Chapter 8: Attempted Break In and Kidnapping
Sweetie Bird flew all the way to the Duff house and perched on the tree next to it. Things hadn't been going well for the Duffs ever since the lawsuit. The house had been vandalized and defaced from the outside. It was covered in toilet paper. But the worst damage done was that on the walls, various vandals have written in red paint words and insults toward Elmyra. They included "Animal Killer", "Murderer", etc. Sweetie cringed at the sight of what the house looked. "Da house is a mess," said Sweetie. She then heard somebody sobbing from within the house. Sweetie flew to the window and saw the one crying was Elmyra Duff. She was on her bed, drowning her sorrows by eating tubs of ice cream. She had already eaten five tubs worth of ice cream and was eating a sixth. Sweetie shook her head. She decided to take action. The pink canary flew to the open window and entered Elmyra's room. "You keep gorging on ice cweam like dat, and you're gonna end up as fat as your former mentor, Mr. Fudd in dose twee cartoons," said Sweetie. Elmyra stopped eating and saw Sweetie standing on the bed post of her bed.
"Pink birdie, you came back!" cried Elmyra. She grabbed Sweetie and began to give her a bone crushing hug.
"Hey! Cut it out! You're getting ice cream all over my feathers!" cried Sweetie. She burst free of Elmyra and perched on her head. "I came back because I want to help you get back Furrball, Fifi and all da other pets dat Fwuttershy stole fwom you," said Sweetie.
"You do?" asked Elmyra.
"Yes. Fwuttershy has bwainwaahed them all, especially Fifi and Furrball," said Sweetie. She took out a video camera and showed Elmyra footage she recorded of Fluttershy having fun with Fifi and Furrball. Elmyra was horrified at what she was seeing.
"They're having fun without me!" cried Elmyra. And she began to sob pathetically. Waterfalls of tears gushed out of her eyes. Sweetie shielded herself with an umbrella.
"Alright, alright! Turn da waterworks off already. That's why I'm gonna help you get dem back. Only we can free dem from de evil spell dat Fwuttershy has put on dem," fibbed Sweetie.
"How?" asked Elmyra.
"We'll sneak into Fwuttershy's house tonight when they're all asweep. Dat way, nobody will be awake to stop us fwom our attempted wescue," said Sweetie.
"Thank you, birdie," said Elmyra.
"I just need to get rid of device on your foot," said Sweetie. Sweetie took out a welding torch and began to use it to remove the device on Elmyra's foot. Elmyra looked out of the window.
"Hold on, my precious kitties! I'll save you from that wicked witch's evil spell!" said Elmyra.
That night, when everybody was asleep, Sweetie Bird led Elmyra to Fluttershy's house. They were both dressed in black outfits, including masks. "Here we are, Fwuttershy's house, where Furrball and Fifi are impwisoned along with some of your other pets," said Sweetie.
"Time to save them," said Elmyra. Sweetie took out a skeleton key and used it to unlock the front door.
"Now we must search as quietly as possible or we'll blow it," whispered Sweetie.
"Right," said Elmyra. The two started their search for Fifi and Furrball. Unfortunately for them, Eevee was awake and was on her way to get a drink of water. She began to hear Elmyra and Sweetie. "Not in here," said Elmyra.
"Not in here either," said Sweetie. Eevee gasped.
"I got to stop them," said Eevee.
"You mean we'll stop them," said a voice next to Eevee. It was Gary the Cat. "I'm not afraid of those two knuckleheads," said Gary.
"Guess we better head upstairs," said Elmyra.
"Yes," said Sweetie. Suddenly, the lights were turned on, by Gary.
"Meow," said Gary threateningly. Eevee stood next to him.
"Oh no! Busted!" said Elmyra.
"You handle whatever animal that is. That putty tat will be a pushover," said Sweetie.
"Don't underestimate me. I'm not like the cats you've fought," said Gary.
"We'll see," said Sweetie. Sweetie charged after Gary out of the living room and into the kitchen.
Elmyra was infatuated by Eevee's cuteness. "I'll make you my new pet too!" said Elmyra.
"I don't think so!" said Eevee. She executed a Sand Attack, spraying sand at her.
"Augh! My eyes!" cried Elmyra. Eevee then evolved into her Glaceon form. Glaceon unleashed a Blizzard attack that encased Elmyra and the whole living room in ice. "Turn on the heat! Turn on the heat!" groaned Elmyra.
"Careful what you wish for, cause you're gonna get it. FLAME ON!" cried Glaceon. She then transformed into her Flareon form. She fired a Flamethrower attack that melted the ice and set Elmyra's butt on fire. She screamed as she felt the flames burn her butt.
"Turn on the water! Turn on the water!" cried Elmyra.
"Okay," said Flareon. She changed into Vaporeon form. After that, she fired a Hydro Pump attack, squirting Elmyra.
"Turn off the water! Turn off the water!" gurgled Elmyra. Vaporeon then transformed into a Jolteon. The Electric-type Pokémon executed a Thunder attack, zapping the wet Elmyra. "Turn off the electricity! Turn off the electricity!" cried Elmyra as she was shocked silly. Sweetie tried to peck Gary, but Gary was too fast for her. He dodged every strike. Gary then smacked Sweetie, sending her crashing into the wall. Sweetie recovered and got mad.
"Dat was a lucky shot!" snarled Sweetie. She grabbed some knives and threw them at Gary. Gary managed to dodge them one by one. Gary grabbed a nearby cream pie and threw it at Sweetie. SPLAT! The pie hit Sweetie in the face. Sweetie got really mad and tried to stab Gary with a fork. But instead, she jabbed a plug outlet and got electrocuted. You could even see her skeleton. She groaned as she staggered. Gary then grabbed her and threw her at a nearby orange jello. Upon impact, Sweetie was engulfed by the jello and was inside of it. "Hey! Let me out! Let me out!" cried Sweetie. Gary laughed at Sweetie's misfortune. Eevee continued to torment Elmyra. She next transformed into her Umbreon form. She fired a Dark Pulse attack, which was a direct hit on the animal amusing girl. The next evolution that Eevee transformed into was Sylveon. She used her ribbon-like feelers to pull down Elmyra's skirt & panties and spank her. By the time the spanking was done, Elmyra's butt was red and swollen. Gary threw the jello that Sweetie was trapped in right at Elmyra. SPLAT! The jello impacted with Elmyra's face. Elmyra was covered in orange jello goop. Sweetie was clinging onto Elmyra's nose. "Uh . . . hi," said Sweetie nervously. Eevee next transformed into her Leafeon form. She fired her Razor Leaf attack at both Elmyra and Sweetie. This leaves cut at them. It appeared nothing happened. But seconds later, Elmyra's clothes fell off in shreds along with Sweetie's feathers, leaving them both butt naked. The two yelped and covered their naughty bits, turning red in embarrassment. Leafeon giggled at them. Elmyra got mad and took out a net missile launcher.
"Time to net me a new pet!" said Elmyra. She fired a net at Leafeon. Acting quickly, Eevee transformed into her Espeon form. She used her psychic powers to stop the net In it's tracks. She then redirected it right back at Elmyra and Sweetie. The net fell on the two, entangling them. Espeon then used her psychic abilities to tie a knot to close the net. "Hey! No fair, I'm supposed to net you!" objected Elmyra. It was at that moment that Fluttershy & her parents along with Jewel, Fifi and Furrball came to investigate the racket.
"What's all that noise?" asked Mrs. Shy.
"Look who Gary and I caught trying to break into the house," said Espeon telepathically. Everybody saw Elmyra and Sweetie in the net.
"Elmyra!" said Fifi.
"Sweetie Bird!" said Furrball.
"You got some nerve breaking into our house!" said Mr. Shy.
"I only wanted to save kitties from the evil spell pink haired girl put on them," said Elmyra.
"What are you talking about?" asked Fluttershy.
"Don't play innocent! You brainwashed Fifi and Furrball into liking you instead of me!" said Elmyra accusingly.
"What?! I would never do such a thing! All I did was show the two true kindness and love, something you two failed to do," said Fluttershy.
"You can't lie your way out of . . . ," said Sweetie. But Espeon's eyes glowed as it executed Hypnosis on Sweetie and Elmyra. The two were sent to slumberland as a result and were snoring.
"I'm gonna call the police and have them arrest these two," said Mr. Shy as he went to the nearest phone.
"To think, Elmyra would resort to breaking in and stealing to try to get a pet," said Furrball.
"And Sweetie's filled Elmyra's head weeth lies, just like she's doing to everybody else," said Fifi.
"I think you should order home security systems, Fluttershy," said Jewel.
"Yes, I'll definitely order home security," said Fluttershy.
"Just as long as eet eezn't from Acme. Acme products have been known to backfire, especially when used by ze coyotes," said Fifi.
"Okay," said Fluttershy.
Elmyra and Sweetie slowly opened their eyes. But then, they realized where they were. Both toons were in a jail cell at the police station.
"Where are we?!" asked Sweetie.
"In a prison cell at the Acme Acres Police Station," said Officer Prissy.
"You two have been arrested for trying to break into Fluttershy's house and steal some of her pets," said Officer Hector.
"I wasn't trying to steal them! I was trying to save them! Fluttershy is an evil witch who put Fifi and Furrball under an evil spell to love her and hate me!" objected Elmyra.
"Yeah, yeah. Save your fairy tales for somebody who cares," said Hector.
"You can't lock me, a cute canary in a jail cell! That's against Looney traditions!" said Sweetie.
"You were an accomplice of Elmyra, and that's makes you as guilty as her," said Prissy.
"But . . . ," said Sweetie.
"The law is the law! And we cannot change it," said Prissy. Sweetie growled, frustrated.
"I'll get Fluttershy for this, if it's the last thing I do!" said Sweetie.
As you just read, Sweetie Bird's taken advantage of Elmyra's stupidity and has tricked her into thinking Fluttershy brainwashed Fifi and Furrball into liking her, when she didn't. The first four times that Eevee attacked Elmyra is a reference to the interactive Looney Tunes web toon, "Cropsy Curvey", where if you mess around with some valves and knobs, Elmer and his house gets affected by the changes. I especially enjoyed freezing Elmer. I couldn't resist doing a Tiny Toons version of it. See if you can spot some of the other allusions. But anyway, and as a saw, Elmyra and Sweetie got arrested, so Elmyra's in big trouble than she originally was. Next chapter, will show Fifi getting a job at the Acme Acres Country Club from "Buttering the Buttfields" . . .
