurring as Sento slashed against the body.
Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled out as it swung its arms around hectically, managing to just barely scoop and toss Sento away from it.
Sento gave a yelp as he used his agility to land on his feet, skidding back towards the others, "I see you guys are having fun."
"If you're here that means Ruby was successful right?" Godai asked.
Sento gave a nod, "Yep, her plan worked!"
"Then let's deal with big bad and ugly," Yang suggested.
"Of course, after all the star has just arrived," Sento replied.
Ryuga could only give a groan as he slumped, "Sento buddy, I get you like to talk about being the main character but…"
"Not me," Sento called out before pointing up. "Her!"
Geiz's Time Mazine soon came into view in its Roze Unit mode, slamming its foot into Another Ultimate Kuuga's back to slam it into the ground before kicking off and landing off to the side, shifting back to its vehicle mode.
Soon enough the hatch opened up as Tsukuyomi rushed out of it and over to Maria and Oscar, "You two should get in the Time Mazine."
"I'm not leaving you all to finish this by yourself," Oscar replied. "I'll help however I can."
"Well if you need me I'll be sitting comfortably in the giant robot," Maria said as she went for the Time Mazine.
Meanwhile out of the open hatch a flurry of white and blue petals launched out, Ruby and Weiss soon sliding near everyone in their Rider Forms.
Qrow couldn't help but blink a few times, seeing his niece in that silver coloration was surprising, "Ruby?"
"Looks like I made it back just in time…" Ruby remarked.
"Ruby," Sougo managed to get her attention as she fully turned. "Just what is that?"
"I'll tell you what it is," Geiz answered before looking their friend over, "It's her new form."
"Took down a Leviathan with this baby," Ruby admitted as she gently held her Driver.
Yang was the first to shout, "No way!"
"Yes way," Ruby chuckled.
"Just what is this new form anyway?" Blake asked.
"REJOICE!"
Ruby immediately turned, "W-Wait what?!"
On one of the stumps was Woz who held out his book and gave a smile, hopping off as he walked over, "She who shall surpass all on Remnant! The Huntress who has traveled through space and time from Remnant to Earth and became a Rider! Her name is Kamen Rider Silver Roze! And we bear witness to the advent of a new age on Remnant!"
Ruby couldn't help but suddenly plant her face in her hands. She never expected a proclamation from Woz for her. While she had a light chuckle about it when he did it for Sougo, she couldn't help but feel embarrassed once the spotlight was on her.
"Ruby…?" Sougo asked.
"I think she's embarrassed," Blake noted.
Geiz shook his head, "How you didn't get embarrassed when he did your speeches I'll never understand."
"Oh I mean… despite my thoughts on stuff now, I thought they sounded cool," Sougo admitted. "Kind of surprised Woz gave one to Ruby though."
Ruby slumped forward before turning towards Woz, "Was the rejoicing really necessary?"
Woz simply gave a bow, "Please allow me to have this."
"Fine," Ruby sighed, realizing that Woz was likely still sad about Sougo rejecting his future as an Overlord.
"DAMN RIDERS! I'LL DROWN YOU ALL IN DARKNESS!" Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled as it began using its wings to lift itself up before landing back on its feet.
"Darkness…" Ruby trailed, remembering how Tsukuyomi had mentioned her powers were light based. "I'll take the lead."
"Do it," Godai raised his fist.
"Show us your stuff kiddo," Qrow gave a smile.
Ruby gave a nod before turning and walking towards Another Ultimate Kuuga. She looked up as she saw the monster charging up a burst of black fire. Crouching and jumping she launched upwards using Petal Burst.
Another Ultimate Kuuga followed her with its eyes as it shifted its head to follow after her, once she stopped and reformed it spit out a black fireball towards her. Its eyes widened when the silver clad Rider punched forward, a burst of light forming and engulfing the fireball, splitting it apart before those pieces exploded into light.
Ruby smiled behind her helmet, having realized she was able to channel light energy in this form. She then gave a grunt however, her body getting caught between Another Ultimate Kuuga's lower arms, wincing a bit as it tried to crush her.
"Got you," Another Ultimate Kuuga raised its upper arms and tried to jab at Ruby with them.
"Nope," Ruby covered her arms in a white warm light, the light burning Another Kuuga and allowing her to slip her arms out as its grip faltered. She then held out her arms, releasing the light from them and against the incoming hands, Another Ultimate Kuuga howling out as it was forced to let her go.
"I was right, her form does channel light." Tsukuyomi ran over with Oscar.
"And because Another Riders are corrupted and darkened versions of Riders…" Geiz trailed.
"That means she's super effective against them!" Sougo cheered.
Ruby landed before drawing out Silver Crescent before pushing against the dial. She took aim with the rifle as Another Ultimate Kuuga raised its foot to try and crush her.
[ROZE SILVER! RYOSHI SASU!]
The silver pointed blast of light shot against the Another Rider's foot, the beast howling out as it quickly reeled back and set its foot back down. Soon enough blasts of silver began striking against its chest, Ruby not letting up on her attacks.
"Enough games!" Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled out as it flew backwards, gaining a good distance. Its eyes glowed as it began to charge a dark beam of energy in its mouth, its chest gem shining a bright red as it readied itself.
"I'll pierce through it," Ruby called as she readied herself.
[SILVER HENKEI!]
Shifting her weapon into its staff form she held it with a tight grip as light formed the tip of light to fully form it into its spear formation.
"Not only does she get a new gun…" Yang stared, "It transforms into a spear?"
"Incredible…" Jaune managed to get out.
"Of course it transforms," Geiz sighed, remembering how every weapon in Remnant they had seen was given an additional function.
"DIE!" Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled and unleashed a beam of dark energy towards its opponent.
[RYOSHI SASU!]
Ruby said nothing as she gripped Silver Crescent with both hands before stabbing forward. The tip grew large and brighter as she stabbed against the beam of darkness, splitting it apart as it crashed against both sides of her.
Both combatants yelled out before Ruby lunged forward with her weapon, unleashing a drill of light from it that continued to split the beam of darkness as it traveled towards the Another Rider. The drill traveled further and further before making its mark, a burst of light occurring against Another Ultimate Kuuga's head.
Screaming could be heard as the light faded, Another Ultimate Kuuga staggering back as its jaw was burnt and scarred.
"Now let's get that Lamp back," Ruby said as she shifted Silver Crescent back to its rifle mode, stabbing it into the ground before taking out Crescent Rose in its rifle mode. Grabbing the Silver Rider Face off Silver Crescent she slotted it onto the Ridewatch slot that Crescent Rose had.
[SILVER FINISH TIME!]
Grabbing Silver Crescent she then managed to shift the smaller rifle slightly before attaching it to the end of Crescent Rose, creating an even longer barreled rifle. Everyone was in shock due to the fact that the new weapon was compatible with her Remnant born weapon, and the fact that it gave her an even bigger gun.
Ruby then took aim as silver energy began forming at the tip of her elongated rifle, bracing herself as she kept her stance firm.
[RYOSHI SASUSASU SHOOT!]
"Fire," Ruby called as she pulled the trigger, a giant beam of silver energy launching out towards Another Ultimate Kuuga and engulfing it. Ruby winced slightly as the recoil was stronger than she expected but just barely managed to keep her aim. The force from the beam caused her to skid back, eventually managing to slowly but surely dig her feet into the dirt ground as she slid back.
Another Ultimate Kuuga could only yell out as it was struck by the beam, white cracks began growing along its body from the jewel on the center of its chest before soon exploding.
Ruby gasped out as she lowered her weapon, slumping over as she began to pant. "Whoa…" She managed to get out as everyone quickly hurried over.
"You okay?" Geiz asked.
"Recoil sucks," Ruby admitted.
"You should probably have someone supporting you next time then," Yang suggested as she put a hand on her sister's shoulder. "That was a pretty bright display though!"
"Now is not the time," Weiss rolled her eyes as she slung Ruby's free arm over her shoulder to help lift her.
"Yeah, you were all bam, boom, kaboom!" Sougo called out as he imitated gun noises.
Yelling would soon be heard as Another Ultimate Kuuga managed to stagger out of the explosion, the Relic of Knowledge falling from its chest as it clattered to the side. The Another Rider now had a huge scar on its chest and it had also shrunk in size. Dark wisps of energy seeped out of its body and while it still retained the form it evolved into, it had been weakened due to the loss of the Relic.
"This thing just won't learn when to quit," Weiss narrowed her eyes.
"The relic's out though," Oscar pointed out.
"Then we just won't quit either," Ruby called out as she fully stood. "It's on its last legs, so we hit it with our strongest attacks simultaneously!"
"You sure you can go another round?" Sento asked.
"If it's just a finisher I can do it," Ruby answered.
"Then let's go, either attack individually in rapid succession or partner up with someone," Geiz ordered.
Everyone gave a nod as they began to spread out from each other, a few pairing up while others planned to go on their own.
"I won't die here!" Another Ultimate Kuuga gasped out as it began to rise up to fly away only to yell as it wings were shot forcing it to land before it crashed.
"You aren't doing anything you freak!" Maria's voice called from Geiz' Time Mazine, having shifted it into robot mode and used its blasters.
"You better not break anything woman!" Geiz yelled out.
"Come on Geiz, everyone's spreading out already," Sougo patted his friend on the shoulder as he went to get in position alongside everyone else. Geiz could only grumble as he went the opposite way, readying himself.
Another Ultimate Kuuga howled in anger, "Damn you Kamen Riders!"
[READY GO! VOLCANIC ATTACK!]
A pool of magma formed around Ryuga's feet as he leapt up into the air. Various magma snake-like dragons shot out of the magma, accompanying him before they combined with his right foot, Ryuga kicking out against Another Ultimate Kuuga.
The Another Rider had attempted to block only for Ryuga to slip past and slam his foot into its shoulder, an explosive burst occurring as the hit connected.
"Geronimo!" Nora yelled out, having used Jaune's shield to kick up high into the air, slamming her hammer down as she fired a grenade, an explosive swing hitting Another Kuuga's head to push it down.
"Don't go slouching now!" Qrow had leapt forward, shifting Harbinger to its scythe formation as he spun in mid air, using the recoil from the shotgun to spin further and further. He became a spinning buzzsaw that traveled up the monster rider's waist and right up to its chin, sparks flying as his blade grinded against it.
The two then found their footing before jumping off and away from the Another Rider.
[FINISH NINPO!]
Blake came into view with both her ninjato and Gambol Shroud coated in energy. She slashed against the Another Riders chest before vanishing in a puff of smoke. She appeared to the side of it and slashed past with both weapons before vanishing again. Finally she appeared behind it, performing a cross slash against Another Ultimate Kuuga's back and causing an explosive burst.
"You're not winning this!" Jaune called out as he reverted his shield back into its sheathe and put away his sword, soon taking Crocea Mors and shifting the sheathe so it was now a heavier sword, gripping it with two hands as he slashed past the Another Rider's left leg, Ren coming in from behind and using his dual blades the slash against the Another Rider's right leg.
"Okay, you can do this, you can do this!" Oscar pepped himself up as he charged forward.
[BURST MODE!]
Tsukuyomi took aim and began sending several shots towards the scarred chest of Another Ulitmate Kuuga, its body flashing red as it was stunned. Oscar ran over to the right leg and slammed his cane into it, managing to stagger it just a bit. He then aimed and jabbed at the left leg, managing to do some more damage before he rushed off.
[FULLMETAL THE END!]
Yang had been charging up as the two struck at the Another Rider, electrical ice energy traveling to her right leg as she jumped upwards. Kicking out an icicle formed at the tip of her boot, Yang giving a yell as she stabbed it straight into the Another Riders chest.
Another Ultimate Kuuga howled out in pain as Yang kicked off of him and landed below. It tried reaching out only for it to suddenly be caught in a ring of Red O's and Blue X's.
"Focus," Weiss told herself as she pointed Myrtenaster up, forming a time dilation glyph under her feet. Once it was formed she quickly initiated her own finisher.
[FINAL QUIZ FLASH!]
Jumping up she planted her feet on one of the X's, launching off of it and stabbing through the Another Rider. She then landed on an O and launched off again stabbing through. With her speed and agility up she began bouncing around like a pinball, stabbing through the Another Rider multiple times.
[READY GO! HAZARD FINISH! RABBITRABBIT FINISH!]
Sento had jumped high up while Weiss was performing her finisher, his leg stretching down near the Another Riders neck. He then pulled his body towards his foot, red energy spiraling around him as he connected against Another Ultimate Kuuga with an elastic kick, causing a heavy explosion.
[EXCEED TIME BURST!]
Geiz jumped up and kicked out, a red energy drill spiraling around his foot as he slammed into and kicked through Another Ultimate Kuuga's stomach. As he shot past the Another Rider both Sougo and Ruby jumped up past him, their attack aimed for the monsters back.
[FINISH TIME! DECADE!]
[SILVER FINISH TIME!]
Godai meanwhile took his spot in front of his evil counterpart. He shifted back to his base Mighty Form before gold electricity crackled around his body, gold lining appearing on his shoulder, chest and hand armor, a gold brace on his right shin. Suddenly more electricity began to build up as a second brace appeared on his left shin. The jewels on his knees and forehead turned black alongside his red armoring, the only thing staying red being his eyes.
Taking a ready open arm stance he began to charge forward, electricity and energy coating the sole of his boots and crackling as he did. He then jumped high into the air, flipping several times before performing a dropkick with both feet, slamming directly into Another Ultimate Kuuga's chest, causing the Another Rider to yell out in pain as it reeled back.
Final Attack Ride Cards began forming in front of Sougo and Ruby, the cards growing larger as the yellow on them flashed into silver.
[ATTACK TIME BREAK!]
[SHINING TIME BLAST!]
Both Riders yelled out as they kicked through each card, Sougo kicking out with his left while Ruby kicked out with her right. The two hurtling towards Another Kuuga before kicking against its back, forcing it to be pushed forward as it was caught between three powerful Rider Kicks. The energy between all three kicks caused a pillar of light to erupt from Another Ultimate Kuuga. Explosions happened all over its body as the Kuuga Anotherwatch disintegrated fully along with what was left of Tid's true body and consciousness.
As the light faded, the three Riders had landed and joined everyone else as they all struck their own victory pose, stray explosions happening from where Another Ultimate Kuuga once stood. The explosions would soon die down and become embers as Godai held up his hand, giving a thumbs-up with a nod. Sougo and Ruby both nodded, giving their own thumbs-up as well.
It took a bit but soon enough everyone allowed their bodies to slump. The Riders one by one slowly undid their transformation as it looked like it was over.
"Finally done?" Ryuga asked as he looked around, silent nods occurred as there was also no immediate attack, "It's done!" He yelled out as he pumped his arms before falling immediately on his back in exhaustion.
"Ugh, finally…" Weiss sighed.
"Well, I think that ended better than we expected," Sougo admitted.
"Define better," Geiz said as he crossed his arms. "We've gone so far off the beaten path with our plan that we're not even on the same page anymore."
"Hey well it was all Tid's fault alright," Sougo called out before rubbing the back of his head. "How did he even survive?"
"It is likely he used his Time Jacker powers to save himself at the last minute, not to mention his usage of the power of Kuuga," Woz mentioned as he walked over.
"Should we be concerned that he could do it again?" Ruby asked.
"There is no need to worry Miss Rose," Woz reassured. "Consuming the Relic and gaining that much power had clouded his mind and deteriorated his already damaged body. There is no way he could survive again from this encounter."
"He better not!" Maria called out as she exited the Time Mazine, "I'd rather us not have to resort to a giant boot to squash him again in that case!"
Now that things were calming down, Blake and Yang looked at each other the two noticing that Woz was here but he was definitely different from the silver variation.
Deciding to test something, Blake walked over with Yang.
"Hey Woz," Blake said as she got close and lowered her voice, "Thanks for helping Yang and I."
Woz could only look over in confusion, "I do not know what you mean?"
"Oh, never mind," Blake waved it off, "I think I'm just really tired."
"Let's go check up on Rubes," Yang suggested before heading off, her partner following after.
Woz could only raise an eyebrow as he watched them walk off, wondering what Blake had meant by that.
Ruby meanwhile hunched over a bit, trying to take deep breaths as her usage of Silver Roze had managed to tire her out, "How do you all get used to these big upgrades?"
"They're a bit taxing at first," Sento admitted as he put a hand on her shoulder. "But you get used to them. The first run is usually the roughest in regards to stamina."
"It'll be tough but you'll get the hang of it," Godai encouraged.
"Hey Ruby," Blake began to walk over before giving a light frown, "Listen about the plan, I'm so sorry about…"
"Don't be," Ruby called out. "This isn't on you. Especially all this added stuff."
"She's right," Yang agreed.
Blake looked at Yang before glancing down, "But…"
"You're safe, that's all that matters," Ruby answered as she straightened up, soon pulling her teammate into a hug. "With Tid running interference I could care less if things went to plan."
Yang looked over at her sister, glad to see that she was forgiving about everything that had happened. Ruby soon looked back, exchanging a smile with Yang before eventually letting go of Blake.
"So what exactly is our next order of business?" Tsukuyomi finally asked.
"We get the lamp, make sure those Atlas Guards and Cordovin are alright, rest up for a bit and then head off," Qrow suggested as he went to sit down on a stump.
"I'll go get it," Oscar said as he slowly walked over to where he saw the Lamp had fallen.
"In the meantime, Tsukuyomi or Geiz should probably get the Riders back to Earth," Ruby suggested.
"Do we have to leave?" Sento asked.
"You're really asking that?!" Ryuga questioned.
"It's just… this is a once in a lifetime opportunity!" Sento declared as he began spinning around, his arms outstretched. "A new foreign world that is similar to Earth but isn't exactly the same? It's incredible!"
"I can chalk off going to an alien world off my bucket list now," Godai joked as he put his hands behind his head before looking out at the vast ocean and sky, "This world's got a nice sky too."
"I suppose we do need to figure something out," Geiz admitted as he crossed his arms.
Ruby though knew what Geiz was thinking, "You want to go back to Earth for good, right?"
Geiz rubbed the back of his neck, "Sorry for really thinking like that but… I can't just leave Earth undefended, there's the Time Jackers remember?"
"Oh… that's right," Ruby realized.
"You can stay, you have your own mission and I'll have mine," Geiz answered.
Ruby raised an eyebrow, "Are you sure you can handle it?"
"What's that supposed to mean?" Geiz' eye twitched a bit at his friend's accusation.
"We can at least help them get to Atlas," Tsukuyomi suggested quickly to keep an argument from happening. "Since we're down a transport and not everyone can fit in just one."
"I'll be staying," Sougo affirmed as he put his arms behind his back. He looked over at his otherworldly friend, "I can't just abandon you now."
"Glad to hear that," Ruby smiled.
"Fine then, we'll take Build, Cross-Z and Kuuga back," Geiz announced. "Then we'll come back, get you all and the Lamp to Atlas and then head back again. You'll at least have one Time Mazine to be able to cross back to Earth if you need us."
"Fine by me," Ruby gave a nod.
"For now we should rest up a bit longer," Tsukuyomi suggested. "And make sure Cordovin and her guards are alright."
"Where is it…?" Oscar muttered as he looked around for the Lamp before seeing the faint blue glow amongst the leaves, "There it is!"
As Oscar ran forward he barely saw a glint from the side, slowing down as suddenly sparks kicked up between him and the Lamp. Oscar quickly drew his weapon only for a blue blur to speed by and slam into him, sending him backwards and onto the ground.
"Can't have you claiming that precious treasure, now can we?"
Everyone was immediately shaken out of their own thoughts and conversations when they heard the gunfire, turning to where they heard it from.
Sougo blinked a few times, "A blue Decade?"
Woz's eyes widened, "No…"
The figure before them was a primarily blue armored individual, having a lower body just like Decade's but with a different coloration, blue going down the sides of his body and legs and inner sides of his arms with black covering the center and inner legs and outer arms. He held gold lining and rimming on his wrists and the armoring on his legs.
His chest and shoulders were different, being straight black bars like a bar code with two silver vertical lines with gold centers breaking up the chest from the shoulders. Finally he had a more box-like head due to the blue cards sticking out more, having a blue backed helmet with a silver mouthpiece and triangular blue compound eyes pointing inwards that were broken up by the cards.
In his hand he held a cyan-colored flat gun with gold, silver and black accents, the front end being popped out and showing a Rider Card inside of it. The Rider then held his gun up towards Oscar who was just barely getting up, forcing him to freeze.
"Now, now," The Rider chided. "Be a good boy and stay still."
It wasn't long before everyone was soon on guard, drawing their weapons and readying their transformations.
"Woz, do you know this guy?" Geiz questioned, already noticing Woz's reaction.
"Yes, I believe that he is Kamen Rider Diend, an associate of Kamen Rider Decade's," Woz answered, "Is my assessment correct?"
Diend gave a chuckle, "So you know Tsukasa, I suppose?"
"So this isn't a harebrained scheme?" Geiz asked.
"I can take no credit for this," Woz held up his hands. "I would never wish to get him involved due to his nasty habit…"
Ruby raised an eyebrow, "Habit?"
"Hey don't call my hobby a nasty habit," Diend declared as he backed away before reaching the Relic of Knowledge, grabbing and lifting it up. "I'm a treasure hunter thank you very much, and treasures are irreplaceable. I was a bit bummed my initial lead ended up at a dead end, but I won't be coming away empty handed. From the way you all fought tooth and nail to keep this in your possession… this must be one of this world's greatest treasures."
"You're just going to take it?" Oscar asked.
"I mean, I feel like it would be better off in my hands," Diend remarked. "Don't you agree?"
"Like hell it would be," Geiz growled out.
"I'm afraid you don't have a choice," Diend declared as a dimensional curtain appeared behind him, just like the ones Tsukasa would use.
'You saw what happened with that Another Rider, don't let him run!'
Oscar's eyes widened as he heard the voice in his head, but realized he didn't have time to argue or banter back since he also agreed.
"Now then, I believe this is where we part ways," Diend said as he stepped back into the curtain, his eyes glowing a bright blue from behind it.
"NO!" Oscar yelled out as he rushed forward.
"Oscar, wait no!" Ruby called out as she ran forward to use Petal Burst.
However Ruby was too late, in an instant Oscar had leapt into the dimensional curtain just before it faded away, Oscar landing on Diend being the last images seen before it vanished.
Ruby slowed before dropping to her knees, not only was the Relic of Knowledge now gone, so was Oscar…
Remnant – Argus Rooftops
The silver clad Woz gave a smirk as he sat casually on one of the rooftops of Argus. The battle against the Grimm had started to come to a close as everyone began to sink back into their daily routines.
"I'm honestly surprised," He started. "That this is how we're going to be doing things."
Upon looking back the Woz was greeted with Kagen and Jogen who walked over.
"You know as well as we do that we need to get things back on track," Kagen replied.
"This detour was fun," Jogen admitted as he paced around. "However we need to refocus their attention once more."
"Then I guess directing him to this world has done its part," The silver Woz remarked as he stood up and looked over the two men. "Does the other me know that you have started on this path?"
"Not yet, but with your increasing presence he'll find out soon enough," Jogen replied as he went to walk past this Woz. "It doesn't matter if he finds out about you."
"After all, you've started carefully cultivating your own future," Kagen walked past the silver Woz as well. "Or am I wrong?"
"No, everything is going according to plan," The silver Woz answered as he held his Future Note firmly. "The pieces are in place and my Savior will rise."
"Then we'll leave you to it," Kagen said as he stared out at the ocean.
Jogen chose not to look back either. "Do not disappoint us."
"I shall not," The silver Woz answered before taking off, reaching the ledge before hopping down into the alleyway below.
Once this Woz's presence was no longer felt the two oddly dressed individuals turned before looking at each other.
"Kagen," Jogen spoke up. "You're in charge of the next step."
"I will obtain what we desire," Kagen gave a bow before heading off, soon vanishing.
Jogen was now all alone, looking back out towards the ocean, "This world thrives… but for how long? Even though it is different… it is only a remnant of its former self."
Remnant – Argus, Cliffside Clearing
It took a lot to keep everyone from freaking out and getting angry, not only had they lost a teammate but they had also lost the object they were meant to safeguard. Qrow surprisingly managed to take charge, wanting Cordovin and her men tended to first so they could cool their heads and come up with a plan.
It didn't take long for them to all be gathered up, Woz offering to take the four back near the Argus Military Base since he had the means. To the surprise of many Woz had simply unfurled his scarf, it wrapping around him and the unconscious military personnel before they vanished into thin air.
"Okay, no more distractions," Geiz said as he looked around. "We can't just leave Oscar and the Relic of Knowledge out in the open like that. That Diend is a rider and there's only one place he could have gone, Earth."
"That's our best bet for finding both," Tsukuyomi agreed.
Ruby stayed silent as she looked around, her mission here was to get the Relic of Knowledge to Atlas for safe keeping. But without the Lamp she had no mission, and it was clear from everyone's reactions that they didn't want to call it quits. Since her mission was to safeguard the Relic then that left only one choice for her.
Sougo was planning to follow Ruby wherever she went, even if she decided to go back to Earth he would too. He also realized he couldn't just run from that world forever, and the best way to be a Kamen Rider was to be there. Plus it had been a while, and he was starting to get a bit homesick.
"You're leaving again," Yang spoke up and broke the current set of silence. "Aren't you?"
Ruby froze when she heard Yang's words, holding her head down as she faced away from her teammates.
"Ruby…" Weiss trailed as she went to stand beside Yang.
"Are you really just going to leave?" Blake asked as she stood beside her friends.
"Listen, kids," Qrow spoke up as he looked around. "As much as I'm sure we'd all like to go and find Oscar and the Relic… there's just too many of us. We heard her situation and we know where she lives, we can't all expect to fit in there or try and find a house to fit all of us. We'd be a detriment."
"You're right," Jaune sighed. "As much as I want to find Oscar… she probably needs to do this alone."
"It would be easier," Ren agreed.
"But she has the Time Mazine now," Nora pointed out. "She can just lock in a few minutes after she leaves and be back in no time. It's not like she'll be gone for an unknown amount of time like before."
Godai, Sento and Ryuga stayed silent, all of them simply watching the conversation as they were all unsure on what to say.
"But…" Yang trailed before giving a sigh before looking at her sister. "I don't want to lose you again."
Ruby fumbled around in her pockets, lost in thought when she suddenly felt a small paper wrapping inside. She gave a small smile as she realized what she had to do, "Guys…" She started before taking a deep breath, soon turning and keeping a calm look. "My mission is to safeguard the Relic of Knowledge, and with it out in the open on Earth, there's no telling what might happen. We saw what it could do, and because of that I have to go back and find Diend before the Time Jackers do."
Yang looked down and to the side, gripping her hands tightly as Blake and Weiss simply stared at the ground.
"Qrow's right though, there's too many of us and Mr. Junichiro just wouldn't have the space," Ruby explained as she began to walk towards her team. "And Nora's right, we can get back here a few minutes after we leave, maybe even a few hours just to give everyone a chance to recover. But…"
Soon enough Ruby began walking over, paper wrapping in hand as she pulled something out. She grabbed each of her teammate's hands and placed something in their palm before closing it.
"But," Ruby repeated before giving a smile, "If it's alright with everyone else, there are three people who I want to accompany me back to Earth."
Yang stared at her palm before opening it up, her eyes shaking when she saw a yellow bracelet with red, blue, purple and yellow jewels. Weiss held a white bracelet while Blake's was a purple bracelet both with the same set of jewels.
"Ruby…" Yang trailed.
"You wanted to know what I got you at the train station right?" Ruby gave a chuckle before revealing a silver bracelet with the same set of jewels that she slid on her wrist. "They were friendship bracelets made to order, to celebrate us reuniting twice over."
"I love it," Blake immediately answered as she put her bracelet on. "Thank you."
Weiss had to rub her eyes a bit, before putting her bracelet on, "You dolt, that's what you took forever with?"
Yang didn't say anything, simply giving a soft smile as she slid the bracelet onto her left wrist.
"I just got back, but I don't want to leave you all again even if it is an important mission," Ruby spoke up and gave a smile. "It was my thoughts of our time together that helped me create Silver Roze. So that's why I want you all to come with me, this isn't just a job for me, but for Team RWBY." She then looked over at Sougo, Geiz and Tsukuyomi. "That is… if you three are fine with it."
"It will be a bit of an explanation…" Tsukuyomi trailed. "But I think we can handle it."
Geiz simply crossed his arms and looked away, "You're lucky they can fight and that they're also Riders… otherwise I would have flat our refused."
Sougo chuckled, "Man things are going to be getting even livelier huh?"
Ruby gave a smile before looking over to her friends, "Well?"
"Of course we'll go with you," Yang answered.
"You told me you'd be my side the whole time in Atlas, so I'll flip it on you," Weiss pointed out before smirking. "Team RWBY will be with you every step of the way on Earth."
"I promised I wouldn't leave you all," Blake added. "So of course I'll come."
Ruby could only give a big smile before it turned sheepish and she looked at everyone else, "Um… sorry about well…"
Jaune could only smile, "We'll hold down the fort for however long you're away. Like you said it might not even be that long."
"You're in safe hands honestly, and you've grown a lot," Qrow remarked with a smile. "There's no need to be worried about this trip."
"We can trust that you all will be fine," Ren added.
"Ooh could you try and get me a souvenir?!" Nora shouted.
Ruby could only chuckle a bit, "We'll try but no promises."
"Just… try not to do anything too reckless, you seriously nearly gave me a heart attack a few times," Qrow admitted as he went to open his flask before staring at it and quickly putting it away.
"I'll try," Ruby smiled at seeing her uncle put the flask away, "But getting in trouble is what Riders do."
"We'll try and keep her in line," Weiss gave a soft chuckle.
"If that's settled we should get the Time Mazine's ready," Geiz said as he began to make his way over to his, "So long as the Genius Physicist helps elaborate on what he did."
"Ah of course," Sento quickly hurried over.
"So um… how exactly are we going to make this work?" Sougo asked.
"What do you mean?" Tsukuyomi asked.
"Like who goes in what Time Mazine," Sougo explained. "We have enough room right?"
"I'd say…" Ruby looked around and counted. "Team RWBY with Sougo, our Veteran Riders with Geiz and Tsukuyomi. That gives us an even split of five per Time Mazine."
"You're not counting Woz?" Blake asked.
"Woz has his ways," Ruby waved off. "After all his easy travel between worlds was how we were able to get Sento and the others on board."
"That will work, it'll be a bit cramped but we can make it work," Tsukuyomi agreed.
It wasn't long before Woz returned, the chronicler noticing the change in mood, "I see that I've missed a lot."
"Not a lot," Ruby admitted before pointing at Woz, "Just know that Team RWBY is on the case for this new mission!"
Woz could only simply look away, "Do as you please, I've mostly given up in trying to keep things in line."
"Don't worry Woz," Sougo gave a smile. "I'm sure it will all work out."
Sento soon peaked out of Geiz' Time Mazine, "Woz! Could you come over here for a minute?"
"Very well," Woz said before heading for the Time Mazine's.
As the minutes passed, Geiz and soon enough Sougo both got a tutorial on how to work the new settings in the Time Mazine's, the two setting a bookmark for Remnant alongside a time of only a couple of hours later. It had been agreed upon by those staying on Remnant that a couple of hours would be enough for a breather. They'd lay low and would simply wait for Ruby and the others to return, just on the off chance Cordovin acted up.
Once both Time Mazine's were set up and ready to go, Sougo and Geiz gave their goodbyes along with Woz, the two Riders entering their time vehicles with Woz vanishing in his usual manner. Tsukuyomi, Sento, Ryuga and Godai were the next to give their goodbyes, heading inside Geiz' after they were done.
That just left Team RWBY with Team JNR, Qrow and Maria.
"And you're sure you're alright with it?" Ruby asked.
"Well you'll only be gone a couple hours right?" Jaune asked.
"For you all anyway," Ruby admitted. "While I don't think it'll take us a year, don't be surprised if it's been a lengthy trip for us."
"I swear even the most simplistic explanation of this time stuff makes my prosthetics spin," Maria remarked.
"Well we're the ones that are going to have to get used to it," Weiss remarked. "So you don't need to worry yourself too much."
"You kids stay safe," Qrow spoke up. "Just because we're saying goodbye in better circumstances doesn't mean you all can let your guard down."
"Don't worry," Yang answered as she pumped her fist. "We've got plenty of friends to watch our backs."
"That won't mean the battles won't be tough," Ruby admitted. "After all the Another Riders will be our primary threat but… I'm confident in saying that I think we can handle it."
"We've got each other, I'm sure we can overcome anything," Blake agreed.
"Right, which is honestly why I'm more comfortable with you leaving," Jaune admitted as he looked at Ruby. "You're not alone this time."
"I've never been alone," Ruby admitted with a small smile. "Even if you weren't there with me, thinking of you honestly helped me through the tough times. And I won't be forgetting about you all in this trip either."
"Besides, we've got a home to come back to," Yang added. "We're not about to keel over and leave you all alone. Not when you guys are waiting for us."
"Honestly it's reassuring," Ren admitted. "I hope your mission goes well."
"Please, please, please bring back a bunch of souvenirs!" Nora called out.
"Nora," Ren groaned out.
"What?" Nora asked as she put a hand on her hip. "I didn't want to get all sappy like you all were, and I figured I'd just be repeating the same lines, over and over again if I did."
"Like I said, we'll try," Ruby gave a light laugh before looking back at the Time Mazine's. "Well… if there's nothing else to say…"
"I guess its goodbye for now," Qrow finished.
"Right, we'll be seeing you then," Ruby gave a wave before heading for the Time Mazine. Weiss, Blake, and Yang all waved as well before following after their leader.
Sougo was waiting in the Time Mazine before he saw Team RWBY walk in, he gave a smile. "So… are you ready to see Earth?"
"This should be an interesting experience," Blake admitted.
"It's not every day you travel between worlds," Yang admitted.
Weiss simply gave a huff, crossing her arms. "Just make sure you pilot this thing correctly, I've been inside it when Ruby and Tsukuyomi have piloted, so you better be on their level."
"Oh come on I'm not that bad," Sougo waved off her concern. "Ruby's way worse."
"Hey, I piloted pretty well back during Another Ghost!" Ruby pointed out.
Sougo could only give a chuckle, "Alright." He said as he was soon hailed by Geiz's Time Mazine. He then activated the comm's, "This is Sougo."
"You all ready?" Geiz asked.
"Yep," Sougo gave a nod as he got the coordinates set for Earth, December 22nd 2018. "Everything's locked in."
"Then let's get going."
"Roger," Sougo said as he began to start up the Time Mazine.
The Zi-O and Geiz Units began to slowly lift off the ground, closing their hatches fully and hovering.
"Space-Time Transport System, activate."
With the announcement of both pilots the Time Mazine's began to float forward before launching off from the cliffside. They shot through the sky before a time gateway opened up, the two entering through before it closed.
Qrow and the others watched as the group took off, all of them waving as long as they could until the Time Mazine's were through the gateway.
"Alright, time to lay low," Qrow said as he began to walk off.
"Right," Jaune gave a nod and followed after him with the others.
As they walked away, neither they nor the others on the Time Mazine's noticed that for a brief second a star could be seen in the daylight. One star in particular was shining brighter than ever before as no one was the wiser.

Community Interaction Announcement
So in order to ring in the New Year I've decided to do another Community Interaction like I've done in the past with Ruby's Birthday and the Questions for the BTS Chapter. This will probably be the second to last one however, and the catch is you all might not be seeing the results of this anytime soon. You see, I've ended up making it close to finishing up the halfway point of Roze but not in terms of published chapters. I mean my backlog which grows by the weeks despite me putting out all these chapters semi-regularly.
That being said, do we have any Showa Fans up in the readers? I'm a semi-fan of Showa since I've seen Black and Black RX but not much beyond that. If we do have some Showa Fans I'd like to hear about your favorite Showa Monster, and maybe, I'll end up including those I feel will fit in a short mini-arc that I've been planning for quite a while. The current Community Interaction will be lasting from December 25th to January 31st. Author's Note: I purposely chose not to talk about Silver Crescent since it had yet to fully debut. Since it's not only a rifle and spear combo, but its combination with Crescent Rose basically turns it into a rail cannon. Of course something that powerful means the recoil makes it hell to control and that'll be an issue for a bit. The bit at the end with Ruby revealing what was in the bag is something I wanted to do ever since hearing about the idea of friendship bracelets somewhere. Figured it would be a good touch to add to the scene where she decides to take her teammates along with her.
Now then, we're mostly done with the second arc of Roze as I decided to count the next two chapters as part of it to make it not seem too short. But this may end up the shortest arc in Roze just due to me solely focusing it on V6. As for why I didn't go immediately with V7 and V8 yet? Well, our heroes aren't exactly ready for Atlas. They need a lot of growing in both body and mind if things are going to get wild and crazy once we hit those Volumes.
But we aren't heading back to 2018 yet, we've got a bit of an old school detour ahead. This detour being inspired by Kamen Rider World and is basically my own enhanced version of it. This next chapter will be a bit longer than usual as well since the word count exceeds what I'd normally do, just slightly. So expect a big special chapter for Roze to help bring in the New Year!
