Ch. 20: Hijō ni hageshī tairitsu
The scene shifts at Heights Alliance where several UA students saw the Hero Public Safety Commission agents are carrying the unconscious members of Class 1-A away, and the majority of the students, who are critical towards Class 1-A, whispered amongst themselves, commenting that Class 1-A got what they deserved, and are hoping that this would lead to their expulsion because of the scandal, which the critics do not realize that Midoriya was actually set upped and framed.
"There they go…"
"They got arrested…"
"Probably because they are trying to harbor that Midoriya-brat…"
"Serves them right. Hope that it would lead to them getting expelled. They put UA Academy in such a bad light and scandal…"
"Yeah…"
"Yeah…"
"Yeah…"
"Yeah…"
What's more, the agents appeared to be doing this discreetly as they are loading the unconscious Class 1-A members inside the vans within the dormitory area the first year students, where there are no media in sight, as well as there are no faculty members around as the teachers are currently busy with school-related activities, which shows that this looked like a covert operation and that it was secretive for a reason
The scene shifts inside the dormitory of Class 1-A, where Togata showed up and confronted Rokuweru as he shoved the agent back while Kendo and Tetsutetsu attempted to remove the Quirk-blocking device from the unconscious Yaoyorozu as the Big Three member demanded an explanation on why he assaulted a UA student who pose no threat when he can simply give her a chance to turn herself in without resorting to violence, though Rokuweru just smiled as he maintain his composure.
"Now then, sir…"
"Hmmm…?"
"Care to explain your actions…?"
"Hmmm…?"
"I overheard the conversation…and they present a valid argument. What you're doing is not only an overkill…you are doing this without due process…"
"Hmmm…?"
"And therefore I will not stand by and allow something this despicable to continue."
"Hmmm…?"
Rokuweru just smiled in a smug way and reminded the Big Three member of the consequences if he interfered in a government-sanctioned operation, but Togata wasn't fazed and said that Bakugo admitted that he was the one who tipped Midoriya, hence Bakugo should only be the one who should be taken in, yet Rokuweru had agents ambush the rest of Class 1-A who had nothing to do with tipping off Midoriya.
Moreover, he told Rokuweru that he is making a grave mistake by attacking Yaoyorozu who is also not involved other than doing a welfare check on Midoriya, and that she brought Inko here, hence Rokuweru has no right arresting her as he has no proof, but Rokuweru feigned ignorance and said that this is standard operating procedure and tells Togata that either he step aside or he would lose his hero license.
"A fair warning, Mr. Lemillion…"
"Huh?"
"Step aside now."
"And if I don't…?"
"You will be charged for OBSTRUCTION…interference…and harboring a wanted criminal…"
"Yeah? I can sue you and tell the Senate what you just did…and for not giving these kids due process…"
"Oh…?"
"I mean it. You are abusing your authority…"
By then Nejire Hado and Tamaki Amajiki came and attempted to remove the Quirk-blocking device off the unconscious Yaoyorozu, and the two had difficulty as the device is locked tight, and both Kendo and Tetsutetsu attempted to use their Quirks to remove the device while Inko became agitated at the cruelty of Rokuweru, seeing that he is abusing his position within the Hero Public Safety Commission.
Muno-sensei came and saw this, and immediately he proclaimed that Kendo, Tetsutetsu, Hado and Amajiki are suspended from UA Academy immediately, which further irked Inko and she punched him on the face, causing him to fall to the floor and loses more teeth in the process.
Hatsume came and brought out a device she invented and pressed a button, and the devices that were affixed within the unconscious Yaoyorozu were removed and deactivated, and there the four UA students tried to wake Yaoyorozu up, yet she doesn't respond as she is still unconscious due to the devices' action that electrocuted her a while ago.
"Yaoyorozu!"
"Yaoyorozu!"
"Yaoyorozu!"
"Yaoyorozu!"
"She's not waking up!"
"She might be injured!"
"Lets take her to Recovery Girl!"
"Okay!"
As Rokuweru was about to pick up his phone to call for more reinforcement, someone came and tightly gripped the acting commissioner's wrist, and Rokuweru raised an eyebrow as the person who held him turns out to be a well-known pro hero, and he is revealed to be Mr. Yaoyorozu, Momo's father, and there he glared at the acting commissioner and demanded an explanation for assaulting Momo without a justifiable reason.
"Hold it right there."
"Huh?"
"You better explain yourself."
"Hmm…?"
"You assaulted my daughter even though she did not use her Quirk and poses no threat…yet you strike her down for now justifiable reason?"
"…"
"Give me a good reason why I shouldn't physically retaliate against you."
"Hmm…?"
Rokuweru appeared to be calm despite the situation he is in, but Mr. Yaoyorozu wasn't deterred and continue to demand answers and he wanted to know why is Rokuweru arresting Momo even though she is not involved in the so-called abetting a wanted fugitive as she, alongside the rest of Class 1-A, has no involvement whatsoever.
But Rokuweru insisted that Momo must be interrogated for it is possible that she was amongst the class who tipped Midoriya off, but Togata reminded Rokuweru that Bakugo himself openly admitted that he alone tipped off Midoriya and that the rest of Class 1-A are unaware of the situation, hence Rokuweru has no right arresting the entire class without due process.
As Rokuweru smirked and tells Mr. Yaoyorozu that he would be facing consequences for laying a hand on the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission, Mr. Yaoyorozu tells him that he has no power, and said that he will take his daughter with him and that he will consult his lawyer about what to do with Rokuweru after what he just did.
By then Muno-sensei got up and wailed like a spoiled brat, clutching his mouth as he is bleeding, saying that he now only have too pieces of his teeth left and begged Rokuweru to do something about Inko, which a smirking Rokuweru said that he would consider, since he said that Inko possibly used her Quirk on Muno.
By then agents came and forcefully pinned Inko to the floor before handcuffing her, and this earned the ire of the Big Three members along with Kendo and Tetsutetsu, but Rokuweru uses his position to keep the UA students at bay, threatening to have them arrested for obstruction. This didn't sit well and Hado, Amajiki, Kendo and Tetsutetsu badmouthed Rokuweru for his despicable action.
"Damn you!"
"You're too arrogant!"
"You're not the law and order here!"
"Yeah! You're an idiot!"
"We're going to tell the media about you!"
"I'll tell Ryukyu about what you did to Uraraka and Asui!"
"And I'm going to tell Fat Gum what you did to Kirishima!"
"That's right!"
Rokuweru just smiled, and as if on cue, more agents from the Hero Public Safety Commission came, and brought out support weapons and fired devices which affixed themselves onto the four UA students, electrocuting them to unconsciousness while at the same time blocking their access to their Quirks.
The agents then handcuffed the four teens before being taken away, and Muno-sensei proclaimed that Kendo, Tetsutetsu, Hado and Amajiki are suspended until further notice, while Inko is being taken away as well, and amid all this, Mr. Yaoyorozu managed to have his driver sneak Momo out of sight as he demanded answers from Rokuweru, but was told that it is classified and yet assured that due process would be followed.
"Rest assured. Due process is being followed."
"What? After what you just did…"
"Standard operating procedure."
"Release those kids…they are not…"
"I am taking my leave. I have work to do so please do not try to interfere."
"I'm not yet…"
"Fair warning. I will have your professional hero license revoked if you interfere."
"…"
As Rokuweru left, Togata is clenching his fists at what is happening, and there he asked Hatsume if she could come up with an invention where she could pinpoint Nezu and All Might's location, as they must be informed of Muno-sensei's incompetence and Rokuweru's action, which the first year support course student nodded, saying that Muno-sensei is making the situation worse than before.
However, agents came swarming in punched Hatsume on her stomach with such force that she knelt down in pain while gasping for air, to the point where she almost vomited, before she is being handcuffed, and Rokuweru showed up and said that Hatsume is arrested for OBSTRUCTION, with Muno-sensei proclaiming that she too is suspended until further notice, and they left while dragging a disoriented Hatsume away.
Togata is seething in anger at what he just witnessed, and there Mr. Yaoyorozu whispered to Togata, instructing him to head to UA Academy and inform the teachers of what happened, then head to the Yaoyorozu Hero Agency office, as he tells the Big Three member that he would come up with a plan to expose Rokuweru's grave abuse.
"…and that's my instructions…"
"Are you sure, sir?"
"Yes."
"…"
"With the pink-haired support course student taken away, we now have limited options, so we will have to plan this out carefully."
"I see."
"Good. Get going."
"Okay."
Then Mr. Yaoyorozu glanced at the side and told Todoroki and Hagakure to come out, saying that the coast is clear, and there it is shown that Todoroki and Hagakure came out from their hiding place, as it is revealed that the two students hid themselves, and realized that Rokuweru and Muno-sensei are so focused in trying to find Midoriya that they seemingly overlooked the fact that Todoroki and Hagakure are here.
Mr. Yaoyorozu then instructed Todoroki to disguise himself before leaving the dorm, and seek out Endeavor's help, saying that the current number one pro hero must be aware of what transpired here, which the younger boy nodded, saying that he intend to do that as what Rokuweru and Muno-sensei did were overkill.
"…and that's what you're going to do…"
"Are you sure, sir?"
"Yes. Your father must be aware of what happened here…Rokuweru might use your father to take you down…"
"…"
"Endeavor is probably our only hope now that All Might is retired."
"I see."
"Good. Get going."
"Okay."
Then Mr. Yaoyorozu instructed Hagakure to inform Class 1-B of what happened to Kendo and Tetsutetsu, which she nodded in acknowledgement, saying that Class 1-B must be informed as they would get worried should they notice that their two classmates have not returned to the dorms.
"…and that's my instructions…"
"I got it, sir!"
"Good. We could use the help we could get as I have a feeling that Rokuweru might manipulate the pro heroes into hunting down Midoriya without question."
"…"
"And Class 1-B might become our only support now that majority of Class 1-A are taken away."
"I see."
"Good. Get going."
"Okay."
After that, Mr. Yaoyorozu took his leave as he intend to get a lawyer to protect his only child as he is sure that Rokuweru would make an attempt to arrest Momo for no justifiable reason, and is also planning to have Momo hide somewhere in case his suspicions become apparent.
Togata left as he is heading towards UA Academy to inform the teachers of what happened, hoping that the faculty staff would rebel once they find out what Muno-sensei has done, suspending the Big Three, Kendo and Tetsutetsu, who were also arrested along with Class 1-A, for shallow reasons even though they are not involved in tipping off Midoriya.
Hagakure then took off her clothes and head to the Class 1-B dorm NAKED, as her Quirk would let her sneak around, and there she will inform Class 1-B of what happened to Kendo and Tetsutetsu.

The scene shifts to an open road where you can see that a vehicle has entered the expressway, and there you can see that Midoriya and Camie, now wearing jackets with a hoodie, are discreetly trying to avoid suspicions as they are driving towards an unspecified location as they knew that the police and the pro heroes are after them, and no doubt that the League Of Villains are going to take advantage.
As Midoriya is still trying to navigate his way in driving the car, he and Camie are sporting solemn looks as they couldn't believe that they be on the run like this, and that they were framed for a crime they didn't commit, and now they have nowhere to go, thus the two teens need to find a place to temporarily stay and figure out what to do next.
Camie is staring at the windshield in front of her, as she was silent the whole time, as she is now homeless once more as she and Midoriya are forced to go on the run because of what Bakugo told them. Recalling the time about being told that she was previously targeted by the League Of Villains during the Provisional Hero License exam, Camie started to take the matter seriously after she was implicated alongside Midoriya in the murder of the Royal Family, and there she hesitantly asked Midoriya if he happened to know anyone they could approach for help.
"Well…I do…"
"So then…"
"However…I can't see him now."
"Huh?"
"For safety reasons. You probably get the gist on why."
"Are you serious?"
"Yes."
"…"
Camie blinked her eyes when told about Gran Torino, and that Midoriya is considering going to Torino's place, but he chose not to because Torino might get dragged in, and that by now the Hero Public Safety Commission have probably consider this possibility, as Midoriya pointed out that the Hero Public Safety Commission have probably began searching at the Nighteye Hero Agency.

The scene shifts at the Nighteye Hero Agency, where agents from the Hero Public Safety Commission are interrogating Centipeder and Bubble Girl, asking them if Midoriya came here, and the two honestly answered that Midoriya hasn't been here since the last work study, and the two pro heroes sternly rebutted the accusations about harboring Midoriya, saying that unless there is actual proof, they will not comply in taking down Midoriya because of the SHOOT TO KILL order.
After the agents left, Centipeder and Bubble Girl are in disbelief, as they are sure that Midoriya was framed for the viral sex video and the supposed murder spree, as they recall that they were told that Midoriya discovered that Himiko Toga's Quirk allows her to PHYSICALLY DISGUISE herself as someone else.
"This is bad."
"Yeah. Midoriya being used in a sex video scandal…and now this…"
"Maybe we should contact UA and ask Midoriya's classmates and see if they can prove that Midoriya is innocent…"
"Yeah. Maybe that might persuade the Hero Public Safety Commission to halt the SHOOT TO KILL order…"
"Bubble Girl…contact Fat Gum...Ryukyu…Hawks and even Endeavor…tell them that we should have a secret meeting. I have a feeling that something is amiss here. I'll try contacting Lemillion and see if I could get some information on what is going on at UA."
"Okay, got it."
"Lets hope that nothing bad happen…"
"Yeah…"

Hope you liked this chapter, and though Midoriya and Camie appeared briefly at the end of this chapter, the rest of Class 1-A fill things up as they are now facing a situation where they are unjustly being arrested by the Hero Public Safety Commission for interfering in the aborted arrest of Midoriya, and now Mirio Togata of the Big Three comes in after seeing what Rokuweru did to Yaoyorozu.
While Inko gave Muno-sensei a piece of her mind, it didn't have any effect on Rokuweru as he went on to restrain the Class 1-A members even though they are innocent of any wrongdoing…
