Ch. 3: Chōsei, kan'nō-tekina hōshū
The scene shifts inside the principal's office in Aldera Middle School, as the principal's secretary told the principal that Kendo is here to see him, and the principal nodded as he is quite surprised to hear that one of the chiefs of the Anti-Nomu Corps is here to see him and he wondered what is going on and why would one of the chiefs of the Anti-Nomu Corps wanted to see him and motions the secretary to let her in immediately.
"The chief of the 7th Unit you say?"
"Yes sir…"
"Oh no…did any of our students did something…?"
"Don't know, sir…"
"Okay…tell her to come in…"
"As in right now?"
"Yes, right now!"
"Okay…"
After that, Kendo is inside where she just stumbled into a conference meeting between the principal and the teachers and there the principal spoke and hesitantly asked if one of the students here caused any trouble to the Anti-Nomu Corps, and offered to apologize and penalize the erring student, as he is worried that the school would be dragged in if the situation turns out to be true.
Kendo told the principal that none of the students here caused any trouble and she only came here to inform him that his student, Izuku Midoriya, would be missing some school time here as he is working for the Anti-Nomu Corps, surprising the teachers as they did not expect to hear this, and expressed disbelief at what they just heard from Kendo, as they are sure that Midoriya is incapable of anything.
"Midoriya…?"
"Working for the Anti-Nomu Corps?"
"Unbelievable…"
"That can't be true…"
"How can that be…?"
"That brat is a weakling…"
"An incompetent idiot…"
"I bet he just bribed his way just to skip school…"
Kendo overheard what the teachers are mumbling and she politely urged them not to say anything derogatory as she reiterated that Midoriya works for her and that she PERSONALLY chose him because she SAW HIS WORTH in dealing with the Nomu, and therefore she will not allow anyone to say ANYTHING BAD towards him while she is here, and the principal apologize for this.
"I'm terribly sorry!"

"Please ignore what my fellow teachers said…!"

"I will deal with them!"

"Please do not take your anger on this school…!"

The principle then berated the teachers for their comments and urges them to apologize, and the teachers reluctantly did so yet deep inside they are unwilling to accept the fact that a WEAKLING like Midoriya is working for the Anti-Nomu Corps.
After some discussion Kendo left after being assured that the principal would give Midoriya some make-up lessons to make up for the absences he would incur, and the teachers hoped that Midoriya gets expelled as they hated the younger boy for various petty reasons, showing that they are bullies at heart.
"That Midoriya…he really is a brat…!"
"Who does he think he is?"
"And we got berated by the principal…!"
"I hope that Midoriya brat gets expelled…or rather…he gets killed by a Nomu…that way we won't get to see his damn face!"

Outside the 7th Unit dorm, Midoriya takes pride in having made the building sparkling clean, but then looks out despondently at Mato's stormy landscape, wondering if he did the right thing in accepting Kendo's offer of joining the 7th Unit and residing at the Mato World as the caretaker.
Suddenly, a Nomu emerges from the ground and tries to attack Midoriya, but is blocked and disintegrated by a barrier. Midoriya is taken surprised by how close the Nomu emerged and Nei Ookawamura arrives to check on him.
"Midoriya…"
"Uh…Nei-chan…"
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah…"
"That's good to hear…"
"That Nomu…it…"
"Oh, it's okay…no need to worry."
"Huh?"
Nei explains that the 7th Unit is located at the Southwestern Demon Gate, and so many Nomu are prone to showing up around them. Nei further explains that Mato is divided into eight different directions and each Unit is assigned one section of it. Midoriya thanks Nei for helping him to understand Mato.
"Thanks, Nei-chan!"
"Heh…"
"You really helped me…"
"Heh…"
"I get to know some things about the Mato World…"
"Ah, it's not a problem!"
"I'll be sure to ask you again about the Mato World some time!"
"Sure! Feel free to ask anytime!"
Himari Azuma arrives and irritably orders Midoriya to make lunch for them, including Kendo's. After Midoriya asks if a caretaker is responsible for making food as well, Himari angrily tells him he should be grateful for being allowed to live in the same place and eat the same food as them.
"Look here!"
"Eeep…!"
"Be thankful that Chief Kendo let's you stay here!"
"Eeep…!"
"She may have seen you having some worth…but if it were up to me I'd feed you to the Nomus!"
"Eeep…!"
"So stop complaining and do your job!"

Later, as Yuuki enthusiastically prepares food, he suddenly feels as if he is being watched, but sees nothing.
As the 7th Unit members have their meal, Shushu Suruga, Kendo, Nei, and Himari (reluctantly) praise Midoriya's cooking skills as the meal they had was good and nutritious, which somewhat raised Midoriya's morale as at the very least he is being praised.
However, they then give him the additional chores of cleaning the dishes, baths, and vacant rooms, which frustrates Midoriya. He confronts Kendo about this, explaining that he thought he was going to help exterminating the Nomu, but Kendo merely replies that the Nomu can go a week without appearing.
"Eh…? A…week…?"
"Yes."
"…"
"And until a Nomu appears…you'll have to do chores and maintaining the dorm…"
"Uh…"
"Its better than staying idle…"
"…"
"I hope you get it loud and clear…"
Displeased, Midoriya tries to argue further, but is stopped as Himari holds a sword that has grown from her arm up to his neck, intimidating him to stop his complaining. However, she is stopped by Kendo, who states that, although she understands some of them may not be happy with having a male caretaker, Midoriya is valuable as a caretaker and for her ability.
"So please, Himari…don't take your aggression on Midoriya."
"But…"
"Even if he's a boy…he's still human…so he's no different from us…"
"Chief Kendo…"
"I also need him…so please do not…"
"Tch…fine."
"Good. Oh, and one more thing…"
"Huh?"
With fury in her eyes, she says that she will handle Midoriya herself if he misbehaves and the others obediently comply.
"Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes, chief!"
"Yes, chief!"

"So please behave and let Midoriya do his job."
"Yes, chief!"
"Yes, chief!"

Suddenly, Nei acts strangely and Kendo asks if she has seen something. Shushu explains to Midoriya that Nei is clairvoyant. Nei stumbles around with her eyes closed, but then informs the others that a gate has appeared five kilometers to the north. Kendo orders them to depart in three vehicles.

While Himari and Nei ride a jeep and Shushu rides a motorbike, Kendo intends to ride Midoriya to the gate site. As Kendo presents her hand to him, Midoriya readies himself for the upcoming fight (while also anticipating the reward that will follow). He kisses her hand and transforms. Kendo and Midoriya quickly catch up to Himari, Nei, and Shushu and even surpass them. Nei and Shushu are impressed by Midoriya's form, but Himari says he just looks like a monster.
"What's so impressive?"
"Well…"
"You saw…"
"He's no different from a Nomu…"
"Chief Azuma…please don't be like that…"
"Yeah…I'm pretty sure something interesting is…"
"Whatever."
"…"
"…"
Upon arriving at the gate, Midoriya wonders where the Nomu are, but Kendo tells him their mission at the moment is only to examine the gate itself, which is a large black hole-like object. She explains that gates like this appear randomly and may transport human civilians to Mato or the Nomu may use them to get to their "mortal" world.
However, the gate should disappear after a few hours. Midoriya is curious about Kendo's phrasing of their world as the "mortal" world, and she replies that Mato does feel rather hellish and there are many lingering mysteries surrounding it, which surprised Midoriya as he realized that there is more to the Mato World than meets the eye.
"Huh?"
"You heard me, Midoriya."
"So you're saying…?"
"Yes."
"…"
"That's how it is."
"No way…"
"…"
Suddenly, a huge swarm of Nomu appear, heading straight for the gate, looking to consume anything that sees, and Kendo remarks that the existence of the Shuuki is also a mystery, which further made Midoriya more curious about the Mato World, seeing that this world has more questions that need to be divulged as soon as possible.
Midoriya prepares to fight, but Kendo stops him as Himari and Shushu have arrived and she elects to let them handle the Shuuki. A trio of Shuuki then appear behind Midoriya and Kendo, and he easily defeats them. Meanwhile, Himari and Shushu handle the other Nomu, as Himari grows a machine gun from her arm, firing it at the Nomu, while Shushu grows to giant size. Their abilities greatly impress Midoriya as Shushu and Himari complimented one another.
"Nice one, Himari!"
"You too, Shushu!"
"You can be a Terminator! You can even grow an RPG…"
"Come on, Shushu…you know I can't…"
"So you rather be Robocop…?"
"Definitely not! What about you? Want to be Gojira?"
"No way! And please don't compare me to Ant Man or Giant Man! I'm not a fan of . Michael Douglas…and I'm definitely not an fan of the MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE! That's why Quantumania flopped at the box office! Marvel Studios casts an older guy to portray Henry Pym while casting Catherine Zeta-Jones as the Wasp. Both are in their 50s so Marvel Comics fans were disappointed in not see them in the Avengers movies!"
"Whatever…"
With the Nomu defeated and the gate gone, Midoriya reverts to his human form. He braced himself as he anticipates his reward, but Kendo merely pats him on the head and gives him a candy. Midoriya sighed, as he recalls that he only gets a reward fitting of the work he performed. He is struck by exhaustion from the transformation, but manages to rejoin others.

Back at the dorm, Himari asks if he is tired, but Midoriya insists that he is fine and so Himari orders him to do more chores. As Midoriya performs his chores, he becomes even more frustrated, beginning to wonder if he is truly needed. He then sees Kendo in a training session with Himari, and he concedes that the others are not merely lounging around while he works.
He then overheard Kendo giving Himari some lectures which the latter nodded and took her words at heart and assured to the chief that she will take her advise into consideration.
"Remember…we all have differing abilities."
"Yes, chief!"
"And despite the benefits…they also have flaws…"
"Yes, chief!"
"So improvise and see if there are any advantages you could use."
"Yes, chief!"
"Got that?"
"Yes, chief!"
Suddenly, Midoriya feels a huge tremor and the 7th Unit dorm barrier activates as an army of Nomu surround it. The 7th Unit members take action as Shushu once more grows to tremendous size. Riding on Shushu's shoulder, Himari considers that Shushu can only maintain her size for a short time and Himari herself is limited with her weapons, and so the dorm may be in danger.
However, Kendo, now riding the transformed Midoriya, orders them to divide their efforts, each taking one section of the Nomu army. Kendo and Midoriya go into action and tear the Nomu apart, greatly impressing Himari. She concedes that Midoriya should be Kendo's slave.
"Yeah…he should belong to the chief…"
The 7th Unit manages to defeat the Nomu, but they are all worn out. Kendo stands before Midoriya again and appears to be about to give him another candy as a reward, but instead she puts it in her mouth and gives him a deep kiss, moving it to his mouth.
As Midoriya was taken by surprise Kendo becomes dismayed, realizing she has to act like his lover again. She reminds Midoriya that she has no control over her body during the reward and she must provide a fitting reward that corresponds to the slave's desires. She then strips down to her underwear, calling Midoriya a DAMN HENTAI. She then shoves his face into her breasts and Midoriya mentally sighed as he feels his fatigue melt away.

Midoriya recalls the incident, in which the Nomu destroyed an entire village. Kendo says that, while some people think the Nomu and Peaches should be studied, she only wishes to destroy the Nomu and spare other people the suffering she has gone through. And, to do that, she must become stronger.
She then comments that her dislike towards Midoriya is surprisingly low. Also, as proven by his strength, they have good compatibility. She then dismissively says that what she does with Midoriya is no different than bathing with a dog or cat and thus it is nothing for her be upset about.
Despite her dismissive attitude, Midoriya is pleased. Kendo also remarks that she is aware Himari has been bossing Midoriya around and she will address that so he is not worn out when it comes time to battle. Midoriya is satisfied that Kendo does, in fact, need him.
After that they both head back to the 7th Unit dorm and rejoin the others.

Hope you liked this chapter, as it mirrors the whole of the Chain Soldier's chapter 3 of the manga…though the difference is that it is set in the My Hero Academia world and the such, and now that Kendo made Midoriya a member of her unit, he is set to live in Mato alongside the rest of the 7th Unit…despite some who are skeptical in letting a boy join the 7th Unit but relented after Kendo assured to them that Midoriya will be an important asset to their unit…
But the biggest difference here is that Midoriya got a REWARD he never thought would happen…as he reluctantly GOT LAID with Kendo, which is a stark contrast from the Chained Soldier manga where the rewards are generally R-18 stuff, but here it went FULL LEMON, and Kendo GOT LAID for the first time as well yet she is willing to put up with this as she still needs Midoriya for her goals in becoming the next SUPREME COMMANDER…
