Ch. 21: Rakuen de no toraburu
The scene shifts at the Class 1-B dorms of Heights Alliance where Hagakure barges in and told the rest of Class 1-B what happened, which also includes the unjust arrest of Kendo and Tetsutetsu, who were also unjustly suspended by Muno-sensei, as well as Hado and Amajiki being suspended and arrested because of trying to defend Class 1-A when Rokuweru had the Hero Public Safety Commission agents apprehend the entire class when Bakugo himself declared that he alone tipped Midoriya about the impending arrest.
The entire members of Class 1-B were taken by surprise and finds this unacceptable and are now convinced that Muno-sensei is not only incompetent, but also a DOG who willingly submits to the whom of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
"That Muno-sensei…he's a true, certified asshole…!"
"He's gone too far!…"
"He ought to be kicked out…"
"Guys, we got to do something…!"
"Yeah…"
"Yeah…"

What's more, according to Hagakure, the agents appeared to be doing this discreetly as here are no faculty members around as the teachers are currently busy with school-related activities, which shows that this looked like a covert operation and that it was secretive for a reason.
This made Class 1-B sense that something sinister is at work here and said that they need to inform Vlad King about this development, but Hagakure told them that Togata is already heading to UA Academy to inform the teachers of what just happened, and there Hagakure told the rest of Class 1-B to be ready, saying that she has a feeling that Muno-sensei might plan to restrict them should they notice that Kendo and Tetsutetsu have been unjustly arrested, which the students nodded in acknowledgement.

Meanwhile, the scene shifts inside the UA Academy, where Togata went straight to the faculty room and unintentionally kicked the door open, surprising the faculty members and were taken aback by Togata's sudden actions, but he apologize and informed them of what happened at Heights Alliance, which took the teachers by surprise after hearing the details.
"What?"
"Are you sure?"
"This is unbelievable!"
"Its true! Even Kendo and Tetsutetsu from 1-B…as well as Hado and Amajiki…they were also arrested for no reason…!"
"What was Muno-sensei thinking?"
"He's gone too far…!"
"I never knew he is more than incompetent…"
"You got to do something…things are escalating out of control…!"
Vlad King himself was affected the most as he couldn't believe that Rokuweru would arrest Kendo and Tetsutetsu on a whim, and he abruptly left the faculty room to head for Heights Alliance to check on his students, anticipating that the rest of Class 1-B would go into an uproar, while Present Mic took out his smartphone to make an emergency call to Aizawa to inform him of what happened to Class 1-A.
Midnight and Thirteen became very concerned as this happened without them knowing and why would Muno-sensei go along with what Rokuweru is doing without informing the teachers, and Snipe said that he too is concerned since Hado and Amajiki were also arrested without a justifiable reason other than criticizing Rokuweru, which Cementoss nodded in agreement.
Suddenly, Power Loader came in, and went to Togata and asked for confirmation if what he heard is true, that Hatsume is also amongst the students unjustly arrested, which Togata grimly nodded, and there the teachers became agitated that Muno's incompetence has gotten too far, and there Midnight approached Togata and gave him a piece of paper, and told him the contents, and urged him to GO THERE at once, saying that time now is of the essence.
"Midnight-sensei…?"
"…"
"Are you…?"
"Yes."
"Then…"
"You know what to do."
"…got it…"
"Good. Now hurry."
As Togata is about to leave the faculty room, Muno-sensei coincidentally happened to pass by, and seeing the Big Three member coming out from the faculty room, he guessed what the third year student just did and berated him, and declared that he is now expelled from UA Academy since he felt that suspending him is useless as he is aware that Togata is currently ON LEAVE due to losing his Quirk during the Shie Hassaikai raid a few months ago.
The teachers heard this and confronted Muno and told him that his incompetence has gone too far and they will not tolerate this any longer, saying that he has committed a grave abuse and caused an unprecedented scandal by what he just done, but Muno insisted that he is doing the right thing but Thirteen told Muno that by not informing the teachers about the Hero Public Safety Commission arresting Class 1-A inside Heights Alliance without due process and even dragging Hado, Amajiki, Kendo and Tetsutetsu, along with Hatsume, into this is enough grounds to prove that Rokuweru has abused his authority.
As the argument is ongoing, Togata took the opportunity to sneak out and is heading out of UA Academy, as he is now going to do what Midnight instructed him to do, and hoped that this would help solve this crisis that might put the school in turmoil if Muno continue to commit more incompetence as well as to save the UA students who were unjustly arrested.

The scene shifts to the Endeavor Hero Agency, which is located within the heart of the city. Endeavor's Hero Agency is a luxurious skyscraper type building with various floors. The front entrance is decorated with a stylized flaming "E" for Endeavor.
Inside, there is a large office space with several desks and computers. Over thirty sidekicks including Burnin are constantly dealing with requests and other hero work for Endeavor. The "Flaming Sidekickers" are very passionate and their catchphrase is "Flame On". As the agency of the new No. 1 Hero, the office stays very busy with many of them remaining on standby or going out on patrol.
Endeavor's personal office is a very large room with only a relatively small table and Endeavor's desk inside. Many of the sidekicks working at the agency have fire and heat type Quirks.
The scene shifts inside where Endeavor's sidekicks are shown to be busy with mostly paperwork, and are wondering when the Work Studies would resume, as they are hoping that Todoroki would get his provisional hero license and work here, as Endeavor is hoping for this to happen, given that Todoroki and Bakugo had just finished their remedial course.
The sidekicks, Burnin, Kido and Onima, were then startled as someone came barging in, wearing a hooded jacket and is panting hard before approaching them, where the person removed the hood from his head, revealing to be Todoroki, and this surprised the sidekicks as they did not expect to see him, but they saw him in distress and asked what is wrong, in which he demanded to see Endeavor, and the sidekicks guessed that this may have to do something with Midoriya being wanted.
"Hey, take a deep breath…there…"
"Is everything okay there at UA Academy...?"
"Is you coming here so suddenly has something to do with Midoriya…?"
"Yes…and there is a conspiracy behind this…"
"Huh?"
"What?"
"Really…?"
"Yes…"
Todoroki then explained what happened at Heights Alliance, about how they got word from an anonymous source about Midoriya's impending arrest, the Hero Public Safety Commission unjustly arresting Class 1-A even though Bakugo admitted that he acted alone and everything else, as well as the fact that Todoroki himself and Hagakure managing to hid themselves and received instructions from Mr. Yaoyorozu to inform Endeavor that he shouldn't blindly trust Rokuweru.
As the sidekicks are conflicted about what they were told, Endeavor came and overheard the discussion. While he appeared to be stern and stoic, he began to show concern as he told his son that he too received an order to take down Midoriya, but he is willing to listen if Shoto tells him everything in detail about Midoriya's circumstances and how it led to this.
Shoto nodded and brought out his smartphone and connected it to a laptop where he revealed to Endeavor and his sidekicks about the recorded conversation with the mysterious caller, the footage where the Midoriya impostor massacred the Royal Family which included the date and time, and the video call Bakugo had with Midoriya, where it showed that Midoriya and Camie were at the apartment complex which showed the date and time.
Burnin, Kido and Onima were surprised and in disbelief at what they just saw and realized that something sinister is at work here, and told Endeavor that Shoto is telling the truth that Midoriya is indeed been framed, and that the acting principal of UA Academy is worsening the situation after unjustly evicting Midoriya from Heights Alliance after suspending him even though it hasn't been proven that Midoriya is the one shown on the viral sex video.
"Endeavor…I believe what your son just said."
"It seems that someone has planned this from the very start. And Muno worsened the situation."
"And I suspect that Rokuweru is someone we shouldn't trust…"
"…"
"What is your take on this, Endeavor?"
"Awaiting your order."
"Give us your command."
"…"
Endeavor stared at the monitor as he heard his sidekicks voicing their disbelief at what really happened, and suggested that they show this to Rokuweru in the hopes of getting him to recall the SHOOT TO KILL order on Midoriya, but the current number one hero appeared to be conflicted on what to do next.

The scene shifts at Gran Torino's apartment complex, where he just finished watching the news about Midoriya being wanted for multiple frustrated murder and the SHOOT TO KILL order, and the elderly pro hero is sure that Midoriya did not commit the murders and is sure that the teen boy is not the one on the viral sex video that is currently circulating online.
Torino is now contemplating in contacting All Might as he sensed that something is amiss here as he did not saw any televised announcement from UA Academy, and this made him decide to pay UA Academy and Heights Alliance a surprise visit so as to ask Midoriya's classmates in order to get some clues.
Suddenly a knock on the door is heard and he wondered who it is, yet he braces himself as he had a feeling that it might be Midoriya, and as he opened the door, he is quite surprised, as the visitor is someone else. It turns out to be a pro hero, who is dressed in an armor that resembles a European knight, but his shoulder pads and ornaments had the motif of a YELLOW BANANA.
The visitor then introduced himself as the Banana Knight hero: Red Baron, and showed Torino his professional hero license and informed Torino that the Hero Public Safety Commission sent him to interrogate Torino after reading the profile that Torino was the one whom Midoriya interned with several months ago during the time when the Hero Killer: Stain was rampaging.
Torino sensed that something is indeed amiss here and asked why would the Hero Public Safety Commission would come to him since he is semi-retired and that he hasn't seen Midoriya for months, and there Red Baron said that he is only following orders and demanded to Torino to tell him if Midoriya is hiding here or if Torino knows where Midoriya's location is
"I ask you again. Is Izuku Midoriya here?"
"No. He is not here."
"Be honest…"
"I'm telling the truth. I haven't seen him for months. If he came here he would have left his clothes here…"
"Really, old man?"
"Yes."
"Can you prove it…?"
"…"
Torino then offered to let Red Baron to look around inside the apartment if it would help prove that he did not harbor Midoriya, and as Red Baron looked around, he sees that his target isn't here, yet he is not satisfied and brought out his lance, where he activated his Quirk, in which it allows him to channel an energy into his lance and there the lance glowed and filled with energy that has a shape of a banana, and began thrashing the place, believing that he might flush Midoriya out, but nothing happened as Torino proved that Midoriya is not here.
"Satisfied?"
"…"
"I already told you that the kid is not here."
"…"
"Now how would you rectify this situation? You damaged my residence…"
"…"
"At least give me some compensation…"
"…"
Seeing that he has nothing to show that would warrant in capturing Torino, Red Baron is forced to relent and before leaving, Red Baron warned that the moment Torino is proven that he is harboring the fugitive Midoriya, the elderly pro hero would be arrested.
After that Red Baron left, and Torino glared as he now has a reason to suspect that something sinister is happening and now he is going to do something as he decided to leave the apartment and head somewhere to meet someone.

The scene shifts to a highway where Midoriya and Camie are still cruising, and are still at loss on where to head out next, as he knew that the Hero Public Safety Commission would send pro heroes to hunt them down, in addition to the police that are given the order to commence the SHOOT TO KILL, and while cruising, Camie noticed that the gas meter and saw that the indicator pointing out that the car is running out of fuel, which she told him about it.
Midoriya is starting to feel the pressure, as he and Camie have been on the run for several hours, and haven't taken breakfast and lunch, and now they are being hunted down like animals because they were framed for murdering the Royal Family, and now he is unsure who to turn to because of the situation.
Checking the compartment in front of her, Camie discovered some cash and after checking it she said that it is enough to refuel the car, and she saw a gas station near an outdoor restaurant, where she suggested that Midoriya refuel the car while she would order food, and he told her to be careful as she might be recognized.
"Utsushimi-san…are you sure…?"
"Yeah."
"But…"
"I'll be careful…"
"I…okay."
"I'll be okay. You stay here and refuel the car."
"Fine."
"…"
After that, Midoriya parked the car and began to commence on refueling the car after slotting the amount of money on the machine, and while waiting, a few drivers noticed Midoriya and approached him, saying that they recognized him, but he just stood still and not do anything as the drivers are wary towards him after seeing the news, and one of them demanded an answer as to why Midoriya murdered the Royal Family.
Midoriya solemnly told the crowd how this all started, how he got unjustly suspended from UA and evicted from Heights Alliance, and meeting Camie who faced a similar situation and stayed at his mother's apartment, where they struggle to find a job to support themselves after the Hero Public Safety Commission confiscated his provisional hero license on the basis of the viral sex video even though it hasn't been confirmed that he is the one involved.
And then at midnight last night his classmate called him and told him about what happened to the Royal Family even though Midoriya himself and Camie are resting at the apartment, when the video about the massacre was shown, he and Camie realize that they were framed and following his classmate's advise he and Camie left and there he saw the pro heroes and the police arrive and stormed the apartment complex, and there Midoriya said that this is how he and Camie ended up here.
While the witnesses appeared to disbelieve him, others noticed that Midoriya is not lying as he remained there and not attempted to escape, and gradually they started to believe him after seeing that Midoriya is only in his house clothes and his eyes showed that he has eye bags, which indicates that he hasn't been sleeping for several hours, and realized that he has been awake since last night and has not taken a rest.
Suddenly, one of the onlookers grabbed Midoriya by his arm and told the others to call the police, saying that he just received an announcement on the radio that a reward would be given if Midoriya and Camie are captured, but to his surprise, the other travelers berated him for his greediness as they said that they believe that Midoriya is innocent from the very start.
"You idiot!"
"So you're motivated by money?"
"Are you really that greedy?"
"But this punk is a murderer! The news says it! And you get 500 million Yen if…"
"Idiot!"
"Idiot!"
"Idiot!"
"Idiot!"
By then Camie showed up carrying the food inside a bag, and she stood there as Midoriya saw her, and there the other travelers saw Camie stood there, not doing anything and they began to see that she too was framed for a crime she didn't commit, and there someone approached Camie and reluctantly told her that he just saw a live news video where Camie's dad, a known pro hero, proclaimed that he would bring down Camie because she is THE SHAME of the Utsushimi family, and there the traveler hesitantly showed the video where Mr. Utsushimi unabashedly said that he is more than willing to take Camie down for the DESPICABLE CRIME as he made it clear that he has disavowed her as a family member and no longer CONNECTED to the Utsushimi family.
Midoriya stared wide-eyed at seeing and hearing the news video and saw Camie staggered back while dropping the bag of take-out food before other persons held her as she started to weep at seeing this, as her own father discarded her as if she was a disposable item, and Midoriya tried to calm her down as she started to hyperventilate while trying to hold back her tears and sorrows.
"Utsushimi-san!"
"…"
"Calm down…!"
"…"
"Its okay!"
"…"
"Please calm down…"
"…"
The onlookers observe and started to realize that Midoriya and Camie are not dangerous fugitives as the news announcement said, seeing that the two teens are devastated by what Mr. Utsushimi said about willing to take down Camie, and by then one of the other diners came and confronted Midoriya, saying that things are looking bad as he received a video from a friend who accidentally witnessed something that happened at Heights Alliance earlier in the day.
There he showed to Midoriya about the secret video taken, where it shows that almost all members of Class 1-A are being carried away, unconscious, handcuffed and fitted with Quirk-blocking devices, and Midoriya was in a state of shock, and almost shouted as he wondered why his classmates are being arrested since they are not involved in this.
Then his eyes widened further as the video showed that Inko is also being carried by the HPSC agents, also in handcuffs and fitted with a Quirk-blocking device, and there Midoriya is starting to lose his composure as he question why his mother is being arrested as she has no knowledge of what is happening to him.
The diner said that based on what his friend said, it is likely that the Hero Public Safety Commission is PLAYING DIRTY by using the students as a BARGAINING CHIP to lure Midoriya out so that the Hero Public Safety Commission, and the police, would take advantage, and there he told Midoriya and Camie that they need to lie low and get an EXCELLENT lawyer to defend them.
By then, Inasa Yoarashi showed up, and approached Midoriya, where he point-blank asked if he really is innocent, wanting to know if he is not involved in the Royal Family massacre, and when Midoriya reiterated that he did not do it, Yoarashi glared at him before nodding, and there he told him that he got an emergency call from Todoroki and told him what happened, and there he whispered to Midoriya, telling him something that only Midoriya could hear.
Then, apparently to keep up appearance, he asked Midoriya if is capable of protecting Camie, and when Midoriya nodded, Yoarashi gave a nod, and tells him that he needs to find an EXCELLENT and brave lawyer, as he said that Shiketsu High was contacted by the Hero Public Safety Commission, and tasked the Hero Course students to launch a manhunt on Camie, and were given permission to use brute force to capture her, and Camie asked if Shiketsu High has really sunk low, as aside from unjustly expelling her even though it hasn't been proven that she is involved in the viral sex video, they are now seeing her as an animal being hunted.
"So, Yoarashi…is this how it goes…?"
"Camie…"
"I'm just a disposable item to them…? They unjustly expelled me because of the viral video even though they haven't confirm it…?"
"I…"
"Even my own father discarded me like I'm an expired item…he never gave me a benefit of a doubt…"
"Sorry, Camie…"
"…"
"…"
Yoarashi stared at the ground, as he is emotionally pained by this, as he knows that Camie would not do something like getting involved in the massacre, yet he was tasked by his school to find and capture Camie. There he said that he will turn a blind eye and urged his friend to get going, and go with Midoriya, as this is all he could do to cover her escape.
The diners, now sympathetic towards Midoriya and Camie, urged the two teens to leave, reasoning that if they are seen by prying eyes, the police and pro heroes would come here and harm them, which Yoarashi agreed and told Midoriya to take Camie and go, urging him to protect her and find a way to clear their names.
Suddenly, one of the other diners came and told the others that the acting commissioner of the Hero Public Safety Commission announced that he has offered a LARGER reward for information leading to Midoriya and Camie's whereabouts, with the amount being ONE BILLION Yen, which Midoriya clenched his fists as he is starting to get fed up.
The diners realized that the reward announcement would entice other people to do something as the amount is great, and there they urged Midoriya and Camie to hurry and go as they are now in further danger.
"You two better get going!"
"Yeah, things are getting intense…"
"If you two are really innocent, go and lie low. Find a superb lawyer and maybe get international help."
"He's right. You need help…and it looks like almost all the pro heroes are after you."
"Get going…now!"
"Yeah go!"
"Hurry!"
"Before its too late!"
Suddenly, someone showed up, and the diners and Yoarashi stared wide-eyed at seeing who appeared, where the new entrant appeared to be a pro hero who is dressed like a Chinese-themed imperial soldier while sporting an armor that has a combined motif of a Chinese dragon and a grape, which his costume and grape-like armor are colored green and purple. He is also armed with a blaster-like gun and stood there glancing at Midoriya and Camie.
There he revealed to the two teens about himself, introducing his name and status as a professional pro hero, the Dragon-Grape Hero, Ryugen, and said that on behalf of the Hero Public Safety Commission, he is tasked with taking down Midoriya and Camie as the commission deemed them as ARMED AND DANGEROUS, and that Ryugen was given permission to use lethal force when necessary.
"You must be Izuku Midoriya…aka Deku. And you must be Camie Utsushimi…aka Maboromicamie."
"…"
"…"
"After you massacred the Royal Family the Hero Public Safety Commission deemed you as ULTIMATE THREATS. Hence I am constrained to take you down if necessary."
"We didn't kill the Royal Family!"
"We were impersonated!"
"Anything you say may and will be used against you. If you wish to live, surrender unconditionally. Otherwise I will be permitted to take you down the hard way."

Hope you liked this chapter, as drama and tension dominated the story, as the teachers of UA Academy get into a confrontation with the incompetent Muno, while Todoroki seeks out the Endeavor Hero Agency for help, even though Endeavor himself appeared to be conflicted about whether to follow the Hero Public Safety Commission's orders or to heed his son's cry for help…
Midoriya and Camie are facing deeper trouble as a pro hero showed up and made it clear that he is tasked to bring Midoriya and Camie…DEAD OR ALIVE…
And an Easter egg here...two pro heroes appeared, and they're based on certain characters that have fruit motif and appeared in a TV drama way back in 2013. The only clue I can give you is that the writer of this 2013 TV drama is known for writing a dark drama like Puella Magi Madoka...
