Jessica's Point of View
After my first mission, Daddy took me to my room and told me he would talk to me after finishing up some things in his lab. I summarized for Luna what I learned today about the Organization. "So you'll be able to make dark corridors?" Luna asked after I finished.
"Yeah, eventually. I don't think I can do it anytime soon, and I don't really want to. They're really scary," I sighed.
"Perhaps you should talk to some of the members to gather more intel," Luna suggested.
"Yeah, maybe," I mused. There was a knock at my door. I went to open it, thinking it was my father but was surprised to find Xemnas on the other side.
"Who were you talking to?" He wondered.
"My stuffed animal. You know. That present Aqua got me. Do you... do you remember that?" I asked hopefully. There was still a chance that Terra was in there. I wanted to do everything I could to find out, and this time, I wasn't going to be as subtle about it.
He ignored what I said. "Vexen has tasks he needs to complete. I'm going to watch you until he's done." It seemed to imply that I couldn't be alone. Ever. He sat on my bed with his arms crossed, looking bored. I was disgusted that he could just come into my room and sit on my bed whenever he wanted. He was invading my space, but he owned the castle, so there was nothing I could do about it.
I sat next to him on my bed and mimicked his expression. "I can be alone in my room, you know. It's not like I'm going to get into trouble," I commented.
"Forgive me if I'd rather not take your word for it. You were quite the troublemaker back at the castle," Xemnas stated. I stuck my tongue out at him. He groaned and mumbled something about never being able to understand children.
There was a pause in the conversation before Xemnas began asking questions. "What were you doing in Radiant Gardens?"
"I don't have anywhere else to go," I answered.
"What about your parents in Sunset Kingdom?" Xemnas inquired.
"They're not my parents," I snapped.
"What do you mean?" He questioned cautiously.
"Lumaria and Arlene are not my parents!" I screamed.
"If they are not, then who are your parents?" Xemnas pressed.
I bit my lip. I wasn't sure if we were still keeping it a secret or not. I felt like it hardly mattered at that point. My door opened with Daddy on the other side. "That would be me."
