In an alternate timeline, a mysterious illegitimate child of Jotaro faces challenges in Brazil. Leading a unique police unit, they confront new allies, foes, and a formidable threat in the form of a certain visiting priest.

Growing up on the Joestar estate, Alicia Hughes counts herself lucky, enjoying lessons with Mrs. Pendleton and playing with Jonathan in the evenings. Then a boy named Dio arrives and everything changes. 7 years later, Alicia's life is turned upside down in one fateful night when things escalate between Dio and Jonathan. The following story takes place right after the "Yellow Temperance" arc and before the "Emperor and Hanged Man" arc and takes inspiration from the Greek legends of "Jason and Medea".
