I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, in which Midoriya and Camie finds themselves into an unexpected situation…which would surely affect Camie in such a way…

Ch. 24: Konran

At the Class 1-B dormitory of Heights Alliance, the rest of Class 1-B were in a state of disbelief at what they saw on the news flash where the massacre at the Senate building took place where nearly all of Class 1-A perpetrated the act, which a distressed Hagakure from Class 1-A voiced her disapproval, saying that her classmates are not involved, reasoning that there is no way her classmates would pull of that kind of stunt given that they are still in the hands of the Hero Public Safety Commission, along with the fact that they are fitted with Quirk-blocking devices on their bodies.

Awase agreed, and also noted that Yaoyorozu and Todoroki are not there when the massacre at the Senate building happened. By then Vlad King arrived and there the rest of Class 1-B told their homeroom teacher what happened, and the pro hero urged his students to calm down, saying that he and the rest of the faculty members are now aware of what happened and they are taking steps to defy Muno-sensei for his gross incompetence.

"You kids need to calm down…"

"But sensei…"

"We can't just sit down and do nothing…"

"Kendo and Tetsutetsu are still being arrested even though they are not involved…"

"My fellow faculty members are addressing the situation…and we are SECRETLY contacting the principal so that he could make Muno-sensei step down. For now stay calm and do not try anything rash."

"I…okay…"

"Fine…"

"Yeah…"

Tokage suddenly gasped as she called out Vlad King and her classmates, telling them what appeared just now on TV, which showed Class 1-A massacring everyone inside the Hero Agency office of the Wild Wild Pussycats, and there Vlad King watched the scene where he noticed that the Class 1-A members are using high-powered weapons and that they are still wearing the Quirk-blocking devices on their bodies.

The rest of Class 1-B said that they believe that the Class 1-A shown on the news are impostors, reasoning that Class 1-A would not stoop this low and that they are Quirkless at this time due to the Quirk-suppressing devices their bodies, since Hagakure said that her classmates are still in the hands of the Hero Public Safety Commission.

Moreover, Awase pointed out that aside from Class 1-A, Kendo and Tetsutetsu, Hado and Amajiki of the Big Three, as well as Hatsume and Inko Midoriya, were also unjustly arrested, hence it's strange that they are not with Class 1-A when the massacre took place.

Vlad King nodded as he finds this very suspicious, and there he told his students to stay calm and stay here at the dorms, and that they would be excused from classes, reasoning that this would be a security measure to ensure Class 1-B's safety so as not to give the Hero Public Safety Commission an excuse to pick on the students.

"For now, you kid stay here and not go out unless I STRICTLY instructed you to. If someone else, like Muno-sensei or someone from the Hero Public Safety Commission came and ordered you to go with them, refuse and tell them to contact me first. If they try to use violence on you for no justifiable reason, you may use your Quirks for self-defense. Understood?"

"Yes, sensei."

After that, Vlad King left as he heads back to UA Academy in order to inform his fellow faculty members of what he saw just now, and would tell them that something SINISTER is going on, as he is sure that Class 1-A would not do something like this and that he finds it impossible for Class 1-A to gain weapons and that if they are really the Class 1-A members the first thing they would do is get the Quirk-suppressing devices off them, since they would be facing pro heroes who have Quirks.

Outside the Hero Public Safety Commission, the parents of Class 1-A were shoved out of the headquarters, and they were livid as Rokuweru did not provide answers on why their children were arrested in the first place, and believed that what they saw on the news is fake, as they know that their children would not do something like massacring the politicians inside the Senate building or killing pro heroes inside the Wild Wild Pussycats Agency office before blowing it up, and there Mitsuki Bakugo told the other parents that they are going to consult their lawyers and seek help from the police, which the fellow parents roared in agreement.

"We better get ourselves a very good and brilliant lawyers…then we go to the police. We can't trust the Hero Public Safety Commission. Are you with me?"

"Yeah!"

By then Endeavor came and overhearing what Mrs. Bakugo said, he discreetly told her and the parents to do that in secret, reasoning that something SINISTER is happening at the Hero Public Safety Commission, and also confided to the parents that he believe that the Class 1-A members who committed the murder spree are impostors, and the parents nodded, relieved to see that Endeavor believe in them.

"If you're going to do this…do it secretly. I believe that someone is pulling the strings behind the shadows. I'll try to investigate in secret. You should do the same."

"Okay."

Suddenly, several reporters from various TV stations came and surrounded the parents, asking, if not demanding, answers about the involvement of Class 1-A on the massacre of the politicians and the pro heroes that were murdered inside the office of the Wild Wild Pussycats.

"A comment, please…"

"Is it true that your children became villains?"

"Are they forsaking their educations?"

"Is this a sign of rebellion?"

"Do your children plan on joining the League Of Villains?"

"What's your take on this?"

"Have you disowned them?"

"Please tell us!"

At Endeavor's Hero Agency office, Burnin, Kido and Onima were in a state of disbelief after seeing the news flash about what happened at the Senate building and the destruction of the Wild Wild Pussycats Agency office, which Todoroki reiterated that they are not his classmates but impostors, as he pointed out that he finds it impossible that his classmates would do something like that and that he finds it impossible that his classmates would be able to escape from the Hero Public Safety Commission after being forcibly fitted with Quirk-blocking devices.

The three sidekicks of Endeavor agreed, and there they realize that the police and the Hero Public Safety Commission might go after Shoto since he is also a member of Class 1-A and that they might use him as a scapegoat and a bait to lure out Midoriya.

There the trio told Todoroki that he better lie low and find a way to get legal help, which Todoroki reluctantly realize that Burnin, Kido and Onima are right, as this would put Endeavor in a compromising situation due to him having a professional hero license which came from the Hero Public Safety Commission.

Suddenly, one of several minor sidekicks of Endeavor came and told the trio and Todoroki to check the latest news, and in doing so, it showed that Class 1-A have caused a massacre at the British Embassy, killing the ambassador and many of its employees. There it is shown that Bakugo led the massacre, and two minutes later another newsflash is shown, where embassies of New Zealand, Australia and Switzerland were attacked by other members of Class 1-A; Iida leading the New Zealand embassy massacre, the Australian Embassy massacre led by Uraraka, and the Swiss Embassy led by Jiro.

Todoroki noticed that Class 1-A were split into three groups and it showed that they used high-powered ammunition to murder the ambassadors and the employees, which he also noticed that the Class 1-A members are still wearing the Quirk-blocking devices, and Burnin also noticed it, and she said that it is suspicious that Class 1-A would do something brazen given the fact that they are still wearing the Quirk-blocking devices, and reasoned that if she were a member of Class 1-A she would find a way to remove the devices and seek political help outside Japan instead of causing a BLOODY mayhem, which Onima, Kido and Todoroki agreed, convinced that the Class 1-A members shown on the news are impostors.

"I'm totally sure…those are impostors! There's no way that Class 1-A would do something stupid!"

"I agree!"

"If they are the real students they should have lie low…find a way to remove those devices and get political help!"

"Seems to me that something fishy is going on. Are you convinced that they're impostors, Shoto?"

"Without a doubt."

"Then we better be ready. I'm sure Endeavor would be back by now…"

"And I'm betting he would be in a bad mood…"

"Ditto."

Then another minor sidekick of the Endeavor Agency came rushing, holding his smartphone, where he said that he just got word via social media that the Hero Public Safety Commission has declared Class 1-A as terrorists and that they are going to be dealt with, alive or dead. Moreover, the Hero Public Safety Commission also announced that a reward of 20,000,000 Yen would be given to those who could provide information on Class 1-A's whereabouts.

Kido and Onima glanced at Burnin, and she then glanced at Todoroki, sensing that he is now in a compromising situation if he stays here as she has a feeling that the Hero Public Safety Commission might consider raiding this office and there she told Todoroki that he needs to leave, and seek help, which Todoroki understood as he realized that his presence here would put everyone within the Endeavor Hero Agency in danger.

"Sorry, Shoto. You got to leave."

"I…understand."

"For now you need to hide…and maybe get help. I doubt you might find help here…"

"…"

"Maybe you should leave Japan and seek help from the World Heroes Association…"

"I suppose…"

"We'll figure out a way to sneak you out of the country…"

"Okay…"

Another minor sidekick of the Endeavor Hero Agency came, and told Burnin that four pro heroes are trying to barge their way in, saying that they believe that a member of Class 1-A is here, and Burnin stared in apprehension, as she wondered how someone figured out that Todoroki is here, and there she instructed Onima to sneak Todoroki out of the agency office while she would try to stall whoever sent the pro heroes here.

As Onima nodded, he persuades a reluctant Todoroki to come along as he led the younger boy towards a SECRET FIRE EXIT, while Burnin went to the lobby area where she blinked her eyes as four persons are standing there, all wearing armored suits that made them resembled knights, but their helmets sports an insect motif.

There the four visitors showed their professional hero licenses, and introduced themselves as pro heroes, in which they are identified as:

- Spade and Sword-wielding hero: Blade

- Diamond Gun-wielding hero: Garren

- Heart-breaking Mantis hero: Chalice

- Clover Polearm hero: Leangle.

Burnin and Kido glanced at the four, as they noticed that their helmets have corresponding insect-looking designs:

- Blade's helmet resembles a beetle while its chest armor has a Spade insignia;

- Garren's helmet resembles a stag beetle while its chest armor has a Diamond insignia;

- Chalice's helmet resembles a praying mantis while its chest armor has a Heart insignia;

- Leangle's helmet resembles a spider while its chest armor has a Club insignia;

There the four pro heroes told them the reason why they are here, as they were instructed by the Hero Public Safety Commission to find any escaped members of Class 1-A, and there they received an intel that one of the wanted students is related to Endeavor, and there Blade demanded to Burnin that she surrender Todoroki without question, or else they would face serious consequences.

"We got info. One of Class 1-A is here."

"Huh?"

"Don't try to fool us. We know he is here…"

"Really?"

"…"

"I believe you are mistaken…"

"Let me remind you that…"

"Look here, Blue Beetle-wannabe…"

Burnin told Blade that Todoroki has not come here and haven't heard from him, and pointed out that he is not involved in the massacre since he is not present, she showed the footage that she recorded, giving her an advantage in argument, yet Blade reiterated that Todoroki is still wanted due to him being part of Class 1-A, and there Garren told Burnin to hand over Todoroki, reasoning that they believe that this agency is harboring the son of Endeavor.

Kido stepped forward and told Garren that what he said is a serious accusation and told the four pro heroes to get a search warrant first before they say anything, which Chalice and Leangle arrogantly retorted that pro heroes don't need any warrant as they were authorized by the Hero Public Safety Commission to bring down Class 1-A.

"There is no need for a warrant."

"We were given authority to search."

"What was that?"

"Who do you think you are?"

"We're pro heroes, obviously…"

"And the Hero Public Safety Commission gave us permission to use any means necessary to find the culprits."

"…"

The employees of the Endeavor Hero Agency office braced themselves as Blade told Burnin that if she defy them this agency would be on the Hero Public Safety Commission watchlist and both Endeavor and the sidekicks could be arrested for obstruction, which Burnin is aware, as she is secretly trying to stall the four pro heroes until Onima and Todoroki are in the clear, and sensing that they are, Burnin feigned CAVING IN TO PRESSURE and led the four pro heroes towards the areas within the agency office.

Meanwhile, Midoriya and Camie are on the highway, riding the car as they are heading towards a specific location, which Midoriya is the only one who knows after being given a secret instruction from Yoarashi, and Camie was still distressed after seeing the viral video which her dad publicly shames her and further disowns her from the Utsushimi family, and there Midoriya, despite feeling the pressure, tried to cheer her up.

"Camie…"

"…"

"Its okay…"

"…"

"We'll solve this…once we clear our names…and expose the culprits…I'm sure your dad would accept you again."

"…"

"I promise…"

"…"

Camie just nodded as she knew that Midoriya is just trying to cheer her up, yet she couldn't seem to get her confidence back, yet he said that for now they need to get to a specific location and try piecing together the clues and figure out who is behind all this, so as to find and expose the culprit and clear their names, and Class 1-A as well.

Suddenly, Midoriya stepped on the brakes as something hit him, and he asked Camie to show him her smartphone, and as she did, Midoriya checked it and discovered that a hidden GPS signal is activated, and there Midoriya deduced that this is how Ryugen was able to find them, and he told Camie that she would have to discard it, much to her dismay, as she knows that her contacts are there yet she knew that he has a valid point.

Before Camie is about to turn off her smartphone, someone appeared, and Camie stared wide-eyed in shock, which Midoriya noted as she stepped out of the car as she confronted that person, and as Midoriya asked what is wrong, she revealed that the person in front of them is her father, which Midoriya is surprised to find out that the person in front of them is Camie's father who publicly disowned her.

There Mr. Utsushimi glared and branded Camie a SHAME TO THE FAMILY and he will turn her over to the Hero Public Safety Commission without question, as well as to let the public know that the Utsushimi family will not play favorites, and there she angrily confronted her dad and asked if he really JUMPED THE BALL, telling him that he has stooped so low as he immediately judged her so hastily without confirming if she is the one seen on the viral video.

"Have you really devolved yourself, dad?"

"…"

"Do you really think I would stoop myself low by doing that video?"

"…"

"Are you saying that I'm a cheap person? You didn't even give me a benefit of a doubt!"

"…"

"Answer me, dad!"

"…"

Midoriya confronted Mr. Utsushimi and supported Camie's statement, telling and reminding him that it's possible that a villain impersonated Camie like what happened at the Provisional Hero License Exams, and tells Mr. Utsushimi that he should have confirm it first before disowning his daughter, as he reiterated that he and Camie were impersonated and that someone else murdered the Royal Family using Midoriya and Camie's appearance.

However, Mr. Utsushimi slapped Camie hard, sending her careening against a guard railing, shocking Midoriya, and as he went to her side, he was shocked that her left cheek is swelling and the left side of her lips was busted, blood trickling out and dropped to the ground, further shocking Camie, and as Midoriya glared at him, Mr. Utsushimi made it clear that he OFFICIALLY disowns Camie and he received orders from the Hero Public Safety Commission to take down Camie and Midoriya, as well as telling the two teens that he is given permission to use BRUTE FORCE is necessary.

"Anything you say will be used against you two…"

"What…?"

"D-dad…"

"You two are under arrest…and I'm told to watch out for your lies…"

"What…?"

"D-dad…you…"

"And depending on whether you surrender or not…I'm given permission to use excessive force if necessary."

"!"

As Mr. Utsushimi approached the two teens, Midoriya stood in between, trying to appeal to him to stop and think carefully, saying that something is wrong here, as he pointed out that the Hero Public Safety Commission is pulling something up as the organization seemingly has something diabolical, but Mr. Utsushimi is in no mood to listen and revealed his Quirk, in which it is similar to All Might, which is a strength-based one as he punched Midoriya, hitting him on the jaw and sent him careening against the guard railing.

Despite the pain on the left side of her face, Camie gets up and shouted at her dad, telling him to stop, and unintentionally told him what a jerk of a parent he is, saying that he unjustly expelled her from the Utsushimi family without confirming if she is the one on the viral video as she reiterated that she was never involved, yet he hastily judged her without giving a benefit of a doubt like what Shiketsu High did to her when they expelled her without properly investigating the video.

However, Mr. Utsushimi ignored the criticism from his daughter, as he uses his Quirk and punched her on the left side of her ribcage, and the impact sent her colliding against the guard railing, and she clutched her side, showing that she is clearly in pain, and Midoriya was shocked that Mr. Utsushimi did that to his daughter, and screamed at him for doing that, yet Mr. Utsushimi is indifferent as he reminded the two teens that they are wanted and he is under orders from the Hero Public Safety Commission to subdue them in any way he deemed fit.

"Like I said a while ago…anything you say will be used against you two…"

"Why…why did you do that to your own daughter?!"

"Uuuunnnhhh…"

"The Hero Public Safety Commission already told me…that you two are under arrest…and I'm told to ignore whatever lies you spew…"

"What…?"

"Uuuunnnhhh …"

"And depending on whether you surrender willingly or not…I'm given permission to use excessive force if necessary."

"!"

"Uuuunnnhhh..."

Some motorists who stopped after seeing the confrontation watched the scene, and in a surprising twist, some of the motorists appeared to be sympathetic towards the two teens, seeing that Midoriya and Camie weren't attacking first and did not use their Quirks, and after hearing Camie criticizing her dad for not properly investigating the viral sex video, the motorists who saw the viral video began to wonder if Camie really did that or not.

One of the passing motorists, a doctor who is also an internist, approached the two teens, and checking on Camie, he realized that she is badly hurt, and possibly bruised her ribcage, he told Mr. Utsushimi to stop as he said that the two teens are in no shape to fight, and when he asked Midoriya if he and Camie are not the ones who killed the Royal Family, Midoriya confirmed it saying that if they really did that, they would have been at the open seas and escape Japan by now.

He pointed out that he and Camie were framed and now they are seeking help to find a way to clear their names, as well as to clear Class 1-A of any wrongdoing, which the doctor stared in serious way as he recalled hearing from his car's radio about the newsflash where some UA students committed a massacre at the Senate building, and massacring several pro heroes at a hero agency office.

There the doctor asked Midoriya if he is aware of the fact that Class 1-A massacred the entire senators and several pro heroes, as well as numerous foreign ambassadors, which Midoriya stared wide-eyed at hearing this and asked if the doctor is serious, as he reiterated that it is impossible given that they are taken away by the Hero Public Safety Commission agents and that they were forcibly fitted with Quirk-blocking devices.

"Did you say that your classmates are in the custody of the Hero Public Safety Commission...?"

"Yes. That's what I was told…and even saw the video of their unjust arrest."

"Are you sure you're telling the truth?"

"Yes. There's no way my classmates would do that. In fact, I doubt my classmates would escape given that they were fitted with Quirk-blocking devices…and by now the teachers at UA Academy are scrambling to get legal help to get the Hero Public Safety Commission to release Class 1-A."

"What if I say that your classmates escaped and committed the massacre at several embassies…?"

"What…?"

"As well as killing several pro heroes and blow up the Wild Wild Pussycats Agency office…"

"That can't be…! That's a lie!"

Seeing the shock on Midoriya's reaction, the doctor believe that Midoriya is telling the truth and told Mr. Utsushimi that he should call off the hunt and give Midoriya and Camie a benefit of a doubt, which Mr. Utsushimi refuse, reiterating that the two teens are wanted fugitives and they must be apprehended, and he shoved the doctor aside as he grabbed Camie by her collar, ignoring the fact that she is injured, and there Midoriya, also clearly injured, fought the pain and grabbed Mr. Utsushimi by his forearm, telling him to stop and look around him, saying that his actions are not that of a pro hero as he is condemning someone without a fair judgement.

As the motorists looks on, they noticed that Midoriya isn't even attempting to escape, as well as he didn't even attempt to use his Quirk while trying to reason with Camie's father, which made the motorists feel conflicted as they began to question if Midoriya and Camie are the ones who committed murder and started to believe their claim that the two teens were impersonated by someone else.

However, Mr. Utsushimi uses his Quirk and punched Midoriya on his gut before punching him on the face, sending him careening against the railing which further harmed him, and there Mr. Utsushimi tells the two teens that they are under arrest for multiple frustrated murders and he will turn them over to the Hero Public Safety Commission.

To his surprise, the motorists began to confront Mr. Utsushimi and shoved him back, telling him that his actions are not that of a pro hero but someone who disregards human rights, and said that Midoriya and Camie may not be the culprits as they didn't even try to escape or use their Quirks to fight back, and told him he should investigate first before landing an unwarranted punch on someone.

"Hey! Are you really a pro hero? What you're doing is too much!"

"What if those kids are telling the truth?"

"Yeah! If those kids are guilty, they should've used their Quirks, but they didn't!"

"That boy didn't even fight back, yet you used your Quirk on them even though they didn't do anything!"

"You're a bully!"

"A fraud!"

"If you're her father, at least try a peaceful approach!"

"You're a horrible parent!"

As the motorists began to shove Mr Utsushimi back, he lost his hold on Camie, which she slumped to the ground, as she is injured, and the passing doctor checked on the teen girl, which he is forced to rip off the left portion of her upper clothing, just as another passing doctor, a woman in her mid-20s, came, and checked on Camie, and saw that the left side of her ribcage is swelling, and told the male doctor that so far it is badly bruised, but if she received another strong blow she would suffer from fracture.

The male doctor nodded and he started to apply some first aid treatment as the female doctor checked on Midoriya, and after a thorough check, she concluded that Midoriya's injuries aren't serious, but she told the younger boy that if his jaw receive another strong blow he would suffer a fracture. She told Midoriya to stay still, as she removed his upper clothing and brought out a long medical tape and began wrapping the tape around his torso, saying that his upper body is badly bruised and he needed to stay still so as not to aggravate it.

Suddenly, about three SWAT van arrived, which several men in SWAT uniforms came out, all armed with high-powered weapons and several of them began cordoning the scene as they forcibly keep the motorists back while one of them spoke to Mr. Utsushimi and said that they appreciate his help and stated that the SWAT team will take over from here, which Mr. Utsushimi reluctantly nodded as he wanted to be the one to turn Camie to the proper authorities.

As the female doctor finished taping Midoriya's upper body, the male doctor just finished taping Camie's upper body, and slowly helped her up though she winced in pain while clutching her left ribcage, and by then Midoriya went rigid as something inside him tells him that he and Camie are in grave danger, and the female doctor whispered to Midoriya, asking what is wrong, which she blinked her eyes after hearing what he just said.

"Oh no…"

"What's wrong?"

"Danger…those men…!"

"What is it…?"

"They're going to open fire!"

"Wait…calm down…"

"Move out of the way! They'll shoot you down as well!"

"What?"

As the female doctor turn around she saw the SWAT members aiming their weapons at Midoriya and Camie, and there the doctor stood in front of Midoriya, raising her arms sideways and told them to stop, saying that the two teens are no longer a threat as they are injured, which the male doctor did the same, telling the SWAT members that there is no need to use excessive force on the two teens.

Suddenly, without warning, the SWAT members opened fire, where they shoot down the two doctors and riddled them with a barrage of bullets, which killed them instantly whilst Midoriya instinctively uses his Quirk's Full Cowling to evade the bullets and grabbed Camie as they hid behind a parked car, and Mr. Utsushimi is taken aback by this, as he wondered why the SWAT members shoot down a pair of civilians.

The motorists who saw what happened began hurling angry words at the SWAT members, but then the other SWAT members surrounded the motorists and made sure that no other witnesses are around, where seconds later, the SWAT members EXPLODED, and to Mr. Utsushimi's surprise, the explosion was that of a bomb, as aside from the SWAT members, the motorists who witnessed everything were killed in the process, leaving no surviving witness alive.

As Mr. Utsushimi took out his radio, he contacted the Hero Public Safety Commission and informed the dispatcher of the situation, and there the pro hero is told to find Midoriya and Camie, strictly instructing him not to let the two fugitives to escape, while assuring him that help is on the way, which the pro hero reluctantly obliges, and there he looked around to see if Midoriya and Camie are still around.

As he checked and survey the scene, he discovered that the SWAT members that DIED are actually robots, and there he mistakenly believe that Midoriya and Camie set this up so as to make their escape, and he began to commence his search for the two teens, as he began to kick and shove the parked vehicles to see if the two teens are hiding.

As an irate Mr. Utsushimi is busy checking every vehicle parked in the highway, the scene shows that Midoriya and Camie are at the lower left side of the highway, at a slope, and both teens are in pain as they strained their injured bodies as they were forced to move quickly to escape the explosion, and there Midoriya started to feel distressed as two innocent lives were lost who tried to help them, and the passing motorists who now believe of his and Camie's innocence.

Camie started to sob as she couldn't believe that her own father not only humiliated and shamed her, but also struck her without basis other than believing the lies fed to him. Steeling himself, Midoriya reluctantly told Camie that they need to get going or else unidentified enemies, including pro heroes under the Hero Public Safety Commission, might show up and target them.

"Camie…"

"…"

"We…got to go…"

"…"

"For now we need to escape…head to the destination that Yoarashi instructed me…otherwise we might get attacked…and it's possible that the League Of Villains might take advantage…"

"…"

"I'm sorry…but your dad no longer acknowledge you as his child…"

"…"

Meanwhile, Midoriya and Camie's situation intensified, as Mr. Utsushimi confronted the two and brutally antagonized them before deciding to arrest them…but an unexpected interference took place, and once again Midoriya and Camie are on the run despite the rather serious injuries they got from Camie's father…
