I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, in which Midoriya and Camie finds themselves into an unexpected situation…as they attempted to find a way to escape their pursuers leading to a life-or-death situation…

Ch. 25: Kan'ippatsu
At the office of Rokuweru, located inside the Hero Public Safety Commission, he is seen facing a laptop that has a video call mechanism and there you can see him talking to someone, wherein the image was dark and silhouetted yet it seemingly showed that its appearance vaguely has a round face shape, while his hairstyle, though silhouetted, shows that is framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curls up at odd angles around his head, yet the voice coming from the unidentified caller uses a coded voice to hide his vocal identity.
There Rokuweru told the unidentified caller that everything is going according to plan, in which Class 1-A is framed for the mass murder of many people; the eradication of the whole senate body; the murder of numerous ambassadors; and the murder of top pro heroes using Class 1-A as scapegoats. The unidentified caller is pleased with the turn of events, which Rokuweru smirked, but he asked about the SWAT members who SELF-DESTRUCTED, as according to the information that Mr. Utsushimi sent to him, are revealed to be robots in disguise.
There the unidentified caller stated that this would give Mr. Utsushimi the impression that his daughter Camie instigated this and thus reinforcing the belief that she has turned to villainy, while at the same time he tricked VOLUNTEERS into posing as pro heroes so as to find and apprehend three members of Class 1-A that Rokuweru overlooked:
- Shoto Todoroki
- Momo Yaoyorozu
- Toru Hagakure
Rokuweru sincerely apologize for the oversight, which the unidentified caller smirked and assured to him that it is okay, as this would give him plenty of reasons to make things more fun, as he began to give Rokuweru some instructions regarding the PRO HEROES who are after Camie and Midoriya, as well as the incident where he got report that Yoarashi just obstructed a PRO HERO who tried to shoot down Camie, and there were several witnesses, thus a drastic approach is needed.
"So this is what you're going to do…"
"Yes, master…"
"And make sure you put up a convincing attitude so that the public and the pro heroes would take you seriously without suspecting anything."
"Yes, master…"
"And make sure you cover your tracks and not give yourself away."
"Yes, master…"
"Are we clear on this…?"
"Yes, master…"
Rokuweru then asked what of Midoriya, as he escaped again thanks to a distraction by the robots posing as SWAT members, which the unidentified caller said that there is no need to worry as he reiterated that everything is going according to plan, assuring that it would be a matter of time before Midoriya falls, as more and more in public opinions are now going against Midoriya.
Rokuweru smirked seeing that the unidentified caller has a point, and said that he will monitor Midoriya's movements and make a report to the unidentified caller, which the latter smirked and told Rokuweru to keep up the good work.
"That is good to hear, Rokuweru."
"Thank you, master."
"I will have good faith in you."
"Yes, master. You will."
"Then I leave the rest to you."
"Yes of course."
"Then I'm off."
"Good day, master."
After that the call ended and Rokuweru tapped onto the laptop and the screen shows a map where a red dot is blinking, and there he slowly deduces that the signal shows that Midoriya and Camie are on the move, and checking the current location, he slowly became alarmed and made an emergency call to the unidentified caller from earlier, and informed him of what he discovered.
While Rokuweru appeared to be worried, the unidentified caller was calm and collected, which he wasn't bothered by what Rokuweru discovered and assured to him that there is nothing to worry about, which Rokuweru asked if the unidentified caller is sure about this, which the latter reiterated that everything is under control and that things will not go out of hand as what Rokuweru feared.
"You have nothing to fear, Rokuweru."
"But…but…"
"Its alright."
"But, master…the route that Midoriya is taking…it would lead to…"
"Its fine. I will deal with it."
"Really…?"
"Yes. Leave Midoriya to me. You will do what I'm assigning you to do."
"Yes, master."
Rokuweru nodded and thanked the unidentified caller while apologizing for making unnecessary worries which the unidentified caller assured to Rokuweru that everything is okay and reminded him of what he must do, which Rokuweru nodded and assured to the unidentified caller that he will get right on it.
"That is good to hear, Rokuweru."
"Thank you, master."
"I will have good faith in you."
"Yes, master. You will."
"Then I leave the rest to you."
"Yes of course."
"Then I'm off."
"Good day, master."

The scene shifts at a highway where it leads to an expressway, where so far traffic is quite light as there are no heavy volumes of vehicles, and so far there are no untoward incidents and it was business as usual, as vehicles of different types are seen traversing from north to south and vice versa, ranging from ordinary cars to buses, taxis and even delivery trucks, and so far the drivers and passengers are seemingly unaware of the current events that are plaguing the country.
Then the next scene shifts to an SUV, where a mild-mannered citizen is driving the vehicle, and accompanying him is his wife, who is seven months pregnant, and at the back passenger seat are Midoriya and Camie, who are sitting and appeared to be in pain as both were shirtless and their upper bodies covered in bandages, and the driver and his wife told the two teens to bear with it as they are heading to an impromptu destination while avoiding any checkpoints.
A brief flashback shows that after narrowly escaping a kamikaze attack by robots posing as SWAT members, a still-injured Midoriya carried a still-injured Camie on his back, and the two teens wobbly walked at the lower area of the highway until an SUV stopped and the driver saw the two teens, which it was revealed that he saw the live news about what Midoriya and Camie did.
As the driver is considering in doing a citizen's arrest on the two teens, his wife came out of the SUV and showed him a live news footage of the latest incident where Midoriya, Camie and Yaoyorozu publicly assaulted the police headquarters and critically injured the entire police force before critically assaulting Kenji Tsurugamae, and the SUV driver was baffled as he glanced at Midoriya and Camie who is in front of them.
Midoriya and Camie saw the live footage and there he told the SUV driver and his wife that the ones they saw on the live news are impostors, while explaining what happened minutes ago, and seeing that Midoriya wasn't doing something suspicious like using his Quirk or using him or his wife as hostages, let alone attempting to hijack the SUV, the driver and his wife decided to help the two teens.
Back at the present, the SUV driver told Midoriya and Camie that they are going to find the fastest route to get to their destination so as to avoid the police, saying that based on Midoriya's testimony, the police can't be trusted after self-exploding themselves that killed many innocent people, and said that the place they intend to head to would be QUITE SAFE as there are some people who won't be easily swayed even after watching the live news.
"Okay…you kids sit tight. We are heading there as fast as we can."
"So please don't do anything rash."
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"As of now…we got to avoid any checkpoints. Especially after you told me how you two got injured."
"So try to stay low until we get there."
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
Camie then softly asked Midoriya where are they heading, in which he solemnly replied that Yoarashi instructed him that they are to head for Naruhata, saying that they are going to meet someone there who might help in clearing their names, find a way to clear the names of the UA students who are wrongly arrested and framed, and then expose the culprits and find out who is behind all this, causing Camie to ask if that's what Yoarashi said.
"Yes. That's what Yoarashi told me."
"Inasa…why would he…?"
"I'm not sure why…"
"I wonder…how is he…after leaving him behind like…that…"
"I'm sure…he'll be…okay…"
"Still…"
"…"
"…"
Suddenly, Midoriya went rigid and his facial reaction shows that he became worried and apprehensive, as he checked his smartphone and Camie's, where he realized that their phones had a hidden GPS device that would track their location even if their mobile data are turned off, and then he had another reaction, in which he told the driver to stop, saying that he and Camie are getting off as he explained that he SENSED DANGER and if he and Camie remain here the driver and his pregnant wife would be in danger.
The driver then stopped at a shoulder lane and tried to calm Midoriya down, assuring him that they have nothing to worry about, though Camie sadly said that Midoriya is right, as the SWAT members were able to find her and Midoriya and even tried to shoot but caused two innocent doctors to get killed in the crossfire before detonating themselves.
"That…"
"I'm sure that won't…"
"Sorry…but it happened earlier…"
"Midoriya is right…if the police finds us…and if they are suicide bombers…they would surely drag you in…so we got to leave you…for your own safety…"
"That won't happen…"
"We will find a way…"
"But…"
"That's..."
Suddenly, two police vans arrived and surrounded the SUV, which a dozen policemen in FULL COMBAT GEAR came out and aimed their weapons at the occupants of the SUV, demanding that they come out and surrender, and faced with the possibility of getting captured by the true culprits, Midoriya and Camie willingly surrendered themselves while telling the SUV driver and his wife to stay inside their vehicles so as to distract the policemen and lure them away so that the driver and his wife could leave unscathed.
"Utsushimi and I will try to distract them…you two go ahead."
"Yes…please leave us."
"But…"
"We can't just…"
"Please…for your own safety…"
"Its better that you escape unharmed…"
"…"
"…"
As Midoriya and Camie wobbly alighted from the vehicle as they are still injure, they told the policemen that they are the ones they want and that the SUV driver and his wife are innocent, and as the policemen told the two teens to come closer, Midoriya and Camie did as told, so as to divert the policemen's attention away from the two innocent civilians, but Midoriya SENSED the imminent DANGER as five policemen forcefully opened the door and entered, which Midoriya told them to leave the driver and his wife alone.
However, the other policemen punched Midoriya and Camie on their injured ribcages, which an x-ray scene shows that Midoriya and Camie's ribcages began to CRACK, thus suffering from fracture as the punches from the policemen were HARD AS METAL. As Midoriya and Camie knelt down in pain, the policemen grabbed the two before hurling them against the guardrail before punching the two teens on their ribcage, further injuring them.
Then Midoriya saw the other policemen grabbing the SUV driver and his wife as they forcefully pull them out, and there the SENSE he felt intensifies, and slowly deduces what is about to happen and screamed at the policemen to let the two civilians go, but the policemen gripped the two civilians in a bearhug before EXPLODING, causing the SUV to get caught in the explosion.
The impact of the explosion sent Midoriya and Camie back but the shrapnel struck the two teens on their upper bodies, further injuring them, and seeing the charred and dismembered remains of the two victims who died on the spot, Midoriya momentarily went into a fury and lashed out at the policemen, using Delaware Smash, and there Camie stared wide-eyed as the policemen that were punched away are revealed to be robots, and saw that they are strapped with explosives. She tells Midoriya to stop and get away before the bombs detonate and take him with them.
"Midoriya!"
"…"
"Calm…down…"
"…"
"They…got bombs…!"
"…"
"We…got…escape…!"
"…"
Despite crying and in fury, Midoriya reluctantly listened as he fought through the pain on his body and grabbed Camie and carried her as he uses Full Cowling and leapt away, getting enough distance before the remaining robots detonated, causing passing vehicles to get caught in the explosion, resulting in multiple crashes and accidents, which further caused more explosions resulting in more deaths and injuries.
However, the pain on his body caught up to him as Midoriya and Camie slumped to the ground, laying and in pain as blood dripped from their upper bodies due to the shrapnel coming from the first explosion, and there Midoriya clenched his fists as several more innocent lives were taken away all because of him, and he mentally blamed himself for it, while Camie is starting to have an emotional breakdown as aside from witnessing the deaths of the SUV driver and his pregnant wife, her own father struck her and even proclaimed her the WORST VILLAIN.
"Damn…"

"Damn it!"

"Who…is behind all this?"

"I…swear…I…I will…"
Suddenly, two more police vans came, and out came another dozen cops in FULL COMBAT GEAR, and weakened by his injuries, Midoriya flicked his fingers and did an Air Force attack, hitting one of the cops on his face, and the impact revealed that he is another robot, which Midoriya gritted his teeth as he finds himself being too injured to protect himself and Camie as the cops slowly approached the two injured teens.
Suddenly, someone appeared, a young woman who just LEAPT and landed, where she grabbed Midoriya and Camie before LEAPING again. This is because her Quirk allows her to leap very high. She requires a solid surface to jump off of and the strength of her Quirk is decreased if she leaps from a non-solid surface, such as muddy ground. Her Quirk can cushion her landing after she leaps, but it won't cushion a normal fall.
The young woman is identified as Kazuho Haneyama, aka PopStep, and there she carried the two teens away and managed to land to a nearby area where a van is waiting, and there the van's occupants, about three of them, came out, and were surprised to see the physical states of Midoriya and Camie, noting that the two teens are naked on the waist up, only being covered by bandages that are now bloodied and in tatters due to the explosion earlier while noticing that the two teens are bleeding.
There Haneyama told the three occupants that these two kids need medical attention and that they are being chased by assassins disguising as law enforcers who would blow themselves up, which the three men nodded in acknowledgement.
"Come on, guys! We got to help these kids! Let's get a move on!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Good. Get the kids inside the van before those mechanical bombers show up!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
The three men are identified as Soga Kugisaki, Rapt Tokage, Moyuru Tochi, and as they boarded the van, Kugisaki noticed that Midoriya and Camie are carrying their smartphones and he checked them out, discovering that the smartphones have GPS signal and tracking devices attached, and seeing that there is no time to remove them, he decided to discard them and there a passing garbage truck came across and there he went out of the van and threw the two smartphones which landed on the trashes of the garbage truck as it head towards south.
Several seconds later, several police vans came zooming across, and there Kugisaki saw the garbage truck went towards a bridge and turned left, where a few seconds later the police vans went to the same route, which Rapt and Tochi blinked their eyes and asked Kugisaki what he just did, only to be taken by surprise when told of the reason why.
"Huh?"
"Why did you that?"
"What am I supposed to do?"
"Are you crazy?"
"Do you realize what you just did?"
"It can't be helped!"
"Now the garbage driver is gonna get picked on!"
"And it'll be on your credit card!"
"So sue me already!"
After that, Kugisaki began to drive the van as Haneyama, Rapt and Tochi began to apply first aid to close the wounds while taking note of the swelling on Midoriya and Camie's ribcages, realizing that the two teens suffered from fracture, and there she tells Kugisaki to take them to Naruhata and contact Iwao Oguro and inform him of the latest events, which he nodded in acknowledgement.
"Rapt…Tochi…call Oguro…tell him we're paying him a visit."
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Tell him what the situation is…and fast."
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Good. Kugisaki…drive a bit faster. We got to head back to Naruhata!"
"You got it, Haneyama!"

Meanwhile, the garbage truck stopped at a tollgate as a few vehicles are in front waiting for their turn to pay the toll, and there the cops, in FULL COMBAT GEAR, came out from the police vans after surrounding the garbage truck, which also surrounded the nearby vehicles within the tollgate and began searching for Midoriya and Camie due to following the GPS signal of the smartphones, unaware that Midoriya and Camie are already en route to Naruhata.
The cops threw the garbage on the ground in a frantic effort to find the two teens, and the stranded motorists are appalled at what the cops are doing, causing a mess at the tollgate area, and after a minute the cops found the smartphones but Midoriya and Camie are not there, and as the other cops began to harshly interrogate the garbage truck driver and his assistant, the other cop is talking to someone, and after a while, about three more police vans arrived where the rest of the cops came out and began surrounding the tollgate, surrounding the stranded motorists.
"Huh?"
"What…?"
"Hey!"
"What the heck…?"
"What's going on?"
"Hey! What the heck are you cops doing?"
"Get out of the way!"
"Move it! You're causing a traffic!"
As the motorists are baffled at what is going on, the scene zoomed away where a loud explosion occurred, and there you can see that the tollgate was wrecked, several vehicles burning and dismantled whilst burning and dismembered corpses are scattered all over, whilst the policemen, revealed to be robots in disguise, are reduced to burnt scrapped debris.

The scene shifts to the entry border where the van carrying Haneyama, Rapt, Kugisaki and Tochi, along with Midoriya and Camie, entered Naruhata, which is a ward located in Tokyo, Japan.
Naruhata is a city district located in Tokyo. It's a fairly busy urban area, although the neighborhood is pretty deserted, and there's a lot of old buildings and remnants of complex roads that are hardly used. Ever since about ten years ago when the expressway opened, the amount of cars that would go out of their way to take the local roads decreased drastically, so especially early in the morning, no vehicles come through here except for the convenience store delivery trucks.
Most of the incidents related with the spontaneous villains have occurred in exceedingly confined areas, such as the NR Naruhata Station shopping district, as well as old Higashi Naruhata town.
The van kept on cruising until it entered the middle part of the area, and after several minutes they arrived at a secret hideout, and after making sure they aren't followed, the van entered the secret hideout, and once inside and secured, the van stopped and opened the sliding door while carefully carrying Midoriya and Camie, who are panting and sweating due to the pain they are in.
By then someone came and greeted Haneyama and the others, who turn out to be Iwao Oguro, a former pro hero whose career ended after his Quirk, Overclock, was stolen years ago by All For One, and now Oguro works as a vigilante using the alias of Knuckleduster, and there he saw Rapt, Kugisaki and Tochi laying Midoriya and Camie on two hospital-like beds and then spoke to Haneyama and asked her for full details on why she and the others brought two teenagers from Musutafu who are wanted for MASS MURDER, which she said that she has a reason, though a complicated one.
"Huh? Are you serious, Haneyama?"
"Yes."
"You're saying that these two kids are innocent?"
"Based on what I saw…and from the information that I got from someone…"
"…damn…and you believe that these two were innocent from the very start…?"
"Yes, Oguro…so please…"
"Tch…! Fine. Try giving them further first aid…I'll call a contact and see what I can do…"
"Thanks, Oguro!"
To Be Continued...
Hope you liked this chapter, as it mostly focused on Midoriya and Camie…as they are starting to waiver emotionally after witnessing more innocent deaths before coming close to getting captured…until unexpected help came in the form of the Naruhata Vigilantes. Yup, the support characters from the spin-off manga My Hero Academia: Vigilantes appeared and narrowly bailed Midoriya and Camie out before managing to shake off the pursuers.
Also, the mastermind behind all this appeared, though in a silhouetted appearance yet he vaguely resembled someone based on the description of his appearance (the clues are there if you read it carefully), and that Rokuweru turns out that he is involved in this conspiracy, and now he has a feeling that he suspect that Midoriya and Camie are nearby the Naruhata border, unaware that the two teens are already inside Naruhata.

As Oguro is attempting to nurse Midoriya and Camie back to health, Rokuweru makes his move to capture Todoroki, Hagakure and Yaoyorozu…while at the same time the mastermind makes his own move to locate Midoriya and force him to come out of hiding in an effort to expose himself…
