-Beacon Academy - Cafeteria-
The girls were seen talking and enjoying lunch with another team of four. That team consists of two boys and two girls. One girl had orange hair and a pink skirt. The other had red hair and green eyes. One boy had blonde hair and a chestplate of armor. The other had black hair with a pink streak and green Chinese styled clothes.
"No. Way. You can't be serious~!" The orange haired girl exclaimed.
"It's all true." Ruby nodded. "There were giant monsters that didn't look like Grimm, and the four of us each piloted a Paladin. Somehow."
"Well, Ruby wouldn't make anything she saw up…" The man in green said. "Not when she's like this…"
"I don't know, Ren… Things like this usually come up in fictional media, don't you think?" The red haired girl pointed out to the man in green.
"But, that sounds SO COOL!" The orange haired girl told her.
"Yes, it does, Nora, but… how would that even happen?" The red haired girl doubted.
"Come on, Pyrrha, don't be such a stick in the mud~!" The orange haired girl, Nora, replied.
"Man… What I wouldn't give to pilot something like that…" The blonde boy sighed.
"Jaune…?" The red haired girl, Pyrrha, called.
"Oh, sorry. I was just daydreaming a little…" The blonde boy, Jaune, chuckled nervously.
"A little?" Weiss repeated.
"Well, if things like that can happen, then… maybe…" Jaune managed to get out.
"The same thing could happen to you? Well, what happened to us was nothing short of luck… If you were there, then…" Blake said, not wanting to finish her sentence
"We understand, Blake." The man in green, Ren, nodded.
"Either way, Ozpin only needs us to use those Paladins when necessary. We can't just whip them out against every Grimm in sight." Weiss reminded.
"It would be cool, though~ Having to squish those Grimm under your feet~" Nora giggled.
"It would, but we don't know why Professor Ozpin wants us to keep our Paladins in reserve until a real threat comes." Weiss stated. "All we can do is trust his word."
"Yeah." Ruby nodded blankly.
"You okay, sis?" Yang asked.
"I'm fine! It's nothing~!" Ruby exclaimed cheerfully. "(That was weird… I was full of energy just this morning…)"
*RING, RING*
"Huh?" Ruby huffed before pulling out a white metal slab with a yellow diamond on it which blinks. "Someone's calling me? H-Hold on, I gotta take this." She said before she quickly got out of the cafeteria and answered the call. "Hello?"
"Ruby? It's your dad, Tai."
"Oh! Hey, dad~! What's up~? You, uh, never called until now… And you sent us a letter and Zwei just yesterday, which is JUST so nice of you~!"

"I called to tell you that… there's something wrong happening in Vale." Ruby's dad, Tai, said. Ruby gets serious.
"Something wrong? Like what?" Ruby asked.
"Well…" Tai trailed as he showed what was happening through his device. "That…"
What was shown was giant monsters, the same ones that Ruby and her team fought in their Paladins, rampaging through the streets of a city. "Oh." Ruby huffed. "Uh, don't worry, dad. S-Someone will handle it! I'm sure!"
"I'm not sure, Ruby…" Tai shook his head.
"What do you mean?"
"I'm not sure if there's anything that could handle something of this scale…"
"Dad…"
"I just want you to know that… I love you and Yang. You're my daughters and you have to get away from whatever these monsters are. Don't worry about me. Bye, Ruby."
"Dad, wai-"
*CLICK*
Ruby was hung up on before she drops her open arm and balls her hand into a fist, giving a determined glare. "I have to let them know." Ruby grunted as she ran to the others and put her device away.

-Streets of Vale-
The monsters keep rampaging, civilians either escaping or getting killed or eaten by them. "These monsters have been rampaging through Vale, destroying our buildings and hurting the population. All units, move out and stop them!" A man in a military general outfit ordered.
"Yes, sir!" The soldiers accepted before they fired at the monsters in futility.
"Nothing's working, General Ironwood!" One of the soldiers told the man.
"I can see that… Are our weapons not strong enough…!?" Ironwood growled.
"Sir! Incoming transmission!" A female communications officer exclaimed to him.
"Who could be trying to talk to us now…!?" Ironwood grimaced.
"It's… Ozpin, sir!"
"Ozpin?" Ironwood repeated before sighing. "Patch him through." He ordered. After the officer complies, Ozpin's face is shown on a digital screen. "Ozpin, this had better be important. I'm in the middle of suppressing these new monsters."
"I thought you would be. Which is why they should be at your position any moment now." Ozpin stated.
"They?"
*SLASH*
One of the monsters was cut in half by Ruby's Paladin as she and her team arrived.
Cue: Ruby Mix -BBCTB Special- (Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle)
"Don't worry, sir! We'll save you and the citizens of Vale~!" Ruby proclaimed as her teammates stood by her side.
"Paladins…!? When were they built…? And where did they come from!?" Ironwood exclaimed.
"Sir! Please find a safe place to hide! We'll take it from here!" Blake told Ironwood who looked at the Paladins and then simply nodded.
"All units! Retreat and analyze those Paladins! I want both them and the pilots identified!" Ironwood ordered as the units retreated.
"Okay, that's done. Now, to take care of them!" Yang declared.
Cue: Enemy Reinforcement -X ver.- (Super Robot Wars X)
Just then, more monsters appeared. These monsters were black anthropomorphic wolf creatures with white bone-like masks on their faces and orange glowing eyes.
"Those monsters… They're DEFINITELY Grimm, but…!" Blake gasped.
"Beowulves, too! And… they're huge now!? What's up with that!?" Ruby asked.
"I dunno, sis, but if they think that they're gonna get away with wrecking our home, then they've got another thing coming!" Yang growled.
"Right! Team RWBY, move out!" Ruby demanded as the four of them split up. Ruby cuts down some alien-like monsters and Beowulves. Weiss stabs some Beowulves of her own down. Blake uses her ninja-like attacks to defeat some of the alien-like monsters while Yang finishes off the rest of the monsters with her fists.
"Whew…! Worked up a good sweat, but it wasn't good enough~!" Yang taunted the monsters.
Just then, even more alien-like monsters and Beowulves appeared. "You were saying, Yang?" Blake grumbled.
"No worries, we can take them!" Yang assured Blake before charging in again.
"Yang! Look out!" Weiss suddenly yelled before Yang had tentacles wrapped around her Paladin, preventing her from moving.
Cue: Danger Video Game Music (Any franchise you like)
"Gh! What!?" Yang grunted. "I can't move!"
"I've got you, sis!" Ruby declared before trying to cut the tentacles, but her scythe simply bounced off. "W-What!?"
"Those tentacles are too tough!? What do those things belong to!?" Weiss asked, looking at the source of the tentacles. It was large and jellyfish-like. "A Tempest!? Here!?"
"How strong are this thing's tentacles, though!?" Yang questioned as she struggled to break free. "Come on, MOVE!"
"Yang, hang in there! I'll shoot that Tempest down!" Ruby exclaimed as she tried to do so, but the Tempest had one more tentacle up its non-existent sleeve and swatted the bullets aside. "No way…! I can't do anything!"
"Ruby…!" Yang called. "Don't waste your ammo!"
"Yang…?" Ruby replied.
"I'll find a way out of this mess. Just focus on saving our home!" Yang asked of Ruby. "Please…"
"I… I…" Ruby let out before she screams and swings at the tentacles wildly to no effect.
*SLASH*
However, even though her scythe would not cut the tentacles down, something else did: A blade made of pure energy. "Whoa!" Yang huffed as she was freed.
End Song.
"Wow, Ruby! I can't believe you did it! Way to go~!" Yang cheered.
"Uh… that wasn't me. It was this… person…?" Ruby tilted her head, looking at the mech in front of her.
Cue: WHITE REFLECTION (Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz)
The mech in front of her was mostly black with devil-like wings, holding what seems to be a long pole emitting a curved blade of energy. "Yo. Not too late to the party, am I?" A laid-back, masculine voice asked the girls.
"Who are you?" Blake asked the male pilot.
"And what is that mech? It looks so cool~!" Ruby squeed.
"Well, seeing as how we'll be working with each other for a while, the name's Duo Maxwell. And this baby's the Gundam Deathscythe Hell!" The man introduced.
"Gun… dumb?" Ruby tried to repeat.
"GUNDAM. G, U, N, D, A, M!" Duo properly repeated then spelled out.
"S-Sorry!" Ruby stuttered. "A-Anyway, we'll leave the Tempest to you!"
"Yeah! Got it! You four and the others can handle the small fry!" Duo accepted.
"Others?" Ruby repeated.
Suddenly, three more Gundam-like mechs appeared. One had a dark blue-green color scheme with a pair of gatling guns on its wrist, one had a poncho draped over it with twin Shotels on its back, and one had a green and yellow color scheme with two extendable dragon fangs on its arms.
"Whoa…" Ruby marveled.
"Don't worry. Help is here." The pilot of the green Gundam said.
"Please stay back. We'll handle the rest from here." The pilot of the poncho draped Gundam asked of Team RWBY.
"These things won't be a problem." The pilot of the dark blue-green Gundam boasted.
"H-Hold on! We can't let you fight them alone!" Ruby exclaimed.
"Hmph. Hopefully, you can keep up with us. Let's go!" The pilot of the green Gundam growled as he approached one of the monsters. "I fight for what I know to be just!" He declared as his twin dragon fangs extended toward the monsters and carved their way through four monsters before the two fangs hit a fifth monster and grabbed it, making it struggle to break free before the green Gundam gets close to it, menacingly staring at it. "HYAAAH!" The man shouted before the Gundam rips the monster in half.
"Jeez. Overkill much…?" Yang sweatdropped.
"We cannot show mercy to monsters, you know." The pilot of the blue Gundam stated as he covered the Gundam's face before showing half its face covered in a clown-like mask. It then leaps into the air, performing three flips and three spins before landing on the ground and firing its two double-barreled gatling guns. It then reveals its insides, firing missiles at the monsters. "Got them." He grunted as more missile compartments pop out of the Gundam and fire out more missiles, obliterating the monsters.
"Wow… How many did you need?" Blake lampshaded before one of the surviving monsters attacked her. Just then, the poncho wearing Gundam appeared.
"This one's in Sandrock's range!" The pilot of the Gundam that blocked the attack exclaimed as he removed the poncho. "You won't escape!" He proclaimed as the Gundam cuts the monster with its Shotels twice, which knocked it away. The Gundam then boosts towards the monster it cut. "HAAAH!" He yelled before cutting the monster down.
"They took down the monsters without our help…!" Weiss gasped.
"It's all up to you now, Duo!"
"You've got this one."
"Do it, Duo!"
"Got it, Quatre! Trowa! Wufei!" Duo nodded to the pilots of the dark blue-green Gundam, the Sandrock Gundam, and the green Gundam respectively. The Tempest Grimm attempts to attack Duo's Gundam with its tentacles. "I'll make you bow before the Grim Reaper!" Duo boasted before his Gundam boosted itself into the air and raised its scythe-like laser blade over its head. With the flash of a green laser in a black void shooting downwards, Duo's Gundam's beam-like blade connects before another beam-like blade appears from the other side of the pole. "I'm not through yet!" He growled as he repeatedly stabbed and cut the Tempest with the Gundam's beam-like blades. "Now for the finish!" He declared before slicing the Tempest in half with one more slash of its beam-like blade, destroying the monster.

"Whoa… That. Was. AWESOME~!" Ruby yelled happily.
"Doesn't seem like there's any more of those monsters or enlarged Grimm." Blake notified the others.
"Whew… Good thing, too. I was NOT gonna be happy with being Tempest food…" Yang sighed.
"Let's just do damage control. After that, we'll head back to Beacon." Weiss said. "And YOU FOUR, are coming with us."
"Sure. We needed to speak with Ozpin anyway." Duo shrugged.
"What do you mean?" Blake asked.
"Well, you'll know when we get there." Trowa stated.
"Oh, whoops. Forgot to turn on our pilot cameras." Duo noticed before doing so.
"Pilot cameras?" Yang repeated before getting her answer. She could now see Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and the pilots of the Gundams. "Oh."
The pilot of the Gundam Deathscythe Hell was a young man with a red undershirt and a black coat. He also had tanned hair, blue eyes, and his hair was shoulder length. The pilot of the Gundam Sandrock was a blonde haired man with blue-green eyes, a pink shirt under a purple sleeveless shirt, and tanned pants. The pilot of the dark blue-green Gundam not named yet has brown hair covering his right eye, hazel eyes, and a dark blue-green long sleeved shirt. The pilot of the green Gundam not named yet has black slicked-back hair and black eyes. He also wore a dark gray tank top.
"Uh… Hi…~" Ruby waved nervously.
"Heh. Right. Now about getting to Ozpin…" Duo said.

-Beacon Academy - Headmaster's Office-
"I've been expecting you and our guests, Team RWBY." Ozpin said to the girls.
"How did you know they were with us?" Ruby raised her question.
"Call it a hunch~" Ozpin answered.
"Well, since you knew we were coming, Oz, we'll just cut to the chase." Wufei declared.
"We've spotted the four giant mechs these girls piloted and would like them to help us bring peace to not only their world, but every world we come across." Quatre said.
"What are you talking about?" Weiss asked Quatre. "What do you mean "every world we come across"?"
"Well, it's how we got here. We saw that you four were in trouble from… a different world, so… we came to help, us four and Heero." Trowa spoke up.
"But Heero was separated from us. So we had to make due with just the four of us." Wufei stated.
"Okay, so… how would we even go to different worlds?" Blake questioned. "Our Paladins and Gundams? Are they even BUILT for space travel?"
"That's what spaceships are for." Duo told her.
"Excuse me?" Weiss huffed.
"Did you say spaceships~!?" Ruby exclaimed.
Suddenly, Beacon Tower was rumbling.
Cue: Danger Video Game Music (Any franchise you want)
"What's going on now!?" Weiss yelled in caution.
"I suggest you four girls head back to your Paladins while we head to our Gundams." Trowa stated.
"It's already starting…" Duo grimaced.
"What is!?" Weiss grunted.
"You have no time for the answer, Ms. Schnee. Just do as he says." Ozpin ordered her with an urgent glare. Team RWBY looked at him and nodded before they hurried to the elevator along with the four Gundam pilots.
"Sir…? Mind telling me what's going on?" Glynda asked Ozpin.
"What I feared most. There's only a few things in this world that could make me feel fear. But this is not from this world. This is from many different worlds going to war with each other, and, if you may excuse the ridiculousness, with different Super Robots." Ozpin answered. "An event simply known as… the Super Robot War."
With a flash of light that Glynda had to cover her eyes against, the rumbling stops.
Cue: Sinister Video Game Music (Any franchise you want)
"H…Headmaster?" Glynda huffed.
"It has begun… We need to communicate with General Ironwood immediately." Ozpin stood up from his chair. "And we need to figure out a way to make contact with those girls and warn them."
