This is a Rising of the Shield Hero and Star Wars crossover fanfiction only. Other franchises will be included.

The Goddess Serket was having a bit of a crisis, she just heard something that was shocking. She was told that Palpatine from one universe wanted to essentially send a spirit clone, to another to take it over completely. The war in his own universe was not going as planned, so the fact is he needs to take over that universe if only to monopolize the force energy present in that universe, there are no force users as such that universe is nothing better than a force power battery, one that held so much that to him it was like finding a credit chip, holding about ten times the amount he spent on building a single death star.

In normal circumstances that would be bad, but Palpatine was hardly done with his evil plot, he wanted to send the energy not to himself but rather to the one that was right after the Clone Wars. The idea was that having a major upgrade to the amount of force power he had available would make his plan to eliminate any opposition that much easier. This is what freaked her out, this monster did not care about the fate of one universe, but even did not care about the stability of his own, the level of temporal manipulation he wanted to do, normally causes a universe to collapse on itself from the sheer chaotic energy present.

She immediately thought of two individuals who could help her, they were specialists in dealing with problems with Merged Realities, and the one in question was in fact one of those realities. The only negative is that her husband would not be happy to go in as she saw the only way they could insert them without causing major problems. If he was made to be the shield hero, the rage alone would want him to want to destroy that entire reality just out of sheer spite.

This was largely because he hated the discrimination and hate felt there towards innocent people, to him basically hitting the rest button and remaking reality from scratch would be a mercy, he described living there to be a living hell that when people experience it, they would gladly welcome their own demise, since it would be a release from that hell.

Hector would have liked to say that only the demi-humans were being discriminated against, but in more of these realities, there was equality in one aspect, the discrimination was mutual, Melromarc practices the philosophy of human supremacy, and thus treated demi-humans as little more than slaves, Siltvelt a demi-human nation on the other side, they practiced demi-human supremacy as their philosophy, meaning in their nation humans were the slaves. One reason Hector hated that is because he remembered the words of a great thinker, and he agreed with that completely, his philosophy was that those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves.

It was clear that he could not be the Shield Hero in the merged reality she needed to send them into, it is made even worse since they would have to go from living as Je'daii order members. If Hector was the Shield Hero and he saw what the humans did to the demi-humans, he would fall completely to the dark side, upon realizing that those demi-humans were essentially his people, being forced to work and be treated as little more than disposable labor. The problem with Hiro however was that he wanted equality in power, meaning he wanted to teach everyone how to tap into and use the power of the force. In Hector's mind, this was chaotic, it would open the chance for the very people they needed to stop learning that and using it to commit great acts of evil.

If he was to do that, might as well call him Darth Vader, because the same thing that happened to Anakin would happen to him and as his wife, she did not want that to happen. This constant worrying however did make her delay when she called her husband and his friend to report for their missions.

Their daughters often were there to comfort her during these times, and some of them would go out of their way to do that, some made tea for her to relax her, and some would bake treats for her to take her mind off things. Audrey was an expert when it came to aromatherapy.

Hector and Hiro were once again having their post-mission meal, and much like many times before, they were eating things that made the people wonder why they always had that kind of food, food that they would find in places that often were franchises in other realities, one of the women simply called it fast foodstuff. Hector always ate the same type of food, because many of those dishes were his daughters giving their father some food they were practicing to cook. Most of the time it was delicious, nutritious food, except for two times, and even then the daughter who made it admitted she did it only as a prank.

Hiro on the other hand if asked would tell others the reason was simple, he liked that sort of food, and he ate stuff that he enjoyed eating. His life going to these merged realities was hard enough, might as well enjoy a good meal after each mission, some of which felt like it took lifetimes to complete. No matter how he may enjoy pies, he made a promise to himself never, ever accept a piece of pie from a woman named Baba Yaga. She may offer it, but it was never truly for free.

"You know something, I was thinking about those realities based on the Shield Hero series. It never makes any fucking sense, the king in most of the ones we've been in always attempts to either screw over or kill the shield hero. Yet we know that if one of four heroes dies, the waves become exponentially worse with each hero that dies. So kill one of them, and he pretty much will cause the eventual death of all of them. So why do something that basically guarantees his world's demise? He should protect the people, right?" Hector had to admit that his friend was mostly correct, but who said that motivations based solely on hatred were logical to begin with.

"The guy hates the shield hero, hell the nation made it practically articles of their faith. For all I know several of their prayers include mentions of wishing the shield hero a gruesome and painful death. Don't tell me they wouldn't do that when the pope in several did in fact try to kill the shield hero. I could be wrong but even then he called it his divine duty." Hiro mentioned that it makes as much sense as Windu jumping at him and trying to kill him when they landed on Coruscant that one time.

"I guess you are right, just because the people are in positions of authority, does not mean that they will not automatically try to abuse those positions to stick it to the guy they hate, J. Jonah Jameson does, and his only position was editor of a newspaper when he started doing that." Hiro had to smile when he heard him say, "You know that Council was particularly pushy, now that I think of it. Then again we found out Yoda could actually talk normally, he just doesn't most of the time to mess with people, but get him drunk enough and he will talk and swear like anyone else."

Hector admitted he had a weird feeling they were going to go to a reality where both of them were merged together. Just as he said that the goddess called for them to come back to the office, all the while Hiro accused him of jinxing them. They didn't even manage to eat their dessert. Hector told his friend to stop complaining about it, he took it with him inside his inventory, and they could eat it later. "That is not the damn point, I wanted to eat it fresh and still warm, I better not find out you put on something on my slice of cake." The only thing he used on his friend's slice of carrot cake was a piece of topware, to exactly do that keep it fresh.

As they walked into the office Hiro asked if they could at least eat it while they were being told about what the hell the mission was about. Hector told his friend first they would not take that long and second, even if he did, he would have questions about the mission or want to make comments about it. So it was not very likely he could eat a piece of cake. Hector did ask why carrot cake of all things? "I actually picked that one out for you, as you picked out the chocolate one for me, we often do that, as why carrots you seem to always smile when eating it, something that I think reminds you of the times we have been in realities based on Zootopia. I admit it, Judy is cute, but you had a crush on her, admit it."

As they walked threw the doors, Hector glared at him, "Knock it the hell off Clawhauser, you know as well as I do, it is poor manners to say the C-word to a bunny. Do you want me to tell Judy about it, to find that you can't find a donut anywhere in the police station?" Hiro glared at his friend and said not to mess with a hungry cop's donuts. These interactions often made the girls around him begin to giggle for some reason, a reason he never got an answer to from any of his daughters.

"Dear, it is nice that your senses have not dulled at all, you are right the next mission is a merged reality made from a universe based on the Shield Hero, and the one that got merged is Star Wars. Why would anyone want to combine those two is something I can't even imagine, however enough of them did and this became apparently a naturally merged reality, or that is how it looks, but don't let your guard down, those two could still be up to something." Hector knew exactly what she meant by that, she had made some of these realities in ways to be either a vacation spot for their family or a place for their daughters to have fun in, and in every one of those realities, those two turned them into absolute nightmares, just to mess with them.

"I understand that completely, do not worry about it. I am not going to lower my guard and let them get one over me, so Shield Hero again, and this time the people of that reality will have something to contend with such a force powers. That should be pretty fun." Hiro was eating a slice of chocolate cake as he was hearing them talk, as he sat on his usual chair, one the daughters of Hector gave him a little glass of juice, saying she did not want him to choke on his cake. Serket smiled at seeing how considerate their daughter was.

"So basically you two are going as members of the Je'daii Order, the time where the other characters are coming from is from the end of the Star Wars episode two attack of the Clones movie after Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala got married to each other. I expect at least two people to take the positions of either the sword hero or the bow hero since you two have been in other realities as the shield and spear heroes. I wanted to put a spin on the notion so I decided to tell you the names you will use. Husband you will be the son of Count Dooku of Sereno, your name will be Motoyasu Kitamura Dooku, and you will be the spear hero again, Naofumi Iwatani Amidala is the name of Hiro in that reality, and he is the little brother of Padme Amidala. If Anakin is summoned as the sword hero and his wife Padme as the bow hero, then I have less to worry about. No matter what people may say about him, Anakin was a good combatant using a blade, and Padme has perfect eyesight, which makes her excellent as a person using a bow."

So essentially, all four of the cardinal heroes would come straight out of the one that merged into that one. That is not that strange actually, in the original universe, there really only four cardinal heroes, because it was fused by the goddess of calamity at least three times. In a funny sense, the waves never could kill the shield hero, he always died to the actions of the very people he was protecting. The church hated the shield so much that the Three Heroes church when making their trump card, included all of the three they worship but not the shield. Hector often felt that it should really be honest and call it a cult.

"I know that this may cause some problems between Anakin and Padme, but is there nothing we can do to let them work together? Traditionally none of the cardinal heroes could work together, because according to lore, the weapons have negative effects on each other, thus no experience can be gained." Hiro began to laugh as he finished his piece of chocolate cake, guess he figured they actually share inventory when in the same party, and as he drank his last sip of juice, he looked at Hector and Serket.

"If this was the first time we went into a reality based on the shield hero, that might have been true, but after being in so many, Hector, remember we came up with a way to negate those negative effects, so that the four cardinal heroes could work together even without being in the same party, or even they are just close to each other," Serket asked Hiro what was that method, to which he said there were several, one was to link the weapons to each other, so they felt more like extensions of themselves, which came out from the fact the fake weapon the pope uses, has three of them together, and yet that weapon works. The other was an ability using the game powers to essentially use observation on each of the weapons, then use cut and paste, to take out the negative restrictions from each of the four weapons.

Hector remembered that saying there is very little that could hide from two who had the ability called the eye of the world. Hiro learned quite a few of these negative effects and thanks to the ability cut and paste, he can also give those negative effects on monsters, even people and animals. "So you see there is a way to make that no longer an issue and if all else fails the Gamer Powers themselves can just override the weapons letting them work together anyway and letting them use other weapons other than their own cardinal weapons, plus this might be just the need those two need to rekindle the flames of their romance. They are married, and since the actual Palpatine will not be anywhere near them, Padme's pregnancy should not be that problematic. Besides you are forgetting something much more essential if that reality is fused with the one based on the shield hero, it also means all their technology and knowledge was also fused, which means ordinary people, even guards have much better weapons, armor, and other things, the cities might even have better technology than we could find in the original shield hero reality."

As much as I hate to admit it, the thing is, Hiro is right, technology should be a hell of a lot better when they get there, maybe the village will have a few droids to clean up the dragon corpse that is uphill, that is causing every person downwind to be poisoned, maybe bandit problem in the roads will not be so bad, and maybe those droids can deal with the horde of monster plants, or maybe the people will be able to understand why the hell not to plant them in the first place.

Once again Audrey reminds them that most likely the Star Wars universe fused with the version of the Earth universe that they are going to and not the Cardinal Weapons universe.

Right after Audrey was done speaking, Revy, the daughter of Hector then spoke up and asked why they were talking about Anakin and Padme needing to rekindle the relationship considering that they just got married at least a few days ago so to her it did not make sense why they would be needing to rekindle that relationship since they just got married.

Before anyone else could answer Blossom another daughter of Hector then asked another important question if Hiro has the force does that mean Padme Amidala would also have the force as well.

Serket confirms to everyone that it is true and that the two that represented the force have an interest in Anakin and Padme, she then has to tell them in this reality the brother is actually female and both of them had been actually taking Padme every night to their realm and training her in many things including using the force as well being with other women and creating a Harem for her and her husband Anakin and they've been doing this since she was eighteen years old and prepared her to be with her future husband and their harem.

Serket then asked if there were any questions for her husband and Hiro and if there was anything else they needed to know Hiro asked if they were going to bring a lot of the females from every version of Star Wars or if it would be just the prequels that He and Hector would be getting some help for their friends and family would she responded, of course, you would be using all of the Star Wars franchise not just the prequels to have these women a part of this and some men that would be gender bent as well Hiro hearing that and said he fully understood and can't wait to go into this reality.

Hiro immediately asked if Count Dooku was not evil, the whole thing that happened during the attack of the clones would not have happened, since Hector here is his son, the connection and love of his son would prevent him from turning to the dark side. How did the Clone Wars still happen? "That is simple, the Sidious before he died, he discovered a way to send money and information on how to perfect the cloning process, back to himself when he slaughtered his family and was taken to be the apprentice of Plagueis. Thanks to that information perfecting cloning allows the creation of force-able people, such as Sith and Jedi. He had a clone made of Dooku, but since he was a clone, he was much younger than the real one, so he acted in secret, to commission the creation of the clones, for the republic supposedly under the name of another Jedi, named Sifo-Dyas. That is why the clone army was still made which is why the events of the attack of the clones still occurred."

She took some time to let that sink in before she decided to continue, "So essentially we become Younglings before even Anakin shows up, and essentially we are the reason why he was not initially denied being allowed to be trained, Dooku spoke in favor of his admittance making it so that this is how we became friends with our fellow younglings, and eventually became friends with Anakin, which means he had us to rely on during his darkest times, and thanks to his connection to the other younglings he would not be so easy to turn to the dark side."

Serket smiled at her husband's explanation, happy that he was so quick on the uptake, "Exactly, it was the feeling of isolation and his lack of friends that made it easier for him to decide to go down the path of the Dark Side and lead his troops to slaughter the younglings in the academy. That is not an issue, since you two were present most of his education, in fact both of you were Jedi Knights along with Anakin when the attack of the clones happened, which thanks to you two being there, prevented Anakin from losing his hand or any other limb. Dooku having a son also had him form a bond with Hector, which is why when the battle to retake Naboo happened he convinced the council to send a Jedi Master, to go with them back to Naboo, a Jedi Master capable of providing back up and aid since it would be a person able to use force healing."

Hiro began to nod his head hearing this, "So essentially Qui-Gon did not die during that final battle, and because of that, Maul did not lose his legs, when he fell into the pit. That makes a major difference, I gather that Maul returned to his master and continued to serve under him as his apprentice." Serket began to shake her head and told him, no that was not the case, he simply considered Maul a failure and abandoned him since he would not allow him to continue to be his apprentice, saying he would not waste time teaching someone who failed to do such a simple task.

Maul survived the attack of both Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan, but he did cut his hand off, given the level of medical technology at the time, he simply took his hand back to a clinic and had the limb reattached. His bitterness of being abandoned so callously and the fact that his own brother would suffer the same, made him a man who wanted revenge on Palpatine, and it is thanks to this, that eventually Palpatine would be exposed for being behind everything, Maul did keep detailed records and recording of every single communication and order that Palpatine gave him.

Serket explained that this explains how many of the events would still happen, thanks to the perfected cloning technology, Palpatine could, in theory, use the DNA of multiple people, to create a perfect clone apprentice for himself, which is why he was not troubled when he decided to abandon Maul. As for Count Dooku, he was made a Jedi Council member, after his wise council turned out to be quite beneficial during the liberation of Naboo. He served ten years on the council, before having to leave it to take care of his own planet, which is why he had to take up the duties of ruling Sereno as their Count.

She could not help but laugh when she remembered something, "You both met the cloned Dooku during the battle in the arena, and Hector here immediately screamed that the man present was not his father at all, he quickly told others he must be a clone of him. Thanks to this, the clone was exposed, and quickly retreaded, meaning they did not have so much opposition during the battle of Geonosis, which in turn ended up saving many Jedi lives. Something that would be the first time Palpatine's rage got the better of him, hearing his plan to kill many Jedi in that arena failed. The rule of two was still very much in effect, but Palpatine essentially broke it, several times, due to his impulsive and rage-addled mind, first, it was when he first took the clone of Dooku he had made as his apprentice, but at the same time told Maul that he was his apprentice, two apprentice breaks the rule of two, and he only had one apprentince later after he abandoned the clone of Dooku and Maul and more than likely another clone became his apprentice, for all we know the clone he had made to replace Maul could have been a hybrid using his DNA, and that of Anakin."

Hector pretty much stated that when they appear with Padme and Anakin present, they will not have any reason to mistrust them or believe any attempt by someone like King Melromarc to accuse Hiro, then named Naofumi, of actually committing any crimes. Since they have known them since early in their lives, Padme would never believe that her younger brother would commit such a heinous act.

Both Hector and Hiro began to disappear as they were being sent to the merged reality.
