"To Boldly Go", Story #7: In this final (and very short) installment, an open intercom provides entertainment during a boring shift on the Enterprise.

A few months into their five-year mission and Enterprise is on a rescue mission for Outpost Six. When Enterprise is called away on an emergency, it leaves Kirk and McCoy and a small rescue crew behind. But soon it's Kirk who needs rescuing. Will Enterprise return in time or will the Outpost claim another victim?

Alyssa Landers and Saruk had grown up together. Every summer Saruk would come with his father to research the different cultures on earth and Alyssa's father had opened their home to them every single time. But after the years spent apart, will they have a chance to become reintroduced to each other once more while in the serves of Starfleet? Will there be more between them now?

Nyota and Spock have differing views on their love but they are nonetheless smitten with each other. PWP M rated. 1st person POV for Nyota and then Spock.
