Author's Note: To the person who reviewed saying Marvin should've killed the whole League, just know I agree with you, but my beta pointed out how the League was necessary for a lot of plot points and development (i.e., Dabi with Endeavor).

Realistically, Marvin should've slaughtered everyone in the League since he's around All Might's/AFO's level in just terms of power. But he was holding back because he didn't consider them a threat, more of a nuisance than anything.

Anyway, that was all I wanted to say, but yeah, Marvin going all out would've killed the League before any could get shots off.

Izuku stirred with a groan, his body feeling like it'd been run over by a truck a few dozen times over.

"Rise and shine," He heard a voice giggle and groaned again.

"I don't want to," He mumbled, groggily opening his eyes anyway.

Momo smiled warmly at him, her eyes soft as she ran her fingers gently through his hair.

"You woke up," She said, kissing his nose. "Did you know you talk in your sleep?"

Izuku blinked slowly. "You watched me?"

Momo's cheeks turned a light pink. "I woke up a while ago, and I couldn't help myself," She mumbled.

Izuku smiled softly. "I don't mind. You can do that whenever you want."

Momo blushed, and Izuku froze, eyes widening as he realized what he'd just indirectly said.

"I mean- I didn't- It's not that I don't like you here- b-but it's just," Izuku stammered, trying to find a way to explain himself that didn't embarrass them more or sound rude.

Momo kissed him, stopping his muttered ramblings short.

"I know what you mean," She said, her face still a bit red.

The two turned as a doctor entered holding a clipboard, barely raising an eyebrow at seeing the teens lying together.

"Mister Midoriya, you're awake, good," The doctor stated calmly.

"Oh, umm. Hi," Izuku said, feeling a bit embarrassed at being caught in a bed with Momo, even if they weren't doing anything inappropriate.

"I ran some tests," The doctor stated. "Your Quirk is miraculously still active after this whole ordeal, even though it should've been far past exhaustion and into the territory of permanent damage. Every test showed it was in perfect condition."

Izuku blinked; had Marvin giving him energy stopped that? Then why did he feel so exhausted?

"However," The doctor continued. "Your muscle fibers have tears in them similar to what is seen in an athlete after a hard training session. Am I correct in assuming your body is sore?"

Izuku nodded shakily. "Yeah," He groaned. "Everything hurts."

The doctor nodded and checked his clipboard. "Now, every test shows you will recover normally, without permanent damage, but your arms were cutting it close. I'm not sure what you did to damage them, but I would recommend using them lightly for the next two weeks."

Izuku groaned in acknowledgment. "Is there anything else?"

"Yes," The doctor replied. "Your friends seem very concerned for you, they've been waiting outside for the past hour. Should I tell them you're awake?"

Izuku smiled a bit. "Yes, please. Thank you."

"My pleasure, Mister Midoriya," The doctor replied, bowing a little before walking out.

Class 1-A burst in a few moments later, with Uraraka and Todoroki at the front.

"Mido-" Todoroki paused as he saw Izuku and Momo lying together.

Iida coughed. "The doctor said we could enter, but if- if we're interrupting something-"

"No, no," Momo waved it off, sitting up, much to Izuku's disappointment. "We weren't doing anything, Iida. I just fell asleep next to him."

Uraraka turned to Izuku. "I heard you collapsed, Dekiru. Are you ok?"

Izuku nodded, wincing as he sat up, his muscles protesting at the movement.

"Yeah, I'm just tired," He said, his yawn a second later proving his point. "The doctor said I'd be sore for a few days, though."

"Hey, Midoriya, did you see the news?" Kirishima asked from near the back of the class.

Izuku shook his head. "I just woke up, what about it?"

"You know that blindfolded guy that helped us at I-Island?" Mina asked, getting a nod from Izuku and Momo.

"Well, the news caught him fighting that All-for-One guy for twenty minutes," Mina said excitedly.

Izuku did a double take. "What? How?"

"It was a news helicopter," Kaminari explained. "One of the only ones that didn't go down during that huge energy blast that happened."

"Wait, you said it caught him fighting All for One?" Momo asked in shock, brows furrowed.

"Yeah!" Mina exclaimed. "They caught his face too!"

"Mina has a crush," Jiro explained, smirking as Mina's skin turned a darker pink.

Mina huffed. "I do not. I just think he was cool for fighting that villain."

"His eyes were scary, though," Hakure said. "I get why he wears the blindfold now; he'd scare everyone around him if he didn't!"

"That's actually not why he wears it," Izuku stated before he could stop himself.

Everyone turned to him in confusion, even Momo, who didn't know much about Marvin's enhanced senses.

Izuku flushed a little but held his ground. "His eyes, and actually all of his senses, are hyper-enhanced. He wears the blindfold because, if he didn't, he would get a headache from all of the information."

"Oh, it's like how Jiro's ears are super sensitive!" Uraraka exclaimed, gesturing to the girl in question.

Izuku nodded. "He told me how his hearing was so good, he could hear people's heartbeats from several meters away."

Jiro and Shoji, the two with the most experience with enhanced hearing, winced sharply. Even a small amount of enhanced hearing caused issues with talking to people; someone like Marvin would probably hear a whisper like being shouted at.

"Either way, he still fought that villain long enough for All Might to show up!" Mina exclaimed, trying to bring the conversation back.

"So would he be as strong as All Might, kero?" Tsu asked. "He did fight that villain for a while; I doubt there's a Hero besides All Might who could do that."

Izuku bit his lip. He knew Marvin hadn't gone all out during that fight; he'd only used King's Death at 30% and hadn't used any of his other special moves. The entire battle had been a stall for time, for Izuku to get away and for All Might to appear.

"I hate to interrupt this," Jona said as he entered. "But Bakugo's hearing will be in a few minutes, Midoriya, and I wanted you to be there since the incident did revolve around you in the first place."

Izuku nodded, grunting a little as he tried to stand, his body still feeling like it'd been hit by a bomb.

—-

Marvin twisted mid-air, landing inside of the few blindspots that were on ANVIL's base.

'Human guards and cameras,' Marvin muttered. 'Likely a military-type style. Should be easy to dodge.'

He didn't want to do this, but he couldn't hack into ANVIL's computers since he didn't have any tech on him, so this was the next best option.

According to what he'd picked from Izuku's thoughts, Bakugo's hearing was in a few minutes, and he wanted to hear what would happen. Not out of care for Bakugo, but to see if he needed to burn this place to the ground or not.

Marvin let his Factor slam into one of the nearby cameras, causing it to short-circuit as his Factor hit it.

His eyes widened as the surrounding cameras turned, leaping into a tiny blindspot that barely hid his body.

'Self-correction,' Marvin snarled. 'Just like the Hunters. Fucking bastards.'

He'd learned how to block Izuku from hearing him by mouthing the words he thought, since the mental connection didn't transfer anything that was said.

Marvin pulled his Factor back, letting the camera come back online.

The surrounding cameras turned to their original position, forcing Marvin to jump back to his starting spot.

'Covers blindspots, but leaves space open for new ones,' Marvin muttered. 'Back online, they go back. It's like a very fucking annoying game of hide-and-seek.'

Marvin turned off a camera to his right, mentally timing how long the cameras took to move as he hid.

'Three seconds,' He mumbled. 'Take half of that for actual movement. Industry-standard, not like the instant snapping of the Hunters, but it means they can see things as they move too.'

Marvin tested a few more cameras, making sure no people were around when he did. People were much harder to outsmart than a security system.

'It's meant to keep people out, not in,' Marvin muttered as he ran numbers in his head. 'There's no corner-blocking or any directly on the roof besides the normal. Interesting.'

He took a deep breath, having calculated his trajectory. 'I am so not sorry, Cypher. Maybe you'll get better security after this.'

Marvin pointed at two cameras, letting his Factor slam into them and take them out.

He launched forward, dodging the moving cameras before reaching a wall.

He turned the cameras back on as he hit the wall, hiding under a ledge as the cameras turned back.

'Not bad,' Marvin murmured. 'Been a while since my last serious stealth mission; it's kinda fun.'

He blinked as the cameras began turning on their own without his input, turning as if looking for something.

'Manual and automatic? They must have valuable stuff here if security's like that,' Marvin observed as the cameras continued moving.

'Hmm, what if…' He thought as he aimed at one of the moving cameras.

Making sure to stay hidden, he hit the camera with his Factor.

The other cameras snapped over, all of them focusing on the one Marvin had taken out and looking around.

'Too fast and uniform for a human,' Marvin mumbled. 'AI? That means it learns and stores. Must have a high-security mode.'

He turned the camera on, but only half of the other cameras moved, looking around while the other half stayed focused on the camera Marvin had hit.

'Definitely AI,' Marvin sighed. Artificial intelligence was overrated; it didn't have the chaos-adapting ability of humans, even if its pattern-recognizing ability was through the roof.

Marvin felt the minuscule amount of respect he had for ANVIL shrivel up and die in his chest, sighing as he realized sneaking around would be easier than he thought.

He turned off three cameras one after the other, heading in the opposite direction as the cameras snapped over, rolling his eyes as he did.

Marvin landed in a decently sized blindspot to the side of a ledge, gripping the ledge tightly as he looked around.

A camera snapped over in his general direction, and Marvin leaped away, only his being far faster than a machine keeping him hidden.

'Ok, that DEFINITELY wasn't AI,' Marvin growled. 'Now the question is, human-AI hybrid, or a person and an AI working together?'

A hybrid was more dangerous since it could recognize chaos, but its pattern-recognizing ability often suffered as a result.

A person working with AI had the best of both worlds, but the conflict in what to do often caused hesitance and allowed more openings.

He shut off a camera far away from him, making sure there was no risk of getting caught.

The cameras snapped over, as expected, but only after a few moments, the cameras began snapping around wildly like a person looking for something in a crowd.

He turned the camera on, watching it look around before returning to its neutral position.

'Hybrid, definitely,' Marvin muttered in realization. 'A duo would make the cameras continue moving, which changes the blindspots but makes them larger. Staying in a neutral position is the most effective.'

Marvin rolled his shoulders, cracking his neck as his plan changed. He'd dealt with hybrids once before, and they weren't fun, but he was confident.

'Let's try something different,' He grinned, picking out a guard that was patrolling the area.

His Factor slammed into the guard, getting a strangled groan before they collapsed, unconscious for the moment.

The cameras snapped over, and Marvin moved, grinning as the cameras' movements became more erratic while still following a strict pattern.

The guard awoke with a jerk, shaking their head as they got up and rubbed their eyes, not remembering how they'd collapsed.

Marvin knocked out another guard from across the base, making the cameras turn, their movements snappy and not as smooth as before.

'Whoever's running this thing is having a fucking field day,' He grinned, enjoying the challenge that ANVIL's security presented more than he'd admit.

Three cameras shut off, along with a guard that was near them, forcing the cameras to completely ignore efficiency and snap over to the area.

'Will admit, not as easy as I thought,' Marvin thought as he brought them back online after he moved.

The cameras were a swarm of movement, whoever was controlling them being clearly annoyed with what Marvin was doing.

'Can't push it. Setting off an alarm is the LAST thing I want,' Marvin thought, stopping his movement and sitting in a blind spot for a bit.

He waited until one of the cameras stopped moving, dashing into a blindspot far faster than any camera could track.

Marvin had been careful to avoid the cameras near where he thought Bakugo's hearing would take place; constantly moving there would cause issues he didn't need at the moment.

'I wonder how long they'll stay mad at me for?' Marvin mumbled in amusement as he reached where Bakugo's hearing was, landing above a window. 'Well, they can't be mad if they don't know who it is.'

—-

Izuku sat in something that largely resembled a lecture hall, sitting with Momo and waiting for Bakugo to be brought in.

The rest of the class sat with them, along with Aizawa and Nezu, the former looking greatly annoyed and the latter wearing a neutral expression.

It didn't take long for them to bring Bakugo in; the boy still had a collar on his neck but wore fresh clothing, if a bit generic, and only looked a bit tired, but besides that, Bakugo looked normal.

There was a guard on each side, guiding him gently towards a chair in the front middle section of the room.

Bakugo sat roughly, slouching in the chair and his face covered in a light scowl.

Jona walked in after, his face perfectly neutral as he reached something that resembled a podium.

He sighed. "Now, before we begin, is there anything you wish to say, Bakugo? You'll be allowed to speak during this, but I wanted to get your thoughts before we began."

Bakugo sucked his teeth. "This is a waste of time; just get this over with so I can leave."

There was a very slight tightening of Jona's eyes at Bakugo's comment, but the action was so small that only someone with Marvin's eyes would be able to pick it out.

"Very well," Jona stated, his tone slightly clipped. "Now, we'll begin."

"Katsuki Bakugo, you're here because, on the night of August 16th, you stole ANVIL property, specifically a five-ton military flatbed, and used it to destroy an ANVIL fence and save one Izuku Midoriya. Is that correct?"

"How are you going to put me in a cell and not even be sure it's me who stole the damn thing!" Bakugo barked angrily.

Jona blinked slowly. "It was simply for confirmation," Jona replied. "I will assume that is a yes."

"Now," Jona continued. "During this theft of ANVIL property, you assaulted a guard employed by ANVIL, using your Quirk, 'Explosion' in an uncontrolled manner to hit the guard in the face."

The room was quiet enough that someone could hear a pin drop even without super-hearing, the assembled people shifting uncomfortably as they realized Bakugo had assaulted a guard.

Jona cleared his throat. "This guard was part of Japan's 20% that are born without a Quirk, and, as such, he had no superhuman or above average durability to damages. The assault on him forced him to be taken to intensive care for treatment of his injuries."

Bakugo scoffed. "Oh, come on. I didn't hit him that hard; the nerd took it to the face without flinching, so could he."

Jona took the deepest breath possible, closing his eyes to calm down.

He opened his eyes, fixing Bakugo with a look that made the boy shrink back slightly.

"I will warn you, what I am about to show is gruesome, so if there are any here that find that uncomfortable, you are free to look away," He said.

Jona pressed a button on the podium, and a screen appeared behind him, showing the scarred image of a man.

The man's face was covered in fourth-degree burns, his nose almost completely gone, and 1-A could see the man's skull through his cheek. His eyes were swollen shut and bloody, and the burns went down to the man's neck, where there was a piece of skin dangling.

Jona remained calm as several of 1-A vomited at the image, with even Nezu and Aizawa looking slightly queasy at the sight of such injuries.

Bakugo looked disturbed, his face green as he realized what his explosion had done.

Besides Jona, the one least affected was Izuku, who had seen far worse inside Marvin's memories, but even Izuku looked uncomfortable at the sight.

"This is what your "not hitting him hard" did to my employee's face," Jona told Bakugo, his voice carrying deep anger. "We were able to get him surgery and repair most of the damage, especially since Shoto Todoroki told us so quickly. Had it not been for him, the guard would've died from his injuries."

Jona took a deep breath. "But even with all our technology and skill, Auester Marojiki will never be able to look at his kids with his left eye again and will have to wear hearing aids the rest of his life."

Bakugo had his head bowed, tears threatening to fall as the reality of the situation set in. His explosion had nearly killed someone, and Heroes didn't kill; Villains did, which made him a Villain.

Tears dropped from his eyes as the thought settled heavily in his heart. He was a Villain; in wanting to be a Hero, to be like All Might, he'd done the most unheroic thing possible.

"However given the light of the situation, the fact that there was an active rescue operation when this event occurred tensions were already running extremely high." He rationalized as he took a bit of a breath, "On top of the fact that this happened at MY facilities raises some problems. Considering the quirk status of the victim and the current stigma surrounding that I'm having to do something I absolutely hate doing, I'm having to lie. To protect Anvil, UA, the Quirkless in my employ, and said Quirkless population at large, I am willing to officially report this as an accident."

He didn't miss the confused faces of 1A, but Nezu and Aizawa knew what he was talking about.

"If groups like the MLA found out they would have a field day with it and try to push their Quirkest agendas, namely that those with powers should be able to use them freely while the Quirkless are… to be simply put; euthanized out of existence since apparently "breeding them" out wasn't fast enough. It is the same on the opposite end with groups like Humerise who are directly opposed to quirks in their entirety, and believe that quirks should be suppressed by any means possible."

The drake's glare leveled, on Bakugo once again, "This however doesn't excuse what you did, technically the punishment isn't enough. But to keep the peace and prevent an internal political incident, your punishment will be to help repair the fence that you destroyed in your little escapade."

'What the fuck are Quirkless people made of in this world?' Marvin muttered as he watched the screen. 'Glass?'

The burns were rather horrific as far as injuries go, and losing the ability to use an eye was pretty horrible, especially to someone who didn't have his senses, but he was still confused about how it happened.

Either Bakugo's power had grown exponentially from a few months ago, or the guard Bakugo had hit was ridiculously weak, and Marvin believed the second a lot more than the first.

He didn't think Quirkless people were inferior in any sense, but he knew that power was one of the only things that set people apart from one another, and from what he'd seen from ANVIL so far, he thought the group didn't know that.

A person entrusted with the security of an organization nearly killed by a teenager? Granted, he was a teenager, but it wasn't like he was normal in any sense.

He frowned; his only real experiences with Quirkless people were Izuku and Melissa, and the first wielded One for All, one of the only Quirks Marvin believed capable of rivaling him, in terms of power anyway.

But there was no way Melissa was that fragile; he'd seen her oppose a villain who had managed to restrain All Might and who'd given him a hard time; granted, he was in Izuku's body but still.

'If Melissa's weak then I'm the fucking Ghost of Christmas Past,' Marvin mumbled. 'But how in the hell does an explosion do that? Would Melissa be like that if she got hit?'

Something seemed to paralyze him at the thought, and he nearly fell off his viewing spot. No, there was no way Melissa would look like the guard if she got hit, right?

'It has to be just the guard,' Marvin said to himself. 'Yeah, there's no way Izuku, and definitely not Melissa, are that weak. That's bullshit.'

He tried to shake it off, putting it in the back of his mind to deal with later once he knew his way around.

Marvin's breath stopped as he heard Jona mention the extremist groups.

Quirk suppression? Breeding people out because they were different? That set off every single Hunter alarm in his brain, and his hair stood on end as he wondered how similar they were.

'The masked bastard already had human experiments,' Marvin snarled. 'But if these groups are doing them too…'

He sighed; he had hoped that Izuku's world wouldn't have these issues, but every day it seemed more like wishful thinking.

'Wonder what would happen if I give these little groups a visit,' Marvin muttered. 'Sounds like the perfect chance to get the rust out.'

He shrugged; it wasn't like they could kill him, and if they could, it wouldn't be much of a loss anyway.

Marvin took out a camera, snorting a little as the cameras began turning almost exasperatedly, whoever was controlling being clearly annoyed with him. He swore he saw a camera shake itself like a person shaking their head.

'Most fun I've had with stealth in a while,' Marvin muttered as he disappeared from ANVIL ground. 'Might just have to come back. It's fun.'

He paused, turning back and heading to the edge of the base while making sure he wasn't seen.

Marvin placed himself on the direct edge of one of the camera's views, staring directly at it while trying to stop himself from laughing.

The camera turned to him slowly, and Marvin grinned, giving the camera a cheeky, energetic wave.

He turned it off, running into the city before the camera flickered back to life.

(An hour and a half later)

Izuku was introspective as they left the room where the hearing was, thinking over Jona's words.

In reality, Bakugo got off lightly for what he did. The image Jona showed still made him uncomfortable, even if it hadn't been the worst he'd seen.

"Are you alright, Izuku?" Momo asked, squeezing the hand she held as they walked.

Izuku blew out a breath. "Well, I'm thinking about how Kacchan's Quirk nearly killed that man, and- and how I-"

Momo cupped his face with her free hand, smiling softly. "Izuku, I know you wouldn't do that. Bakugo did that because he was reckless."

She still didn't like how Izuku insisted on referring to Bakugo as 'Kacchan,' but after the blond had risked himself to save Izuku, Momo couldn't find it in herself to tell Izuku to stop, even if she knew he would if she told him to.

Izuku sighed. "But still, it's just- my power can hurt people so easily. I'm a lot stronger than Kacchan, even without Marvin, and I could easily do something just as bad, if not worse."

"But you won't," Momo told him calmly. "You're too good for that."

"I hope so," Izuku muttered, resting his head on her shoulder.

"Hey guys," Uraraka said as she came up behind them with Todoroki.

"Hey, Uraraka," Izuku said as he and Momo turned to them.

"Have you seen the news?" Todroki asked immediately.

Izuku shook his head. "No, why? What happened?"

Todoroki showed Izuku his phone. "I only know because my old man texted me and told me to be careful."

Izuku took the phone, but Momo blinked. "Endeavor worried about you?" She asked.

"He said he didn't want me to go after them like with Stain," Todoroki replied.

Izuku's eyes widened as he read the news article.

"SEVERAL EXTREMIST MEMBERS FOUND DEAD!" It read. "ACT OF A VILLAIN, A HERO, OR A VIGILANTE?"

"It says that five Humerise members and four MLA members were found dead," Izuku stated as he read. "They all died the exact same way."

"Spine ripped out and stabbed through their head," Todoroki said, a bit green. "Whoever did this is both powerful and insane if that's their preferred method of killing."

"I'm sorry, they died; how?" Momo asked in shock.

Todoroki nodded. "It also says that their killer left a warning message on the walls with the blood of his victims."

"This is mercy, Hunters," Izuku read aloud before paling dramatically.

Uraraka misinterpreted his look. "I know, right? Who would call that mercy?"

'MARVIN!' Izuku basically shouted across their mental link. 'What are you DOING?!'

'Cleaning up the trash, why?' Marvin replied, sounding almost genuinely confused.

'You're KILLING people,' Izuku said, thinking about the article so he could see it.

Marvin scoffed. 'I doubt you could call those things "people." They were shitstacks at BEST.'

"Wait, but why are you telling us this?" Momo asked, looking up from where she read over Izuku's shoulder.

"Because we wanted to know if you knew anything about it," Uraraka said. "We would ask the Pros, but we can't find Nezu, Aizawa, or All Might anywhere. Not even Cypher."

"Well, we wanted to know if Midoriya knew anything about it, to be precise," Todoroki added.

"What? Why would I know anything about it?" Izuku asked, looking up sharply.

"Because you told us back at I-Island that your friend dealt with assassins and such," Uraraka explained like it were obvious, which to her it probably was. "So we thought maybe he would know who it is and have told you."

"But why do you want to know?" Izuku asked, still confused.

Uraraka looked at him like he was an idiot. "Well, because I don't want to die! Duh."

Izuku blinked. "Uh- well, I don't think you need to worry about that. Whoever this guy is, he seems to only be attacking members of extremist groups."

"You don't understand, Midoriya," Todoroki stated as Uraraka sighed. "That's how every murderer starts. They find people no one would care about, start gaining ground there, and then move on to more serious targets, like Heroes."

Uraraka nodded vigorously. "Yeah, and then they start attacking random civilians, too!"

"Um- I- I'll talk to Marvin and see what he knows," Izuku replied, being somewhat honest. He would talk to Marvin, but to tell him to stop killing people.

"Thanks, Dekiru," Uraraka smiled. "OH, and Mina wanted to know when he'd be here again. Do you know?"

"Maybe in a day or two?" Izuku suggested, not really sure. "He's dealing with things right now."

Nezu sighed as he sat inside his office at UA, with All Might, Aizawa, Cypher, and the rest of the UA staff sitting in chairs opposite him.

"Is there a reason we're here, Nezu?" Mic asked, leaning back in his chair that was next to Aizawa.

"Yes," Nezu replied, collecting himself. "But first, I need to show you all something."

He pressed a button on his desk, and a small screen popped up, showing Kamino on the day All for One was defeated, and the Pros could see Marvin and All for One on the screen.

"For those of you who don't know," Nezu explained as the video began. "This is Marvin Mikrai, a young man who saved Mister Midoriya's life and fought All for One until Toshinori could arrive."

Mic whistled low, seeing Marvin hit All for One with a sharp kick faster than he could blink.

"Kid's got skill," Mic stated, generating several murmurs of agreement.

"That is not all," Nezu said, speeding up the video until it landed on a certain part.

The Pros watched Marvin rush All for One with a flurry of punches, his arms creating afterimages.

"Is he… hurting that guy?" Midnight asked as she watched.

"Indeed," Nezu explained. "According to what little information I have to go off of, each of those strikes is strong enough to rival Toshinori's."

"He has healing, too?" Cypher asked as Marvin's arms snapped back into place.

"Young Mikrai also enhanced my strength," All Might added. "And its effects have not diminished; I can use One for All for around 10 hours without issue, and my strength is like I had around three years ago."

"He gave strength to you?" Aizawa asked. "What kind of Quirk does he even have?"

"From what I've seen," Jona stated. "Energy manipulation and absorption. He's skilled too; he used his Quirk at ANVIL with perfect control even at a high emotional state."

"Why are you telling us this, Nezu?" Cementoss asked.

Nezu took a deep breath. "Mister Mikrai will be joining UA as a student."

"Excuse me?" Aizawa asked sharply. "He unleashed his Quirk wildly and admitted to killing someone!"

"One, it wasn't wild, Ken Jeong. Two, that was a villain," Marvin said as he entered through a window.

He landed in a crouch, wiping some blood from his cheek, and retightened his blindfold.

"Nezu, your security sucks," Marvin told the principal.

"I'm sitting right here," Jona stated deadpanned.

Marvin turned to him. "Your security sucks too, but at least ANVIL's was fun to break. The AI-hybrid made it entertaining."

"So you're the one who pissed Rishi off," Jona said calmly.

Rishi was, in essence, ANVIL's security herself. She'd been someone like Jona, but an illness had robbed her body of movement, so her mind had been implemented into ANVIL's system to keep her alive.

Marvin groaned, a mix of amused and annoyed.

"I don't know whether to laugh that I pissed off a fucking robot," Marvin said, moving his blindfold to rub his eyes. "Or annoyed she didn't tell you about my little parting gift."

"What are you two talking about?" All Might asked, looking between them.

Marvin grinned, making the teachers near him recoil sharply in fear.

He hid his teeth. "I snuck around ANVIL's base by outsmarting their security."

"He abused the self-regulating feature of the cameras," Jona sighed. "Rishi ranted to me about it."

Nezu cleared his throat. "Mister Mikrai, may I ask why you are covered in blood?"

"I killed people," Marvin replied with a shrug. "They were extremists; don't worry; I didn't kill anyone valuable."

"Wait, you were the guy who ripped out those extremists' spines and stabbed them?" Midnight asked.

"Yeah, why?" Marvin turned to her, genuine curiosity in his voice.

"See?" Aizawa exclaimed, gesturing to Marvin. "He doesn't even have shame! I'm sorry, Nezu, but there's no way I can let this madman be part of one of my classes."

"Oh, please," Marvin rolled his eyes under his blindfold. "I can list several instances where everyone in this room could have, or did, kill someone. Hell, your fucking Number One Hero crushed someone's skull!"

All Might looked slightly abashed. "It was a necessary thing."

"See? He doesn't have shame in it either," Marvin told Aizawa. "I just followed the example you Heroes are setting. Isn't that what UA is for?"

"But All Might didn't go hunting for them," Aizawa countered, angry at the clear mind games Marvin was using.

"Oh, yes. I'm so sorry," Marvin drawled. "I'm just going to let the villains go fucking murder people. Yeah, that's so smart, Eraserhead! Why didn't I think of that?!"

"That's quite enough," Nezu snapped as Aizawa made to respond. "We have other matters to attend to."

"Just a quick thing, Nezu," Jona said, getting a nod in response.

He turned to Marvin. "Do you have any IDs or pictures of the people you killed? We can use them to identify known members."

Marvin shrugged and pulled six wallets, a clutch bag, and two small purses from the bag he carried on his back, tossing them to Jona calmly.

"I'm keeping the money," Marvin told them before taking out an ornate gold ring. "This too, it looks nice."

"Thanks for the targets, by the way," He said as he closed his bag. "And tell your robot friend that I'll help them fix the blindspots if they want."

His opinion of ANVIL wasn't the best, but he wasn't hostile anymore. His sneaking around had given him a decent chunk of information on the agency, not a lot, but enough for him to realize ANVIL wasn't like the Hunters.

Jona nodded as he examined the IDs. "Rishi's not a robot; don't call her that."

"Person, then," Marvin rolled his shoulders. "Either way, I can help with the whole blindspot thing, since your security wasn't really difficult to get by."

He turned to Nezu. "Same thing with you. I took that Skeptic guy's laptop after I killed him, and he already had plans on how to breach UA security. It was half-baked but solid."

"Who exactly did you kill?" Mic asked.

Marvin thought for a moment. "Skeptic, some ice dude named Geren or something, two random nobodies with the MLA, and four people from Humarise. Oh, and there was something about a bomb, stopped that, too."

The room went quiet; most of its occupants were shocked into silence except Nezu and Jona, who were checking the documents Marvin handed over.

'I wonder if I overdid it,' Marvin mumbled. 'Maybe breaking it into smaller pieces would've been better?'

Marvin swayed on the balls of his feet, swinging his arms back and forth as the Pros continued to stare at him in shock.

"You said you killed Skeptic?" Jona asked, glancing up at him.

Marvin shrugged. "Yeah, wasn't really hard. His puppets were pretty much paperweights, and the dude himself wasn't hard to fight."

"So you have information on him," Nezu more said than asked.

"Yep," Marvin replied, popping the 'P.' "I'm looking through the info myself, though. No offense, but I don't trust anybody in this room with the slight exclusion of All Might."

"I'm not sure if that's a compliment," All Might admitted.

Marvin shrugged. "I don't trust easy. I trust Midoriya and you, and that's pretty much it."

He wasn't about to mention the manga; realizing your life was just a story someone read for entertainment would probably crush most people's perceptions of reality.

It didn't occur to him that since he was in Izuku's world, he was also part of a story.

"Would you give us the information afterward?" Nezu asked calmly, ready to negotiate if needed.

"Sure," Marvin cracked his neck, causing most of the room to cringe at the loud popping. "Will have to look through some things first."

He turned to All Might. "You said the energy I gave you didn't diminish, does that mean you'll continue being the Number One?"

All Might nodded with a smile. "That is correct, Young Mikrai. The Symbol of Peace is alive and well!"

"Speaking of power," Nezu stated, reaching down to take something from a drawer. "This is a perfect opportunity to give you these."

He pulled out a bag with two pills in it and put it on his desk, pushing it in Marvin's direction.

Marvin made a face of disgust. "Do I really have to take those? I'm already here, what do I need these for?"

"The original pills were only meant to sustain you for a while," Nezu explained, his fingers steepled. "These will allow you to access your Quirk more easily, while also allowing your body to come off as normal to any tests done."

Marvin sighed and grabbed the pills. "You do realize I'm going to be tasting these for the next fucking week, right?"

He swallowed them in one go and nearly vomited on the spot, his hyper-enhanced sense of taste allowing him to taste even the metal sheet the pills were made on.

It took a few seconds for his green face to return to normal, and Marvin gratefully took the water Nezu offered him.

"Nezu, can you seriously not make those taste better?" Marvin gasped after finishing the glass in one gulp.

He pulled a face. "Fucking hell that tastes worse than cyanide."

There was another drop of silence in the room, with every adult staring at him in concern.

"How do you know what cyanide tastes like, Young Mikrai?" All Might asked slowly.

"Oh, the Hunters force-fed me it to try and kill me," Marvin replied casually.

The pills activated, making Marvin's skin get a red hue as its effects spread.

The lights flickered rapidly, the electronics in the room glitching wildly as Marvin absorbed its energy.

The assembled Pros felt a wave of exhaustion wash over them, their eyes drooping slightly in tiredness.

The red hue on Marvin's skin dissipated, leaving him standing as if nothing happened.

The Pros closest to him leaned away warily, some scooting their chairs away.

There was something off about the way Marvin stood, leaning against the wall.

He gave off the feeling of not belonging, and even Nezu felt his fur rise as he looked at the teen.

"Talk about creepy," Mic muttered, scooting his chair closer to Aizawa.

"You know I can hear you, right?" Marvin asked, causing several double takes and Mic to nearly fall from his chair.

"What the fuck happened to your voice?!" Mic basically yelled.

Marvin winced, barely keeping himself in check from giving the Pro a heart attack.

"My Factor makes my voice sound different depending on how strong it is," He explained, rubbing his eyes again.

He sighed, concentrating his Factor to be just above his skin again, causing the air around him to almost darken.

'This is going to be so fucking loud,' Marvin grumbled before sighing again.

"They called me Ghost for a reason," He said deadpanned.

The reactions were as expected, though Midnight actually screamed louder than Mic, surprisingly.

'I'm finding new ways to put myself in Hell,' Marvin mumbled. 'Nice.'

He let his control over his Factor go, only being careful to avoid people but otherwise let it flow freely.

"Mister Mikrai," Nezu said calmly. "Just how strong are you?"

Marvin paused, digging his tongue into his top left canine as he thought.

"Depends," He replied. "Do you mean how much I can use safely, or in general?"

"Both, if you can," Nezu said.

Marvin shrugged. "My Safe limit allows me to destroy two and a half city blocks with a punch. My Factor's strong enough to kill from three miles away."

"And your power in general?" Jona asked, intrigued.

"Secret," Marvin replied without missing a beat. "Just know that I wasn't using anywhere close to it against that masked bastard."

"Excuse me?!" Snipe half-shouted. "You're telling me you fought the strongest villain in Japan and didn't even take it seriously?!"

"He wasn't worth going all out on," Marvin shrugged.

It was like someone had rendered everyone in the room mute, with half of the room's occupants wondering if gods were real and if they'd decided to pay them a visit.

Nezu cleared his throat. "Ah, well. The information is very useful; thank you, Mister Mikrai. But, have you given any thought to becoming a student here at UA?"

Marvin shrugged. "Wouldn't mind; it'd give me something to do. Where's the signup sheet?"

It wasn't that he loved UA as a place, but he wanted to be near Izuku to continue teaching him about One for All, and he respected Nezu enough to put up with people like Mineta and Monoma, if only for a while.

Nezu smiled at Marvin's casual acceptance, glad that his words back at ANVIL hadn't affected the young man's mind.

"You would need to go through a series of tests," Nezu explained. "The Provisional Licensing Exam is in 25 days. I assume you would want to join?"

Marvin nodded, his arms crossed. "Sure, I'll be able to use my Quirk, and help and whatnot."

"We still don't know what his Quirk is," Aizawa pointed out.

"Which one?" Marvin asked before anyone could say anything.

"Excuse me?" Aizawa asked.

"I have an enhanced physique, one of my hits can level a two-story house easily," Marvin replied calmly. "My senses are enhanced hundreds of times beyond the average."

"So you have that and your energy manipulation?" Midnight asked.

"I have my Dominance Factor, which is basically this," Marvin replied, letting it fill the room at a very low level.

It was low enough that it would barely cause mild anxiety, but it was enough to prove his point.

He pulled it back after a second, the assembled Pros having gotten his point.

"It's basically a form of energy that's connected to my brain," Marvin explained. "So that's the second thing."

"So it's two Quirks?" Jona asked.

Marvin shook his head, causing the Pros to tense.

"There's the adrenaline thing, which makes me stronger the more I fight and the more pain I'm in," He continued. "And then there's the energy thing."

"Four Quirks is rather unheard of," Nezu commented, seemingly not phased at all.

"Are you one of those Nomu things?" Mic asked suspiciously.

Marvin's Factor slammed into the Hero, launching him out of his chair and making Mic hit the wall.

"Don't mention those around me, thank you," Marvin said calmly, drawing his Factor back.

Aizawa stood sharply, his Quirk active. He grabbed Marvin with his Capture Weapon and pulled him in.

"Who are you to attack a Pro Hero?" Aizawa barked, tightening his scarf.

Marvin grinned. "If you're going to make demands, you better be sure this thing can hold me."

Aizawa paused, and a loud, whip-like crack sounded, Marvin disappearing with the sound.

"Like I said," Marvin said from behind Aizawa.

Aizawa's eyes widened as he felt the tip of Marvin's knife rest against his neck. It was barely a touch, but it still spoke much louder than words.

Marvin jumped, landing back in front of the Pros and sheathing his knife.

"Anyway, when will those tests start?" He asked Nezu, utterly ignoring everyone else in the room.

"Tomorrow," Nezu replied. "It'll be a standard knowledge test to assure you're caught up to the standard level. Next week will be a test of your Quirks."

"Cool, I'll be around tomorrow," Marvin said, stretching his hands above his head.

"Oh and, may you perhaps take the door next time?" Nezu asked. "I doubt your classmates would appreciate you coming in through the window."

"But if I do that, who will point out the obvious flaws of your security system?" Marvin asked with a grin.

"Still here," Jona stated, deadpanned.

"Doesn't change a thing," Marvin replied without missing a beat. "Security still sucks, and until I have to take your security seriously, it will keep sucking."

He disappeared with a whip-like crack, leaving the Pros feeling a blur of various emotions.

"I can see why you want to keep him close, Nezu," Jona said.

Nezu nodded. "I know nothing of him, except for him being a major help to Mister Midoriya and a need to do the right thing, even if it's with less than savory methods."

"You're letting an unpredictable anomaly into UA? One that you don't know anything about?" Midnight asked. "He could be a spy for All for One, for crying out loud!"

"No," All Might stated sharply. "Young Mikrai is anything but."

Midnight shrunk back on herself at All Might's rebuke, bowing her head.

"Sorry," She mumbled.

"Young Mikrai is many things, yes, Nemuri," All Might said a bit softer. "But he fought bravely against All for One and lived, I am the only other person to have done so. He also strengthened me, and I fully believe I'm still the Symbol of Peace only because of him."

Aizawa sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Even still, he needs something to keep him in check. You saw how willingly he went after those cultists, there's no telling what he'd do."

"Aizawa's right," Jona agreed. "He's essentially a loose cannon that just so happens to point in the right direction. With the way he acts, it's like he truly believes nothing can hurt him."

"He does have reason to think so," Nezu pointed out before nodding. "But you both are correct, Mister Mikrai will have to be supervised in some capacity. It will also help him get accumulated."

"He's a foreigner, isn't he?" Mic asked, sitting shakily back in his seat. "His accent felt similar to what I've heard from Americans when they visit."

"You are correct, he is not from Japan," Nezu replied. "He will need someone to guide him."

"Jona, I believe ANVIL has some foreigners in it, does it not?" Nezu asked.

Jona sighed. "It's not like I haven't dealt with chaotic people at ANVIL, but you think he'd agree, Nezu? His opinion of me is… not the best."

"If he is offered a way to fight, then I believe so," Nezu told him. "Mister Mikrai seems rather fond of combat, so the training ANVIL provides would be beneficial."

Jona sighed again; he wouldn't say no to Nezu, especially since he knew the reality of Marvin's existence. He just hoped it wouldn't come back to bite him.

Author's Note: Just to clarify some things due to certain reviews I've gotten: Marvin is from another universe, yes, but his universe would be a rather twisted version of ours rather than something similar to MHA.

Powers and blood magic exist in Marvin's world, but he calls himself American in the first chapter, telling Izuku he's from New Jersey. So, in short, he's from a world like ours but with abilities and a lot more brutal.

There are around 27 days from Kamino to the Provisional Licensing Exams, and the next few chapters will focus on those days. The dorms appear fifteen days or so after Kamino, but neither anime nor manga focuses on them, so I'll use the space to make more character development.
