This chapter will just be to clarify some things from the opening chapter that I didn't/might not have explained well.

For this entire thing I have using Wikimon and Grindosaur, since Wikimon has more information on the Digimon attacks and overall data while Grindosaur has what I guess you could call a filtered list on what the evolution paths are since Wikimon also included evolutions from Digimon Card Game
What is the Jogress Wall?
The Jogress Wall is basically where the only way for the 02 Digimon to reach levels past champion is by using Jogress Evolution. This is one of the reasons why I started writing this whole little rant fanfic to give the 02 Digimon evolutions that reach Ultimate level and beyond without having to use Jogress Evolution. (side note: I still don't know if this fic violates the rules but given the fact that other stories like this exist on this site and this hasn't been forcefully removed I think I'm in the clear.)
Digivolution Rules
I am using the anime's rules for Digivolution meaning if Paildramon can only appear through Jogress Evolution I am going to use games that follow that rule, while still letting them reach Ultimate without having to use Jogress and unless Izzy was working on some Evoluters offscreen ( which doesn't look like it given that they still use Jogress in 02 the Beginning) that's out the window. Evoluters are an item from DMO that basically allows a Digimon to do a solo Jogress and I have zero clue how that works exactly I couldn't find info on that. And once again were going to Mega level because why not and as long as the pair are in tune with their Crest they should be able to Digivolve past champion if the end parts of 02 are anything to go by.

After doing some research I found that are other game that features all the 02 Digimon and those being any of the mobile games, Digimon Story/Digimon World DS, and Digimon Story: Sunburst & Moonlight. But each comes with a reason why I'm not using them and it's the way the evolutions work in each game. Like I said I'm using the anime's rules meaning Digimon World DS is out the door since Jogress must be in the game (plus Shakkoumon isn't even in the game so Ankylomon is sitting at Champion), the mobile games have the Jogress Wall and so DS:S&M. CS:HM is the only game that I could find that both has a Jogress path and a non Jogress path.
And that should cove it for the clarifications. You know when I stop for a minute and think it's been 23 years since 02 ended and the 02 Digimon still don't have their own solo evolution line (if you ignore the Veedramon) and Jogress has a certain criteria that needs to be met for the 02 to be a max strength that being their Jogress partners so if the 02 crew were split apart and were up against an ultimate each only Takeru, Hikari, and Daisuke would be able to hold their own thanks to MagnaAngemon, Angewomon, and Magnamon. Miyako, Iori, and Ken would be in trouble since even with Armor Digivolution their only at Champion level. But with that out the way next chapter will be Hikari and Gatomon.
