Jessica's Point of View
Daddy showed me around the castle and had me in the lab while he worked until Ienzo returned. Ienzo, who changed his name to Zexion, explained what happened to them more in-depth. They woke up, not remembering how they died, but discovered that they had been killed by Heartless. After that, they split into two beings. A Heartless and a Nobody. The Heartless is what became of their hearts, while the Nobodys were the empty shell that was left over. I discovered that Mr. Aeleus, Mr. Dilan, Mr. Braig, Lea, and Isa were also Nobodies. Their new names were Lexaeus, Xaldin, Xigbar, Axel, and Saix. When Daddy put me to bed, I immediately opened my window and snuck out to Master Yen Sid's tower. It took a while to get my bearings among the stars since I had no idea where I was, but things did start to look familiar, and I found my way. I climbed the stairs and entered his study to see him and Mickey.
"Jessica! Thank goodness! I was just about to look for ya," Mickey greeted.
"I'm sorry. I found myself in... a situation," I apologized.
"Perhaps you should tell us what has happened," Master Yen Sid suggested.
I told them everything, from meeting Xemnas, to what a Nobody is, to finding out that my father was alive. "So, I guess that's it," I finished.
"Jessica, I don't like this. I'll try to find you a new place to live. If you have to, you can even come home with me. I'm sure Minnie won't mind. Don't go back there," Mickey decided.
I was about to speak up, but Master Yen Sid did it for me. "Mickey, I do not believe that is your decision to make. Jessica, what do you want to do?"
I smiled, grateful to Master Yen Sid for standing up for me. "I want to stay with my Dad. I'll come back here when I can and give you updates," I assured him.
"Very well. Go and be safe. May your heart be your guiding key," Master Yen Sid said.
I nodded before gathering my things and leaving the tower.
I went back inside my room through the window. Xemnas was there waiting for me. I didn't know what to do. Xemnas shut the window as I took off my armor. "I came in here to check on you, and imagine my surprise when I found that you weren't sleeping in your bed."
"What are you going to do?" I shuddered.
"Consider this your one and only warning. You are not to leave this castle without supervision. Is that understood?" Xemnas checked.
I wanted to tell him to get lost, but compliance was the price for staying with my family. "Yes. I'm sorry. I was only getting my things," I replied.
Xemnas's eyes shifted to my backpack. "Alright. That is acceptable. However, should anything like this occur again, I will need to be notified before your departure. This is my castle and what I say goes. Everyone here does my bidding, which will include you. Do you understand?"
"Yeah, I get it," I grumbled.
"Get some sleep. You've been away for a large portion of the night. You must be exhausted," Xemnas commented.
I was pretty tired, so I went to sleep.
