Katniss Everdeen, victor of the 66th Annual Hunger Games at age 12, has trouble adjusting to Victor life, and dreads the quickly approaching 71st Hunger Games, where Johanna Mason has vowed to volunteer to avenge her sister. Finnick Odair, the Victor of the 65th Hunger Games, is beginning to fulfill his "duties" at the Capitol and can slowly feel his sanity slipping away.

The 54th Hunger Games brings the most dramatic love story yet between District 12's Elora Yarrow and District 1's James Lysander. Although the two have a strong relationship, the Hunger Games could tear them apart. Is their love meant to be? The chapters take turns in showing the perspective of the story for both Elora and James. (Rated M for strong language and themes)

After finding out about Coriolanus' engagement, June ends things with him. Then she meets Odysseus Odair- the heir to a luxury cruise line. But if she thinks moving on from Coryo with Odysseus will be easy, well, she's sadly mistaken. Coryo doesn't share what he thinks is his; he'll stop at nothing to get what belongs to him. He'll destroy lives to get his June back.

A talking, happy-go-lucky giraffe swaps places with Effie just before the 74th Hunger Games, Freaky-Friday style. Oblivious to Panem's way of life, she unknowingly interferes with the Games' events, then busts 4 tributes out of the arena. With the authorities looking for them, the giraffe must now get the tributes to safety—but first she'll have to help them trust each other.
