Chapter 22: Gathering Pieces

Hey everyone I'm back with a new chapter. Now I'm sure many of you are excited to see this. I put in quite a bit as well as some favorite characters. I hope you all like what I have planned. Please Review and Enjoy.

It was the night before Winter Break was over and Sam was making his way through the hidden tunnels.

"Okay let's see." Sam looks at a hand-drawn map he made of the tunnels. "Gryffindor this way." Sam read.

While Hermione wasn't in any serious condition, Sam promised would go with everyone to see her soon, but right now Sam had other priorities.

Slowly opening the hidden door, he looks to see Neville waiting in the Gryffindor Common room.

"Psst. Neville." Sam whispers getting his attention.

"Sam?" Neville said looking around.

"Over here." Neville looks to see Sam's head popping out of the entrance. "Anyone else there?"

Neville gave the common room a once over before shaking his head allowing Sam to step out.

"Whoa cool." A new voice said startling them both.

Looking around they saw Jae come out from hiding behind a couch that was against the wall. "I didn't know that was there."

"Neville." Sam said.

"I'm sorry I didn't see him." Neville said.

"Not his fault. I'm great at sneaking around but clearly not as good as you." Jae said climbing over the couch. "Name's Jae Kim."

"Uh Sam Snape." Sam said not lowering his guard. "How'd know I'd be here?"

"I saw you talking to Neville on Christmas to be here tonight before anyone came back. Must be important." Jae said.

Looking to Neville, both he and Sam cringed thinking they were busted.

"Hey relax, I'm not a rat if anything I want in on this sneaky business." Jae said surprising them.

"Wait what?" Sam asks confused.

"You, Potter, Fred, George and Tulip are the biggest troublemakers in this school and I like trouble. So if you want me to keep my lips zipped you better count me in on whatever it is you're up to." Jae said.

"And say I do. What's gonna happen?" Sam asks.

"Relax I'm a rule breaker just like you, but I got more experience." Jae reaches into his hoodie and pulls bootleg Hogwarts items. "I get you things. Things I guarantee you'll need down the road."

"Help me find what I'm looking for first." Sam said causing Jae to smirk.

"Finally someone who appreciates business." Jae grins.

"Sam what are we looking for exactly?" Neville asks.

"It's one of two things. A tooth necklace or a small leather notepad." Sam said.

"Hmm both small items that can be easily hidden in just about any place." Jae said.

"Alright spread out and search around." Sam said as the three boys got to work.

Neville looks through the bookshelves, Jae examined all furniture and Sam made his way up the steps.

'Man I wish I had Harry, Ron and Hermione to help me. Stupid Polyjuice Potion.' Sam thought.

After a half-hour of searching, Sam was getting frustrated.

"Man why did Salazar have to hide these things so well?" Sam asks.

Reaching to his belt he reached for a Viper Fang in case someone else came in when his hand slipped and a Viper Fang dropped to the ground making a small clinking noise but when he bent down to get it a tanned foot stopped in front of it.

Eyes widening Sam looks up to see an Indian girl with long black hair and pajamas. This was Parvati Patil.

"Uh hi." Sam said nervously.

Parvati was about to scream when Sam grabs her leg and the Viper Fang causing both to disappear into the shadows.

"What the?" Neville and Jae gasp seeing the shadow zoom around the common room in a random matter even zooming along the wall and up the ceiling before coming down revealing Sam covering Parvati's mouth as she struggled to scream.

"Parvati please don—" Before Sam could finish Parvati stomped on his foot before punching him knocking him to the ground.

"That was some left hook." Jae winced as Sam rubs his head.

"How dare you! I should report you to Professor McGon—" Before she could finish Sam covers her mouth again stopping her.

"Please, please just let me explain." Sam begs when Parvati knees him where the sun don't shine causing both Neville and Jae to wince in horror and pain.

"Oh man that's gotta hurt." Neville cringed.

"Ugh you're mean." Sam winced.

"Yeah well I'm gonna do it again if you don't start talking Slytherin." Parvati glares ready to hit him again.

"Okay, okay." Sam said standing up adjusting himself. "I'm trying to figure out what's going on with all these attacks and there's a clue hidden in this common room." Sam said.

"You really expect me to believe that?" Parvati asks.

"It's true that's why Jae and Neville are helping me find it. Please if you want this nightmare to end you'll help us." Sam said.

Slowly Parvati lowers her guard.

"Thank you. Now please is there anything in this common room that looks like it's possibly been here for ages?" Sam asks.

"Well there's the firepit over there but I doubt anything would be hidden there." Parvati said.

Slowly looking at it Sam noticed some carvings along that had two swords clashing.

"What's with the sword?" Sam asks.

"That's the Sword of Gryffindor." Neville said.

"Sword of Gryffindor?" Sam pauses before remembering the memory where Salazar and Godric sparred dagger to sword. 'Of course, in the memory Slytherin and Gryffindor were rivals who challenged each other all the time.'

Running his fingers along the pattern he noticed that one clash one sword was much shorter than the other.

"Wait that's not a sword." Sam holds up the Viper Fang to it and saw it was in the exact same shape. "It's a dagger."

Slowly Sam presses the dagger and it pushed in causing the sword to move horizontal revealing it to be a lock.

From the top of the fire pit Sam looks to see a Tooth Necklace emerge from it.

"Yes." Sam grins pulling the tooth necklace out.

"Is that it?" Jae asks.

"Yep just gotta get one more piece." Sam said.

"Wow, so you really are onto something." Parvati said.

"Well Sam a deal is a deal." Jae reminds.

"Yeah I know. Thanks guys you were a big help." Sam smiles giving them a high five.

"Uh sorry about earlier." Parvati apologizes.

"It's alright, Parvati and just so we're cool I have something for you." Sam said walking up to her and putting his hand on her shoulder.

"Ooh what?" Parvati asks when Sam knees her in the gut. "Ow! Hey!"

"And now we're even." Sam smirks before running to the secret entrance and leaving.

"Whoa, didn't see that coming." Jae said as Parvati fixes herself.

"What kind of guy hits a girl?" She asks.

"One who willing to stand up to just about anyone. That's what makes Sam so interesting." Neville said.

"Hope he figures this out. This Chamber thing gets out of hand what happens to us?" Jae asks.

"I don't know." Neville shrugs.

"He's different…but I guess you have to be to be willing to do something like this." Parvati said amused.

A few days later, all the students came back and classes started up again.

In the hospital wing, Sam, Harry, Ron, Penny and Barnaby were meeting with Hermione who had a stack of books on her bedside.

Luckily most of her fur had disappeared, but they still brought her all her homework.

"You know if I were you, Hermione I would have this to take a break from work." Ron said.

"Don't be silly Ron, I've got to keep up." Hermione as Barnaby handed her the homework. "I don't suppose any of you have any new leads?"

"Nothing yet." Barnaby sighs.

"We were so sure it was Malfoy." Ron said.

"And now it feels like we're back to square one." Penny said when Sam noticed something gold sticking out of Hermione's pillow.

"Uh what's that?" Sam points.

"Just a get-well card." Hermione said trying to hide it when Barnaby swipes it. "Hey!"

"To Miss Granger, wishing you a speedy recovery from your concerned teacher, Prof. Gilderoy Lockhart, Order of Merlin 3rd class, Honorary Member of the Dark Force Defense League and 5-time winner of Witch Weekly Most Charming smile award." Barnaby read aloud.

"Really Hermione?" Sam asks.

"You slept that under your pillow?" Harry asks.

However, before Hermione could say anything Madam Pomfrey asked them to leave so she could give Hermione her medicine.

"That letter talked more about Lockhart than it did about Hermione." Barnaby said.

"And we already know he has those titles. He never shuts up about them." Ron said as they made their way up the stairs when they saw the stairs flooded.

"What's this?" Harry asks.

Following it the 5 of them saw the whole hallway leading to the girls bathroom was flooded.

"I would not go in there fellas. Myrtle's having one of her bad days." Duncan warns floating in front of the bathroom.

Slowly walking past, him they saw the sinks on full blast overflowing with water while Myrtle was sobbing by the window.

"Come to throw something else at me?" Myrtle asks noticing them.

"Why would I do that?" Harry asks.

"Don't ask me, here I am minding my own business when someone thinks it's funny to throw a book at me." Myrtle said.

"But you're a ghost. If someone threw something at you it would just go through you." Ron said.

"Uh Ron." Barnaby warns trying to tell him to stop when Myrtle flew down.

"Oh sure let's all throw things at Myrtle! 10 points if it goes through her stomach! 50 if it goes through her head!" Myrtle snaps.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa calm down he wasn't trying to bully you!" Penny said.

"Yeah Ron's a nice guy." Sam assures.

"Who threw it at you?" Harry asks.

"I don't know. I was just sitting in the U-Bend thinking about death when it went right through the top of my head." Myrtle said pointing to a stall. "It's over there. Got washed out."

Looking to the ground Harry picks up what appears to be a shabby old black book.

Opening it up, Harry saw a name.

"The diary of Tom Marvolo Riddle." Harry read.

"Hang on…I know that name." Ron said getting their attention.

"You do?" Penny asks.

"That night I had detention. I was cleaning all the trophies in the trophy room. Apparently, he won it for special services to the school about 50 years ago." Ron said.

"How'd you remember that one?" Barnaby asks.

"Because I was still barfing up slugs. I barfed all over Tom Riddle's trophy. If you had to wipe slime off for an hour, you'd remember that." Ron said.

"Well maybe he knows what happened." Sam said.

However when Harry flipped through the pages he saw they were all blank.

"He never wrote in it?" Penny asks confused.

As Harry hands it to Sam he examines it for anything and noticed a bookstore logo on Vauxhall Road, London.

"He must have bought this from a muggle store. I've seen one of these bookstores near the orphanage." Sam said.

Sighing Harry decided to pocket it as they left the bathroom.

By the time Hermione was let out of the Hospital Wing it was early February and while they were happy to have her back Sam had a bigger challenge at the moment…his first Quidditch game.

Sitting down in the great hall, Sam was sitting down with his breakfast in front of him but he wasn't in an eating mood.

"Come on Sam, eat." Liz urged.

"I'm not hungry." Sam said.

"Sam you gotta eat something your match is in an hour." Tulip said.

"Hey what's going on?" Harry asks as he, Ron, Hermione and Penny came over.

"Sam's feeling first game jitters." Barnaby said.

"Oof I had them, trust me it's not easy." Harry cringed.

"Yeah well I think I might have it a little worse than you Harry." Sam cringed.

"What do you mean?" Ron asks.

"Our house has been laying on the pressure." Barnaby said as he and Blaise walked in.

"They've been driving him nuts for days. Half are saying that if he doesn't catch the snitch don't bother coming back to the common room and the other half are hoping he falls off his broom and breaks every bone in his body." Blaise said as they all cringed.

"Oh man no wonder." Ron said.

"Who started this?" Penny asks when they heard laughing.

Looking over they saw Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle.

"Hey Samuel just wanted you to know I got front row seats for when I watch you blow it. Hope you make it worth my while." Malfoy laughs.

"Back off Malfoy!" Penny snaps.

"Or what Haywood?" Malfoy mocks when she holds up her fist reminding him of the last time he messed with her.

Cringing Malfoy adjusts himself.

"Remember Samuel once you blow it I get my spot back as Seeker." Malfoy reminds walking away.

"Wait what was that?" Hermione asks.

"Oh yeah I forgot about that part. If Sam losses the game he's kicked off and Malfoy is back in." Barnaby reminds.

"Geez talk about pressure." Tulip cringed.

"Harry please tell me you have a little Seeker advice you can give me for my first game." Sam begs.

"Just keep your eyes open for the Snitch, fly around and get a feel for the field and don't focus too much on your teammates. You do your job and leave them to do theirs." Harry suggests causing Sam to sigh.

"Better than nothing." Sam said taking a bite of bacon and toast.

After eating some breakfast Sam left to go get ready.

"I wish there was more we could do to help." Liz said.

"Yeah…hey I'll see you guys at the field." Tulip said getting up and running after him.

"Hey guys I think I have an idea on how we can help him." Ron said getting their attention.

"What do you have in mind?" Hermione asks surprised to here the word idea come from him.

"Trust me I've seen enough Quidditch games to know this works great." Ron said.

As Sam made his way down an empty hall, he took a deep breath before leaning against the wall.

"I gotta win this." Sam said when he felt a tap on his shoulder causing him to flinch.

"Wow you are nervous." Tulip cringed.

"Tulip? Wh-What's going on?" Sam said.

"Sam calm down you're not yourself when you're like this. I mean come on is one little game really the end of the world?" Tulip asks.

"It's just, look I just wanna let anyone down. My whole life is different now because of this place and it's a lot." Sam admits.

"Seriously?" Tulip asks surprised.

"It's just no one really expected anything of me before I came here and now people do it's…it's a lot to take in and it's hard." Sam admits.

"A humble Slytherin. Never thought I would ever see that. Not until I met you at least." Tulip smiles patting him on the shoulder. "Sam look I get that you're struggling, but don't forget you got friends to lean on."

"You think I can win?" Sam asks.

"I don't know Cho is pretty tough." Tulip smirks.

"Cho?" Sam asks.

"Cho Chang, she's a 3rd year, the Ravenclaw Seeker and your main obstacle. If you wanna win you gotta beat her to the Snitch." Tulip warns.

"That good huh? I don't think Harry got the chance to face her." Sam recalls.

"Nope he was still knocked out from that whole stone incident." Tulip reminds.

"Yikes. Talk about a tough first match." Sam said.

"Well think of it like this. How do expect to take on Harry if you can't take on Cho?" Tulip asks causing Sam to smile.

"Thank Tulip I needed that." Sam said giving her a hug which she smiles and hugs him back.

"Now get out there and win." Tulip said.

"I will. Hey uh Tulip I need your help with something after my match." Sam said.

"We'll talk afterwards." Tulip nods.

In the Quidditch team box, Sam walks in with the team wearing the uniform.

"You nervous?" Orion asks as he and Skye look to him.

"A little." Sam nods.

"That's totally fine. Just focus and keep your eye out for that Snitch." Skye said.

"Thanks for all the help guys." Sam said turning them. "I appreciate it."

"Hey teammates look out for each other." Orion smiles.

"Time to go." Marcus said as they all mounted their brooms and flew out.

"And this is folks! Slytherin vs Ravenclaw!" Lee Jordan said in the commentator's box.

"BOO!" Looking down Sam saw Malfoy and most of Slytherin house booing him.

"GO SAM!" A familiar voice cheered.

"Huh?" Looking down Sam saw Harry, Ron, Hermione, Penny, Barnaby, Liz and all his friends wearing green and silver lines of facepaint cheering for him and instantly a smile formed on his face.

"Well Ron when you're right you're right. This was a great idea." Hermione said.

"Told ya." Ron smiles.

In the teacher's box, Prof. Snape looks to see Sam fly into position.

Across from Sam he saw Cho Chang flying in front of him. She had long black hair, light skin and a serious look on her face.

Sam knew she wasn't going to go easy on him.

Down below, Hooch released the bludgers and the snitch.

As the small gold ball flew in front of Sam, he looked at it before it flew in front of Cho who had a confident smirk as the snitch flew away.

"And here comes the quaffle…and the match begins!" Lee said as Hooch tosses it into the air.

Dashing in Skye swipes it before the Ravenclaw Chaser could.

Racing across the field Skye dodges the other chasers before tossing the quaffle to Flint who throws it through the goal.

"And Slytherin scores!" Lee said.

Flying up Sam tries to get a good look around the field.

As Ravenclaw moved in Flint flies in and rams into one causing the chaser to swerve out of the way and drop the quaffle allowing him to steal it.

"Geez." Sam cringed when he noticed Cho fly past him.

"Hey better not stay in one place or you'll be a sitting duck." Cho said snapping him out of it.

Flying around Sam tried to get a better look and more goals were made mostly by Slytherin.

Grabbing the quaffle, Orion flew in towards the goal.

Looking to Skye, he tossed it to her but just as a Ravenclaw chaser was about to stop her a Slytherin beater whacked a bludger making them fly away allowing Skye to toss back to Orion allowing him to score.

"And Slytherin leads 60 points to 20!" Lee announces.

As Sam looks around, he sees a hint of gold down below, however just as he was about to go in a Ravenclaw beater whacks a bludger at him.

"Sam look out!" Skye yells.

Looking over Sam gasps as the bludger grazes his shoulder almost knocking him off his broom causing him to dangle by one arm.

"Sam!" Harry gasps as Snape stood up from his seat.

"Fall! Fall! Fall! Fall!" Malfoy chants with most of Slytherin behind him.

Growling Sam struggles as he gets his other arm up there, mustering up all his strength Sam yanks himself back onto his broom.

"And Samuel Snape has narrowly avoided falling off his broom! Slytherin still has a chance!" Lee said.

Looking around Sam spotted the Snitch, unfortunately so did Cho.

Racing in Sam dives down to chase after it.

Neck and neck Sam and Cho were gaining on the snitch before it flew up.

Turning Sam and Cho raced towards the goals but when they turned Sam used the training he got from Orion and Skye to make a tight turn allowing him to gain the lead.

Moving in Sam reaches out as he started to close in on the Snitch.

"Come on Sam you can do it." Penny said with her hands together in prayer.

"No he can't. No he can't." Malfoy said hoping he would mess up.

Letting out a roar of determination Sam moves forward and grabs it.

"And Samuel Snape has caught the Snitch! Slytherin wins!" Lee declares as all of Sam's friends and the other houses cheered.

"Yes." Snape grins before adjusting himself hoping no one saw that, unfortunately, Dumbledore saw that.

Flying down, Sam was almost immediately hugged by Skye.

"You did it!" Skye laughs.

"I did." Sam said before Skye lets go.

"Uh sorry got a little excited back there." She said nervously.

Sam was about to say something when Orion claps him on the back.

"Looks you're our new permanent Seeker." Orion smiles.

"Oh yeah…I'm the new Slytherin Seeker." Sam smiles widely.

As he looks to Malfoy, Sam sticks his tongue out and pulls down his eyelid to insult him and needless to say it worked.

Looking to his friends Sam walked over.

"Okay let me just say. The facepaint, genius." Sam smiles.

"Thank you." Ron smiles loving this.

"I was so worried you were gonna fall." Penny said.

"Sam you were awesome." Barnaby said.

"I'm actually kind of glad I faced Malfoy instead of you. You would have been a challenge." Harry chuckles.

"Just wait until next year. We'll face off then." Sam said.

"Until then what do you say we go celebarate?" Liz suggests.

"Sounds good to me." They all agreed.

As they walked away Sam looks to Tulip.

"Uh hey Tulip listen about earlier." Sam pauses as he looks around. "What would you say if I needed your help with something sneaky?"

"I'm listening." Tulip said interested.

As Sam and Tulip walked away Cho noticed them and curiosity was getting the better of her.

A few days after the Quidditch match, Sam knew he had to make his move. It was the middle of the night as he snuck to Ravenclaw and he was more determined than ever to get that leather notebook.

Making his way through the tunnel Sam peeked out to see Tulip still awake.

"Tulip." Sam whispers getting her attention.

Looking over Tulip saw Sam slowly walk out of the hidden passage.

"Okay that is cool." Tulip said impressed.

"Thanks." Sam said closing it.

"So what's so important that you need to do this?" Tulip asks.

"There's an item here, a small old leather notebook and I need to get it if I wanna find out about the Chamber of Secrets." Sam said.

"Then we better start looking, this common room has a lot of books." Tulip said.

"Sometimes the best place for secrets to hide is in plain sight." A voice said startling them.

Turning around he saw a girl maybe a year younger than him with long curly blonde hair and a copy of the Quibbler in her hands walking down the stairs. This was Luna Lovegood.

"Luna?" Tulip said surprised.

"Friend of yours?" Sam asks.

"Sort of, Sam this is Luna Lovegood. She's a first year." Tulip said as she walks in.

"Hello Samuel Snape, or do you prefer Sam? Of course, there are many nicknames for that name, Sammy, Samwise, maybe Sam-I-Am?" Luna asks causing Sam to cringe at the last one.

"Uh just Sam is fine." Sam said.

"I've heard about you. People gossip a lot. How you want to change Slytherin House." Luna said.

"Yeah?" Sam asks.

"People call you looney for trying that, but then again they call me that so who am I to judge?" Luna smiles.

"How did you know I was here?" Sam asks.

"I didn't, but I saw someone else very interested in what Tulip was up to. Isn't that right, Cho?" Luna said waving her wand and Cho appeared out from behind the curtain.

"Cho? You were spying on me…wow who knew our role model Seeker was such a badgirl." Tulip smirks.

"Uh you're not still mad about losing the match are you?" Sam gulps nervously as she walks over.

"I'm more interested in what kind of trouble Tulip is up. We lost almost 50 points because of just her." Cho said.

Sam looks to Tulip who just shrugs sheepishly.

"If Prof. Flitwick or anyone else sees you you're looking at some serious trouble." Cho said.

"I know but I promise I'm gonna do anything crazy. I just need to find a small leather notebook and I'm out." Sam assured.

"And Cho if you even think about ratting Sam I will put a dungbomb in everything you own." Tulip said.

"You wouldn't." Cho glares as Tulip pulls one out of her pocket.

"Try me." Tulip smirks. "You might get a nickname out of this."

"Rank Cho Chang." Luna said off the top of her head.

"Ha! Good one Luna." Tulip giggles.

"Alright, alright I won't say anything THIS time." Cho growls.

"Thank you that's all I ask." Tulip said pocketing it.

'Come on think. What did Salazar do with Ravenclaw before he left?' Sam pauses remembering that Salazar left her in charge of the others before noticing a small stone snake carved into a torch. "He passed the torch to her."

Walking over Sam pulls the torch revealing a hidden switch. Smiling Sam thought he got the last piece but the leather book only had the number 3 and a riddle under it.

"Huh?" Sam reaches out and opens it. "Oh great." Sam groans.

"What's wrong?" Cho asks.

"It's a riddle. If I want to find this I need to solve some riddles to get them." Sam cringed.

"Classic Ravenclaw." Tulip chuckles as Sam read it.

"They come out at night without being called. They are lost in the day without being stolen." Sam read.

"That's an easy one, the stars." Tulip said pointing to the starry curtain.

"Tulip you rock." Sam smiles.

Walking over Luna examined the curtains and noticed a sake sewn into the tassle. Pulling it off she noticed the number 8 and another riddle.

"You might wanna write this down Sam." Luna advises.

Writing down the first number Luna examines it.

"I am a home of knowledge, both banal and profound. In grand halls and small homes I can be found. I am a home for things of many leaves, but my many residents are not living trees." She read.

"Home for things of many leaves but not living trees? What is that?" Sam asks.

"It doesn't sound like a garden." Tulip said.

"Things of many leaves but what it holds are not living trees." Cho pauses leaning against the wall when she hit a shelf causing a book to fall down.

Looking at it, Luna pauses. "Wait, books are made from leaves." Luna recalls.

Pausing the three of them turn to see the Ravenclaw books shelf.

Slowly they examined it when Tulip noticed two snakes carved into the wood in the corner.

"Sam over here." Tulip said.

As she grabs it, Tulip opens it to reveal a 5 and another riddle.

"3…8…5." Sam wrote into the small notebook.

"I have a body but no flesh or bone. I watch all who come and go, but no one watches me." Tulip read.

"Man riddles are tough. How can you have a body but no flesh and bone?" Sam asks.

"You do need those to have a body." Luna agrees.

"Well everything that matches the riddle is in here somewhere. Let's look around." Tulip said.

Examining the common room, they looked for any clues while Sam had his Viper Fangs ready in case he needed to hide again.

Looking around Cho tried to find anything when she noticed something in the middle of the room, the statue of Rowena Ravenclaw.

"Wait a minute, the statue." Cho points getting his attention.

"A body but no bones or flesh." Sam realized.

"It watches over all the students but no one ever watches a statue." Cho finished.

"How are you girls so good at riddles?" Sam asks.

"That's how we enter our common room." Luna said.

"Answer a riddle and enter." Tulip clarifies.

"How about that." Sam said.

Examining the statue Sam saw a small snake carved into the stone of the pocket.

Slowly reaching inside he saw the number 1 and the note. "Good luck…my Champion." Sam read as a smile forms on his face.

"Sam are you okay?" Cho asks.

"Okay? I'm better than okay. I did it! That chamber is as good as closed." Sam said walking over and giving each girl a hug. "Thank you, thank you all so much. You have no idea how happy I am right now." Sam smiles surprising them as he walks to the secret exit. "Whoo!" Sam cheers making his escape.

"Wow, he might be the first Slytherin I've ever met who was happy for the safety of others." Cho said.

"He's a weird one." Luna said.

"Yeah…good weird though." Tulip smiles.

Back in the Slytherin Common Room, Sam sneaks in through the tunnel before laying down on his bed.

Reaching into his cabinet he pulls out the music box, the tooth necklace and held up the notebook with the 4 numbers for the combination.

"I did it…I got them all." Sam said.
