Hello everyone! Here is the next chapter!
In this we will get to know more of the contract and how Ace eneded up in the contract
Hope you will enjoy
Read and relax
Whitebeard gave the contract to Marco, as Marco was the best at understanding contracts and reading between the lines, finding faults. They were now outside the building and found a bit of a secluded place, not that it was necessary as there was barely anyone out this early. As Marco had the contract, he could see Marco looked apprehensive. "Son?" Marco took a breath. "I know it is just a piece of paper, yoi. But I have never been more afraid to read what something says." Whitebeard nodded, he got that. "I can ask someone else if you don't want to." Marco shook his head. "No, I want to help, need to help, yoi." Marco took another breath, before he opened the contract and started to read, and it was long and full of text.
As Marco read on, the captain could see Marco looking more upset and horrified, and he knew the moment Marco really showed any emotion on his face, it was bad. As he seemed to have read it through once, Marco looked to almost have tears in his eyes as he closed it a bit. Whitebeard moved a hand to Marco's back. "How bad is it?" Marco let out a breath, using it to collect himself.
As Marco had, Marco spoke. "7 years ago, when Ace was 12, a Noble showed up at his home island and killed his brother, just because." Whitebeard blinked. "Luffy is dead?" Marco shook his head. "No, not Luffy. Another brother, Sabo. They killed him right in front of Ace, and then took Ace and Luffy to be with them for the rest of their lives, Ace was 12 and Luffy 10. Virgil happened to cross paths with them as they were on the way back to the Nobles home, and he could see Ace and Luffy needed help, and offered a deal, yoi. The deal was that Virgil would help them away, and they needed to work for him half an half, or one full time. Ace agreed to work full time for him. Ace would be on the clock for 14 hours a day, or 18 hours and the 4 hours extra would add up over time as a vacation, but he needed to be back before it was over, yoi. And should Virgil see Ace in person before the vacation was up, he had 12 hours before he was on duty again, working for Virgil. Ace needs to look like he enjoys what happens to him, unless he is told to act something else."
Marco took a breath. "Should Ace take his life with his own hand, the contract would go to Luffy and he would need to work by the terms. Should Ace die by not his own hand, the contract is annulled, yoi. Ace will have fulfilled the contract if someone from the Noble family that killed Sabo takes pity on him and asks for him to be freed, or when Ace makes under an income of 1 billion a week while he works. Should the one to take Ace's life know about the terms of this contract or Ace asks them to kill him, it would be a death by Ace's own hand and the terms of this contract goes to Luffy instead. Should someone who knows of the terms of this contract keep Ace from working, Ace would be killed during a job that would be his last, and the terms of this contract would go to Luffy to take Ace's current place, yoi. Ace is to do everything that Virgil asks of him, and the only one who can stop a scene or job, is Virgil. As of this contract, Virgil owns Ace until the terms of this contract is fulfilled." This was horrible.
Marco continued. "While on work, Virgil is not allowed to cause permanent bodily harm, like losing a limb, losing one of his senses like sight, taste, hearing, or feeling, or a wound that would not heal within a week, yoi. Should one of Ace's senses be gone for more than a week, it goes under permanent bodily harm, same with a permanent limp or physical damage or injury that is in one way or another permanent. Any damage to his physical health would annul the contract, yoi. Any physical injury that hurts Ace in any way or form for more than a week, would annul the contract as well. Ace is also not allowed to cause injuries to himself intentionally that would interfere with his work, if he does, the contract terms falls onto Luffy."
Marco closed his eyes. "It covers everything, yoi." Whitebeard felt horrified and shocked, and the others with them did the same, and Haruta spoke first. "Ace wants to die! That has to count! He is hurting so bad he wants to die!" Marco looked upset as he looked at Haruta. "Which is why the contract specifically says it needs to be something that is physical, not mentally, yoi. This protects Ace's body, nothing more. It goes out of its way to mention it only protects Ace against bodily injuries or harm, not mental injury and harm, emotional and psychological pain is not covered. Unless you read it thoroughly and knowingly, you won't notice it, yoi. No one who is about to be a slave to the nobles, who cares about nothing, a noble would gladly cut off limbs for fun, would notice this, especially not a child who is 12 in that situation, yoi. Virgil knew this would work."
Whitebeard felt so bad for Ace. As he was trying to think on how to help Ace, Marco took out a small parchment and showed it. "It also has this with it, Ace's 5 lowest earnings he has had the past 7 years. The lowest is 27 billion a week, yoi. Ace makes, on average, 75 billion a week." Whitebeard read it, and he felt there was no way to help Ace, but they needed to try. He noticed a number on the top of the list. "What is that number?" Marco gave a breath. "What it costs to 'rent' Ace for an hour, yoi. It costs 250 million, and he is rented on average 20 times a week, and the shortest you can rent is an hour. Even if you're done within 5 minutes, you still pay for the hour." Whitebeard felt more and more hopeless. If someone 'rented' Ace for 4 hours, or 4 different people 'rented' Ace in a week, it would be enough to be in the terms of the contract to keep Ace.
Whitebeard looked at Marco. "Do you see any way out? I feel Virgil gave us the contract way too easy." Marco gave a breath. "He gave it to us for a reason, yoi. We know the contract, and as the contract states, if we now keep Ace from working, Ace will be killed and the contract goes to Luffy. Right now, if we interfere, Ace dies and Luffy will be trapped instead." Whitebeard didn't know what to do right now. Virgil gave them this contract so now they couldn't help Ace. They tried to read it over and over, but it didn't help. They even let Lance look at it, and he said this was solid, even he, who had found a loophole once, saw none right now, but would do his best and would be thinking the best he could. He also took a copy of the contract, to have the exact wording. At times, a simple misspell, mistake, and such, could be enough.
After trying to figure a way out for a bit, Thatch spoke. "What if we speak with Ace? I mean, maybe he knows a way out. We know now the contract, Ace doesn't need to hide it." That might be a good idea. Izou seemed to be thinking. "But 250 million? Do we even have that much?" They all looked at Curiel, who was in charge of the funds, who seemed to be thinking, before he spoke. "We have 300 million. While it will be tough, we can make it work. I think we should do that. Ace has been with him for years, he might know a way out." Whitebeard nodded, that sounded the best.
They got it in order and went to the place Virgil was at. They decided the ones who would go were Whitebeard, Thatch, Izou, Marco, Curiel, and Lance. They shouldn't bring everyone and try to act calm. When they got there and they walked in and spoke to a sort of receptionist, she said she would get Virgil and moved to speak on a Den Den, and while she did, Whitebeard looked around, and he saw no Ace. He saw many others in various states, and saw at least 4 people who were in the act, and they all looked to enjoy it when eyes were on them, but he could still see a few times their faces morphed in pain, before they went back to looking okay. Everyone here was so good at acting, but they most likely had to, the contract said so.
The receptionist looked at them. "Go into that door over there." Whitebeard nodded and walked to the door which said 'Virgil', and walked in and Virgil sat behind a desk and smiled at them. "I was wondering if you would come back. I hope you know Ace is mine, you can't get him. Not until he fulfills his contract." Whitebeard looked at Virgil. "We would like to… rent Ace for an hour." Whitebeard felt sickened to ask to rent someone, someone who was obviously a sex slave and had no voice or opinion.
Virgil hummed. "I have a feeling you want to speak with Ace, am I correct?" Whitebeard was on his way to say no, when Virgil spoke again. "You see, I need to know your intentions, so Ace is properly prepared for what his reuters want to do. I am afraid I cannot rent him to you if you don't tell what you want." Whitebeard was contemplating if he should lie or not, to tell that they did want to rent Ace to please them, but he couldn't utter those words, so Whitebeard decided to spin it a bit. "We want to get to know him more. We will not use him right now." Virgil hummed. "Nice way to say you don't want to fuck him raw while he moans." Whitebeard felt sick that this man spoke so casually about it.
Virgil hummed. "But you see. Ace needs to rest his voice for a bit. He was in some… play where he needed to find God in the old age. It was very simple back then. If you wanted to find your faith and see if you have a soul, a priest would choke you until the point just before you pass out and die, when the world gets blurry and starts to darken, your life flashes before your eyes, and then lets go off. And when he has found his soul, he needs to pay the priest for his kindness to show him his way by being tied and toyed with. And it's been a while since he did this, so after 6 times in a row, his voice is hoarse. It's not cute when his voice is hoarse, so he is currently doing scenes he can't speak. Would you still want to rent him? Since it is your first time, I can give you a 50 percent discount if you say yes, one hour for the price of 125 million. He is available in 10 minutes if you take up on it, or he will just keep others happy as he is sent around."
WIthout hesitation, Whitebeard said yes, they would do that. He needed to help Ace, give him at least a small break for an hour. Virgil nodded. "Perfect. Keep talking to a minimum. Should you decide he is to your liking, feel free to do normal things with him. He can take up to three at once, but you-" Virgil pointed at him, "Have to watch only. While he is amazing at taking cock, there is a limit. He does give amazing BJs though, even to someone your size. You can use any equipment in the room, and the number on it says how many it can be used with. If it has 3, it can be paired up with other 3s. 2 with other 2s, and the one with 1 can only be used alone. On the rope and binds, he is a number 2, and you can't tighten it to number 1, as that can leave marks I don't like. Aside from that, have fun." Whitebeard felt so sick, and he was sure Virgil said all this on purpose to make him feel sick and horrified.
Virgil then pressed a button and a man came into the room and Virgil looked at him. "Follow these people into room 4, and show pretty little Ace to the room when he is cleaned up. They have rented him for one hour, and will pay when they leave, be sure to put on a 50 percent discount. I went over the normal rules, and they are good to go, but show them around the room, and normal walk-through. Basic rent." The man nodded and motioned for them to follow him.
They then walked to a room that had a number 4 on it, and it was a large room that had some furniture and such, and everything had things that could be used to tie someone up or keep them down, some chairs where obviously shaped to use someone on. The man took out some keys and opened two cabinets with them and opened the doors and it had a lot of ropes, belts, sex toys, and more that was awful. The man looked at them. "I am sure Virgil went over what the numbers mean, these are the cabinets you can use for a basic rent, the other 4 are for other types of rent, if you wish, I can go over them and show what they have." Whitebeard shook his head. "No, there is no need."
The man nodded and took up a clipboard he had and lifted a paper before he started to read. "Good. Ace is a number 2 when it comes to belt and ropes, chains are for a different rent. Ace will be here as soon as he is washed up. Should you need anything, press the button by the door. There will also be a chime in the room when there is 10 minutes left, same with 5 minutes, and 1 minute. Ace is also a class one rental, which means to keep bodily harm to a medium. You are allowed to punch, slap, grab, and whip, as long as it does not make wounds deeper than half an inch deep or break bones. You are not allowed to make more holes to use, mutilate, or dismember Ace. Should you wish to do that however, we have different classes of rentals, from being allowed to do this, to already being done. We have some amputees that have extra holes or normal amounts in both genders and ages. When you are done, even before the hour is up, please cover up as you come out to the main room, unless you have paid to be nude or use someone there for people to watch. Go to the one behind the desk in the reception and say you are done, and we will have Ace undergo a wellness check to see if you went past medium bodily harm. If you did, the fine starts at 1 trillion. When it is done, you are allowed to leave. Ace will be here when ready, someone will lead him here. I also see Ace is to keep speaking to a minimum, but you can order him to do what you wish and he needs to comply, if he does not, press the button and someone will come and assist. Have fun."
Then the man left, and Whitebeard felt horrified. He felt what he was allowed to do was already horrible, and the man had said they weren't allowed to dismember, mutilate, or create more holes to use, which meant they had people they could do it on. Virgil was known as a man to supply everyone with someone who they could do all their wildest dreams on, and this was so sick. He could see the others were the same. Thatch swallowed as he spoke. "We need to get Ace out as quickly as we can." Everyone nodded as they agreed.
It was maybe 5 minutes later that there was a knock on the door, before it opened and a woman stood there and looked at them. "You rented Portgas D Ace, class 1, basic rental, correct? You are new customers, so we always make sure. Regulars do not need to be asked and we will send in the one you rented without checking, so we hope to see you again." Whitebeard nodded. "That is correct." The woman nodded and turned a bit to the side. "Here, Ace. One hour at least, and you get 10 minutes to collect yourself, then you have another renter. Speak as little as you can, preferably nothing."
Ace then came into the frame and nodded as he looked at the woman, before he looked at them, and Whitebeard could see Ace freezing, before fear and apprehension shine in his eyes. Whitebeard also took in Ace's form, and he was naked, beside a collar with a short chain, and a pair of boxers. As Ace didn't move, the woman simply pushed Ace into the room, before she closed the door. As the door was closed, Ace opened his mouth, but then seemed to remember he shouldn't speak and closed it, looking lost. Whitebeard spoke first. "We rented you, hopefully to talk, but we heard you shouldn't and why you shouldn't. We are not here to… use you, okay?" Whitebeard needed a pause before he said 'use' as this was so wrong. Ace didn't look to believe it, on his way to speak, when Marco held a hand up. "Don't speak, yoi. We don't want to make this worse for you, rest your voice, please. Just rest your voice, your body, your mind. I know an hour isn't much, but it is something I hope, yoi."
Ace seemed halfway through the sentence realize they were sincere, and they looked sincere and comfortingly at Ace, and when Marco had spoken, tears welled in Ace's eyes, before they fell and Ace started to sob, moving his hands to his face to shield it, before he slowly slid down to the floor and laid down as he sobbed, sounding so defeated and broken. And with each sob, he could even hear the raspiness of Ace's voice, how bad it sounded. Ace had been choked to almost death 6 times today… so far. And that thought made him feel so bad for Ace. Ace was in his horrible situation and there was no way out.
They all moved as they wanted to help Ace, but also unsure if they should touch Ace, and he was sure they all had the same thought, which was 'would Ace think they lied to make him lower his guard'. But as they were close, Marco came and the first commander had grabbed the blanket by the bed and put it over Ace's naked body, before he moved a hand to Ace's back to comfort him, and Ace sobbed more and harder. When Thatch moved some hair out of Ace's face, Ace looked at Thatch, and Thatch gave a comforting and supportive look as he said. "Just cry, let it out. Just relax, you're safe right now." And that had Ace, if possible, even more emotional, before he moved to hug Thatch, who hugged back as Ace sobbed. Thatch was from a noble family and might have an understanding of what Ace was going through. Thatch had left when he saw what his family did, not only to the world, how highly they held themselves and spoke low about everyone else, but how they abused and used others. Thatch didn't say it would be okay, because it wouldn't, not yet, but they would try their best.
Ace cried on and didn't let up once, and after half hour had passed, Ace seemed to try and breathe more and sob less, before Ace moved and closed his eyes, before he spoke in a broken and so hoarse voice. "Please help me." It was so hoarse, Whitebeard had met people who had been smoking 40 cigarettes a day for 70 years, had throat cancer because of it, on the verge of getting a tracheostomy, sounding less hoarse than what Ace did now. When he spoke, it sounded so painful, and it was since Ace had been choked to the brink of death 6 times in less than 7 hours, as he guessed Ace started working around 6 and 7am, and it was now 1pm.
Whitebeard spoke, trying to sound as comforting and sincere as he could. "We will do our best to find a way out, we will do all we can to save you, and Luffy. But the contract covers what seems like everything, but we will do all we can to get you and Luffy out safely." Ace looked so heartbroken by that and so sad and upset as tears fell from his close eyes, face morphed in distress. They spent the rest of the time comforting Ace, doing their best, not saying a lot, as no words would help right now, and they couldn't say it would all be okay, as they didn't know. But they would try.
Then he heard a chime in the room, and realized they had 10 minutes left. Ace seemed to get more upset by that, probably realizing he would soon go back into Hell, or far worse than Hell. After a few seconds, Ace seemed to remember something and sat up and on his way to speak, when he stopped, to not use his voice, it would be bad, and moved his hand like he was using a pen, and Marco got it and looked at Curiel, who got out a pen and a piece of paper. Ace grabbed it, and with shaking hands from being so emotional, wrote something on it they couldn't see, before he folded it two times, before he wrote something more, and gave it to him. Whitebeard took it and on it, it said 'hide this, they will search you, don't show this'. Whitebeard tried to think where to hide it, before he got an idea, and moved a hand to his jacket, carefully rolled the piece of paper up to a small roll, and put it inside a very small hole between the seams on his shoulder as it had ripped somewhat by him using it a lot. As he had, he gave it a pat, to ensure it was safe and didn't look to show.
As it looked normal, he looked at Ace. "I will guard this with my life." Ace nodded and looked to feel relieved, but also so upset. Ace might be too scared to hope for freedom, and Whitebeard got it. Ace had been trapped for years already, no hope left. He had wanted Whitebeard to kill him, but if Whitebeard killed him now, it would go against the contract as he knew of it, and Luffy would be trapped instead. Ace might be scared to hope, and Whitebeard wouldn't give away false hope, but he would do all he could to save Ace from the grip of Virgil.
Ace then just leaned on Thatch again and Thatch hugged Ace again and they all comforted Ace for the small reminder of the time they could. Ace didn't start to sob again, just cried silently, but tried to stop, most likely since Ace needed to look gathered when they left. Whitebeard would do all he could to save Ace from Virgil.
