As Zuko comes home with his honor restored he meets someone he hadn't known of before, Taisan, the blind prince. Banned to live in reclusion in the province, Taisan had come to the capital to ask the Fire Lord for disaster relief, and to visit his uncle in prison. Taisan is very aware of his Ozai's disinterest in him and Zuko soon learns of the clans' dislike of his father.
