Ch. 28: Jikken oyobi kyōiku-yō no puraibēto chūtoriaru part 3
The scene shifts inside Hado's dorm room where Hado is doing a PHYSICAL CHECKUP which she is holding Midoriya's penis using her left hand while her right hand is OBSERVING his testicles, making it look like conducting an AUTOPSY, though there was nothing malicious or perverted taking place yet things got awkward as Haya picked the doorknob and got in where she saw what is happening and assumed that Midoriya MANIPULATED Hado into MASTURBATING him, and the second year business course students followed and saw what they just assumed, eliciting loud gasps from the unwanted visitors.

Several seconds later Midoriya is dressed up and asked for an explanation on why the younger boy EXPOSED himself in front of Hado, and there Hado told the teacher why, with Togata reluctantly supporting the explanation as he was pointing his thumb at the projector where the tutorial lectures showed about the testicular torsion, which Hado calmly confirmed, saying that she is giving Midoriya some ADVANCED TUTORIAL LESSONS.
Aizawa sighed yet he sees that nothing immoral taking place since what Hado and Midoriya did was inside her dorm room and that Haya foolishly barged in which resulted in the second year business course students following, and still fresh in his mind about Haya's recent antics, he berated her in a neutral tone and told her that she can't just barge in like that whenever Hado and Midoriya are alone and engaging in casual activities.
Though Haya tried to justify her actions, Aizawa told Haya that she should respect Hado's decision and privacy, and there he told her that she is going to have a serious lecture with him much to her chagrin while he told the second year business course students that he will confiscate their smartphones while they are going to have a CRASH COURSE with Hound Dog, causing the students to wail in terror as they realized what this means.

As Aizawa drags Haya and the second year students away Power Loader happened to pass by, and after being told by Aizawa about what happened he decided to repair the doorknob and soon things are cleared, and the scene shifts inside her dorm room where Hado apologized to Midoriya about what happened a while ago, though blushing at what happened, he assured to her that it is okay.
Hado smiled while embracing Midoriya and there she asked if he is okay, and when he said that he is, the Big Three member nodded and said that Qàthe tutorial will continue which he sweat-dropped and wondered if he is going to expose his organ to her even though it is for the tutorial sessions, though she said that the doorknob is now repaired and they can continue their tutoring in private.
"R-really, Hado-senpai…?"
"Yup. We can continue our tutoring."
"Er…is it okay…?"
"Yup."
"Uh…"

"Good."
Midoriya sweat-dropped as she appeared to be her usual cheerful self and tells him that the next lecture would commence and tells him to push down his shorts and brief and believing that they are alone again, as well as seeing that she is not acting in a naughty way, he reluctantly did so, exposing his SHAVED penis to her prying eyes.
Hado scooted closer as her eyes gazed at the younger boy's organ in a manner that made her look like conducting an investigation though Midoriya sweat-dropped as he felt that she might do an AUTOPSY-like activity, but then both teens glanced at their side where they saw Togata sitting and was staring at the two, and Midoriya blushed upon realizing that Togata might misunderstood what he saw, though the blond-haired Big Three member waved and told Hado and Midoriya not to mind him.
However, Hado confronted her classmate, causing him to sweat-drop as she is exhibiting a MURDEROUS AURA despite displaying her cheerful self, and Midoriya could only watch as a beleaguered Togata tried to explain himself on why he is staying here and watching her and Midoriya do the tutorial thing while assuring that he won't mind her and Midoriya DOING THE YOU KNOW WHAT, unaware that Hado and Midoriya DID ENGAGE IN SEX a few times before in the past several days.
Outside Hado's dorm room, Amajiki was wondering if Togata is in there as he couldn't find him at his dorm room, but then Togata PHASED THROUGH the door of Hado's dorm room, and Amajiki stared wide-eyed as he saw his classmate sporting a HUGE LUMP on his head, two deep slap marks on both sides of his cheeks and a BLACK EYE.

Amajiki sighed and reluctantly asked if Hado did that, which Togata hesitantly confirmed, and said that Hado really wanted to tutor Midoriya PRIVATELY and tells Amajiki that they better leave Hado alone so as not to piss her off, though Amajiki asked if this is okay, which Togata said that he is sure that Midoriya would not take advantage of Hado.

"Yup. Hado is in GOOD HANDS."

"Yup."
"Uh…I don't know…"
"Don't worry. Midoriya won't do anything bad to her."

The scene shifts inside Hado's dorm room where Midoriya sweat-dropped as Hado is still in her usual cheerful self yet he could feel the rather MURDEROUS AURA emanating from her and there she shift gears as she turns on the projector and there the next lecture commences where Midoriya looks on and saw what the topic is about.

Priapism.
Priapism is a condition in which a penis remains erect for hours in the absence of stimulation or after stimulation has ended. There are three types: ischemic (low-flow), nonischemic (high-flow), and recurrent ischemic (intermittent). Most cases are ischemic. Ischemic priapism is generally painful while nonischemic priapism is not. In ischemic priapism, most of the penis is hard; however, the glans penis is not. In nonischemic priapism, the entire penis is only somewhat hard.
Sickle cell disease is the most common cause of ischemic priapism. Other causes include medications such as antipsychotics, SSRIs, blood thinners and prostaglandin E1, as well as drugs such as cocaine. Ischemic priapism occurs when blood does not adequately drain from the penis. Nonischemic priapism is typically due to a connection forming between an artery and the corpus cavernosum or disruption of the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in increased arterial flow. Nonischemic priapism may occur following trauma to the penis or a spinal cord injury. Diagnosis may be supported by blood gas analysis of blood aspirated from the penis or an ultrasound.
Treatment depends on the type. Ischemic priapism is typically treated with a nerve block of the penis followed by aspiration of blood from the corpora cavernosa. If this is not sufficient, the corpus cavernosum may be irrigated with cold, normal saline or injected with phenylephrine. Nonischemic priapism is often treated with cold packs and compression. Surgery may be done if usual measures are not effective. In ischemic priapism, the risk of permanent scarring of the penis begins to increase after four hours and definitely occurs after 48 hours. Priapism occurs in about 1 in 20,000 to 1 in 100,000 males per year.
Because ischemic priapism causes the blood to remain in the penis for unusually long periods of time, the blood becomes deprived of oxygen, which can cause damage to the penile tissue. Such damage can result in erectile dysfunction or disfigurement of the penis. In extreme cases, if the penis develops severe vascular disease, the priapism can result in penile gangrene.
Low-flow priapism
Causes of low-flow priapism include sickle cell anemia (most common in children), leukemia, and other blood dyscrasias such as thalassemia and multiple myeloma, and the use of various drugs, as well as cancers. A genome-wide association study on Brazilian patients with sickle cell disease identified four single nucleotide polymorphisms in LINC02537 and NAALADL2 significantly associated with priapism.
Other conditions such as Fabry's disease, as well as neurologic disorders such as spinal cord lesions and spinal cord trauma (priapism has been reported in people who have been hanged; see death erection).
Priapism can also be caused by reactions to medications. The most common medications that cause priapism are intra-cavernous injections for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (papaverine, alprostadil). Other medication groups reported are antihypertensives (e.g. Doxazosin), antipsychotics (e.g., chlorpromazine, clozapine), antidepressants (most notably trazodone), anti-convulsant and mood stabilizer drugs such as sodium valproate. Anticoagulants, cantharides (Spanish Fly) and recreational drugs (alcohol, heroin and cocaine) have been associated. Priapism is also known to occur from bites of the Brazilian wandering spider.
High-flow priapism
Causes of high-flow priapism include:
blunt trauma to the perineum or penis, with laceration of the cavernous artery, which can generate an arterial-lacunar fistula.
Anticoagulants (heparin and warfarin).
Antihypertensives (i.e., hydralazine, guanethidine and propranolol).
Hormones (i.e., gonadotropin releasing hormone and testosterone).

Treatment
In sickle cell anemia, treatment is initially with intravenous fluids, pain medication, and oxygen therapy. The typical treatment of priapism may be carried out as well. Blood transfusions are not usually recommended as part of the initial treatment, but if other treatments are not effective, exchange transfusion may be done.

Midoriya nodded as he believe that Hado had a point and thanked her for the insight she gave, which she smiled before giving him a passionate kiss on the lips, which the younger boy was surprised but he innocently reciprocated and as the two teens kissed, she tells him that she set a date for the two of them this coming Saturday, saying that she got wind that the principal would give this coming Saturday a day off for UA Academy.
"R-really, Hado-senpai…?"
"Yup. This weekend we can go on a date."
"Um…where to…?"
"It's a surprise, so I won't tell…"
