Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here things are escalating following what happened from the previous chapter…where the battle against the three Phantoms escalated as Midoriya got ambushed by the first two…while the third is on a killing spree…until someone comes in...and that's where our wizards would get to use their magic rings in battle…

The scene shows that the armored Midoriya finally defeated the two Phantoms and now he is surveying the area to see if there are people who might need help, and yet he wondered if Haimawari needed help as he realized that a third Phantom is still on the lose, and there the armored Midoriya decided to inform Tsuragamae that everything is under control here.
"Better tell the police chief that everything clear here…"
However, as the armored Midoriya passes by a nearby shore, something struck him from behind, causing him to get thrown out from his motorcycle, and he felt a rather strong fiery blast which even his armored form narrowly protected him, and as he gets up, he is surprised to see who ambushed him. It was the Phoenix Phantom, and while he looked pissed, he seemed to be appeased upon seeing the armored Midoriya, and there the Phantom decided to take his chance and see for himself if the ring-bearing Wizard is worth fighting after the latter became a foil in disrupting the plans to bring forth the Sabbath.
"Heh. So you're the so-called Ring-bearing Wizard…"
"!"
"Now I'm going to confirm the rumors. And I'll see to it that you won't get in our way."
"A Phantom!"
"Seeing you kill our fellow Phantoms and ruining our plans is one thing…but seeing you in front of me really pissed me off!"
"Damn..."
"So now I'm going to kill you!"
"!"
Phoenix Phantom unleashed a strong fireball attack which Kamen Rider Wizard managed to evade but is taken by surprise as the fireball struck a passing ambulance and there the latter saw the vehicle exploded, and the impact ejected a driver, two medics and a patient, all were burned and killed on the spot as their burning corpses hit the ground, and there the Phoenix Phantom told the armored Midoriya that this is what the end result be.
"Heh. See that?"
"…"
"That's just a sample. The real one is coming through!"
"And you have to kill just for that?"
"Why not? It'll make things more interesting and fun!"
"I'll stop you…!"
"Then come at me! And you better make sure I enjoy…!"
"!"
Wizard realized that he is facing a very strong Phantom, and he just killed four innocent victims, and wanting to avoid more casualties he decided to goad the Phantom to follow him to a deserted place, though Phoenix said that no matter what, Wizard won't be able to escape his impending death.
"You want a fight? Fine."
"Good."
"Lets go somewhere else so I can give you the fight you want…"
"No can do. We settle this right here, right now."
"What?"
"I rather not waste time. I say we start this bullshit right away. Screw the casualties. They're part of the battle."
"Keep the civilians out of this!"
"Too late."
By then a firetruck arrived and saw what is happening, and there Phoenix decided to have more fun by unleashing another fireball attack and struck the firetruck, and this also resulted in killing the firefighters as they screamed upon being burned to death, which is music to the Phantom's ears.
"AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!"
"GGGGGGYYYYYAAAAAHHHH!"
"WWWWWWWAAAAAAAHHHHH!"

Wizard was horrified at what he saw and decided that he would have to take risks as he brought out a yellow-colored magic ring which was amongst the ones that Wajima crafted earlier, and there he mentally said that now would be a good time to test out the new rings and hoped that it would at least be enough to weaken this Phantom and stop him from causing more massacres.
"Okay, Wajima…I'm going to try the rings you crafted…"
Wizard removed the Flame Ring from his middle finger and replaced it with the yellow-jeweled ring before placing his right hand in front of the Wizardriver and there it evokes a magical spell, whilst Phoenix Phantom looks on, expecting that the next sequence would at least be challenging enough as Wizard underwent an unexpected change.
Wizardriver: "LAND…PLEASE…DODODO DODODON, DON DODODON!"
Wizard's appearance appeared to be the same except that his jewel-like ornament on his chest armor and helmet are colored yellow. There it is shown that Wizard assumed a second form, which is the Land Style, in which this form is Wizard's citrine-based earth elemental form, which is accessed through the Land Wizard Ring.
While the slowest form with the worst jumping height of any of the initial Styles, it's the strongest of the four and is often used against the heavy bruisers of the Phantoms.
In terms of appearance, it featured the following:
Bezel Land: The helmet.
Mana Rod: The small antennae jutting from the top. It senses magic power and an enemy's hostile intent. Additionally, It can accurately calculate the distance between Wizard and the target.
Wizasignal: The yellow part on the forehead. It adjusts Wizard's magical energy flow that wraps around his entire body.
See Block: The eye segments. It is integrated into the Centre Stone, and allows Wizard to see surroundings via reflected images. In Land Style, Wizard gains the ability to the Earth's life energy.
Centre Stone: The yellow crystal face guard. It is made out of Druid Crystal, a material that is 10 times harder than diamond. The yellow coloring is due to it being imbued with the power of the Land Ring.
Crest Helm: The silver metal mask surrounding the Centre Stone. It is composed of sorcerium, a special metal that has been crafted with magical power. Not only does it protect the wearer's head against impacts, but it also disables any magical attack.
Engraved Squares: The square segments on the sides of the Crest Helm. A audio-enhancing magic device is inserted to catch sounds and sharpen the wearer's senses.
Rune Ears: The runes located on the side of the Engraved Squares. They are auditory sensors that allow Wizard to hear extremely slight air vibrations. It is possible to hear someone whispering 5km away (resulting in Land Style having the lowest hearing capabilities out of all the Styles).
Glad Pail: The yellow segment running down the torso. Metal magic equipment that contains engraved spells and magic related to the Earth and land is stored within. It serves to strengthen the Land Ring's power.
Glad Lungstone: The yellow jewels on Wizard's torso. Magic power sent from the Land Ring is temporarily stored here before being sent to the whole body. It serves as a control device that absorbs excessive magical power, suppressing them until the release of enormous magical power is needed (such as when initiating a finishing attack).
Land Sleeves: The yellow magical amplification devices located at the wrist areas. It is made of Druid Crystal, which is said to amplify magical power, and its yellow coloration is due to the Land Ring's power.
Land Leg Guards: The yellow magical amplification devices located at the ankle areas. It is made of Druid Crystal, which is said to amplify magical power, and its yellow coloration is due to the Land Ring's power.
Though not fazed, Phoenix did offer a compliment and tells Wizard that his new form better live up to his expectation as the Phantom said that he would at least expect some challenge, the armored Midoriya braces himself as he had a feeling that this Phantom appeared to be on a different level, but puts up a brave front and said that he won't let the Phantom kill more innocent people, which the latter said that Wizard should do better in stopping him if he wants the rampage to stop.
"You think you could stop me…?"
"Yeah."
"Heh, then you better throw everything you got."
"I won't let you kill anyone any more!"
"Oh? Then try killing me! If you think you could…"
"…"
"Ha! Here I come!"
"!"

Ch. 35: Mahō ishi to atarashī yubiwa part 6
Meanwhile, the scene shifts at the other area where Kido, Burnin and Onima are keeping the Catoblepas Phantom busy as Endeavor is assisting Kamen Rider Beast in saving the elderly man, and the Phantom is getting alarmed as he realized that Beast is going to ruin everything and tried to get the three sidekicks out of the way but they persisted.
Catobeplas is getting more irritated and tried to force his way through yet Onima, Burnin and Kido kept the Phantom at bay as they knew their orders: keep the Phantom away from the victim at all costs as Endeavor and Kamen Rider Beast are saving the victim's life, and the Phantom is getting more and more agitated and demanded that Endeavor's sidekicks move aside but they flatly refused to budge.
"Out of my way, you cretins!"
''No way!"
"Not a chance!"
"In your face!"
"Damn you!"
"Back at you!"
"Yeah!"
"And tough luck for you!"
The sidekicks used their fire-based Quirks to keep him back and despite the Phantom's physical build, he finds himself being pushed back as the sidekicks' fire-based Quirks are stopping him and he can't believe that MERE HUMANS are able to hold him off and screamed at them to let him pass but they refused and said that they won't let him cause more murderous rampages.
"Out of my way, you cretins! I mean it!"
''No way, ugly!"
"Not a chance! You're stuck with us!"
"In your face, asshole!"
"Damn you!"
"Back at you!"
"Yeah!"
"And tough luck for you, jackass!"
As the sidekicks continue to impede the Phantom, Catobeplas became more desperate and began to back away which Onima and Kido assume that the Phantom is getting discouraged, leading them to get confident, but then Burnin noticed that the Phantom is backing away in a certain distance before realizing something as she glanced at the Phantom.
Seeing that the Phantom's head and built resembled that of a cape buffalo, Burnin realized what Catobeplas is planning to do and warned her fellow sidekicks what is about to happen, alarming both Onima and Kido upon realizing what Burnin just said.
"Onima! Kido!"
"?"
"?"
"Dodge! He's going to gore you like a raging buffalo!"
"!"
"!"
"Take evasive action!"
"!"
"!"
There it was too late as Catobeplas Phantom charged forward as he is now attempting to GORE the two sidekicks with such speed and intensity, and the three sidekicks attempted to use their fire-based Quirks to stall him, but then Kamen Rider Beast, re-assuming his Buffa Mantle, intercepted the Phantom, and managed to halt the goring attempt which saved the three sidekicks.
As Catobeplas blinked his eyes upon seeing Beast, he glanced at the side and saw that the elderly man was still on the ground, but the CRACKS are gone and nothing else happened, and he realized that Beast has foiled everything and the Phantom became livid, which Beast sarcastically said that he is glad that it happened.
"Damn you!"
"Heh."
"You ruined everything!"
"Too bad."
"Now my masters are definitely going to be displeased!"
"Fine with me. Now I can EAT YOU UP!"
"What?"
"You're going to be my MAIN DISH!"
As the Phantom tried to push his way forward, Beast did the same, as the Buffa Mantle, having the mana that gives him the strength and attributes of a buffalo, helped him hold the Phantom in place, and there Beast told the sidekicks to FIRE EVERYTHING they got, which Burnin, Onima and Kido nodded in acknowledgement.
"Guys!"
"?"
"?"
"?"
"This is your chance! Hit him with everything you got!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
As the Flaming Sidekicks used their fire-based Quirks, the Catobeplas Phantom resisted and tried to push Beast back, but Endeavor showed up and uses a high-intensity FlashFire Fist on the Phantom, hitting one of his horns and this caused the Phantom to stagger back, and he held his head in pain as one of his horns got severed, and there Endeavor commended his three sidekicks for doing a good job in holding off the Phantom.
"Well done! You did well in holding him off!"
"Thank you, Endeavor!"
"Thank you, Endeavor!"
"Thank you, Endeavor!"
"Now leave this to me…I'll finish him off!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
"Yes sir!"
Needing to finish this quickly, Beast brought out the Dice Saber and spins the dice-like ornament on the weapon, which the three sidekicks looks on before Beast presses his right fist onto the side of the Dice Saber, where the Buffa Ring pressed the side of the Dice Saber and a voice spoke to confirm the activation.
Dice Saber: "FIVE…BUFFA SABER STRIKE!"
A magical pentagram appeared where five magical projections of stampeding buffalos came out and began to GORE the Catobeplas Phantom repeatedly, and as Endeavor watches on, the repeated attacks on the Catobeplas Phantom paid off and the Phantom screamed before he exploded, bursting into flames before his LIFE FORCE is all that is left, where the Beast-Driver OPENED ITS DOORS and began to absorb the life force and there Beast sighed in relief now that the threat is over.
Burnin, Onima and Kido approached Endeavor and asked what happened to the victim, and Endeavor reluctantly told his sidekicks that the victim is saved but is now rendered Quirkless, as well as he told them how it happened, and the sidekicks stared wide-eyed in disbelief at what they just heard.
"…and that's what happened…"
"Eh…?"
"Seriously…?"
"For real…?"
"Yes…but the victim is rendered Quirkless as a result…"
"I see…"
"At least he's saved…"
"But what next…?"
By then Makoto Tsukauchi came running as she tells Beast that Midoriya is in trouble as she received reports that he is being attacked by a fire-based Phantom, and that Midoriya is having difficulty in containing the said Phantom, which slightly surprised Beast as he believe that Midoriya is capable enough of handling a Phantom all by himself.
But Makoto said that the report she received says that this Phantom killed 12 victims in succession by destroying two firetrucks and an ambulance, killing the occupants with it, and this made Beast stood still as he didn't expect that casualties would rise dramatically, and realized that this situation needs to be addressed seriously.
"For real?"
"Yes. That Phantom may be as strong as Endeavor or All Might…especially if he has attributes of fire…"
"And Midoriya is…"
"You got to help him…!"
"Okay. I'm going there!"
"Please hurry!"
"Okay!"
"…"
Endeavor overheard the discussion and asked Makoto for the directions of the scene, and after hearing this, Endeavor told his sidekicks to help the police in securing the peace and order of this area, which the three sidekicks nodded in acknowledgement, and there Endeavor saw Beast remove the Buffa Ring from his right middle finger and puts on the Falco Ring, then pressed his fist on the right side of the Beast-Driver and evoked another spell.
Beast-Driver: "FALCO! GO…FA-FA-FA-FALCO!"
The Buffa Mantle disappeared but is replaced by the Falco Mantle, which Endeavor twitched his eye as he wondered if what he just witnessed is actual magic or some special effects, but Beast tells Makoto that he better go and help Midoriya, saying that if what she says is true, then there's a possibility that Midoriya might get seriously injured if this Phantom is really that strong.
Beast then flew away, and there Endeavor took Makoto with him, saying that he'll need her guidance on where to go, which she nodded and the two left as they follow Kamen Rider Beast, intending to head to where Wizard and the Phoenix Phantom are currently fighting, and hoped that there would be no more casualties.

Hope you liked this chapter, as Midoriya takes the half the spotlight as he deals with the Phoenix Phantom, but faces a situation as the latter appeared to be tough as nails, whilst the Kamen Rider Beast, with Endeavor and his sidekicks' help, defeated the Catobeplas Phantom but after getting word that Midoriya is in trouble they rush off to help…
