With the recent reorganization of the Nightmare World, the One Above All, also known as the Almighty, decided it was time to convene the Council of Overlords to announce and discuss the changes. Despite the reshuffling, the structure remained centered around seven sectors, each under the vigilant watch of one of the Almighty's seven enforcers. The 17 jurisdictions were maintained, but the number of domains had increased to 127. Jurisdiction 8 - Matrix and Terminator: Continued to evolve with new technological marvels and dystopian landscapes.
Jurisdiction 9 - Ghost Ship: Encompassed haunted ships and ghostly apparitions, creating a realm of maritime terror.
Jurisdiction 10 - Nightmare on Elm Street: Expanded to include more supernatural and psychological horrors.
Jurisdiction 11 - Wrong Turn: Maintained its domains of backwoods horror and twisted family sagas.
Jurisdiction 12 - Saw: Continued to thrive on elaborate traps and psychological games.

Integrating the New Arrivals
The Almighty addressed the integration of the new arrivals from the Supernatural and Mummy universes. Sam and Dean Winchester, along with their allies and enemies, were placed in their respective jurisdictions. Lucifer from the Supernatural universe traveled to the Nine Circles of Hell to meet his counterpart, bringing with him his entourage of demons.
