Part 3
"Oh, that make sense," Kagome said
"Ya, it's nice "I always know how she is feeling. if she is in any pain all of it." Reven said
"That must make things nice always knowing if she is safe," Kagome said.
"Help should be here by morning," Reven said
"Ok," Kagome said finishing her food.
After the food was eaten Kagome made some tea and sat by the fire. Looking up at the stars the night was clear and warm. the star showed brightly in the night sky. Reven came and took a seat across from Kagome. Joining her in looking at the stars.
"They're pretty aren't they," Kagome said.
"Indeed they are," Reven said
"I love the stars," Kagome said
A few hours passed and Kagome finally got up said goodnight and went to her hut for the night. Once she laid down she was asleep. A few hours later Sesshomaru and Kre walked up to Reven who was sitting out of Kagome's hut.
"Lord Sesshomaru and Kre she can use help his sickness is different than before. it's hitting faster and stronger." Reven said head bowed.
"Kre will you go sit inside with Kagome while I talk to the villagers and Reven," Sesshomaru said walking away with Reven in tow.
Kre walked in and saw this small human girl curled in a ball under a blanket. She was thrashing around tossing and turning fear was laced in her scent.
"Its ok miko Kagome your safe." Kre whispered.
Kagome settled down and Kre relaxed.
'There is something different about her its like she isn't fully human.' Kre thought.
'I like her.' Kre's beast said happily.
Kre chuckled and watched her sleep.
With Sesshomaru
"So how many have made it and have any passed?" Sesshomaru asked.
"Well, so far 4 have died. Most are pulling through its just taking a lot of time but they can use help getting the village back on its feet." Reven said.
"How is she fairing?" Sesshomaru asked
"She is exhausted but pushing forward I feel like she doesn't care if she lives or die to be honest." Reven said
"I'm going to talk to her in the morning." Sesshomaru said.
"I'll grab Kre so we can get a plan together," Reven said.
Reven hurried back to the hut and asked Kre to join them. a few minutes after Kre left someone from the shadows smiled grabbed Kagome and disappeared into the night. As dawn approached Sesshomaru walked over to the hut to check on her and noticed her scent was gone and so was she.
"She is gone." Sesshomaru boomed
"What do you mean she never came out?" Kre said
"Kre help the village I'll go look for her," Sesshomaru said taking off to the sky.
Sesshomaru looked down scenting the air looking for any trace of her. Never scenting her he did pick up on another male scent. Decided to start following the male's scent. It took him to a dark dead part of the forest. scenting the air again he could smell her on the air
'I like I thought he took her before time allowed.' Sesshomaru thought.
"Lord Oren come out now you have broken the chosen rules," Sesshomaru said.
"Lord Sesshomaru and how would you know if I broke a rule You not a chosen?" Oren said.
"Because she doesn't turn 25 for 5 more moons do you want to forfeit," Sesshomaru said.
"You can't force anything you lack the rank," Oren said.
"Then the elders will be informed of your transgression," Sesshomaru said.
"Then do it they won't fight it since I'm the only chosen fighter anymore. Now leave she stays with me." Oren said snidely.
Sesshomaru turned and left heading straight to the elder's court. Knowing they are the only ones that can intervene at this point.
With Kagome
Kagome woke to find herself chained to a wall. Looking around she saw no one else but she knew someone was there.
"What do you want with me i'm just a miko a healer," Kagome said.
"ya, and you belong to me." Oren said still hiding in the shadows.
"I'm not 25 your not supposed to do anything till then." Kagome said
"I can do anything i want my love and theres nothing you can do ." Oren said walking into the light smiling.
