Bella's first vision hat night as she slept had an eerie green blue tint hinting to the other side watching herself when she was still Dafni approach Amara was amusing and even more so when Qetsiyah spirit arrived and wanted to know how she was still a spirit and why she would not pass through. Bella saw death appear and place a hand on Dafni's shoulder before Dafni answered Qetsiyah questions.
"Since my soul was used in the sacrifice to connect to the afterlife for you to create this plain for the spirits. I have been stripped of my magic and now solely belong to death." Qetsiyah looked very pleased to know this.
"As such I've come to give you a warning though I doubt very much you'll listen to this one anymore than you listened to the others. To see your plan through to the end truly you will have to lose your soul completely." Dafni was guided away by death. Visions changed to glimpses of her as a spirit warning the spirits of things, she had seen so they could tell their descendants. Being called the khrēsmoí thanatou by them and warning their descendant to be on the look out for glowing green eyes that would herald visions.
Before her vision changed to show her Kol dressed for the early 1800's with blood dripping down his face with rage in his eyes as he muttered about whelps and replacements. She could see another sign of his anger being picked up off the table it had been smashed into, the blade of a dagger from his collection nearby with its handle torn off. While he waited, he decided to entertain himself with the blade warping it with his hands not caring if he got them bloody while doing so. He turned the dagger blade into a fang with a sharp pointed tip. He placed it down for a moment to pull a chair over to the table along with a candle and a tool and began engraving it into the fang. He did not remove the blood from the metal as he worked making the Mikaelson family crest appear on the fang then several runes were added. The witches had long since joined him but started their own projects so not to entice his wrath. When he was happy with all he engraved he held it over the flame and allowed the blood to be dried into the metal he began talking to the witches about magic.
Bella awoke soon after he started teaching and wrote down the two visions in her journal as always though she knew the first to be a warning to herself that she would start to be recognized by the witches who listened to the spirits more than the novice Bennett did. Damon drags her off to the grill for breakfast before she is to go start class and while there, they spot Mason and decide to introduce themselves, Katherine having informed him of their being on the same side he settles in to tell Damon all he's done at making it difficult for the Scooby gang in their absence. Bella vision changes to show Mason being handed moon stone in a box by a witch before her vision returns to her breakfast. When they finish breakfast, he and Damon head to the Lockwood mansion to help set up the masquerade and let the mayor know they are back, and Bella heads off to class.
Bella noticed she did not see the professor from her visions at all as she finished her last class and was headed to her car. As she put down her things, she catches a glimpse of a syringe being filled and the words "catch her while she's here on campus." Before she got back in the car, knowing it would happen soon Bella took a deep breath before leaving. When she reached the boarding house Damon filled her in on how he and Mason managed to trick the Scooby gang and even how Mason was ignoring the calls of the pack they wanted to lure here so everything was going to plan.
Bella watched that night in a Viking shelter were a small family feast took place Bella recognized Kol, Niklaus and Elijah but did not recognize the other people present noting that the blonde girl was called Rebekah and the other brunet male was called Finn she did not catch the names of the other two before they called for a toast and had all but the elder female drinking in stead she slipped to the back of the hut and started chanting and before any of the others could tell something was wrong or react they were being stabbed through the heart with a sword before he turned it on himself. The witch stopped chanting and soon began setting up more glasses on the table pouring a red liquid in that clearly was not wine. As the siblings jolted awake the witch gave them no time to process before telling them to drink in Kol's case shoving down his throat as he protested.
Bella spent the morning of the ball reading up on the languages she was learning all the while listening to the plans the Scooby gang was making to kill Katherine. The gang seemed to have forgotten Bella was even in the house, an hour before the ball, Bella changed into a forest green lace dress that had long sheer sleeves and ended at her knee. She also curled her hair before wearing a swan laced mask and meeting Damon at the door in her black Louis Vuitton heels. They spent the entire night watching the Scooby gangs plan play out. They found it hilarious even after going through all that trouble they still choose not to kill her instead when she was knocked by the witches as they planned to sell the moonstone as being the real one. Damon quickly swept her away to Mason who took her to one of the cabins to wait out the others paranoia of her being gone. Bella means while got to watch as to everyone surprise but her own Elena was kidnapped though she only informed Damon and Mason of this fact figuring the Scooby gang would surely notice.
They did in fact not notice the doppelganger was missing until the morning after, though Bella found this out two days after her rescue. Rose showed up to days after her attempt at kidnapping Elena and spent the whole morning ranting at Bella and Damon of the danger the doppelganger was in only to find out when Stefan came back with the doppelganger, just to watch them needle the two after ever thing she explained. Eventually they got bored being told they should be taking the threat seriously before acting like they left the house instead they listened in as Stefan convinced Rose to take him to meet her contact and Elena headed off to school since she was being baby sat by the Bennett witch. Damon whispered he was going to meet the history teacher at the grill to see what other stupid ideas the Scooby gang has that he can get out of the drunk, Bella nodded and said she would follow the two downstairs since she had nothing better to do.
Bella thought as she followed them in the car that she was worried that the two might have brain damage because they had not in fact noticed that they had been followed all the way to their meeting. Things got interesting as she strolled along the sidewalk listening to what was said about the fake curse. The reason it got interesting was in his approach, having seen him appear down the sidewalk from her and directly across from the window the others were sitting in while they held their meeting. Suits weren't Bella's preference, but she could see why he would appeal to Katherine. Meeting his gaze Bella wiggled her fingers in greeting as she met him at the musician case.
He bent down and tipped the guitar player he was next to a hundred dollars before picking up the pocket change. Bella could tell he was listening in to their very stupid plan because just as the conversation turned to going against an original in their plan, he acted. The change in his hand went flying across the street with a casual flick of his wrist and shattered the window taking out a few humans with it. Bella chuckled at the screaming from the vampire that was stupid enough to agree with Damon's brother. Bella felt her arm being grabbed before they vanished from the sight of the café. Bella was left at her vehicle, Elijah spoke.
"I believe that got the point across, though I think you and your uncle would have liked a bit more bloodshed thrown in if the tales of you two are to be believed." Bella smirked, having it confirmed that Katherine was having fun spreading around what they got up to her significant other.
"I think our bloodshed quote will be taken care of when you visit the hacker later and I have to get back to my course work, it was pleasant meeting you Elijah lets do this again at tea party soon." Elijah nodded his head before leaving.
Bella headed to the grill to hang out for a bit, noting the new face a warlock with the Scooby gang as they sat around a table nearby. Colors swirled as she stared at her laptop screen before, she was looking down at a slightly darkened room as two men were sitting in a cage with bars separating them. Other people walked past the cages every now and then and would call one of the two forwards with a series of numbers in the place of their names. Bella recognized Damon right away and could tell that both vampires were being starved and she watched as the other was called forward as a scientist shoved his hand into a patch of light and watched as it slowly burned before shoving the man to the back of the cage causing him to hiss from touching the bars. She watched as he sat back down slowly next to Damon as the scientist moved on down the hallway calling someone forward to take notes of what he just witnessed. The vision changed to Damon trying to open the cage that held the other man as a fire spread on the other side of the room. As the fire spread closer the man walked over to Damon before grabbing his hand and speaking.
"Turn them off, in order for both of us to survive this I need you to turn them off so you can leave here and be safe. I will find a way to find you again once I am free, but I need you to trust me and turn off your emotions and leave." Bella could see the desperation in both of their eyes as Damon tried to fight with what he had just been told. She watched as he decided to let the man prove that he was different from the others that had let him down before. As the emotions began to drain from his face she watched as the man brought on of his hands to his face and left a kiss on it before Damon pulled away and began to leave. Fading out of the vision she watched as the man in the cage shouted his parting words for Damon to not forget their promise. Bella's vision focuses back in on her coarse work, and she pulled her journal over and quickly wrote down what she saw not knowing that the Scooby gang had left only the new warlock had been joined with his father and they had both noticed the slight green glow to her eyes and her behavior before and after the vision.
That night she had more visions about Kol, in the first it's the 1700's and he is in what would be considered a bar with some twenty bodies lying around and feeding on another when Niklaus and Elijah walk in and take in the scene. Before Telling Kol that they need to leave, and that Mikael is nearby and getting closer. Kol responds that he would be fine since Mikael is only after Nik and that he didn't want to leave. This statement caused Elijah to appear behind him and hold his arms as Niklaus plunged a dagger into his heart causing him to desiccate. The next one was in the 1800's and from the fang she saw him slip into his pocket, Kol was being held by the throat after provoking Elijah with feeding the young Marcellus his blood in one of his rages in feeling replaced and forgotten only to have Niklaus appear behind him and tell Elijah to let him go when Kol thanked stating at least one of them knew the meaning of family Niklaus turned him around and as he said Marcellus was family he daggered Kol again. Then it changed to a party happening in the 1900's from their dress and even Rebakah was present at the bottom of the stairs to seeing Kol trying to make an exit down the stairs only to once again be stopped by Elijah and swiftly turned around to face Niklaus on the balcony and it made into a production as he was daggered again.
When Bella woke, she had a new understanding of their family dynamic regarding Kol who felt left out and was acting out only to be daggered which just fueled the anger and his justification that he was not part of their always and forever. Though the older brothers seemed to at least at first trying to protect him and then in the other two defiantly punishing him for his actions though none of the brothers, Kol including were seeing the other actions for what they were. As she got ready for the historical societies' tea party. She grabbed a dark green with a floral pattern maxi dress, it was backless and had spaghetti straps and a deep v neckline and an empire waist. She kept her hair half up half down with a waterfall braid and paired the dress with a pair of braided leather Greek sandals.
She and Damon entered the tea party together and saw Elijah with the mayor deciding to say hi Damon led Bella over to them. Playing it off like she hadn't met him, Bella allowed the mayor to introduce her to the guest Arthur in town and asked her if she would help Jenna show him around the next day to the historical sites he was looking for. The mayor slipped off and Bella let Damon lead the small talk with Elijah as they headed to a room slightly out of sight of the party. Only for her to stiffen slightly as they were joined in their walk by Stefan and John Gilbert. Elijah and Damon immediately picked up on her posture change and before they could react Bella had Jon by his throat against the bookcase. As she did so her eyes glazed over and she caught a glimpse of a grimoire with the spell description a life for a life then the sight of Bonnie sitting in an abandoned home chanting on the night of a full moon with the glimpse of letters addressed to the doppelganger and her younger brother. As she focused back in she heard Damon finish telling Elijah on why she was reacting this way at vampire speed as Stefan tried to argue with him that Katherine had Been the one to kill her in the hospital. Smirking sardonically at Jon she released his nek and took a step back from him before speaking to Stefan.
"No, your blood was not enough to save my life, she gave me some of her blood seeing that but I still ended up dying from the injuries I received from the cold one who was killing me before the device went off and then received more of in the basement when he decided to kill the human Salvatore since he couldn't get to you with out going through his daughter."
Stepping closer to Damon and Eljah Bella noticed Stefan was now standing next to Jon who decided to speak next not breaking eye contact with Bella.
"Tell me what you saw." He demands which made Bella smirk more before her eye glowed and in an eerie note in her voice said, "no."
"What do you mean, no tell me what you saw." He seemed to get more aggravated by her actions.
"I could say in multiple other languages for you to hear but it would still be the same I mean, no, I am not going to tell you what I saw, and you can't make me. You are denied access to my gifts since you are the reason I am dead."
Breaking eye contact with him Bella zoned out as another vision ran across her vision of Mason being confronting by a woman about not picking up his phone at the grill. To her listening in on a conversation Elena and Bonnie were having about the moonstone. She then saw a group breaking into the boarding house and another confronting Mason at the Lockwood Cabin. When her vision cleared her hand was being placed in the crook of Elijahs Elbow and she was being escorted out of the room as Damon told Stefan he might want to have his neck injury looked at, Stefan had been pulling the pencils out of his neck and Jon was laying on the floor with a snapped neck since he seemed to have pissed off the others. Elijah walked Bella over to Jenna who made plans on where to meet up the next day to visit the properties Elijah wanted to see before the party ended and everyone left.
Bella warned both Mason and Damon about the attacks and to be on guard the next couple of days before heading out to meet up with Elijah and Jenna. As they walked around Bella smirked as Elijah charmed his way into the doppelgangers guardians' good graces and even couldn't hold in her laugh as she spotted the history teacher heading their way. Bella pointed the approaching man out to Elijah as Jenna commented about men being the ones to make a big deal of founding the town since they were very territorial to which both Elijah and Bella said yes, they are. When Jenna spotted Alaric Bella could tell that John had brought more trouble for the Scooby gang if their stilted interaction was anything to go by as Jenna went to the car to grab the other papers. Elijah looked at the history teacher and said he had nothing to worry about since he didn't really pursue younger women. Bella couldn't hold back her giggle since it was a reference to Katherine's age before telling Alaric to lighten up as they both resumed walking after Jenna.
Bella's vision changed as she walked to see a female witch slip a package to the male warlocks Bella had seen around town. "I managed to find it and put a fake in its place are you sure you can get it to the right people so we can kill them." Bella heard the reply of yes before the witch departed and the package was placed in a bag. The scene then changed to the older warlock passing the package off to Jon as he walked out of the Lockwood mansion after his neck had been snapped. "Your wife got the research right just make sure not to take it back out or I can't guarantee your daughters safety." Other than linking arms with Elijah, Bella didn't give any indication of what she saw. A few hours later they entered the grill to see Damon being cornered by the Scooby gang and John. They could hear his sarcastic response to what was said, "I don't see how having you come over for dinner could possible go wrong." Only for John to look at the four that just arrived and state "getting to know the newest member of town and helping him with his research over dinner. I'm sure Jenna would like to continue the conversation with him." Bella watched as John stirred up jealousy as well as annoyance before sharing a look with Damon and deciding to foil another one of their plans. Speaking up before he dug an even deeper hole for himself.
"Sure John, I'll even make sure to hold the arsenic just for you." This caused Jenna to laugh, and she would come just to try Bella's Greek food she was bragging about. After confirming the plans in two days at seven o'clock since both Jenna and Bella would not have any college courses then. It would also give Bella time to search the boarding house for the package that was most likely with Stefan if the looks between him and John were anything to go by. Once the Scooby gang left Bella slid into the booth before looking at her Uncle we need to search the house when we get home for a package that Stefan is hiding.
