Warnings: With this chapter there is a slightly altered version of the confrontation, between Harry and Remus and Sirius. Before the truth comes out, and Severus got the drop on them right now, but this chapter. It has Dumbledore coming back, and a further review of Pettigrew's escape, and the sorting. Chapter 3: Desperate Measures And Returning To Hogwarts

"Cubs we're not having constant pillow fights in the dorms now, so keep it together this year now, okay, my cubs." Remus said and we all nodded smiling. "Yes Papa." we all said together and Minerva chuckled. "We already adore Remus, this makes it all too easy, as we get to know Sirius finally, if we knew James that solves that. That grew up trouble maker, turned respectable, just like our twins." Neville said and Aggie started laughing and nodded smiling.

"I'm seeing your brothers as the boys, as teenagers, they're wiseguys true, but they're getting better, but your brothers have to take it down a notch. And before they blow the door off it's hinges, after Seamus keeps destroying things now." Minerva said with an amused smile. "We lost our focus on animagi training, but we can pick it up there and do both at once." I said and she smiled and nodded. "Baby it takes time, so take it slow, Harry." she said and I nodded.

"We're moving him to his father's house, get the school set up, Hogwarts starts September 1, we start September 13th, everyone. Chosen colors match Gryffindor along with the mascot, so you have 3.5 weeks to prepare, but ministry approved. When in training, it's less relaxed in prejudices, more muggle friendly everyone, so from here on everyone. That wanting a chance to see Muggle Studies as of the late 20th century need apply." he said and everyone nodded then.

"But just gather your robes and books, everything else is provided for at the academy, we are creating the muggle equivalent of Hogsmead. After school activities, are muggle self defense training and activities now, so those of you that muggleborn, you know what to gather." he said and we all nodded smiling, as we did know what to gather then. "Where's the school exactly?" a young cadet no older then Percy said and he smiled. "Cornwall." he said and we nodded.

"Hartland coastline to be exact now, directly on the coastline, so our train is arriving September 12th at 1:30." he said and we smiled at that. "Perfect, we got another month to prepare now, and take the train to Cornwall, instead of the Scotland Highlands now." Mione said and I nodded in agreement. "Well just one week had given enough to time to reactivate his family security, but preparations are coming along nicely now." he said and we all nodded gently to him.

"You have 5 weeks students, so just drop off your summer homework when you go to Hogwarts, and we are coming to remove you after that." A man no older then Minerva said, and we all nodded to the orders. "Yes Professor." we all said together at that. "I wasn't expecting to see you Horace, so you're training the students at their academy?" Minerva said and he nodded then. "Yes, it should help now." he said and we nodded as the hearing broke up then gently.

"Hello son, it's nice to finally meet you, I'm Professor Alastor Moody." Their counterpart said smiling and I shook his hand, smiling. "Nice to meet you Professor, as you know me, if you knew my parents, these are my friends Ron Weasley. And Mione Granger, we're known as the Golden Trio." I said and he nodded smiling, as he looked at us gently. "Indeed I did and I do know your parents, Jamie was a very gifted young auror, I see you're going to best his training in truth."

"And when I get you started in later years, but yes I know his father as well, what his father told you all true, what I would be teaching you this year. Said are unforgivable curses now, so Mione Granger now, as in Danny Granger honey?" he asked and she smiled in delight. "Yeah I'm Daniel Granger's daughter, full name of Hermione, but the guys call me Mione." she said and he smiled in affection. "Lilly talked about your father all the time." he said and she nodded smiling then.

"Indeed I know and knew all your parents quite well here kids, fact of the matter is, Jamie swore me to, if something now. Happened to him and your mother, to protect you son, like Remus and Sirius, that he asked the same thing of me, but this year after your announcement. Is coming to the school is considered dangerous. And with you taking this year off at Hogwarts, I can train you for the rest of the summer, to prepare you for this, before I start there."

"But you know me, my training, I'm not doing that demo in front of you, but just describe in detail the side effects, knowing Neville is too traumatized. And by what the second does, after what the Death Eaters did to his parents." he said and I nodded in shock. "Agreed, we don't need a demo, to see what the trio do, and the third backfired. Because it snapped off the last piece and stuck it inside me." I said and he nodded sternly, realizing that was how I survived it.

"Well that answers how you survived the attack right now, with nothing but a scar, he tore off one too many, and a multiple murder, tore off the last piece, and put it inside you." Minerva said sternly and he nodded in agreement. "It got worse, but I told this to Arthur, but Lucius got out the first half of the curse, before Dobby blasted him across the hall." I said and they nodded in shock. "So doing that it kills the second, before we hit this point." She said and I nodded then.

"So you, Hagrid and dad's trio, mum, and several others, are Emmaline and Dedalus…" I asked and they all nodded gently. "They are and we're the original Order, before we added 30 new members, but our job to protect you, we don't have to tell him everything. Now that you told me you are one, so you or him, it's always going to be you now, baby. With Junior possibly pretending to be Alastor, I need to protect you now." she said and I nodded smiling in relief.

"Then I can only trust you, not him." I said and they and Hagrid smiled at that in affection. "In this case, there's no need for a guard, if you kill him at the end of the tournament." Moody said and I nodded. "In order to kill him here, this is why we'd drop out year 7, if I never figured this out sooner, and I just derailed his planning. But we left to go horcrux hunting after he possibly killed you next Professor, that I have to start destroying them all, at the moment here now."

"Now knowing I am one, after explaining this to Bill and Percy, they just revealed the truth, it left a two way connection, and his ability of parseltongue inside me." I said and she nodded in shock. "That explains year 2 then you never knew you were a horcrux, but you destroyed one, and nearly a second, if he never sent Fawkes to head it off." Moody said sternly and I nodded. "I see this as he's trying to protect his insurance." I said and Fudge nodded in stern agreement.

"Yeah we find out, and he's being murdered by the masses, as we're not killing a child to get rid of him." Kingsley said sternly and I nodded. "Professor, better split the aurors down the middle, half at the academy, the other dealing with the criminals. I can hang onto the ones I find as the tournament, but we can do 5 this year, I kill his snake. And Dumbledore has the ring, though if he's convinced still." I said gently and they both nodded as she crossed her arms sternly then.

"Agreed, we're having him committed for this psychosis of his." Augusta Longbottom said sternly and Crouch and Rufus Scrimgeour nodded sternly. "Agreed, but we made a promise to your parents, after everything you've done for us now. The least we can do is respect your parents wishes, and protect you, as we destroy and neutralize them both. As we do that as your parents best friends, and there are things here in truth now..." Crouch said and I nodded gently.

"I understand on you, that Junior doesn't, as I would tell you to play to your strengths, look at what your friends of the next 3 up can do. Then compared to what you have to improvise, so think it over, you're not allowed a broom, but a wand…" Moody said and I smiled. "Study the summoning spell." Ron said and he nodded. "The last task is an obstacle course." he asked and she nodded. "Study as many spells as possible, and be ready to face down the menagerie now." She said and he nodded smiling gently. "By seeing who answers the recall button, the night he comes back." I said immediately and he nodded smiling then. "Very good you passed my opening quiz now, but hearing from you that you are one, we're all beyond furious he hid this from us, but if Frank and Alice found out. They would kill Albus for lying to us, we understand you were furious you had every right to be. You had to hear it from the boys, that's why we all came for the trial." he said and I nodded gently.

"I think I been listening to you two, Rufus and Mr. Crouch way too much lately, but you know I'm not a cold blooded killer and why would I attack someone. And for annoying me as a result two years ago." I said and he nodded. "That's just the point, you would never hurt anyone, if you were going to turn the bloody snake on anyone, it would be the Death Eaters. Not us, your equals, as Muggleborn and blood traitors." Minerva said and I nodded smiling gently at her.

"Halt!" we heard get shouted out, and I turned and saw Albus Dumbledore. "Can we be allowed to make decisions without you saying yes or no, Albus, or is this just your way. To control us, as we're done with following your judgement, you had Peter in that school. And for 7 years and you never said anything?" Crouch said and he went white in shock, realizing we exposed Peter to Arthur and Amos, and they told Crouch then, and now it was all over the masses finally.

Sirius was freed and Crouch and Fudge undid my custody rights, I was free to move. "You want the playback to what he showed us here, I'm sure you'd find it enlightening. And to what really happened at the moment here, Harry." Fudge said gently at that and he started shaking at that, realizing we realized he wanted him shot on sight, and he got caught then. "You sent Severus in didn't you, ignore the truth." I said sternly and he swallowed hard, as Severus crossed his arms.

"I was only doing this for the greater good." he said shaking and I crossed my arms. "Who's good exactly, I figured it out, I'm a horcrux, and we intend to start destroying them all. You been lying to them all this time, you wanted me killed so you have no rival now. The stone and 150 points lost, my being branded heir of Slytherin, and my handing the diary in. You knew all along, and haven't found them, I just started, and they're being destroyed." I said to him then.

"This must be why Petunia hates you so much, in paraphrase to what Alex told Mark, or, to us, Obi-wan Kenobi told Luke Skywalker, she never hold in my mother's ideals. Should have become a cop, or I continue with my dreams of becoming a track star. Go to their academy and not got involved in the war itself, she was always scared out of her mind. I would follow you on some damn idealistic crusade to my death, like my parents had." I said and Severus nodded sternly.

And he swallowed hard, now realizing my eyes were wide open now, in what he was, and all I saw him to be, was Riddle of the lightside now. "So you see that killing on sight or no mercy is the path to the darkside, I gave mercy once and he escapes with your help. Next time I see him, it's the dementors." I said and he started shaking in fear at that. "Agreed now, Peter is mine, and he will get the dementors, he is our's: Harry, Mione, Lupin, Black, Tuny, Dan and me now."

"I think, after seeing Pettigrew on the map, I told him and he immediately told me to arrest Black, ignore any explanation, so Peter escapes and Black is still blamed." he said and I nodded sternly. "I wouldn't put it passed him now, Severus, you were suffering grief of the death of mum, I understand that, but would that be the mind control spell?" I asked and he nodded. "It is Potter, I knew your parents, Black and Lupin now, same class, we're the same age, son."

"But play it back, the entire thing, after you gave me enough of a blow to snap to, and I saw Lupin, and was protecting you three." he said and I nodded and reactivated it, as we saw Remus coming in. "Ah!" I said in shock and turned to see Remus, and he swung his head up and I got up and Mione grabbed me by the arm and pull me close. "Well, well, Sirius, looking rather ragged, aren't we, finally, the flesh reflects the madness within." he said to him then.

"Is now really the best time for jokes." Minerva said bemused and we heard some snickering at that from a couple young auror trainees. "Well, you'd know all about the madness within, wouldn't you, Remus." he said in response, and he lowered his arm. "I take it that means you got me there." A young trainee no older then Charlie said and he nodded, as they watched him help him up, and they exchanged a fast hug then as the three of exchanged fast looks then.

"l found him." he said and Remus nodded. "Fast question, would you, as the Order, accept the death penalty, for turning on another member and selling you out." I said again and they nodded. "We would, but I understand the miscommunication, you're in shock we understand that here, that you thought your father's map was lying, so this exchange coming. Is perfectly understandable, baby." Minerva said and I nodded. "I know." he said and Sirius said it then

"It's him." Sirius said and he nodded. "l understand." he said and he said it then. "Let's kill him!" he said and Mione quickly said it then. "No! I trusted you, and all this time, you've been his friend, he's a werewolf, that's why he's been missing classes." she told me and I closed my eyes. "Hence the nickname Mooney, and his last name Lupin, lup, is the root word for wolf." I said and Remus sighed gently as he looked at her then carefully at that.

"How long have you known?" he asked her and she said it. "Since Professor Snape set the essay." she said and he nodded gently to her. "Well, Hermione, you are the brightest witch of your age l've ever met, but there is something left out. And something Harry told only to me and that something is I am one of the map creators. And signing it with our nicknames, only one of us turned traitor and murdered 13 muggles."

"And it certainly wasn't Sirius, Harry thought it didn't work correctly but it did, in fact it always has, where did you get this from." he said to her then and we all froze in shock then. "I got it from the twins." I said and they nodded. "Well they told you the truth, the map never lies, when our names come up on it, it reveals animagi and doppelgangers. When getting a better look at your cat Hermione, he's the baby brother to your own."

"Harry, as Tibbles also saw him as dangerous and chased Peter all over the place, when he went rat," he said and she swallowed hard. "You're Mooney." I said and he nodded. "I am, and Sirius is Padfoot, your father Prongs, and Peter Pettigrew is Wormtail, our names are broadcasted on this. When in animal or the double to someone, the map never lies, you must trust me, your brothers now, in truth here."

"After talking to Percy, he said he had the rat since he was 5, 12 years, is a very long life for a common garden rat, you found him for us. And turned him into me, but it's unlocked by a blood relative, of the creators of the map now." he said and I nodded then. "Unlocked, only a direct descendant can unlock all the maps secrets, and I am one, this is a family heirloom?" I asked and he nodded. "Your birthrite." he said and I nodded.

"This is too much, we understand this, but if you decided to not bother going to the village last winter, you get the truth from Sirius and me. And after seeing Peter on the map, it's okay, just trust me, you had all year, listen to me, both of you. I never lied to you three before, why would I now, one year." Remus said and I looked down, knowing he was right, I had trusted him with my secrets all year, the least I could do was hear them out.

"Black, I want you to calm down, I'll hear you out, but lose it, and you lost any chance of convincing me. And of what really happened the night, my aunt and uncle were murdered, if they's that's what they were to me, we'll hear you out." She said and I nodded. "The truth first, if the rat is as you said, instead of death is worse then, you get your vengeance, but you're not the one pulling the trigger." I said and he nodded.

"Wait indeed, before we do this now, we need to see if we got the right rat!"Remus said and he said in firmly. "l did my waiting, twelve years of it, in Azkaban!" he said to him then. "Very well. Kill him, but wait one more minute, Harry has the right to know why." he said and I said it then. "I know why, you betrayed my parents, you're the reason they're dead!" I said and Remus said it gently to me, get me to understand then finally at that.

"No, it wasn't him, somebody did betray your parents, somebody who, until quite recently, I believed to be dead!" he said, quoting my words, of the night, I had a run in with both him and Severus and I said it then. "Who was it then exactly, tell me the truth, who did it exactly, you, or whoever who was it exactly, how did he find us?" I said and Sirius announced it to us. "Peter Pettigrew!" he said and she backed up in shock at that remark.

"And he's in this room! Right now, come out, come out, Peter, come out, come out and play!" he said and Crouch swung his hand up, and I paused it on that, as Severus came in. "So Severus saw the map on Remus's desk now, saw 6 inside the tree, and ignored it. Or rather, Albus hexed him and told him to ignore it, as he arrested Sirius and let Peter go free. And ignore all of that deliberately." Minerva said sternly and I nodded and he swallowed hard at that then.

Knowing he was completely screwed then, as we now, the Golden Trio exposed him for what he really was now. "You better see this." I said and she and Rubeus Hagrid, Pomona Sprout, Poppy Promphrey and Filius Flitwick all nodded sternly to this. "Expelliarmus!" he said and I couldn't believe this, just as the truth comes out, he interrupts us then, as we heard Peter squeal in delight. "Yes, I'm saved from exposure!" Minerva translated and Crouch nodded in fury then.

"Yes vengeance is sweet, how I hoped l'd be the one
to catch you." he said and he swung his wand up and he backed up then."Mione, the duo have my wand, I need your's to take him out." I whispered into her ear, and she nodded. "There we go, to get the truth, knock out the crazed by grief teacher, and we hear the entire truth, yes that's what we would do exactly." Minerva said and she and I smiled at her approval.

As I knew I mattered more to her now, she and Moody, Hagrid trusted my judgement more then his now then. "I'm not listening to Albus anymore you three, you come first, my cubs, I'll hear you out starting now." she said smiling and I smiled in delight. "Severus." he said and we heard his claims and she crossed his arms. "I see it already, you'd never…" she said and Poppy nodded. "Agreed." the entire faculty said together and Severus nodded, and I knew it worked.

"Indeed, you would never help an ex friend get passed security, when you created every entryway into the castle, via said map. Thank you guys, you just created the perfect way to track intruders, once used for fooling around is now used for security. Boys, can you create a second, and pass it to us?" Addams asked the duo and he nodded gently to them. "We can and will Jeremy, we swear it, you the copy, Harry has the original." Remus said and they nodded.

and come to the wrong conclusion. If you'll excuse us, right now, that Remus and l have business to attend to." he said and he put the wand to his throat. "Give me a reason, I beg you!" he said to him and she nodded. "Severus calm down." Poppy said sternly to that.

"Don't be a fool." Remus said and Sirius said it bemused. "He can't help it. It's habit." he said and Remus said it warningly. "Sirius, be quiet." he said and he snapped back. "Be quiet yourself, Remus!" he said and I swung my hand up. "Alright that's enough out of both of you, Professor, they were ready to tell us something." Mione said next to me and Minerva nodded in agreement sternly, as he said it bemused as he looked between them, at the argument then.

"There's why I blasted him, end the fighting, the clock was ticking, we had to get another teacher, and the security, before Remus phased in front of us." I said and Crouch nodded gently. "I understand that, and that's fine, you never knew the animosity between them, to the point to end this, before he got him fired, was by blasting Severus and knocking him unconscious." Minerva said and Fudge nodded in agreement and I nodded in relief, they accepted my choice.

"You two, quarrelling like an old married couple." he said and Sirius said in annoyed tone "Why don't you run along and play with your chemistry set!" he said to him and he jabbed it deeper into his throat. "I could do it, you know, but why deny the dementors?
They're so longing to see you." he said and Sirius tried to keep from shaking. "Do I detect a flicker of fear?" he said and I heard Dumbledore's sadistic words of glee coming out then.

In Severus's voice, as they all looked at Dumbledore then, and we all nodded as he started shaking, knowing he was completely screwed. "Oh, yes: A Dementor's Kiss. One can only
imagine what that must be like. It's said to be nearly unbearable to witness, but l'll do my best." he said and Remus said it gently at that. "Severus, please." Remus said again and he said it sternly. "After you." he said to the duo and looked at us, and Crouch nodded sternly.

And swung his head, before I swung my eyes at him, and Remus nodded, as I pulled Mione's wand out, and pointed, but at the last minute swung it at Severus."Expelliarmus!" I shouted and blasted him into the bed and she and Ron looked at me in shock. "We can discuss this later over him, but right now, you tell me the truth, I want the truth guys. If you're not the real murderer, then who did it." I asked and they nodded in relief then gently.

"Harry! What did you just do?" Ron said in shock and she finished in shocked disbelief. "You attacked a teacher!" she said and they nodded. "He's out of his mind with grief you two, there was no other choice, but not now, the vengeance is sweet, as you remember. In telling me here that Dan and his mother, well Severus was the third member. And of their trio, he thinks Sirius did, he never knew." Remus said and she nodded in shock.

"Aunt Lilly, he meant Aunt Lilly?" she said and he nodded. "Tell me about Peter." I said and he nodded. "He was at school with us, we thought he was our friend, only not, he's coward willingly sacrifice anyone to save his own miserable hide!" he said I shook my head. "No, Pettigrew's dead, you killed him!" I said, pointing my wand at Sirius and he got in front of me, trying to talk me down, we been together so long, only he could defuse this.

"No, he didn't, I thought so too, until you mentioned Pettigrew on the map!"he said and I shook my head to this. "Baby, we get this is too much right now, but this was why I wanted you to hear the truth from him, instead of reverse order." Minerva said and I nodded, as Fudge nodded in understanding, now realizing I heard the entire conversation. "The map was lying, then." I said, trying to hang on to what I heard and from Minerva and Sirius said it then.

"The map never lies, Pettigrew's alive and he's right there!" he said, pointing at Scabbers. "Me?! He's mental!" he said and he shook his head. "Not you! Your rat!" he said and Ron started shaking in disbelief. "Scabbers has been in my family for.." he started to say and Sirius finished that. "Twelve years, that's a curiously long life for a common garden rat, he's also missing a toe, isn't he?" he said and he said it quickly then.

"So what?" he said and I froze. "He's at Hogwarts, you saw the headline clipping saying his location finally, you figured if I was sorted to Gryffindor, he was in the dorms. With me, not realizing we were linked, but all they could find of Pettigrew was his.." I started to say and he finished that to."Finger, the dirty coward cut it off so everyone would think he was dead and then he transformed into a rat!" he said and I nodded.

"Show me then, if I had him all this time, show me the truth, and I'm calling the final judgement here." I said and he nodded, as he grabbed Peter by the scruff of his neck and dropped him on the piano, as he started trying to run. And as they tried doing the reversal spell, before Sirius caught him finally, as he jumped through the door. And he changed back and Severus stepped forward in shock and disbelief at that, as they yanked him out of the door.

"Oh my god, he is still alive!" Crouch said in shocked disbelief and I smiled in relief. "Kids stay clear, this is going to get nasty, he's out of his mind with desperation." Remus said gently and Mione and I nodded shaking, I couldn't believe this. "You sold me out, you rat!" I snarled at him and Remus nodded as I gripped the wand. "Baby, baby don't, we're Order members, let us handle this son." Sirius said gently and I nodded, controlling my anger.

"Get him to confess, I'm the family of the victims ending up dead by him, you handle this, but I'm calling final judgement. But dead the truth dies with him, alive you're free right now, Sirius." I said and he nodded, and as Peter refocused in fear. "Agreed, when we find him he's getting the penalty chosen by you baby, you're the son of his last victims. You choose the sentence now." Minerva said as the Order crossed their arms sternly to this then.

"Ah!.., Remus, Sirius, my old friends!" he said, before trying to run. "Don't let him escape!" Fudge snapped in fury and he looked at me. "Harry! Look at you, you look so much like your father, James. We were the best of friends…" he said and they exchanged furious looks. "How dare you, how dare you speak to Harry, how dare you talk about James and Lilly in front of him!" she screamed in fury, and Crouch was shaking in barely controlled anger then.

As Sirius repeated that entire remark. "How dare you speak to Harry, how dare you face him, how dare talk about James in front of him!" he shouted as I got ready to block the door then. "You sold James and Lilly to Voldemort, didn't you." Remus said sternly and he said it shaking then, knowing he was done. "l didn't mean to, the Dark Lord, you have no idea the weapons he possesses! Ask yourself, Sirius! What would you have done?"

"What would you have done?" he asked and they exchanged beyond furious looks. "We would have died, we would have died, rather then betray our friends!" Hagrid shouted in fury and Minerva nodded. "As we would have done for you baby, we'd have died rather then selling out your last known whereabouts, if you took off year 7, after they over ran the government." she said gently to me, and I nodded, as Mione wrapped her arms around me comfortingly.

"I would have died, I would died, rather than betray my friends!" Sirius snapped at him, as Peter tried to get me to understand. "James wouldn't have wanted me killed, Harry please, your dad would have spared me, he would have shown me mercy!" he said quickly, and I shoved him off me, as they grabbed him and threw him to the floor. "But I granted you mercy once, next time I see you Peter, it's the dementors." I said and our parents nodded.

"Agreed, next time we see him, he's getting the worse then death penalty now." Amelia said sternly to this and Crouch nodded in agreement. "You should have realized Peter, that if Voldemort didn't kill you, then we would have. Together!" he said and the entire Order nodded in agreement then. "No!" I said quickly then and Remus turned to me. "Harry, this man.." he startec to say and I nodded. "I know what he is." I said sharply to him then.

"But we'll take him to the castle." I said and he sighed in relief. "Bless you, boy. Bless you!" he said reaching out, and I kicked his hands away from me. "Get off!" I snarled at him, and said it sternly "I said we'd take you to the castle, then after that, the dementors can have you." I said and he started shaking in fear, as 5 minutes later we were outside. "He ran the clock out, now there was no way to fix this." Fudge said sternly and he started shaking.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Sirius said to me then, looking at the school. "I'll never forget the first time, I walked through those doors, it'll be nice to do it again as a free man." he said and I looked at Remus dealing with him. "That was a noble thing you did back there, but he doesn't deserve it." he said and I nodded. "I didn't think my dad would have wanted his best friends, to become killers for Peter." he said and Ron and Neville nodded.

"We doubt you want us to become killers, if we lost you, losing you would hurt, but knowing you now, is you would want justice for your murder, not vengeance." Dean said and Seamus, the girls and Ben nodded in agreement then. "I get it guys, I understand, 10 years friendship, sum years after my murder, not a day goes by. That you guys don't miss me, everything we were together now." I said and they and Ginny, Colin and Luna nodded, as they surrounded me then.

"That's how we feel about your parents, it's been 13 years and not a day goes by now, in truth, that we don't miss your parents." Sirius said gently for the quintet and I nodded. "Besides, dead: the truth dies with him, Alive: you're free." I said to him, in the clip and we heard him start begging for his life then. "Turn me into a flobberworm, anything but the dementors!" he said shaking and turned to Ron quickly at that as he said it shaking in fear.

"Ron, haven't I been a good pet, you won't let them give me, to the dementors, will you, I was your rat!" he said and Ron said it angrily. "If you made a better rat then a human, that's nothing to boast about, you piece of filth." he said and the adults nodded in agreement. "Get away from her." they all said together, seeing him to turn to Mione next. "Sweet, clever girl! Surely you won't.." he started to say and Remus grabbed him by the arm angrily then.

"Get away from her!" he snarled and I shook my head. "Stay away from her, or she's hexing you 6 ways to Sunday, you piece of trash." I said and Minerva started laughing at that, knowing like her, though she could protect herself. She still needed me and Ron, or just the adult male side of the faculty to protect her then. "I don't know if you know, Harry, but when you were born, James and Lily made me your godfather." he said and I smiled gently then.

"I know, Sirius." I said and he smiled. "I can understand if you choose to stay with your aunt and uncle, but if you ever wanted a different home..." he started to say and I quickly said it. "Freeze there, are you saying you let him escape, just so he never had any place to stay, but at the Dursleys?!" Minerva said in shock and he started shaking. "Those blood wards only hold up against dark wizards, but not inside dangers, but there was no need, it's time now."

"I showed you this." I said and stripped to my waist as they saw a set of clothes underneath my robes. "What are these, these look like clothing." Crouch asked and I explained that. "Body armor, made to look like clothing, muggle armor, it's like the basilisk hide now. But made woven like cloth, but we been pretending all this time, till you had enough to have him shot now, Minerva." I said and she and Crouch smiled, knowing they had enough to undermine his plans.

"Alright we seen enough right now, and the decision still stands, you're being removed from the Dursleys household, and those protective wards can be put up else where." Fudge said and I nodded smiling in delight, as we exchanged looks then, as the twins and Ron exchanged smiles. "But as of today, Albus, you are being stripped of your magical guardian role in Harry's case, he's in Sirius's custody, as of now." he said sternly then and he started shaking in fear then.

"But I figured here you would return now that I freed Sirius from his manhunt, and revealed now, but the truth's out, your last card to play was exposed to the masses now. That Peter was still alive or that Voldemort's real name is Tom Marvolo Riddle, or now. My realization here, I'm one of his horcruxes, and you neglected to tell any of us now." I said and he froze and looked between his old Order to the council, who were looking at him angrily, and I could tell then.

"I'll do my prophecy, but that doesn't mean I have to die, to complete it, you're gambling too highly on, if it's destroyed, before he's going to not keep killing anyone. You're sacrificing anyone to complete this prophecy, did you send Bertha to Albania?" I asked and he swallowed hard and I nodded. "He killed her and created the bloody snake, that's 8, so 7 anchors and him, destroy all 7, and I destroy his wand, he's finished, as I kill him myself." I said and he paled.

As I knew he felt his heart sank now. "You lied to us, Albus." Minerva said sternly and he started shaking in fear as everyone crowded around me then, as Severus said it. "I swore to protect Lilly's son, that's what I'm going to do Albus, even from you, you been raising this child. As a pig for slaughter, and his realization, you just got caught now." he said sternly to him. "And we're grabbing up every member you would use to revitalize the Order now, only we're now."

"Ministry approved, but we can side with you, or with them, either way we side with Harry." Minerva said and he swallowed hard at that. "We also know about the said neglected information, you decided we were better off not knowing, Harry's a horcrux." Sirius said sternly and he went white then. "I'm removing Harry from the school, and his friends with him, they're all going to the 4th school this year, so everything is no now." Crouch said sternly to this then.

"They're just coming back to drop off their homework for that previous summer, after that, we're bringing them to the academy, and we all voted for this. You maybe the supreme mungwump, but even you have to follow the laws, we decided to allow this idea to go through. Only he's not being thrown in there as bait, but rather he willingly decided to hunt down who did it. Who put his name in for us, as we arrest Peter with whoever did it." he said and he swallowed hard.

"I think a few changes are in order, at Hogwarts, least of all, a change in the faculty leadership, as your chosen members that are considering teaching. All signed on to be teachers at PASS now, so as to 25% of Gryffindor, and 10% each of Ravenclaw and Huffpuff. They're all taking a pass this year, as they're just dropping off this years summer homework. And transferring to Pass, when we come to get them." Crouch said and he swallowed hard and I nodded then.

Knowing he was going to try something to prevent that. "We bring our own sweets and food, on the train, he's going to try and drug us, to keep us loyal to Hogwarts. Get our elves, we're having our food completely clean till we leave that Friday." I said and everyone nodded in stern disgust and Dumbledore started shaking in fear, realizing I caught him red handed. "If you been using us, to make him malleable, there's going to be hell to pay." Arthur said to him sternly.

"I'm getting my kids out of that god damned school, I'm sending them to the Potter academy this year." he said and everyone nodded. "Me too!" "And me!" we heard from every parent that heard the exchange between us and Crouch the night of the riot. "Last year of school for me, and then full time under you Sir, I need to watch over my brothers and sister. But Harry just got enough money we can be like everyone else now." Percy said and Crouch nodded gently then.

"I understand, I can assign you to auror training duty this year, before we return full time back to who we are before." he said and Percy nodded. "I'll take it Sir." he said and he nodded. "As for the upcoming event, Harry is going undercover in that, Death Eater trap now. Rather then an Auror/Order trap, so catch them both at once, but I'm getting him in truth. The hades out of there, if Junior is impersonating Alastor, you're not changing my mind." he said to him sternly.

And he swallowed hard then, realizing his plotting was at an end as of that moment, everyone of his plans involved me to some extent, but my catching Riddle off guard. And before his return was my one chance, after that I was free of this bloody prophecy finally. But now, to me, it would not be over till Dumbledore too was dead finally, and all of his real Order. Said were behind bars now. "If I may, I have the news report." Amelia Bones called out to us then.

And we nodded. "This should be real good, me: nothing but good things, you: your names's being dragged through the mud, we never should have trusted you. And with my parents and my protection, but turned to Mr. Crouch and the ministry for this." I said and he started shaking in fear, realizing his reputation was forever destroyed at the time. And after destroying a gas main, on said block, Black himself, under orders by Harry's Parents, was ordered to bring him in to the ministry."

"So we have that story reversed, Black is the Order member, ordered by the Order victims families, if he turns them into him. Go and hunt him down and bring him into Alastor Moody and Barty Crouch Senior, for trial sentence. This is what Dumbledore never wanted us to learn, he was witness to this in James's will. And hunting down the real traitor, so all of us, whose children go there, make like normal, we can't give Pettigrew reason now."

"To start turning dangerous and go human now, Potter is taking the year off, after two action packed years of mayhem, after returning to us. Potter on request, has asked you don't ask questions, because he's in a very fragile state right now. Upon this realization, that his entire life was destroyed, by a supposed family friend. That to him, this is a me situation, not a we now, so let him focus on his training now."

"So under direct orders by the ministry and his bride's father, Arthur Weasley, Potter is staying on campus, and no breaking rules, so normal year. As he has a family friend with him, Remus John Lupin, who is a friend of his father's and member of his gang. So no adventures this year, means more time studying here right now, more time training for the house quidditch cup, and more time with his bride now finally."

"So Potter is too busy in training, and spending time with friends to have adventures this year, a very engaging young man. Though we know his legend, it's behind the scenes he reveals he's wanting a normal life. But until he's free of said prophecy, he has to wait, and in the meantime, learn as much on horcruxes as possible. To destroy them all, finding one already, he's destroying his own this winter now finally here."

"But it's Potter we blood traitors should be putting our faith in now, he gave us hope, one destroyed Horcrux, and he's hunting down the others. Before he kills him finally, at the tournament next year and we truly are free now after that. Only the new threat appears to Albus Dumbledore and the Order Of The Phoenix. Even after Potter destroys them all, he's convinced he won't be gone till Potter is dead, which to us."

"Says he wants to eliminate his competition, because there is no reason to reform now, Potter will send the next interview in two weeks time, thank you.'." she read out and Sirius smiled and nodded gently. "Perfect, that's exactlt what happened and you couldn't have put it better Rita, nice work right now, well Dumbledore, be ready to be tried and quartered by the masses, let's go pup." he said and I nodded, as I left the room then firmly.

Followed by my friends and followers as I left, I saw a furious look on his face, and knew he would stop at nothing to change this back now….

First Day Of School:

Boarding the train, our groups separated into our standard classes, with my grouping talking, before we got the standard visit by Draco and his trio of Death Eater spawn, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle then and we sighed. "Anything from the trolley? Anything from the trolley? Anything from the trolley, dears?" the trolley lady for the normal set of snacks said and we shook our heads. "Two Pumpkin Pasties, please." Cho Change said, and I grabbed her hand.

"Dumbledore lost his mind, here you go." I said, passing her some freshly baked ones from Winky and she smiled and rejoined her friends then. "Thank you." she said and I smiled at her gently, before rejoining Mione, Ron and Ginny and they smiled. "Winky, start passing our school sweets to every member going to Hogwarts, the trolley is tanked by 'loyalty to him' potions." I said and she nodded zapping out, and she replaced everything everyone got with clean ones.

After a fiasco in the hall, I could tell Minerva was irritated then. "What happened this time, if you're this irritated?" I asked her as I helped steady her, and Mione loosened her grip and she nodded bemused. "Peeves called in a water balloon scare in the kitchens and scared the elves out of their wits Harry, but the floor is soaked. So be careful, or it's a case of running into a wall next, everyone in please, the sorting will start momentarily." she said and we nodded gently.

Knowing Dumbledore was furious at the fact I jumped his tactic, as we settled in, as Minerva brought in the new grouping, as we listened to the sorting hat's song gently then. "A thousand years or more ago, when I was newly sewn, there lived four wizards of renown, whose names are still well known: Bold Gryffindor, from wild moor, fair Ravenclaw, from glen, sweet Hufflepuff, from valley broad, shrewd Slytherin, from fen."

Now each of these four founders, formed their own house, for each did value different virtues in the ones they had to teach. By Gryffindor, the bravest were prized far beyond the rest, for Ravenclaw, the cleverest would always be the best, for Hufflepuff, hard workers were most worthy."

"Of admission and power-hungry Slytherin, loved those of great ambition, while still alive they did divide, their favourites from the throng. Yet how to pick the worthy ones when they were dead and gone, twas Gryffindor who found the way. He whipped me off his head, the founders put some brains in me so I could choose instead. Now slip me snug about your ears, I've never yet been wrong, and I will not be now."

"I'll have a look inside your mind and tell where you belong!" he sang and we clapped then gently at that, as it turned out that Colin was right, Nigel. And Dennis, were assigned to us now, as we prepared for what this upcoming year long even truly was. Though I could tell he was irritated, at the fact then, we chose not to stay or I jumped in feet first into the tournament. As I looked at Alastor, I saw what could be considered a fluke, and knew he been kidnapped.

"Two criminals under his nose, boy is he going to get it." I said and Fred leaned forward. "Are you saying that's not Mad eye?" he asked and I nodded. "That's Barty." I said and they all nodded sternly. "Then we need to get out of here, we just drop off our homework, then leave." Lavender Brown said sternly and the others all nodded sternly. "Wait till the end of the year, if I don't make it back, before the timer ends, just wait." I said and they all nodded to me gently.
