I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the Work Studies is about to commence…but first our main characters would spend some New Year's celebration with their respective families before they get the chance to start…

Ch. 4: Hentai-tekina keikaku to junbi
As she glanced at the smartphone, she noticed a girl standing beside Midoriya, and Musou somewhat recognized her, where Musou's subordinate tells her that the girl is Momo Yaoyorozu, who studies at UA Academy, and that she happened to appear at a TV commercial involving UNERI, and Musou glanced at Yaoyorozu's face and figure, finding that the teen girl is attractive and finds herself LUSTING towards her.
Musou then instructed her subordinate to secretly observe Yaoyorozu's activities and see what she can do, as well as to see what kind of Quirk she possess, which the subordinate nodded, though he also pointed out that Yaoyorozu appeared to be CLOSE towards Midoriya, and as Musou glanced at the smartphone, she saw Midoriya's face and body, and while she doesn't prefer boys, a malicious idea popped into her head, and tells her subordinate to secretly monitor Midoriya as well, which the subordinate nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
As the subordinates left, one of her trusted aides approached her and showed her a DVD disc, and told Musou that he happened to record some portions of the UA Academy Sports Festival and the incident at I-Island, saying that by watching it Musou would get to see what Quirks Midoriya and Yaoyorozu can do, piquing her interest as she wondered if Midoriya and Yaoyorozu would be considered dangerous or not as she was planning to enslave the two teens.
"Really…?"
"Yes, boss…"
"…"
"Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are big trouble if you plan to bring them here…so I thought of giving this to you so you can watch and…"
"And you want me to see what those two teens are capable of…"
"Yes, boss…"
"Fine. Play it."
"At once."
Musou took the DVD and played the recorded footage, first about the UA Academy Sports Festival where she saw what Yaoyorozu do during the qualifying matches up to the semifinals, where she raised an eyebrow upon seeing her Creation Quirk, and this made her feel a bit cautious and thus she would have to consider the risks and make some careful planning.
Then she glanced at the footage where Midoriya fought Todoroki and at first she dismissed him after seeing how he injured himself, but her trusted aide said that he happened to witness Midoriya fought Wolfram and told her to watch the next footage, saying that it is crucial so as to decide whether to mess with Midoriya or not.
"Really?"
"Yes boss."
"And you say that he is quite a threat…?"
"Indeed."
"Oh, fine…play it."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Fine."
Taking her aide's advice, Musou watched the footage and saw Midoriya's battle with Wolfram and there she saw what went on, and at the same time witnessing Midoriya's improvement in using his Quirk, then the aide said that she also recorded a footage between Midoriya and Gentle Criminal, and upon watching it Musou became more curious at seeing the younger boy's change of fighting styles, from punching attacks Midoriya now uses kick attacks.
Musou smirked as she began to get wind of how Midoriya works and now she is starting to get ideas on how to deal with him, and her aide asked if she is sure about capturing Midoriya, which Musou nodded and said that Yaoyorozu would be easy to catch her, but in Midoriya's case it would require some careful planning, but assured to her aide that she wanted both Midoriya and Yaoyorozu in her thrall, which her aide said that she would help her in any way she could.
"So you really wanted them…"
"Of course."
"Very well. I'll help you."
"Much appreciated."
"Good. So here is how I'll plan it…"
"…you sure, boss…?"
"Of course."
"…fine…"

The scene shifts at a fancy restaurant where the Endeavor team and Hawks are there, awaiting their ordered food, and while waiting Hawks showered compliments towards Midoriya, Yaoyorozu and Bakugo, with the former acting humbly while the latter just sighed, though Yaoyorozu just smiled saying that her work studies wasn't that good, though Hawks said that it earned her a lot of fans all over.
"Now, now…your internship with Uwabami worked wonders for you."
"Really…?"
"Yeah. Though there were few hero-like activities, it helped you climb the rankings in terms of popularity."
"W-well…"
"Believe me…it'll help you in the long run."
"If you say so…"
"That's the spirit…"
"…"
Endeavor sighed and professionally asked why Hawks led them here, as he noticed that the area they are in was quite far from the rest of the customers, and there Hawks showed his facial reaction which the Endeavor team noticed that the Winged Hero is now looking serious, a far contrast from his earlier reactions, and there he went straight to the point and said that he is in a middle of an investigation and believe that Endeavor should get involved.
Bringing out a tablet, he showed them the news articles about several girls, ranging from prepubescent to teenager-age, went missing, and is happening for the past several weeks, and then Hawks showed a CCTV footage where one of the missing girls is seen shooting her parents dead before going missing, and the girl, aged nine years old, is shown to be in a rather catatonic state, and both Todoroki, Midoriya and Yaoyorozu were taken aback at what they just witnessed, as Hawks explained what the investigators told him.
"…and there you have it…"
"No way…"
"This is…"
"How shocking…"
"There is more to this than meets the eye…"
"…"

"…"
Endeavor observed the footage and finds it somewhat concerning as he heard of news reports but he didn't expect that something like this is happening, and there Hawks seriously told the Endeavor team that the parents of the missing girls also suffered the same fates: being shot dead by their daughters before they went missing.
He then told Yaoyorozu that she and her female classmates might get into the same situation if the mastermind happens to catch his/her eye, as the missing girls are described as CUTE and CHARMING, and he said that UA Academy might be amongst the target by the unidentified mastermind, as other schools, like Shiketsu High, are among the possible targets as there are so many cute girls.
Endeavor started to take the matter seriously and asked Hawks if he is sure about wanting to share information with him, which the Winged Hero nodded as he said that this would be efficient in finding and identifying the mastermind and would lead to finding the hideout and rescue the missing girls, but also pointed out that Yaoyorozu might be a potential target, and Endeavor reluctantly nodded and said that he will coordinate with the police and would consider in having his interns getting involved in doing investigation work.
"Fine. I'll consider your proposal."
"Really…?"
"Yes."
"That's good to hear."
"We need to find the missing girls and stop this pervert before more would-be victims end killing their parents and go missing."
"Right on."
"And can your sidekicks and intern participate as well?"
"You bet!"
By then the waiter came and brought the ordered food, and there everyone began to dine, and there Hawks and the Endeavor team further discussed the joint investigation between their agencies as Hawks said that he would have Tokoyami do more than investigating.

At the hideout, one of Musou's spies came and gave her a recorder where it turns out that it recorded the verbal discussion between Endeavor and Hawks, and there the spy showed a recorded exploits of Hawks and Tokoyami, and there Musou nodded as she decided to alter her plans a bit now that she consider the thought that Hawks and Tokoyami being more than a hindrance to her plans to lure Midoriya and Yaoyorozu onto her trap, and there her trusted aide came and whispered something to her, and Musou smirked as she liked the idea.
"So that's your suggestion…?"
"Yes, boss."
"Very well. I'll consider it."
"Really, boss…?"
"Yes, so you better make sure that you plan it well…"
"…you got ir…"
"Good. Now start planning out."
"…fine…"
Then Musou told her spy on what to do, and she nodded in agreement, saying that this would be easier and that this would make Musou's plans go quicker though she asked what about Hawks and Endeavor, as well as Todoroki and Bakugo, which Musou said that she sorted it out and it won't and a problem for her and her group.
"I already made preparations."
"Really, boss?"
"Yes."
"Very well."
"Now contact our men…I have a job for them…"
"Okay."
"And make sure they arrive immediately."
"Okay."

The next few days, the scene shifts at the Endeavor Agency office, where Todoroki and Bakugo arrived as they are about to commence their joint investigation with the Hawks Agency office, and there Hawks and Tokoyami arrived and the current number two hero greeted Todoroki and Bakugo, and said that he look forward to working with them, though Tokoyami noticed that Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are not here yet, and asked Todoroki where the two are at this time.
Todoroki wonder as he is sure that Midoriya and Yaoyorozu would not come late, and assume that they got caught in a traffic, and said that maybe Midoriya and Yaoyorozu might come late and said that they would be here soon.
"So Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are coming late…?"
"Looks like it."
"That's odd. They are always on time…even earlier…"
"Maybe got caught in traffic…?"
"I don't think so. The trains are there and there are no congestion on the streets."
"Really…?"
"Yes."
"Then what's keeping them…?"
Endeavor then arrived and there he told everyone that they are going to commence their joint investigation, but noticed that Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are not here yet and he asked Todoroki and Bakugo where their two classmates are, which the two teens said that they have no idea as they are sure that Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are on their way here and would not arrive late.
By then a mailman came and delivered some parcel addressed to Endeavor, and overhearing the conversation, the mailman said that eight minutes ago he happened to saw Midoriya and Yaoyorozu at a street four blocks from here, and the mailman said that he overheard the two teens saying that they got a Messenger message saying that Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are to meet with Uwabami at her agency office for a joint investigation with Endeavor and Hawks, which surprised the top two pro heroes, as they did not give such instructions.
"What? I didn't give them that kind of instructions!"
"Are you sure about what you said?"
"That's what I overheard…nothing more."
"How can that…?"
"I didn't even talked to Uwabami about this…and this joint investigation is strictly between Endeavor and myself…did you see where the two kids went…?"
"Well…they went eastbound…that's the last thing I saw before coming here…"
"Did someone pulled a prank…?"
"Mister mailman…did you see anyone else…beside the two kids…?"
"No…I didn't…sorry…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the story kicks off starting with a some hero action as Endeavor and his interns encounter a minor villain…which is taken from the Endeavor Agency arc from the manga, though it slightly diverges as it includes Yaoyorozu…
The villain for this fic is revealed, a woman who is from another manga, which is from Gunsmith Cats, though her profile is the same as in Gunsmith Cats, it diverges significantly by fleeing North America and sets up a base somewhere within the Endeavor Hero Agency's vicinity.
Moreover, she started to take an interest in Yaoyorozu…and then Midoriya. It seems like she has something…NAUGHTY…in store for the two teens…

The next chapter will show that Endeavor and his interns are off to work, where Midoriya and Yaoyorozu going on an IMPROMPTU mission after starting their work studies under Endeavor…which might lead to an UNEXPECTED SITUATION between the two teens…
