The day was uncomfortable for Izuku. Momo spoke to him a bit tighter than usual, her tone more clipped and reserved instead of the warm and bubbly feeling it had when he usually talked to her. Her smile didn't quite reach her eyes either, and she didn't say anything beyond a few syllables in her answers.

Izuku sighed. 'What do I do, Marvin? I feel bad about this. I trust Momo so much, and I just-' He sighed again, unable to finish his sentence.

Marvin understood anyway. 'She'll come around eventually. Just put yourself in her shoes, and you find out this person you've shared such intimate moments with has another person in their head, a dangerous person, might I add, that's heard all that you've told them, yet you don't know them at all.'

Izuku sighed again; that seemed like the only thing he could do. 'I just feel like this is my fault in some way.'

'And how did you reach that conclusion?' Marvin raised an eyebrow.

Izuku sighed. 'I'm not sure, but... it just feels like if I had gone about it differently, maybe given her some time to figure it out, it would have lessened the impact.'

Marvin rolled his eyes. 'Oh, that's certain. You went about it in the most blunt way possible, but that's who you are. It isn't in you to drop hints; you just say things as you feel them, which is admirable; just learn to control it. Right now, focus on All Might.'

Izuku jumped, blinking as the Pro Hero smiled at him.

"Now's not the time to get lost in thought, Young Midoriya," All Might said. "As I said, you will be racing in groups of five, and the winners will race again, but with new obstacles. The first group is Young Midoriya, Young Iida, Young Ashido, and Young Ojiro."

The named students got into position, with Izuku trying to ignore the sudden exhaustion that had overtaken him. It felt impossible, but he shook it off, jumping from foot to foot to give himself energy.

'Just stick to 10%, and try to use Blackwhip if possible,' Marvin told him

'What? I can't use it! We're only able to when we share,' Izuku replied as the race began.

He leaped forward, using Wind Force to send him rocketing into the area.

Marvin shrugged. 'The Quirk dude said you could, but only if you think of it separately. Try that,' He reminded him.

Izuku ran as fast as he could without pushing himself, trying his hardest to focus on the race, but his mind was focused on Momo.

He leaped from the buildings like lightning, but his movements were slow, almost as if he were floating.

Izuku flipped onto a building and began spinning as he ran to collect speed.

He burst off the roof, making a deafening boom thanks to the collected wind.

He jumped over a pipe but lost his footing, slipping and hitting the ground hard.

'Come on, kid. Get up,' Marvin urged, but Izuku groaned.

'I can't,' He groaned, rolling to his side.

He felt fine physically; he felt perfectly well-rested but couldn't move. Something had bound his muscles with weights, weighing him down and making him sluggish.

Even though he'd slept well, he felt exhausted and almost like falling asleep. He hissed in pain as he moved, feeling his shoulders as if they were burdened with something he couldn't lift no matter how hard he tried.

"Come on," Izuku muttered, standing slowly. He called on One for All, slightly surprised at how fast it responded.

Izuku leaped into the air, bouncing lazily from buildings as he struggled to maintain his hold on One for All. Everything felt sluggish, and he suddenly understood Aizawa's need to sleep constantly; his entire body felt like it weighed tons.

'Snap out of it, man,' Marvin barked, slapping him in the back of the head. 'What the fuck do you think you're doing?'

Izuku gritted his teeth, pushing Full Cowling up to 15% and ripping through the training area, still feeling like he wanted to fall asleep.

'Do you need help?' Marvin asked, ready to take over if needed.

Izuku shook his head. 'No, I can do this. I just need to push some more.'

Moving was exhausting, even though he was full of energy, and nothing made sense. Using One for All seemed like trying to hold onto a wet bar of soap; Izuku found his control more uncontrollable by the second.

Izuku ran up to the final building, and remembering what Banjo had said, he flicked his wrist.

Blackwhip flung out, attached to the roof, and Izuku pulled on it as he ran, using it almost like a harness.

He was halfway up the building when he hissed again, and Blackwhip disappeared, One for All deactivating with it.

He began falling, nothing there to keep him up anymore.

Marvin tried to take control but couldn't; something stopped him from moving Izuku's body.

His body tumbled through the air, twisting and turning like some sort of mache doll.

'Come on,' Marvin hissed, and Izuku shared control, but they still couldn't move.

Izuku thought he heard screams, but he couldn't move to see them; his whole body was a statue.

His eyes closed, and the world darkened as he felt himself hit something.

"MIDORIYA," Iida exclaimed as he saw his friend fall.

'Recipro Burst!'

Iida reached Izuku in a second, catching him just as Izuku passed out.

Iida tried to jump to another building, but his engines were still stalled.

He gritted his teeth, trying to push his Quirk to activate despite the pain; he couldn't fail here.

"UP ABOVE," Sero yelled, shooting his tape at the two.

Iida grabbed it, and Sero pulled as hard as he could to get them to safety.

Sero twisted, taking inspiration from what he'd seen Izuku do, and began weaving a net with his tape.

He swung down, attaching his tape to everything he could to slow Iida down, hissing a little at the pain it caused him.

Ojiro appeared, grabbing some of his tape and helping him move it, bouncing with his tail.

Iida fell onto the net harshly, dropping Izuku thanks to the sudden motion.

The tape snapped, and Izuku fell off, tumbling through the air.

Iida tried to follow and catch Izuku again, but his arm was stuck to the tape, stopping him.

The rest of 1-A gasped as they saw Izuku fall from the main building, the tentacles pulling him up suddenly disappearing.

Momo moved before she realized it, launching herself into the racing area with her staff.

She'd barely reabsorbed the staff when she created another one with her opposite hand, launching her further.

The constant shifting in her concentration strained her, but Momo couldn't care less about exhaustion at the moment.

Momo created staves with both hands, sending her rocketing faster into the area.

In the distance, she could see Iida catch Izuku using his Recipro Burst before immediately beginning to fall.

Momo sped up, pushing her Quirk to its limits with everything she could think of.

Ropes, grappling hooks, staves, and small explosives poured out of her body, all in a desperate attempt for speed.

She sighed in relief as Sero's net caught him and Iida before paling as Izuku fell again.

She reached Izuku just seconds before he hit the ground, catching him and tossing one of her net grenades at the ground.

Sero taped the net as it expanded, causing it to open up instead of wrapping around her.

Momo bounced off the net but gripped Izuku tightly, refusing to let him fall.

Sero quickly taped both of them to the net, blood dripping from his elbows as he breathed heavily.

Momo held onto Izuku like he was the last thing keeping her alive, clutching him closely.

Her heart almost exploded from her chest, and she ran her hand through his hair to assure herself he was ok.

'He's ok, he's ok,' She repeated to herself, gripping Izuku with all her strength. 'He's ok now, we saved him. He's ok.'

They managed to get down with help from Mina, strategically melting the tape to let them down without dropping them.

Momo let Izuku down gently, tears in the corners of her eyes. His heart rate and breathing were fast but steady, but she didn't let go of the front of his Hero costume, scared something would happen if she did.

'I swear if that Marvin guy did something to him, I'd find a way to murder him from inside Izuku's head,' Momo nearly snarled, already thinking of creations that could help her.

Izuku said he was there to help, but Izuku couldn't see the bad in people; he'd struggled to see that Bakugo was a bully even after years of torment. He wouldn't find out if Marvin was a threat until it was too late.

He was floating somewhere. Izuku looked around the dark space, realizing he was inside of One for All like Marvin had been when he talked to Blackwhip's original user.

"Why are we here?" Marvin muttered, floating beside him.

"I'm not sure," Izuku replied. "Why are we inside One for All?"

"No clue," Marvin said, rolling his shoulders as something shifted in the air.

His head snapped to the right as something appeared to his senses, and he did a double take as a woman appeared, floating a few feet away from them.

She wore a dark bodysuit with no sleeves, and there were yellow gloves on her hands, along with two capes, one starting at her shoulders and another at her waist. Marvin raised an eyebrow at the large amounts of muscle definition, yet the woman still looked curvy, with the muscles seemingly enhancing her figure instead of reducing it.

"Momo?" He asked, staring at the woman who looked eerily like the girl.

The woman smiled. "I'm Nana Shimura. The seventh holder of One for All. Daigoro told me about you two."

Izuku floated beside Marvin, doing a double take.

Izuku blinked as he stared at Nana. "Are you Momo's mother or something?"

Nana raised an eyebrow. "Who is this Momo girl? I want to see her."

Izuku tried to find a way to describe Momo that wasn't just the words 'you, but younger.'

"I think you can summon memories here," Nana told him, and Izuku nodded.

Izuku focused a little, thinking of a specific moment with Momo to show Nana.

A memory floated past their heads, showing Momo and Izuku talking about Quirks at the lunch table.

Nana nodded a little. "I can see the resemblance, but I don't think I'm related to her."

Marvin rolled his eyes. "Yes, because that gives us so much information to go off of."

"Wow," Nana replied, rolling her eyes. "Lariat was right; you are a smartass."

Marvin shrugged. "Comes with the trade."

Nana crossed her arms. "I didn't know being sarcastic was part of the Hero job application; I must have missed that when I applied."

Marvin grinned, his respect for the woman rising tremendously. Few people could keep up with his witty remarks or sarcasm; anyone who could was someone he held in high regard.

"Can you tell us why we're here?" Izuku butted in, knowing that leaving Marvin to speak would probably end in the two fighting.

"I wanted to speak to you, but I guess my timing was wrong," Nana looked embarrassed. "I meant to catch you when you were on the train."

Marvin snorted. "Talk about zero punctuality."

"HEY. Look, do you know how difficult it is to get a semblance of time here?" Nana asked, shooting her hands out to gesture at the space they were in. "We're just going off whenever the ninth wakes up, and he apparently woke up later than normal today."

She huffed, crossing her arms again as Izuku flushed and sheepishly rubbed the back of his head.

"Sorry?" He tried, and Nana sighed.

"I wanted to tell you that my Quirk, Float, will probably be manifesting sometime in the next few days," Nana told them, regaining her composure. "But, like Blackwhip, it'll be much stronger than I had, thanks to One for All enhancing it."

"So One for All acts like a Quirk battery of sorts?" Marvin raised an eyebrow. "That's terrifying."

Izuku and Nana gave him a look of confusion, neither understanding his sentiment.

"Let's take Momo, for example," Marvin explained. "During the Sports Festival, she created a cannonball the size of your entire body and a cannon to fire it. Assuming it was made of cast iron, it and the cannon that launched it weighed 4.3 million kilograms combined, give or take a few thousand."

"Ok?" Nana said slowly, slightly terrified of someone having a Quirk that powerful.

"She later told Izuku that it took her 10 kilograms of lipids to make that construct, giving her a conversion rate of 430,000 kilograms of material per kilogram of fat," Marvin continued. "Assuming One for All only mildly amplifies Quirks to 1.25 times their usual power, then someone like Momo would be able to create 536,500 kilograms of material with a single kilogram of fat."

Izuku blinked. "That's... that's terrifying."

"That's not even the scariest part," Marvin snorted.

Nana's eyebrows shot up. "There's more?"

Marvin nodded. "Assuming One for All also enhances a Quirk's speed, which it seems like it does, it would cut the fifteen seconds it took Momo to create the cannon down to twelve. If you do the math, she could create around 45 thousand kilograms of material in a second."

Nana and Izuku blinked, their mouths slightly open as they processed the information. However, they were shocked for different reasons.

Izuku was a healthy mix of terrified and respectful as he realized just how strong Momo could be since the number Marvin had used was only a slight boost, with Momo doing most of the work in the scenario.

Nana was scared since she knew One for All strengthened a Quirk FAR beyond the 1.25 figure Marvin used. It was more accurate to assume it was five or six times stronger after being enhanced, to the point that the Quirks seemed to have a mind of their own.

"Ok, well, uhm," Nana tried to regain her composure. "Make sure you use my Quirk safely, ok? When I had it, it allowed me to float for several minutes at a slow speed. With you, it might give you unrestricted flight if you consider the enhancements."

"We'll make sure to tell Momo we met her grandma," Marvin replied, cracking his neck.

"Grandma?!" Nana exclaimed before launching herself at him. "I'll show you grandma."

Marvin quickly blocked but was taken aback by Nana's sheer speed and brutality, remarkably mirroring his.

He ducked under a kick, but Nana used Float, elbowing him in the stomach.

"OI, no fair," He exclaimed as he floated back, holding his stomach. "I can't fly as easily."

"Sucks to be you," Nana grinned, attacking him again.

Marvin grabbed her hand, pulling her in and kneeing her in the side.

Nana twisted, nearly elbowing him in the eye and forcing him to let go.

She launched into him again, her palm hitting him in the chest.

Marvin turned, kicking her head, but Nana ducked, twisting and grabbing his leg.

She threw him with one hand, causing Marvin to tumble through the air.

Izuku used Blackwhip to grab Marvin and Nana, blinking as the Quirk came to him easily.

"I appreciate the thought, but I'm married," Nana told him as she broke free.

Marvin snorted loudly as Blackwhip let him go, and he covered his face, his shoulders shaking a little.

"I like you," He grinned, looking up at Nana. "You're decent."

"Only decent? Wow, I'm so honored," Nana rolled her eyes, but there was a small smile.

"We should probably go," Izuku reminded Marvin. "We passed out halfway through the course; people might be worried about us."

"And by people, you mean Momo," Marvin snorted.

"You have good taste, kid," Nana grinned, causing the two teens to double-take, staring at her.

Nana rolled her eyes. "She looks like me; I'm not about to call myself ugly."

"Uh, ok," Izuku replied, unsure how to respond while Marvin snorted.

"Tell Toshinori I said hi," Nana told them.

"Toshinori?" The two teens asked.

"You know him as All Might," Nana replied as she began fading away.

"You know All Might?" Izuku asked, but Nana was already gone.

Izuku gasped deeply as he awoke, sitting up sharply and nearly headbutting Momo as he did.

"Izuku," Momo exclaimed. "Are you ok?"

Izuku nodded several times. "Yeah- yeah. I'm ok. I'm fine."

Momo's eyes narrowed, and she leaned in a little. "Did he do something?" She whispered.

Izuku shook his head. "It was the thing I told you about," He whispered back. "With All Might."

Momo looked at him in concern, but Izuku shook his head a little, and Momo nodded, saving her questions for later.

"Young Midoriya," All Might called, walking up to him. "You alright there? You passed out during the race. Your classmates saved your life."

"All Might, I need to talk to you about something," Izuku said quickly, tapping his chest, hoping All Might got the signal.

It seemed the Pro Hero did because he nodded slightly before turning to the class.

"Everyone, please return to the waiting area while I make sure Young Midoriya is ok by taking him to Recovery Girl," He boomed, and Izuku's friends nodded, half-glancing at him before walking away.

"Will Young Yaoyorozu be joining us?" All Might whispered once the rest of the class was gone.

Momo created a small crystal in her palm and reabsorbed it incorrectly, hissing in pain as a large burn appeared on her palm.

"I will now," She said, showing her palm while biting back tears.

"Momo," Izuku hissed, checking her hand. "You didn't have to do that."

Momo smiled as they went to Recovery Girl. "It gives me a good excuse."

They reached Recovery Girl, who seemed disappointed but not surprised to see them in her office.

'So, are you going to talk about the bald guy, too?' Marvin asked. 'Or just Nana?'

Izuku internally raised an eyebrow. 'So, you know her name, but not Lariat's?'

Marvin shrugged. 'She's more interesting. And she beat me in a fight, albeit a short one, but still.'

Izuku blinked. 'You respect her because she can beat you up?'

'I respect her because she kept up with my sarcasm AND can beat me up,' Marvin replied with a grin. 'I can count on one hand the amount of people that can do that.'

"What is it now?" Recovery Girl asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh, I- uhh, I passed out during training," Izuku rubbed his neck.

Recovery Girl made a note, humming a little before grabbing a thermometer.

"Any pain? Previous exhaustion? Difficulties using your Quirk?" She asked as she took his temperature.

Izuku shook his head. "No, I just felt sluggish. But there is something about One for All I wanted to talk about?"

Recovery Girl glanced at Momo. "Does she know?"

Izuku nodded. "I told her last night after I woke up in the hospital."

Recovery Girl nodded and sat down, along with Momo and All Might.

"All Might, did any previous users speak to you when you had One for All?" Izuku asked, deciding it was better to make sure.

All Might's brows furrowed. "No, apart from my master, I haven't spoken with any previous One for All holders. They all died in battle; I couldn't have."

Izuku sighed and nodded. "Yeah, well. Nana says hi."

All Might stiffened, his eyes shaking as he stared. "Na-"

"Nana Shimura," Izuku told him. "The seventh user. She said she knew you."

Tears escaped All Might's eyes, and he brushed them away. His smile was gone, replaced with a grimace as he tried to steady his shaking frame.

"All Might? Are you ok?" Izuku asked in concern.

"She was my master," All Might choked out. "She trained me, even when I didn't have a Quirk. She was an amazing woman."

"You spoke with her?" Momo asked, brows furrowed.

Izuku nodded. "I did. She looks a lot like you, just older and with more muscle. She even beat Marvin in a fight."

Momo raised an eyebrow while All Might and Recovery Girl stared at him, eyes narrowed.

"Young Midoriya, who's Marvin?" All Might asked.

Izuku stiffened. "I- uhh. He's a- uhm."

'Help?' He asked.

Marvin sighed, taking control and rolling his shoulders.

All Might's eyes widened as he saw Izuku close his eyes and let out a breath before opening them again, but it wasn't Izuku.

Whoever was in control was dangerous; that much was true. Their entire aura was different, more similar to a Special Operations soldier than a Pro Hero.

"Who are you?" All Might asked, eyes narrowed.

"That's Marvin," Momo sighed, rubbing her temples.

The adults snapped their heads over to her.

"You knew?" All Might asked.

Momo nodded. "He told me after you left. Basically, Marvin's another guy living in Izuku's head who can take over whenever he wants, though Izuku can do the same. He's why Izuku is so good at fighting and controlling One for All. They can share control, which strengthens Izuku's body, and is what they used during their Internships and Sports Festival after Bakugo beat me."

"You mean nearly killed you," Marvin rolled his eyes, and the two adults did double-takes.

"You really are another person," Recovery Girl said.

"Astute observation," Marvin replied, cracking his neck.

Momo sighed. "Must you be so sarcastic all the time?"

Marvin snorted. "Funny, your grandma said the same thing before she beat me up."

"Grandma?" The other three asked in confusion.

"He means Nana," Izuku said, taking back control.

All Might noticed how Izuku sat up straighter while Marvin's posture looked like he was carrying a great weight. The look in his eyes was also different. Izuku looked hopeful and determined; Marvin looked much like what All Might had seen some underground Heroes look like after some horrible missions: defeated, broken, and going through the motions.

"You must be the reason for the second Quirk," Recovery Girl said, waving her cane at Izuku.

"Second Quirk?" Izuku and Momo asked simultaneously.

Izuku's brows furrowed; there was no way she'd found out about Blackwhip and Float so soon. But she'd said second Quirk, not third, so it had to be Blackwhip, right?

Recovery Girl handed a paper to Izuku, and the boy's eyes widened.

'Huh, would you look at that? I DO have a Quirk.' Marvin muttered. 'I can finally be a hero,' He said, making his voice high-pitched in a cruel imitation of Izuku's voice.

Izuku mentally smacked Marvin over the head. 'Shut up, I don't sound like that.'

Marvin faked a heart attack. 'Oh my god. I'm dying. Izuku Midoriya just told someone to shut up. We need to check if the sky is falling.'

Izuku snorted out loud before handing the paper back to Recovery Girl.

"So you have two Quirks," Momo commented.

Izuku rubbed his arm. "Uhh, well. It's more like four."

"WHAT?!" The others asked.

Izuku winced. "Well, there's One for All. Then there's that second Quirk you mentioned."

Blackwhip shot out, attaching to the wall.

"Blackwhip is the third since it's the fifth's Quirk," He continued, letting it dissipate. "And Nana told me today that I might unlock Float soon."

The three occupants of the room had very mixed reactions.

Momo just blinked blankly at him, trying to process how his words were possible.

All Might looked like he was about to have a heart attack, rubbing his face as he muttered 'four Quirks' repeatedly.

Recovery Girl was filling out a form for painkillers. "Better stock up before this boy comes here again," She muttered.

"Four?" Momo asked, her eyes wide as she stared at him.

Izuku smiled shyly. "Well, I haven't gotten Float yet, and Marvin's Quirk can only be used by him, so it's just two right now."

'I'm still surprised I HAVE a Quirk,' Marvin muttered. 'I mean, it's rather basic. I get stronger the more emotional I get, and I can make people scared when they're near me. I'm like the Hulk and Scarecrow's hell-born child.'

"That begs the question," All Might said. "What about the other holders? Will you get their Quirks, too?"

Izuku blinked. "I- I haven't thought of that. Maybe?"

"Wouldn't you need to update the Quirk Registry?" Momo asked.

All Might suddenly looked nervous. "About that."

Izuku raised an eyebrow at the Pro Hero, who was sweating a little.

"When a Hero gets their License, they are unable to change their Quirk beyond small modifications," All Might said. "It's assumed that once you have your License, you know enough about your Quirk to have it properly registered."

"And what modifications could I make?" Izuku asked.

All Might sighed. "Your power source, unexpected drawbacks, and its effects are things you can change. You're currently listed under Superpower, a strength augmentation Quirk based on your food intake, so the most you could change is how it affects people. That isn't enough to cover everything your Quirk does."

'Well, that's a problem,' Marvin commented.

"So, what do I do?" Izuku asked, looking around.

"Hide them?" Momo suggested. "You pass out too much; I don't like it."

Izuku flushed. "It's not intentional," He muttered.

"I agree with her," Recovery Girl added. "You hurt yourself too much."

"SEE?" Momo pointed at the nurse. "She agrees with me."

"But I can use those Quirks to help people," Izuku protested, looking at All Might for help. "Right, All Might?"

"Young Midoriya, I'm afraid to say I agree with them," He sighed, holding up a hand to stop Izuku's protests. "Until you can control them, they're a liability. You must train better until those Quirks become yours, just like you did with One for All."

'Marvin, you understand, right?' Izuku asked.

Marvin nodded. 'Yeah, but they have a point. The first thing they taught me at the Academy was that strength was useless if you couldn't use it.'

Izuku balled his fists a little. "But I can use Blackwhip fine!" He said, sticking a tendril to the wall with a flick of his wrist.

"But can you use it continuously?" Momo asked, raising an eyebrow.

Izuku hesitated; he'd only used it twice by himself, and one of those was inside One for All.

His hesitation was enough of an answer. Momo grabbed his wrist and pulled him down, forcing him to stay seated by draping her leg over his.

"Izuku Midoriya, until you can use that Quirk properly, you are not about to use it when you fight," Momo told him, poking his chest. "As much as I love holding you, and trust me, I do; I will not be holding your unconscious body, crying and worrying if you're going to make it this time because you're being reckless."

Izuku flushed and looked down, ashamed. He didn't know what his actions did to those around him; he just wanted to help, not hurt those he loved.

Momo leaned on his shoulder, adjusting to sit beside him and removing her leg from his lap.

"You wanting to help people is amazing, Izuku," She told him. "But you need to think of yourselves sometimes."

"Don't you mean yourself?" Izuku asked, but surprisingly, Momo shook her head.

"Both of you," She said, gesturing to his head. "Because I know Marvin's helping you. No offense, but texting Todoroki and me a help message before you fought Stain, which contained detailed instructions of the situation and location, isn't like you. It's much more like you to text your location with no context after fighting Stain."

"Oh," Izuku said.

"Plus, you used Blackwhip," Momo smiled. "And your fighting was much smoother than at the Festival."

"So, does that mean-"

Momo sighed. "I don't like that Marvin's in your head, not in the slightest. I just think it's unhealthy for you both," She added after Izuku made to comment.

She took a deep breath. "I would prefer if you two managed to separate, and I'll help you do it if you need. But I can tolerate it somewhat since it's you we're talking about."

Izuku smiled and wrapped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her in tightly.

All Might cleared his throat. "Young Midoriya, you must train your Quirks to their fullest potential. That Hero License I gave you and Young Yaoyorozu will allow you to practice after school hours if you wish, but I would advise caution since many in the government aren't happy I gave Licenses to two teenagers."

"How did you get them anyway?" Momo asked, looking at him.

"There was a process of several weeks," All Might sighed. "I first thought about giving Young Midoriya one after the USJ incident, but only pushed for one after the Sports Festival after seeing his use of several new abilities and an aptitude for combat I previously had not seen."

"They were only approved the night before you spoke with Chief Tsuragamae. There was a lot of pushback, especially since you two hadn't completed your internships as of then. Many in the Licensing Agency disagreed with my choice, and I had to use some underhanded methods to get them as fast as I did."

"But the USJ incident was weeks ago?" Izuku reminded the Pro.

All Might nodded. "That is correct, Young Midoriya. However, during the standard testing for the Licenses, students are registered several months beforehand and confirmed only a month before the Exam begins. You two managed to get them in only a few weeks."

"But you said you only pushed for Izuku to get one," Momo said. "How come I got one?"

"Your mentor is an old friend of mine, with almost as many favors accumulated in the Licensing Agency as me since she trained either those who work there or their relatives," All Might said. "And since I already had my foot in the door, so to speak, your process took much shorter, especially after Sir came to advocate for you two."

"Sir advocated for both of us?" Izuku asked, brows furrowed.

All Might nodded. "He said he'd used his Quirk and seen that not giving you your Licenses quickly would result in catastrophic events. Sir is heavily respected through the government due to his connection to me and, more importantly, his Quirk never being wrong."

"So he blackmailed them?" Momo confirmed, and All Might looked embarrassed.

"I suppose you could call it that," He said, looking away. "I prefer to think of it as avoiding a catastrophe."

"Whatever method was used," Recovery Girl said, pointing her cane at Izuku. "YOU aren't going to be using those new Quirks until you've learned One for All."

"But that would take years!" Izuku protested. "By the time I get to training Blackwhip and the others, I'll have graduated UA!"

"He has a point, Chiyo," All Might said, and Recovery Girl narrowed her eyes in his direction.

"Fine, but if he has one more injury because of recklessly using his Quirk, it's on your hands," She told him, and All Might nodded.

Author's Note: I know there's a lot of talking happening, but I need to get a lot of information out there to continue with the action. All Might and Recovery Girl know about Marvin, and that's going to have consequences, not immediate ones, but consequences. It'll also help smooth over things I'm planning for later after the Kamino incident.

Momo is slowly accepting Marvin, but as she says, she doesn't like him; she's tolerating him somewhat for Izuku's sake, though she's still ready to attack him if needed.

Next up is the Final Exams, which will be just slightly different from canon. Same concept, but let's just say there's going to be a much bigger challenge for the students in this story.
