Chapter 5: Just Ridiculous:
Eizan's POV:
"Should we deal with the fact that Mrs. Clean turned to a demon again," asks Okuni.
"Sure," I said, "it's not like something else is going to take the..." Then a rat takes the shuriken and leaves.
"Now that's just ridiculous," says Jimmy.
"Come on," I said.
. . .
The rat took the shuriken into its hole.
"How do we get it out," asks Okuni.
Tetsuo Matsuura then showed up. "You're a jerk," says Jimmy, "how do we control a rat?"
"I don't know how to control rats," says Tetsuo.
"Don't say that," says Jimmy.
"Fine," says Tetsuo, "I'll talk to the Rat Fairy!" He then walks away.
"We could get some cheese," I said.
"Right, rats like cheese," says Jimmy, "sorry, I'm just freaking out! It's been that kind of day."
"I know, right," asks Okuni.
"And it usually involves those babies," I said, "we should probably try to avoid them."
. . .
We then got some cheese and used it to lure the rat out, but the rat didn't have the shuriken.
"In retrospect, we should've thought about that," says Jimmy.
"A trade," says Okuni, "the shuriken for this cheese!"
The rat then goes back in the hole and then comes out with the shuriken. We then all sighed.
. . .
We thought the worse was finally behind us. "Now, we can just rest," says Jimmy. Then the floor started glowing. "The gate's opening, isn't it?"
"I knew this would be that year," says Principal-Sama, "I KNEW!"
