My apologies for the late post, as things got frantic here at my place and it somewhat delayed my course of working on my fanfictions, which are:

I was struck down with a viral infection which affected my throat and had to make more than a few weeks to get a lot of bed rest, hence I had to pull back on working on the chapters of my fanfics

Last October 15, I noticed that I haven't received any notifications from fanfiction . net, ranging from reviews to story favorites and following to receiving PMs from other fanfiction . net users, and I accidentally discovered that I received some reviews for some of my fics yet it didn't register on my Yahoo mail, so I sent a message to bot at fanfiction . com but discovered that there IS AN ISSUE on my email address and tried various ways, which went unresolved, and I resorted to use an alternate email address, but so far there is little change.

So for those who would like to inquire something or have something in mind regarding the fics I've written, I'll provide you with an alternative way in case the email alert list and PM on fanfiction . net hasn't been resolved.

Now that I've said my piece, onto other business at hand…

Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, in which trouble is brewing, and UA Academy is about to feel the corruption of the Hero Public Safety Commission as they targeted the school anew whilst searching for Midoriya and Camie…

Ch. 27: UA shikichi-nai de no funsō

Vlad King gritted his teeth as he finds Rokuweru's actions as despicable, as he sent some rookie pro heroes to arrest the Class 1-B students under the pretense of HARBORING WANTED PERSONS, and there he told Zolda that he is making a GRAVE ERROR by doing what Rokuweru is ordering him to do without questioning the moral consequences that would result in, reminding him that the ones in questioned are PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

Vlad King told Zolda that Rokuweru has no proof that Class 1-B are involved, but Zolda nonchalantly said that it is not his problem since he is just following orders and that he is working for the Hero Public Safety Commission, and that he is doing his job as a pro hero, hence if the Hero Public Safety Commission deems Class 1-B as a THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY, then he would gladly do what he is ordered to do, since it is his job as a pro hero, and that would mean he would be hailed as a hero and he would get promoted.

"Don't take this matter personally, blood man."

"What?"

"What I'm doing is nothing personal…just STRICTLY BUSINESS."

"Do you realize what you're doing?"

"Don't care. Just following orders. Besides, that's what pro heroes do when working for the Hero Public Safety Commission. You stay on their good side, you'll be rewarded with lots of perks."

"Damn you…you're just a dog to them!"

"So? At least I'm doing something PRODUCTIVE for society. Now turn around and go back to your silly school."

"…"

Vlad King became infuriated at hearing Zolda's foolish justification, seeing that the latter only work as a pro hero just to reap the benefits from the Hero Public Safety Commission, and he is set to PHYSICALLY ARGUE with him, but Snipe told Vlad King and Cementoss to go ahead as he will deal with Zolda, which the two teachers asked him if he is sure, but Snipe told the two teachers to get going as Class 1-B is being unjustly denied of their basic rights, and thus they needed help from the teachers who are supposed to protect the students.

"I'll be fine. You two go!"

"Are you sure?"

"Think you can handle him by yourself?"

"Yeah. I'm a very good gunslinger myself!"

"Okay…"

"Okay…"

"Now go! Class 1-B needs you!"

"Okay…"

"Okay…"

However, Zolda brought out his weapon, a submachine gun and pointed it at Vlad King, telling him that if he still persists in interfering with the Hero Public Safety Commission operations then he would be judged a threat to public safety, and that would also mean that he would be stripped of his status as a pro hero, but Snipe stood in front of Zolda and aimed his weapon in front of Zolda's helmet, causing a standoff which allowed Vlad King to move ahead.

As Vlad King moves out, Zolda arrogantly berated Snipe and said that the Hero Public Safety Commission will surely take action for the transgressions he and Cementoss committed though Snipe said that he is prepared for that and made it clear that he and UA Academy will protect the first year students from unjustified arrests that Rokuweru committed.

"While you only care about the perks of being a pro hero…we at UA Academy care for our students…and we are not pleased to the very slightest what you did to Class 1-A…then at Class 1-B…and you even dragged the mother of Izuku Midoriya just because you deem her AN INTEREST that would be used to lure him out…and we won't stand by and let you do as you please!"

"Oh dear. Then I guess I'll deem you lot as villains…"

"You're the one to talk!"

"Last chance. Stand down or…"

"Over our dead body."

"Your funeral."

"Right back at you."

"Very well "

Zolda just nodded before something surprising took place, as a 10-foot mecha showed up, surprising Snipe and Cementoss as they saw that the mecha somewhat resembled a mechanical Minotaur, where it's right hand have a steel claw and the left hand has a cannon, and there Zolda introduced his PARTNER, whom he named Magnugiga.

There Zolda told Snipe and Cementoss that they are now deemed as CRIMINALS as they committed OBSTRUCTION against the Hero Public Safety Commission and for that they are to be dealt with, and made it clear that Rokuweru gave him permission to use VIOLENT FORCE if deemed necessary, hence he won't be penalized if either or both Snipe and Cementoss get killed since he is just defending himself and is doing his job as a pro hero working for the Hero Public Safety Commission, which Snipe answered back in pure irritation.

"Looks like you just proved it! You only became a pro hero because of the monetary rewards and such! All you care about are the perks of being a thrown at you! You have no morals…while we at UA Academy do! Unlike you we teachers, as well as pro heroes, care for our students…and we are not going to let you do as you please just because of what Rokuweru told you to do!"

"Oh dear. Let's get this over with before something UNTOWARD might happen…"

"You're the one to talk!"

"I'll give you one last chance. Stand down and let us do our jobs or…"

"Over our dead bodies. Nothing more."

"Your funeral."

"Right back at you."

"Very well…"

There Magnugiga roared as it fired a laser blast from its left forearm and this caused the two UA teachers to scamper back as they are surprised that Zolda is serious about inflicting bodily harm on his targets, and seeing that Zolda intend to stall his targets, he told Cementoss to go ahead as he will try to keep Zolda and Magnugiga busy, which Cementoss appeared unsure given that Magnugiga is mechanically massive.

"Huh? Are you serious?"

"Yes! You need to go ahead and assist Vlad King!"

"But…can you handle…"

"I'll be fine!"

"You sure about this?"

"I am! Now go!"

"But…"

"Don't worry about me…!"

But Snipe urged him to go as he has a feeling that Vlad King would have a hard time stopping the Hero Public Safety Commission agents from unjustly taking the Class 1-B students away all by himself, which Cementoss reluctantly accepted and there Snipe gave a covering fire to draw Zolda and Magnugiga's attention away.

As Cementoss ran off, Zolda appeared to be calm and collected, and there he told Snipe that he just signed his death warrant and that he will do his job well and said that the public will accept him as he is doing his job as a pro hero though Snipe tells him that the truth will come out and the public will soon see the TRUE FACE of what Rokuweru has gravely committed, though Zolda is ignorant of what Snipe told him.

"You heard me! The public will find out what a fraud you are!"

"Ho-hum…"

"And you'll never be a pro hero after what you admitted!"

"Ho-hum…"

"We'll protect our students and Rokuweru will be exposed!"

"Ho-hum…"

"Are you listening?"

"Ho-hum…"

Outside Heights Alliance, the pro heroes and agents of the Hero Public Safety Commission are about to load the injured and unconscious Class 1-B students into the van, and there Ibarra Shiozaki of Class 1-B happened to pass by, as she was at the dorm area of an upperclassman and saw that her classmates, who are injured, unconscious, and fitted with Quirk-blocking devices, about to be loaded inside the van, and there she confronted the agents and demanded to know what is the meaning of this.

The agents then told her that they are being arrested for obstruction and for harboring wanted felons, which Shiozaki vehemently deny the accusations and reiterated that her classmates would never do that. It turns out that Shiozaki was unaware of what happened earlier, and thus she unknowingly gets herself compromised as the agents realized that Shiozaki is part of Class 1-B and decided to take her with them.

"Are you with Class 1-B?"

"Yes."

"Then you're coming along."

"Huh?"

"You're under arrest."

"What?"

"…and those are the charges. Do not resist…please turn yourself in..."

"You can't be serious!"

Shiozaki was surprised to hear that the agents are going to arrest her for such shallow reasons and she reiterated that she committed no crime as she explained that she was with an upperclassman at that time, hence she cannot be arrested for no justifiable reason, yet the agents reiterated that they are under orders from the Hero Public Safety Commission to ARREST ALL MEMBERS of Class 1-B.

Shiozaki then told the agents to coordinate with UA Academy first and that she would call a lawyer of her choice as she maintained her civil rights as she made it clear that she is innocent and that she committed no crimes, but then Imperer jumped in, armed with a gauntlet that has three drills and this shocked Shiozaki as she narrowly evaded the attacks, while the drills struck the ground, boring a hole.

Shiozaki was appalled and demanded an explanation for this transgression, which Imperer maintained that he was GIVEN PERMISSION by the Hero Public Safety Commission to USE BRUTE FORCE IF DEEMED NECESSARY, and he said that her Quirk is DEEMED a threat, hence the need to DISABLE her through any means necessary.

"Nothing personal but…the Hero Public Safety Commission deemed you a threat simply because…"

"You're the one to talk! We Class 1-B stayed out of trouble! We've been here the whole time, and now you're arresting us because you think that we are harboring some Class 1-A members whom you failed to arrest? Blasphemous!"

"Oh drop the Joan of Arc melodrama, okay? I'll give you one last chance. Stand down and turn yourself in or…"

"I will not! I committed no crime! And I will call for a lawyer! And better yet, coordinate with UA Academy first. Nothing more."

"Your funeral."

"What was that?"

"You just signed your death warrant…"

Shiozaki stared at Imperer in a way that she was appalled and infuriated at seeing that a pro hero is willing to resort to apparent homicide just to take down an unarmed target, and there she reminded him that his actions contradict what a pro hero is supposed to do, and said that what he did just now shows that he is only using his STATUS as a pro hero to show off and not doing the PROPER WAY, which Imperer reiterated that he is just following orders and is doing his job as a pro hero.

By then Tiger sneaked behind Shiozaki as she argues with Imperer, showing that he is also using his status as a pro hero to use underhanded tactics just to earn and reap benefits from the Hero Public Safety Commission, and there he uses his Quirk Freeze on the unsuspecting Shiozaki, which froze her in place, shocking her as she didn't realized that she got ambushed.

There Ryuga uses his Quirk, Dragfire, and unleashed black flames which set her hair aflame, and she screamed in pain as her hair and head were set on fire, yet she couldn't move because of the Freeze Quirk being used on her by Tiger, and then Imperer uses his Quirk to summon a projection of a herd of humanoid-looking impalas and began stampeding her, causing her severe bodily injuries before Imperer executed a jumping knee strike on her forehead, sending her careening against the gate before collapsing, her head still ablaze before an agent nonchalantly douse a pail of dirty water on her head which killed the flames.

However, Shiozaki now suffered VERY SERIOUS injuries, it is shown that she suffered several fractures on most of her upper body areas, including her ribcage, shoulders and chest areas. But the most serious injuries were on her head, as it suffered 3rd degree burns, and you can see that she got bald due to the intensity of the flames that Ryuga used, and because of that Shiozaki won't be able to make use of her Quirk.

"Target disabled. Put the Quirk-blocking device on her immediately."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

As the Hero Public Safety Commission agents are about to put the Quirk-blocking devices on the unconscious Shiozaki, a very infuriated Kuroiro showed up and knocked down some of the agents before tending to the unconscious Shiozaki, and he became shocked and concerned at seeing the severity of her injuries, just as Tiger, Imperer and Ryuga are poised to subdue Kuroiro, as they are rather pleased that their ASSIGNMENT would be accomplished now that all of Class 1-B are accounted for and ready to be taken to the Hero Public Safety Commission.

There the lead agent told the other agents to be ready as the pro heroes are about to subdue Kuroiro, which the agents nodded in acknowledgement.

"Target sighted. Prepare to put the Quirk-blocking device on hin immediately once the pro heroes take him down."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

"Yes sir."

However, something unexpected took place as a pro hero showed up and did a strong flying kick which knocked Gai from behind, causing the rhino-armored pro hero to collide with the tiger-armored pro hero, and the impact caused Gai to accidentally use his Confine Quirk onto Tiger, thus preventing the latter to use his Freeze Quirk for several minutes.

There the pro hero who interfered turns out to be Mirko, and there she is glaring at the HPSC agents and pro heroes for what they did to Shiozaki, as she witnessed the transgressions the pro heroes did to Shiozaki, like sneaking behind her she is arguing her and Class 1-B's case even though she was not using her Quirk, and there Tiger uses his Quirk to freeze her and Ryuga using his flame Quirk on Shiozaki unabashedly despite the serious injuries it would pose.

There Mirko saw the state Shiozaki is in and told Kuroiro to take Shiozaki and head to the nearest hospital immediately as the injuries are severe and she might contract a lot of infection while she would hold the HPSC agents and pro heroes at bay, assuring him that she won't let the likes of Rokuweru to have his way like that.

"Take your classmate and go!"

"But…"

"I'll handle things here!"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes! Take your classmate to the nearest hospital! Or else her burn wounds would get infected!"

"Thanks!"

"Now go!"

"Okay!"

At this point Vlad King arrived and he stared wide-eyed in shock and bewilderment upon seeing Shiozaki's state, and there Kuroiro told his homeroom teacher what happened a while ago, and there the Class 1-B teacher is incensed at what the HPSC agents and pro heroes did and made it clear that he will not permit them to take the students away like the HPSC pleases.

The lead agent threaten Vlad King by saying that either he cooperate or risk having his professional hero license revoked yet Vlad King told the lead agent to tell Rokuweru that he is in a hell of trouble for harming the students who pose no threat and for attacking them despite being unarmed and not using their Quirks against the agents, though Mirko told Vlad King to go free his students, reasoning that Rokuweru has no intention of letting the students go.

"The rest of your students are inside that van!"

"What?"

"They were attacked and are injured badly, yet they were fitted with Quirk-blocking devices! One of your students suffered severe burns on his hand!"

"You can't be serious!"

"I am!"

"Damn that Rokuweru!"

"Hurry and free your students!"

"Okay!"

Suddenly, the van that contained the injured, unconscious Class 1-B students suddenly drive off, and Vlad King became concerned as he believe that one of the HPSC agents are taking the students away, and before Vlad King is about to act, Muno-sensei showed up and berated Vlad King for putting UA Academy in a BAD LIGHT and said that effective immediately he is terminated from UA Academy, which Vlad King grabbed the acting principal by his collar, where he shook him VIOLENTLY and told him that he rather be fired than taking orders from a spineless asshole for serving the whims of Rokuweru, as well as for prioritizing UA Academy's image and reputation instead of showing concern for the students.

"You listen here, asshole!"

"WWWWWAAAAAWWWWAAAWWWAAAHHHH!"

"Fire me if you want! I'm not leaving UA Academy…and I'm not going to abandon my students!"

"WWWWWAAAAAWWWWAAAWWWAAAHHHH!"

"And to make things clear I'm going to the press and reveal what your incompetence has caused!"

"WWWWWAAAAAWWWWAAAWWWAAAHHHH!"

"And I'll see to it that Nezu will find out what you did that led to this! Mark my words!"

"WWWWWAAAAAWWWWAAAWWWAAAHHHH!"

At the hideout within Naruhata, the scene shows that Soga Kugisaki, Rapt Tokage, and Moyuru Tochi are facing Midoriya and Camie, who are both sitting on the hospital bed while Kazuho Haneyama gave the two a pair of bathrobes as the latter two are only in their underwear, which Midoriya and Camie took them as they are putting it on while Iwao Oguro glanced at the two, as he is still a bit wary as he is unsure whether Midoriya and Camie are innocent or not.

There Haneyama explained to Midoriya and Camie how they got here and once she introduced herself and her comrades, Midoriya stared wide-eyed, as a brief flashback showed that Yoarashi stealthily and discreetly told Midoriya to head towards Naruhata and look for Kazuho Haneyama, and instructed him to find her and tell her that Yoarashi sent Midoriya and Camie to her, and there everything would be okay.

Midoriya wobbly got up, as he still hasn't put on his robe, and there he told Haneyama that she is the one that he and Camie are looking for as per Yoarashi's instructions, and Haneyama blinked her eyes at hearing this and face-palmed, as a brief flashback shows that she received a video call from Yoarashi who asked her to look out for two teenagers who would head for Naruhata, and there Haneyama realized that the aforementioned two were Midoriya and Camie themselves.

It is also revealed that Haneyama and Yoarashi have met before and became friends whilst she agreed to Yoarashi' offer to become her secret informant and the rest is history.

However, Tochi told Midoriya to put on the robe as he pointed at the STRAIGHT TENT on Midoriya's brief, which Haneyama blushed as she tells Midoriya to dress up before everyone here might get the impression that he might be a pervert, which Midoriya blushed furiously as he puts on the robe while apologizing, though she said that it is okay.

"Better put on the robe or your BIRD would FLY AWAY…"

"Eeep! S-sorry…!"

"Oh dear…are you planning to MASTURBATE here…?"

"N-no…that's…"

"Then dress up immediately."

"O-okay…"

"We got girls here so…"

"I-I'm on it…!"

Hope you liked this chapter, as some of the UA faculty members takes the spotlight as they are now facing the pro heroes sent by the Hero Public Safety Commission to unjustly arrest the Class 1-B members, and this resulted in a stand-off, especially after Vlad King saw what happened to Shiozaki, and Mirko arriving somewhat helped matters, yet problem brewed as the van that contained the injured and unconscious Class 1-B members fled.

Meanwhile, Midoriya and Camie resurfaced and are about to be interrogated by the Naruhata vigilante group as they are going to determine if Midoriya and Camie are innocent or not…
