I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the current story arc is set to conclude, as the Kamen Riders from FENIX and the Kamen Riders from the Sword Of Logos are making their last stand in defeating the Akumas…

And something unexpected is about to take place…an unexpected entrant makes an appearance…where this entrant would make his move whether to assist the heroes or complicate matters in regards to the current situation…

At the Hero Public Safety Commission Headquarters, members of the executive committee are debating about making their next move now that the Akuma situation has been stabilized while their PR is addressing to the various news media about the aftermath of what happened, then then the next scene shows that the minority and the executive committee members are locked in a heated debate as the executive committee members are entertaining the idea of launching a MANHUNT on the members of the Sword Of Logos as they believe that they are vigilantes who are using the current crisis to make themselves look favorable to the public.

"Are you executive assholes out of your minds?"

"Going after some civilians who helped in containing the Akuma situation?"

"Do you idiots have no sense of appreciation and gratitude?"

"You lot are foolish!"

"Regardless! They are vigilantes! And vigilantes have no place in this society! They are not pro heroes and therefore they must be arrested!"

"Yeah!"

Moreover, they received reports that more than half of the public opinion are giving positive reactions towards the Kamen Riders from the Sword Of Logos, and the executive committee members are now convinced that the Sword Of Logos are vigilantes and wrongly assume that they set the chain of events up so that the vigilantes would CONVENIENTLY SHOW UP and make themselves look good in the eyes of the masses

"And because of that those vigilantes are sending the wrong message! I firmly believe that this is their goal, and therefore they must be apprehended at all costs! No questions asked!"

"Yeah!"

The executive committee members began floating the idea of having FENIX investigated for allowing ILLEGAL VIGILANTES to assist FENIX in dealing with the Akuma and the executive committee members are in favor of voting to send pro heroes to find the Sword Of Logos members and place them in custody by sending them to Tartarus after seeing them dealt with some Akumas which the executive committee members deem the Sword Of Logos members as EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to public safety.

"I say we apprehend these vigilantes…have them locked up at Tartarus…then we interrogate them! I firmly believe that they definitely armed and dangerous…the mere fact that they wield bladed weapons and capable of even killing the akuma makes them a dragon-level threat! They must be subdued and captured immediately! As for FENIX…we conduct an investigation and find out if they colluded with these vigilantes! If they are we must have FENIX dissolved immediately! Do you agree with me?"

"Yes!"

However, the minority members were flabbergasted at their colleagues' inept reaction to the current crisis and berated them for their foolish response, stating that if not for the SUSPECTED VIGILANTES the FENIX troopers and their REPRESENTATIVES would have been killed and that even pro heroes would have difficulty in containing the situation, yet the executive committee members insisted that the Sword Of Logos are not OFFICIAL pro heroes and reiterated that vigilantism is illegal and have no place in society, which seconds later resulted in a HEATED ARGUMENT between the two sides.

"I say those knight-wannabes are the culprits! They unleashed those akumas then show up and pretended to be pro heroes so that they'll bask the glory and take the credit meant for the legitimate pro heroes!"

"Yes…those wannabes are frauds!"

"They musty be arrested!"

"And sent to Tartarus!"

"You fools! They are trying to help the pro heroes and FENIX! Show some appreciation and gratitude for once!"

"Yeah!"

Amid this, Makima seemingly paid no attention as she is awaiting something, and there one of her subordinates came, where he presented a tablet where the subordinate told Makima that he was able to identify one of the VIGILANTES that appeared and aided Midoriya and the Kamen Riders from FENIX, which Makima glanced at the image, which shows information on someone that the subordinate managed to get some intel: Haru Glory!

"So that young lad…"

"Yes…he works at a popular bookstore…"

"Hmm…so he's a novelist…?"

"An emerging one. He was able to write five books that went on to become bestsellers…"

"And yet he is one of the mysterious animal-themed armored knights…?"

"From what my intel says…"

"Anything else…?"

"Yes…"

There the subordinate told Makima that he was able to follow Haru and found where he is frequently working at, and seeing the bookstore Haru is working at, Makima raised an eyebrow as she wondered how and why a novelist possessing weapons, how Haru is able to match power against several Akuma. This somewhat piqued her curiosity and told the subordinate on what to do, which he nodded in acknowledgement.

"This is what you'll do…"

"Yes…"

"And see to it that you succeed…"

"Yes…"

"Give me a call if you need something…"

"Yes…"

"Are we clear on this…?"

"Yes…"

The executive committee members glanced at the tablet and saw Haru's picture, and they were surprised to find out that he is the novelist they heard about through social media, and even expressed surprise to hear that he is one of the armored vigilantes that appeared during the Akuma attacks and wondered if being a novelist is just a front for Haru and that he has an ULTERIOR MOTIVE.

Makima gently clapped her hands and assured to the executive committee members that she will work on this matter and get the answers that would put the Hero Public Safety Commission at ease, which the executive committee members nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes, ma'am!"

Ch. 39: Yoha to sabetsu

Hours later, the scene shifts somewhere above the main city, where what appeared to be a flying fortress is seen hovering over the clouds, and the fortress looked like it is almost twice the size of the Empire State University, as the fortress, which also acts as the ship, remained afloat yet it was stationary.

It is the FENIX Skybase, and right now it is monitoring the events that is happening at certain parts of the city, and the scene shifts inside where Wakabayashi appeared to be rather concerned after seeing something unexpected, in which the FENIX troopers are now assisting the police and pro heroes in cleaning up the mess, which consists of several corpses of many dead victims and the Akumas.

The other monitor shows other FENIX troopers are assisting the paramedics in loading the bodies of several dead people into the ambulances due to them being disemboweled by the rampaging akumas, most of the dead victims were children, and though the threat has been neutralized, the next challenge came as FENIX must now figure out who is behind all this and how were they able to carry out their terroristic acts and appeared in several areas within the city of the blue.

The next scene shows that Karizaki is watching the monitor as he is staring in intrigue and curiosity the footage taken hours ago wherein the Kamen Riders of the Sword Of Logos departing, then he glanced at the other monitor where Naruto Uzumaki is taking his leave as well, and now that Midoriya went back to the Igarashi family, Karizaki is pondering and why this situation happened all of the sudden.

Karizaki smirked as he got to see various groups of Kamen Riders appearing earlier, and right now he is pumped in excitement after seeing more Kamen Riders popping up, though Wakabayashi shows up and tells him this is hardly the time to get impressed or excited, pointing out that the government is now going to demand an explanation and wanted to start the investigation on the men in hats and trench coat becoming Akumas and caused terroristic assaults.

"Karizaki. Be serious."

"Huh?"

"This is not the time to be awed. We have a lot of mess to clean up…"

"I know. I'm just intrigued about the events that transpired…like the sword-wielding Kamen Riders…and…"

"Seriously…is that all you think about? You saw hours ago that…"

"Relax…"

"How can I…? Many casualties…we don't have any leads…"

"Well…"

One of the staff members came and said that Kadota has arrived and said that he has something to report about, which Wakabayashi nodded and tells the staff member to tell Kadota that he will submit his report as soon as possible, which the staff member nodded, and as the staff member left, he tells the other staff members to be ready as they are going to be a lot more busier now, which they nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir."

As Wakabayashi left, Karizaki then glanced at the monitor where he played the recorded footage of the battles that happened a while ago, which he smirked as he get to see more Kamen Riders in action, ranging from the Kamen Riders from the Sword Of Logos to Kamen Rider Geats.

A few days later…

The scene shifts at the bookstore where it was opened again after investigations were completed and that there were no incriminating evidences to put the bookstore under suspicions, and there Haru Glory is back at working on a manuscript in coming up with a new novel, and Lucy sighed in relief that the Akuma situation has subsided.

Lyon came by and greeted Haru and Lucy, and there he told them that the members of the Sword Of Logos are initiating separate investigations about the recent attack while gaining information about the Akuma after Sonya told everyone that they are not a new breed of Megiddo, which Haru and Lucy nodded in agreement.

"So they're not the Megiddo after all…"

"That's a relief…"

"Yes. Sonya said that those things we encountered were not from the Wonder Ridebooks…"

"But if you look at it…"

"Those men that changed shapes…they seemed…demonic…"

"That's what Sonya told me…which is why she is talking to the other members of the Sword Of Logos…and assign them to do separate investigations."

"Sounds good. But wait…will I be involved…?"

"Yeah, Lyon…will Haru…"

"That would depend…"

As the trio are chatting, a few HPSC agents are at the bookshelves, pretending to be customers but are actually observing and spying on Haru, and there they have instructions on finding the right opportunity to have Haru apprehended and extract the secret from him, believing that he may possess either a Quirk or an inner Akuma, but for some reason they seemed to ignore Lyon despite him mentioning about the Sword Of Logos and about the recent attacks.

There one of the HPSC agents told his fellow agents that once Haru is alone then they would use the chance to abduct him, but the moment that Haru prove to be more than they can handle then they would bring in some pro heroes to assist in capturing Haru, which the other agents nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir."

Outside the bookstore, Midoriya is walking by as he is heading for UA Academy, as he had a talk with the Igarashi family and everyone agreed that Midoriya should take up Nezu's offer and that Midoriya should enroll at UA Academy, and there Vice tells Midoriya that at least he get to unwind after the battles they got embroiled into, though Midoriya admitted that he is still unsure if UA Academy would be willing to welcome him.

"Hey, come on…show a little enthusiasm, Izu-chan…"

"I don't know…what if…"

"Hey, Danger Mouse said that you should give it a try…"

"Yeah, but…"

"So give it a try first before throwing the towel!"

"…I…fine…"

"That's the spirit, Izu-chan!"

"…"

After several minutes Midoriya arrived at the gate of UA Academy, and as he is about to enter, a security guard glanced at Midoriya from head to toe before arrogantly telling him that enrollment has already ended and told him to go home, which Midoriya was taken aback and told the guard that he is being summoned by the principal but the guard reiterated that Midoriya is not welcomed on the account that he is Quirkless and that the academy prohibits people having an Akuma.

Vice materialized, surprising the guard and there he asked the guard if he has a problem, stating that Nezu himself encouraged Midoriya to try out here and reminded that Midoriya already visited UA Academy two weeks ago, but the guard insisted that Midoriya is not allowed to be anywhere within the premises of UA Academy.

"Sorry…no visitors allowed at this time…"

"Huh? Why not?"

"Visiting hours are over…come back again some other time…"

"Hold on! The principal of this school told Izu-chan to come here and…"

"I just said that visiting hours are over! Go take a hike!"

"You're lying!"

"Screw it, now get lost!"

"You listen here, you MOTHERFUCKER…!"

Midoriya clenched his fists as he sensed that someone within UA Academy doesn't want him here, and is pondering on leaving as he realized that if UA Academy doesn't want him on the account of having Vice then it is likely that other schools, even ordinary ones, are sure to reject him, and there Midoriya told Vice that they are leaving, surprising Vice.

"Vice…we're leaving."

"Eh…?"

"Lets go."

"Huh? But…"

"Its clear. Someone there doesn't want me at this school."

"Hold on…maybe you should…"

"We've wasted time coming here. It was a bad idea…"

"Wait, Izu-chan…!"

As Vice urged Midoriya to reconsider and have him call Nezu through his smartphone, the guard sees Midoriya as an eyesore and pressed a button, where moments later huge mechas (similar to the ones used in the entrance exams) came and there the guard told the huge robots that Midoriya is a threat by trying to force his way in and instructed them to chase Midoriya and Vice away, which the huge robots, about seven of them, nodded in acknowledgement.

"ACKNOWLEDGED."

Midoriya stared wide-eyed and shouted at the guard that he is not a threat and said that he is willing to leave, but one of the huge robots went and attempted to stomp the boy but Vice managed to pull him away before the huge robot stomped the ground, and there Vice tells Midoriya that the guard wanted to see Midoriya getting beaten up and they better transform as the robots are as dangerous as the Akuma, which Midoriya is dismayed on why this ended up like this and Vice said that there are people who look down on the less-privileged, like the Quirkless ones like Midoriya.

Sighing, the guard instructed the huge mechas to crush Midoriya, stomp him or fracture him through any means necessary as long as he won't come back here as UA Academy has no need for brats who are Quirkless, which the giant robots nodded in acknowledgement, as they are programmed to obey those working at UA Academy.

"ACKNOWLEDGED."

As Midoriya is avoiding the robots one of them got behind him and fired a shuriken, and Vice shouted at Midoriya to watch out, but as Midoriya turn around he saw the shuriken and managed to avoid it but one got through and slashed his left cheek, prompting Vice to grab the giant robot by its foot and topple it, causing it to fall onto the other robots.

As Vice checks on Midoriya he saw his left cheek has a deep cut and is bleeding heavily, which dripped onto his shirt and on the ground, showing how serious the injury is, and there the guard sneered at Midoriya, telling him to get lost as he doesn't belong here at UA Academy and that he is nothing more than excess garbage because he is Quirkless, and the guard added insult by spitting at Midoriya, which it struck his bleeding cheek.

Then the guard told the giant robots to fire more shurikens at Midoriya until his face is full of cuts and this would make him think twice about trying to strut around UA Academy, which the support robots responded to his verbal command.

"ACKNOWLEDGED."

This caused Midoriya to get angry as the giant robots got up and are ready to attack again, and there Midoriya tells Vice to get ready, and the Akuma slowly nodded, seeing that Midoriya is agitated at being harmed for shallow to no reason and felt that UA Academy is going to have a PR nightmare once he tells the principal what happened here.

Putting on the Revice-Driver, Midoriya is about to initiate his transformation when the giant robots suddenly stopped moving, and the arrogant guard is baffled as he toggles the remote control and ordered the robots to get rid of the QUIRKLESS GARBAGE.

However the guard was taken by surprise as Power Loader showed up, holding the MASTER REMOTE and told the guard that he deactivated it while demanding an explanation on why is he recklessly using the robots as there are no external threats outside UA Academy.

"I deactivated the robots. Now then…how about some explanation…"

"Uh…ah…well…"

"Care to explain why you summoned the robots when there is clearly no threat to the school's safety…?"

"Uh…ah…well…"

"And from what I saw…you are using the robots on…a boy…?"

"Uh…ah…well…"

"I'm waiting…"

"Uh…ah…well…"

Then he saw Vice, which Power Loader was surprised to see an Akuma in the flesh but then he saw Vice frantically trying to stop the bleeding as blood smeared Midoriya's shirt and some dripped continuously to the ground, and there the UA teacher overheardVice telling Midoriya that he should go to the nearest hospital as he lost lot of blood and that applying to study at UA Academy is not worth it after all what the guard did to Midoriya.

"Izu-chan! Izu-chan!"

"…"

"We got to patch up your cheek!"

"…"

"You were right…coming here at UA was a wrong decision after all…!"

"…"

"If the guard did that to you…may be the other students here and maybe some of the teachers here might do the same to you…!"

"…"

Power Loader stared wide-eyed and asked Vice if he is telling the truth, which the Akuma angrily confirmed and pointed at the shuriken that was lodged at the ground with Midoriya blood being stained and there the UA teacher angrily confronted the guard and demanded an explanation to this accusation.

"You…explain youself…!"

"Uh…ah…well…"

"Care to explain why you had the robots use a dangerous weapon on an unarmed boy when there is clearly no threat to the school's safety…?"

"Uh…ah…well…"

"And from what I saw just now…you are trying to maim…a boy…for no reason?"

"Uh…ah…well…"

"Answer me, damn you…!"

"Uh…ah…well…"

Suddenly Nezu came, and he is visibly displeased with what he just heard and saw, especially after seeing Vice frantically trying to stop the bleeding on Midoriya's left cheek and there he told the guard that whatever alibi he would make would be dismissed as he is immediately fired and would be sued and charged for assault, frustrated physical injuries and for attacking a minor.

The guard was horrified by what he was told and pleaded to Nezu not to fire him as he is simply doing his job, yet Nezu asked the guard why did he discriminate Midoriya on the account of being Quirkless and why use the security robots to attack an unarmed boy even though he did not pose any real threat, as well as commanding the robot to use lethal weapons on Midoriya which resulted in the younger boy getting seriously injured on his face.

Nezu pointed his finger at the scene where Power Loader is applying first aid treatment to stop the bleeding on Midoriya's left cheek, and there he told Nezu that Midoriya has to be brought inside and have Recovery Girl patch the boy up.

"Principal!"

"Yes?"

"This is bad!"

"Huh?"

"His wound and cut are deep! He needs medical attention and fast!"

"This is serious…"

"For now we have to take him inside and let Recovery Girl patch this boy up!"

"I see…"

By then All Might passed by and saw Midoriya, and the pro hero was surprised to see Midoriya's state, and there Midoriya confronted All Might and pointed his finger on his left cheek where All Might saw that it is continuously bleeding and how deep the cut is, and there Midoriya angrily asked All Might if this is how society works; the ones with Quirks have privilege and perks while the Quirkless are meant to be trampled on.

Vice stepped forward and told All Might what happened here, how the guard discriminated Midoriya, sent some security robots to attack Midoriya which his cheek got sliced, and the guard even spits on Midoriya's open wound. Vice then asked if this is how he tells kids who admired a pro hero yet he just let others trample on the less-privileged, and what would he do to sort this kind of mess.

Midoriya was visibly upset, humiliated and emotionally scarred by this incident and there he justifiably told All Might that whatever admiration he had for All Might in the past is now gone as he lost respect for him because of what happened today and he solemnly walked away, not caring about the wound on his left cheek as blood continued to spill on the ground, and Vice urged Midoriya to at least have his cheek SEWED UP.

"Izu-chan! Izu-chan!"

"…"

"Hold on!"

"…"

"We got to patch up your cheek!"

"…"

"You can't just walk away like that! At least we should call a taxi…!"

"…"

All Might was speechless as he was taken aback at what he just learned, and there the guard attempted to come up with an impromptu alibi but Nezu is having none of it and tells Power Loader to bring the expelled guard to the police immediately which Power Loader nodded as Nezu leaves to go after Midoriya.

Hope you liked this chapter, as Midoriya is attempting to move on after what happened recently and is giving UA Academy a shot after the Igarashi family urged him to apply and attempt to go to high school…but an unfortunate situation took place and this drove a wedge between him and UA Academy...

Also, Makima appeared to be intrigued about Haru Glory…and believe that he might serve as a tool for her own agenda in getting her hands on Midoriya and Sakura…

The current story arc is ongoing as Midoriya made his feelings known after being attacked by someone within UA Academy which Nezu tried to calm him down…

Meanwhile, Makima makes her move and sent some HPSC agents to have Haru Glory under secret surveillance…and possibly apprehend him...
