Sorry for the delay of the next chapter. I've been busy with my Deviantart account and work. But anyway, here is the newest chapter.

Chapter 6: Fluttershy's Job

After arriving home, Fluttershy, Fifi and Furrball sat down on the family couch along with Rainbow Dash. "Thanks for standing up to Sweetie. I never saw anybody shoot her down like that," said Furrball.

"No problem. I look out for Fluttershy and her friends. Been doing it since elementary school," said Rainbow Dash.

"So, I presume you go to ze same school as Fluttershy?" asked Fifi.

"That's right. I'm a very talented sports player. Especially at soccer as you saw when I kicked that soccer ball at the ones harassing Fluttershy," said Rainbow Dash. Fifi giggled.

"Oui. Eet was funny when Sweetie got squashed," said Fifi.

"Seriously, why do you let that pink pipsqueak push you around?" asked Rainbow Dash.

"I've been asking myself the sane thing over this past semester," said Furrball.

"Well at one point, we're going to have to teach vous how to stand up for yourself," said Fifi.

"Okay," said Furrball.

The next day, Fifi woke up and began to take a morning shower. She sang about romance as she was showering. Furrball was overhearing Fifi singing and blushed. He was entranced by how beautiful Fifi's singing was. After finishing her shower, Fifi emerged from the bathroom, with a pink towel wrapped around herself and another wrapped around her hair. Furrball's blushing went nuclear due to seeing Fifi in towels. "You naughty, naughty boy," teased Fifi. Furrball buried his face in his own towel. "I'm just teasing you, Furrball," said Fifi. Furrball unburied his head and his blushing stopped. After breakfast, Furrball and Fifi saw Fluttershy was packing up some stuff to go somewhere. "What are you up to, Fluttershy?" asked Fifi.

"I need to report to work at my internship at the Acme Acres Animal Shelter. You and Furrball want to come along and help?" asked Fluttershy.

"Sure," said Furrball.

"Great. We could use some more help," said Fluttershy happily.

The animal shelter was in walking distance from Fluttershy's house. Fluttershy, Fifi and Furrball entered the building and reported at the front desk. Waiting for Fluttershy was her manager. "Good morning, Fluttershy," said the Manager.

"Good morning. I brought somebody to help out around today," said Fluttershy.

"Bonjour, I'm Fifi La Fume," said Fifi.

"And I'm Furrball. We're Fluttershy's newest pets and students attending Acme Looniversity," said Furrball.

"Ah, yes. I've heard of that school. Of course they can help since they're more than just animals," said the manager.

"Thanks," said Fluttershy. The manager led Fluttershy, Fifi and Fluttershy to the room where most of the animals were kept. The animals included other cats along with dogs, mice, birds, turtles, hamsters and more.

"You three need to give all the animals their breakfast," said the Manager. She handed the three various pet foods to feed the various animals. As they were feeding them, the manager was overseeing them.

"She's very friendly," said Furrball.

"Yes. She's not prejudice to cats like everybody else," said Fluttershy.

"You know, I saw you were with Elmyra originally. I guess she lost custody of you?" asked the Manager.

"Yes. You know her?" asked Furrball.

"Yes. She's banned from the Acme Acres Animal Shelter," said the Manager.

"Zat doesn't surprise moi," said Fifi.

"Elmyra lost custody of Furrball along with the rest of her pets after a recent lawsuit from the Acme Acres Parade Float Co.," said Fluttershy.

"Why would she steal a parade float?" asked the Manager.

"She was trying to capture moi, theenkeeng I was a kitty. But Fluttershy here came to ma rescue and gave Elmyra ze stare. And she chose to adopt moi to keep moi safe from Elmyra. Not only zat, she was expelled from Acme Looniversity and under house arrest," said Fifi.

"I knew her obsession with animals would land her into legal trouble one day," said the Manager. Just then, Fifi noticed one of the next animals she had to feed was a skunk like herself. This was one was a boy skunk. The instant she laid eyes on him, she fell in love with him and her eyes turned into pink hearts.

"Ooh la la! Mon petite skunk hunk!" cried Fifi happily. She wrapped her arms around the boy skunk and began to hug him. "At last I found you, ma reason for living!" cried Fifi. She began to kiss the boy skunk silly, leaving pink lipstick marks. As she kissed him, her smell began to go off. Everybody who wasn't a skunk began to get their noses tortured.

"Fifi, please! Your smell is going off!" cried Fluttershy, holding her nose. Fifi stopped kissing the boy skunk when she heard Fluttershy's voice.

"Oh, pardon moi," said Fifi.

"Why did your smell go off even though you weren't being threatened?" asked the Manager.

"For some reason, ma smell seems to set off whenever I get, how you say, horny," said Fifi.

"And why were you showing your affection for that boy skunk aggressively?" asked Fluttershy.

"Eet's what my mentor, Pepé Le Pew usually does when trying to woo skunkettes. He taught moi ziss method of wooing," said Fifi.

"Fifi, I don't think Pepé is the right role model for you," said the Manager.

"Why not?" asked Fifi.

"Cause if you were outside of Looney Tunes Land, you'd get arrested cause that behavior is considered sexual harassment. And the boys that run from you aren't playing hard to get. They're scared of your smell and your aggressive behavior," said the Manager.

"But eet's ze only way I've been taught about romance since my parents are deceased," said Fifi.

"Well at one point, you'll have to find a better role model for you. Think about it, Fifi," said the Manager. Fifi was silent for the rest of the day. She did have a lot to think about.

I hoped you enjoyed this chapter. We got to see Fluttershy's job at the animal shelter. Not to mention, Fluttershy has seen how Fifi flirts with boys. Later on in the story, Fluttershy will get Fifi to follow the example of a better role model when it comes to wooing boys. Next chapter, we get to learn a little more about Fluttershy's life before she came to Acme Acres.
