This is set after what we saw at the end of Episode 2X12 "In the Name of the Brother". This is what I see happening right after Rumple makes good on his request to cash in on the favor from Emma. This is very similar to the type of story I told in "The Peace Offering" but a new "scene". Emma/Snow with words from James and Henry as well.
