Sometime in the 21st century…

Dr. Light: *Whistling* "Well, this was attempt number 5, but now he should function! What do you think, Al, er, Albert?"

Dr. Wily: "Heheh. Looks like our hard work payed off."

Dr. Light: "He shall be called 'DLN-000', which stands for Doctor Light Number 000."

Dr. Wily: "Number 0? Shouldn't he be number 1?"

Dr. Light: "Well... He is just a prototype after all, so who knows if he'll actually function properly? Now, all that's left to do... Wake up, DLN-000!"

DLN-000: "...Hmm?...Who are you?..."

Dr. Light: (beams) "I am your father, Dr. Thomas Light. I created you. Al, it actually worked!"

DLN-000: "And who is the man you just called 'Al'?"

Dr. Wily: "It's Albert, not Al."

Dr. Light: "Er.. Yes, well, he's Doctor Albert W. Wily. He helped create you."

DLN-000: "I see…One more question, what does the 'W' stand for?"

Dr. Light: "That is a good question, even I don't know. Albert, what does it mean?"

Albert: "I don't know. It's just a W."

Dr. Light: "Er, okay.. Now, DLN-000, what should we call you? DLN-000 is no proper name, after all."

But DLN-000 is already exploring the house.

Dr. Light: "Aha. Isn't it amazing, Albert? The first advanced robot! He can think, speak, and feel like a human!"

Dr. Wily: "Yes, yes.. What are you gonna call the robots like this?"

Dr. Light: "I've been thinking of that. Well, they are robots, and they'll be masterful at their jobs, so maybe... Robot Masters?"

Dr. Wily: "Heheh.. You always have that silly way with names, Thomas."

DLN-000 goes back into the lab.

DLN-000: "Doctor Light what's this sound?"

Blues points to an old CD player Light still has.

Dr. Light: "Ahah! That's music, my boy. This specific kind is called 'Blues'. Do you like it?"

DLN-000 nods.

Dr. Light: "Brilliant! Well, I always did have a thing for music. I think you should be called... Blues."

Blues: "Okay, I like it."

Dr. Wily: "Heheheh. Well, this is nice, but I must be going."

Dr. Light: "Ah, goodbye, Albert. Anyway, Blues, what should we do first?"
