Chapter Three: St. Jude fund-raises and patients wish to hang with Hannah Montana come true!
It is at the halfway mark of the concert and Hannah Montana comes onto the stage after taking a break to change outfits. She is now wearing a pair of white jeans and a pink belt that has a pink flower on it. In addition she is wearing a white shine shirt with a v-neckline. The shirt with silver sequins around the neckline and two silvers birds on each side of the bottom of the shirt. Also, Hannah is wearing a pink short length jacket, which falls just above the birds on her shirt. In addition Hannah has a pair of gold high heels with open toes on. Hannah is following onto the stage by a large group of boys and girls. The youngest in the group are infants and the oldest in the group are in their early twenty. Also, the infants and toddlers in the group are being hold by a St. Jude nurse. Some of the girls and boys have no hair or they are losing their hair. In addition some of the toddlers, children and teenager are wearing surgical masks to prevent them from catching germs that are in the air. Hannah walks over to the microphone stand and take the microphone off the stand. Then Hannah walks over and the girls and boys from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and she stand in the middle of the group.
"I want to induction some special guests that have come to the concert tonight. The boys and girls to my right side are former patients of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, who are now in remissions. The girls and boys to my left side are current patients at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital that could make the trip out to California to attend the concert. The next song that I will be singing tonight is Sarah's choice and she is standing right next to me and on my left side."
"I want you to sing Just like you."
"Sure Sarah, I will sing that song for you."
Hannah walks away from all the St. Jude guests that are former patients and current patients. Simultaneously the boys and girls move around so a former patient is standing next to a current patient. Hannah starts dance and singing the song just like you to the ST. Jude guests and to all of her fans in the audience. Once the song ends all of the audience and all of the ST. Jude patients standing on stages begin cheering really loud and clapping too. Hannah's wait for the cheering and clapping too dead down, then she walks to the end of the long line of ST. Jade patients and up to a little boy of about seven years old, who is wearing a surgical mask that has a smile face on it. The boy has blue eyes and he has starts to lose his blonde hair. Hannah kneels down in front of him and holds the microphone up between them.
"Jimmy's which one of my songs, do you want me to sing?"
"Life what you make it."
"Ok Jimmy, I will sing Life is what you make it."
Hannah stands up and when the guitars and drums start, Hannah starts dancing and singing the song, Life what you make it. The arena breaks into a loud cheer before Hannah even finishes the songs and when the song ends, Hannah grabs her bottle of water off the floor of the stage. She takes the cap off the bottle of water and then takes a few sips of water. A short time later, she set the bottle of water down on the stage and then walks over to the current and former patients of St. Jude. Hannah looks at everyone in the line for a few moments, so she can pick out the next person to choose a song. Hannah walks up to a girl that has brown hair and that is shoulder length. In addition the girl has brown eyes that are a round shape. Hannah smiles at the young girl and gives her a side hug.
"Ahem, I wish that tonight concert was long enough for each girl and boys too chosen a song for me to sing. However, the concert is not long enough for all of them to choose a song. Kim is going to choose the next song that I am going to sing. For the last song of the concert all of the boys and girls vote back stages on what song will end the shows. What song should I sing next?"
"Hannah I want you to sing Nobody Prefect."
"I love that song and was hoping I would get to sing it tonight."
Hannah takes a deep breath and then start to singing Nobody Prefect despite having a very sore throat. Also, Hannah is hoping that her voice will not give out when singing this song or the last song of the night. When she finishes singing Nobody prefect Hannah grabs her water bottle off the stage floor. Then she walks over to the steps, which leading up to the stage that the band is playing on. Simultaneously Hannah takes a few drinks of water and when she gets to the last steps, she takes a seat on the top step. Hannah set the water bottle down on the ground and looks at the fan in the audiences. Then Hannah looks at all of the guests standing on the stage with her and the band.
"(All of the St. Jude guest's) the last song Hannah is going to be singing for all of us tonight is True Friend."
Hannah stays sitting on the top step and when the band begins to play she starts to sing the song True friend for everyone who came to the concert. Everyone starts to cheer at the top of their lungs as Hannah's sing the last word of the song. When the band stop playing, Hannah stands up from the top step of the stairs and then she walks over to the microphone stand. Simultaneously her dad and Lola walk onto the stage carrying a big check that everyone can see, along with the actual check. Hannah puts the microphone back onto the stands and then wave Marlo Thomas over. Marlo Thomas walks over to Hannah and Hannah point to the big check, as she starts to talk.
"Marlo Thomas's I am proud to present you with a check of $99,999 to help find a cure for childhood cancers."
"We thank your fans and you very much and hopefully this money will help find a cure for several types of childhood cancers. Can I ask you to sing three more songs?"
"Ahem, yes I will sing three more sings and what song do you want me to sing first?"
"Right Here."
"I would love to sing that song."
Hannah takes a drink of water and waits for the band to start to play. When the music starts she begins to sing the song Right Here and start dancing to the song too. Lola and Mr. Montana are watching and listing to Hannah and know that she is exhaust. In addition Mr. Montana and Lola can tell that she has started to feel awful. Also, the two of them can tell the fans have no idea that Hannah is sick. This mean Hannah is doing a great job hiding the fact that she is sick from her fans. Several minutes later Hannah finish singing the song and the band stop playing too, then Hannah walks over to Marlo Thomas with the microphone in her right hand.
"What song do you want to hear next?"
"Dreams."
"That is my dads' favorite song and I would love to sing it."
The band starts playing and Hannah starts to sing the song Dreams. In addition Hannah does the dance that goes with the song. When the sing end, the bands start playing the music for perfect everyday and Hannah began to sing the song and does the dance routine that goes with that song. When Hannah finish singing perfect everyday, she puts the microphone back on the microphone stand. Simultaneously all the fans and the St. Jude guests are cheering at the top of their lungs. Lola hands Hannah her bottle of water and then the St. Jude guest's, Hannah, Lola and Marlo Thomas walk backstage. Simultaneously Mr. Montana walks up to the microphone.
"I like to thank all of you for coming out to the concert and helping to raise money for a very good cause. In addition I want to wish everyone a save ride home and a good night."
Mr. Montana walks backstage and then he walks over to Hannah, who is holding her throat. He puts his left arm around his daughter and Hannah looks over at her dad. Mr. Montana notices that Hannah has a look on her face that says I did not think that I was going to make it through the show.
"Hannah's how are you hold up?"
"Ah-choo I need a few minutes by myself the dressing room to rest. Coughing then I will join you, Lola, Marlo Thomas and the guest from ah-choo St. Jude for ice cream and having their picture taking with me."
"That is fine and I will let Marlo Thomas, the children and teenage know that you will join them on the stage in a few minutes."
"Thanks dad!"
Hannah walks away from her dad and walks over to the door of the dressing room. Then Hannah goes into her dressing room and closes the door behind her. She walks over to the couch and takes a seat on the couch, then puts her feet up on the coffee table. Hannah grabs some tissues from the box on the coffee table and then blows her nose several times. A short time later Hannah grabs a cough drop off the coffee table and then takes the wrapping off the cough drop. Hannah then puts the cough drop into her mouth and stands up from the couch. Then Hannah walks over to the outfits that her dad brought to the arena for tonight. Hannah looks through the outfits and then changes into a pair of blue jeans and a light pink long-sleeve shirt. She then put on a lightweight workout jacket that is pink and has a large butterfly on the back on. Then Hannah looks into the mirror and checks the wig to make sure the wig is still setting perfectly on her head. Hannah walks over to the coffee table and grabs several tissues out of the tissue's box. Then put several tissues into her right jacket pocket, as coughing into he left hand. A few moments later Hannah walks out of the dressing room and then walks toward the stages. When she walks onto the stage, Hannah gets rush by all toddlers, children and all the teenagers from ST. Jude.
"I think it is ice cream time!"
"(All the toddlers, children and teenagers) yes it is Hannah!"
Hannah leads the group from St. Jude over to the ice cream table. The table is at the far end of the stage and Jackson and her dad is working at the table. Mr. Montana and Jackson are scoops ice cream into Hannah Montana bowls that the toddlers, children and teenagers can take home with them. In addition Lola is putting a matching Hannah Montana spoon into each of the bowl that the toddlers, children and teenagers can take home with them. Lola looks up and sees Hannah talking to a girl. The girl looks to be five years old and Lola notices the girl has a pink wig on her head and has green eyes. Then Lola notices that the young girl and Hannah do not have bowls of ice cream. Lola walks out from behind the table and then walks over to her best friend and the young girl. Then Lola kneels down next to the young girl.
"Hi my name Lola what is your name?"
"My name is Amy."
"Do you want some ice cream Amy?"
"Yes and I love your purple hair Lola!"
"Thanks Amy and Hannah, do you want some ice cream too?"
"Sure."
Hannah and Lilly's each take one of Amy's hands and then the three of them walk over to the ice cream table. Once at the ice-cream table Hannah and Lola let go of Amy's hand. Lola walks behind the table, as Mr. Montana heads Hannah a bowl of strawberry and chocolate ice cream. Amy grabs a bowl of just strawberry ice cream and then runs over to her mom and takes a seat next to her mom. Hannah walks away from the ice cream table and takes a seat in a corner by herself. The reason for this is that she does not want to spreads the head cold germs any more then she already has tonight. She moves the ice cream around the bowl with her spoon, by does not eat any of it. She has only been sitting in the corner for a minute and half, when a girl walks over to her. Hannah sees the girl has thinning red hair and brown eyes and is carrying her bowl of ice cream. The girl takes a seat on the floor beside Hannah and smiles at her.
"My name is Aylass!"
"Hi Aylass,"
"Hannah's come over and sit with all of us?"
"I don't know Aylass, I just take a seat here and I'm comfortable in this spot."
"We all want you to sit with us, Hannah!"
Aylass stand up and then grab Hannah's left hand with her right hand, since her ice cream bowl is in her left hand. Aylass pull Hannah to her feet and then Hannah let Aylass lead her over to the group. The two of them take seats on the stage floor and simultaneously Marlo Thomas start taking pictures of Hannah Montana setting with the toddlers, children and teenagers from St. Jude. Hannah gets a feeling that she is about to sneezes. She turns away from the group, as pulls a tissue out of the right jean pocket really fast. Hannah covers her nose and mouth with the tissues and right away start sneezing into the tissue in her hands. She sneezes into the tissues several time and when she stops sneezing Hannah put the tissue into the left jean pocket. Hannah then turns around, so she is facing the group.
"Bless you!"
"Thanks Aylass."
"You are welcome Hannah."
Hannah starts eating her bowls of ice cream and between bites answer questions from the St. Jude guest's. Mr. Montana, Jackson and Lola watch Hannah, as she eats the bowl of ice cream and talks to the St. Jude guest's. In addition Mr. Montana, Jackson and Lola are cleaning up the ice cream table, since everyone has a bowl of ice cream. Also, Marlo Thomas is still taking pictures of Hannah Montana setting with the toddlers, children and teenagers from St. Jude.
Fifteen minutes later everyone has finish eaten their ice cream and set they bowl and spoon next to their coat. Parents of the St. Jude guest's are taking pictures of their daughter or son with Hannah Montana. For a few of the children Lola takes the pictures of them with Hannah, because neither of their parents could make the trip to California. It takes two hours to get through taking the pictures with each individual guest. Then Marlo Thomas and the photographer take several group shoots of all the St. Jude current and former patients with Hannah Montana.
Once everyone from St. Jude has left the arena to head back to their hotels or to catch a flight back to St. Jude, Hannah is exhaust. In addition she cannot stop sneezing or coughing even though she is sucking on a cough drop. Hannah/Miley pulls her wig off and tosses the wig on top of her clothing that Jackson is carrying past her and out to the suv. She grabs a bottle of water and then heads out to the suv, hoping that she feels better in the morning. When Miley reaches her fathers' suv, she gets into the passenger side of the suv and takes a seat on the front passenger seat. A few moments later Miley grabs the seat belt and buckles the seat belt, so she is ready to go when Lily, her brother and dad get into the suv. Then Miley opens the bottle of water and drinks half the bottle of water in several large sips. When she finishes drinking the water, she close the empty water bottle. Miley then lays the seat back and shut her eyes. She falls asleep right after shutting her eyes. A few minute later Jackson, Mr. Stewart and Lilly get into the suv and all three of them notice that Miley is sleeping. Robby Stewart starts the suv and few moments later he is backing out of the parking space. A short time later Robby is driving his daughter, son and Lilly back to his, Miley and Jackson's house. Also, no one talking because they do not want to wake Miley up.
An hour later, Robby is pulling the suv into the driveway of his house. He puts the suv into the park position and then he turns the suv off. Robby's open the door of the suv and then he gets out of the suv. He close the door and then walks over to the passenger side of the suv. He opens the door up and then picks up his daughter, who is still sound asleep. Mr. Stewart then carries his daughter into the house and carries Miley upstairs to her bedroom. However, as he lay Miley down on the bed Miley wakes up and starts rubbing her eyes. Miley looks at her dad and then she sits up in the bed, coughing into her left hand. Miley takes her high heel dress boots off and throws them into the corner. At the same time Miley notices Lilly is making the sofa up that is by the bedroom window, so she can sleep on the sofa. Miley stands up from her bed and then walks over to her dresser. Then Miley grabs her pink pajamas out of her dresser. After Miley change into her pink pajamas she and Lilly go into the bathroom to brush their tooth. When they are finish, getting ready for bed Miley lays down on her bed and she goes right to sleep. Lilly lays down on the sofa and then watches Miley sleep for a few minutes. Lilly goes to sleep listening to the sounds of Miley coughing and sneezes in her sleep.
