At Tokyo, Skeeter is doing her LIVE REPORT as the stand-off between the Ministry Of Magic members and the Kamen Riders gradually got intense as the Ministry members aimed their wands at the Kamen Riders who remained calm and composed yet they were on a defensive stance as they are unaware of the fact that they are facing against actual wizards, and Kamen Rider Wizard is worried that if things spiral out of control it would cause an incident that might be difficult to cover up.
The Ministry members were taking no chances and ordered the Kamen Riders to surrender, unaware that the Kamen Riders are not wizards, but ordinary Muggles with no magical abilities other than Wizard himself.
"Don't make any foolish gestures! Surrender now and turn yourselves in!"
"Surrender now!"
"And drop whatever magical weapons you have!"
"We have the authority to use any magical means necessary!"
"You are deemed a threat!"
"Indeed you are a threat!"
"You must answer to the crimes you committed!"
"And you shall be punished!"
As the stand-off intensifies, the situation took a turn as Kamen Rider Buster appeared and there he threw the hardliner to the ground, who is beaten black and blue, which surprised Saber and Blades as they did not expect to see him showing up out of the blue.
"Hey, Rintaro! Touma!"
"Huh? Ogami?"
"Ogami! What brought you here?"
"I saw this guy doing something suspicious! I got word from the LITTLE LADY that this guy's the one who unleashed those things|! I thought they were Megiddo until she clarified everything!"
"Sophia told you?"
"Huh? Then that means…"
"Yeah…this creep's the root cause of the trouble here!"
"No way…"
"That guy…"
There Buster waved at Saber and Blades as he told them that the hardliner was behind everything, that he is the one who unleashed the creatures that caused some damage here, and there Saber and Blades were surprised to hear this and asked Buster if he is sure about this, which Buster seriously nodded in acknowledgement.
"Huh? Seriously, Ogami?"
"Are you sure about what you said, Ogami?"
"Yeah! Definitely sure!"
"No way…"
"How did you…?"
"Like I said…the LITTLE LADY tipped me off…and there I found this creep and knocked him out!"
"Really? Sophia found out?"
"Seriously?"
"I am!"
The Ministry members were surprised to see this yet they were cautious and assume that Buster is another threat and some surrounded Buster and ordered him to unhand the hardliner and surrender, as they threatened to strike him if he makes a foolish move against the Ministry members.
"Don't make any foolish gestures! Release that man and surrender now and turn yourself in!"
"Surrender now!"

Skeeter then uses the opportunity to make another live report and made it appear that more META-MUGGLES are showing up and are intending to make a REVOLT against the Wizarding World.
"Now this is definitely news…and the ultimate investigative journalism…"
However, Buster told the Ministry members that he, Saber and Blades are from the Sword Of Logos, and this surprised the Ministry members as they heard about the Sword Of Logos, and yet they are doubtful and demanded to Buster to show proof that he is telling the truth about his claims.
"What…what did he…?"
"The Sword Of Logos…?"
"That can't be…"
"Wait…it could be a lie!"
"Indeed! Don't let your guards down!"
"Be careful!"
"He could be a dark wizard!"
"Yes…he might be…!"

Ch. 46: Kokonotsunosekai no mahōtsukai part 6
As the Ministry members remained cautious about Buster, as they still refused to believe his claims about being sent by the Sword Of Logos, one of them panicked a bit and fired a blast from his wand, and it almost hit Vulcan, causing him to get irritated and is about to retaliate by drawing his Shot-Riser when Valkyrie urged him to exercise restraint.
"Fuwa!"
"Just let me at him…!"
"Calm down!"
"But…"
"Don't get carried away! Wait for my call!"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"Grr…"
However someone showed up and confronted the Ministry members and there they were surprised to see who showed up, who turns out to be Sophia, the head of the Sword Of Logos, and there she chastised the Ministry members for their foolishness and for worsening the situation by immediately assuming that the Muggles were responsible when the hardliner is actually the main cause of all this.
She chastised each of them for their incompetence and for singling out the Muggles who actually responded to the incident whilst it took the Ministry members several minutes late before responding to the incident and there she told the Ministry members that she already informed Minister Weasley of what is happening, much to the Ministry members' surprised reactions.
"What…?"
"You did what…?"
"No way!"
"How could you?"
"How dare you!"
"This is official Ministry business!"
"You have no business here!"
"Stay out of this!"
At this point Minister Hermione Granger-Weasley showed up and she is not pleased with what is happening and there she berated her subordinates for their foolishness which further caused more problems rather than solving it, and there she ordered some members who were with her to apprehend the hardliner and have him subjected to interrogation, which they nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes, Minister!"
"Yes, Minister!"
"Yes, Minister!"
"Yes, Minister!"
"Yes, Minister!"
"Yes, Minister!"
"Yes, Minister!"
"Yes, Minister!"
Skeeter was a bit disappointed at the results and is about to leave when other Ministry members came and told Skeeter that she is also subjected to interrogation as she contributed to the trouble by doing her FLASE REPORTING instead of informing the Ministry Of Magic about the situation, much to Skeeter's horror, and begged for mercy yet it was denied.
"Please…just give me a chance! I was only doing my job as a reporter…!"
"Denied!"
"You are also responsible for this!"
"You will answer to the Minister of Magic!"
"But…but…I'm doing this for the sake of the Wizarding World…"
"Explain that to the Minister!"
"So come along!"
"On the double!"
Meanwhile Hermione thanked Sophia for the help and apologized for what the hardliner did, which Sophia said that it is okay and there Sophia assured to Hermione that the Kamen Riders here will keep the incident a secret which Hermione nodded in appreciation and promised that this incident will not happen again.
As Hermione had the incompetent Ministry members taken away for disciplinary action, Sophia told the Kamen Riders present to keep this incident a secret which they nodded, seeing that this is for the best interest for everyone involved.
However, Hermione approached Haruto and told him of the situation involving Scorpius and asked him to be on stand-by, saying that his help might be needed, which Haruto willingly comply, seeing that this might be a serious case.
"Huh? So he got transported to another world…?"
"Yes. And while most of my colleagues are already sent to possible worlds, we might ask for your assistance…"
"I see. Okay."
"Then you'd help us?"
"Yes. Just say the word."
"Much appreciated it. Thank you, Mr. Soma."
"No problem. Just let me know when."
"Of course."
As Buster undo his transformation, he joined Touma and Rintaro as they were glad to meet up again and said that he wanted to see the new novel that Touma wrote, and there Touma told Rintaro and Ogami to come along as the bookstore is open.
"Okay. Come with me. The novel's at the bookstore with Mei guarding it."
"Really?"
"I look forward to it."
"Patience. You'll see them sooner than expected."
"Really?"
"Seriously?"
"Yeah, I am!"
"Okay!"
"This should be interesting."
Meanwhile, Valkyrie and Vulcan undo their transformations and there Yua Yaiba tells Isamu Fuwa to keep this incident to themselves since it didn't involved a Mafia or renegade Humagear, which he nodded in acknowledgement.
"Let's go, Fuwa."
"Yeah.,"
"What you saw a whilew ago…pretend that you never seen it."
"Fine."
"Since it doesn't involve Metsubou Jinai, then…"
"I get the gist."
"Good."
"Whatever."

Somewhere in Touto...
Meanwhile, the scene shows that the unidentified organization is slowly cleaning up the mess inside what appeared to be a makeshift laboratory, where several men dressed in hazard suits are securing the prisoners, where he they remained strapped on their beds, and they are screaming for help as they are terrified at what is going on and vainly tried to call out for help.
"HELP!"
"SOMEONE HELP ME!"
"GET ME OUT OF HERE!"
"I WANT TO GO HOME!"
"HELP!"
"SOMEONE HELP ME!"
"GET ME OUT OF HERE!"
"I WANT TO GO HOME!"
After surveying the scene and assessing the situation, Night Rogue was slightly relieved that the other prisoners were unable not escape, but is ticked that Blood Stark came back empty-handed and berated him for letting Build get away with an IMPORTANT SPECIMEN, though Blood Stark assured to Night Rogue that all is not lost as this would help in seeing how the experiment goes.
"Now, now…no need to cry like a baby…"
"What was that…?"
"That foreign kid…I think he must have a high degree of stamina. I mean…normally he would have turned into a Smash by now, but he didn't."
"Are you sure? My men told me that the rest of the specimen turned into Smashes…"
"Looks like that foreign kid has some kind of hidden physiology…heck I'm betting that the foreign kid is probably our next benchmark specimen after Ryuga Banjou…"
"Impossible…"
"Got a good theory…?"
"Damn it…this is unprecedented…"
Night Rogue kicked a trash can in frustration as Kamen Rider Build now has Scorpius yet Blood Stark assured to him that he will gain important data that would help further solidify Faust's plans, which somewhat appeased Night Rogue and he decided to take Blood Stark's word for the time being.
"So then…we're good…?"
"Yes. For now."
"Good…that's good…I think you need to relax a bit…maybe I think you should go to the beach and watch some bitches in bikini…"
"Enough with the excuses and we got work to do. Immediately."
"Aw…do I really have to…? Can't we go somewhere else and watch a PORN movie so we can relax our minds and…?"
"No. We are going to sort this dilemma out. So stop trying my patience and come with me. Make another alibi and you're going to regret it."
"Oh…fine, fine…"
"Damn it. Now get going."
After that Blood Stark went ahead and there Night Rogue told his men to continue monitoring the outside world and to make sure none of the prisoners make an attempt to escape as he made it clear that the next experiment would proceed as scheduled, which the men nodded in acknowledgement as they are ready to do as commanded due to Night Rogue being the leader of Faust.
"Yes sir."
"Yes sir."
"Yes sir."

About five days later, Scorpius woke up and slowly sat up as he was a bit disoriented but then he suddenly became alarmed as he recalled what happened and looked around where he sees Sento Kiryu and Ryuga Banjou standing there, and there Sento attempted to speak in English seeing that they are facing a teenage foreigner, though Banjou was alarmed as Scorpius drew his wand and did a warning aim.
"STAY BACK!"
"Whoa! Sento! That kid's aiming a stick!"
"I know. Just calm down…"
"Stay back, I say…"
"Damn…I can't believe this…he's a foreigner but he can speak Japanese!"
"Easy, Banjou…let's calm him down…"
"…"
"Easy, kid…we're not going to hurt you…"
"Relax…you're safe…"
Sento and Banjou were surprised to see that Scorpius could speak Japanese fluently yet Sento assured to him that he is safe and is no danger, and there Scorpius lowered his wand after being assured that he is not in danger, and there both sides began to talk and both Sento and Banjou were taken aback when hearing Scorpius' story, that he is from another world, specifically the Wizarding World.
While Banjou is skeptical, Sento gives the younger boy a benefit of a doubt and asked him to do a magic trick just to know if he is telling the truth, and Scorpius reluctantly performed some magic and while Sento nodded, Banjou stared wide-eyed at witnessing it and couldn't believe what he is seeing, asking Sento if he is seeing things or not.
"Hey…Sento…"
"Whoa, easy, Banjou…"
"Am I seeing things…?"
"Apparently not…"
"Did he…"
"If it's really magic, then he's telling the truth…l"
"Is that…even possible…?"
"Probably…"
After things calmed down, Sento and Banjou were listening intently as they were surprised to find out that Scorpius is from ANOTHER Earth, and that he ended up in Touto by accident and was captured by Faust and did an experiment on him, causing Banjou to ask if he encountered two men in armors that resembled a bat and a cobra, whoch Scorpius nodded in acknowledgement.
Sento nodded and told Banjou that Scorpius was force-fed with rather huge amounts of Nebula Gas, and while he managed to absorb a large amount out of the younger boy's body, a considerable amount remained within Scorpius' body though there is no threat to the teen boy's health.
By then the vault chimed and there a female young-adult came out which surprised Scorpius as the female turns out to be Misora Isurugi, and there she told Sento that it is done and she is getting some sleep, which Sento nodded and thanked her, and there he checked the vault where a pair of newly-made Full Bottles is prepared, which has the emblem of a Scorpion and a Whip.
Banjou and Scorpius glanced at the Full Bottles as Sento is deciding on what to do, and there he grabbed a device and scanned their bodies and this made the physicist raise an eyebrow, as the device revealed that Banjou's Hazard Level is 2.8 and Scorpius' Hazard Level is 2.6, and there he told Banjou that a little more training and he would be able use the Build-Driver and transform into a Kamen Rider.
"Huh? Really?"
"Yup. I'm preparing a spare Build-Driver so in the event that your Hazard Level reaches three…then you might transform…"
"For real…?"
"Yeah."
"Oh yeah!"
"Then you better start training…"
"Heck of course!"
"Good."
Scorpius glanced at the Build-Driver that was laid on the table and recalled about Albus wearing the Wizardriver, and wonder about something: since his hazard level is 2.6, would he be able to transform similar to Haruto Soma? Would he gain additional magic or a different power? He glanced at Sento and asked if he could demonstrate what the Build-Driver could do, and Sento reluctantly nodded seeing that Scorpius wanted to know, out of curiosity and not out of greed or lust for power.

Hope you liked this chapter, as situation with the Ministry Of Magic members and Haruto and the other Kamen Riders has finally been resolved as the head of the Sword Of Logos, Sophia, appeared, and it turns out that she is somewhat well-known within the Wizarding World, and that Hermione arrived and berated the Ministry members for their ineptness and there she had the hardliner arrested and Skeeter to undergo disciplinary action.
Scorpius resurfaced and is now safe thanks to Sento, as he managed to heal the younger Malfoy who was force-fed with the Nebula Gas, which would threatened to turn him into a Smash…though he managed to extract the side-effects of the Nebula Gas out of Scorpius' body, a considerable portion remained, and there are hints that Scorpius might become a Kamen Rider similar to Build.
Albus is absent temporarily as I put focus on Scorpius but he will resurface in the next chapter.
