A/N: Guys, I'm so sorry that I forgot about this story. It was probably just college starting, but I lost track of it some years ago and left you hanging mid-arc! That was exceedingly rude, and I apologize.

Gabriel frowned down the table. Adrien was surprisingly cheerful, despite Saturday being his busiest day of the week. Hm. Perhaps it was this opportunity to eat with his father, unscheduled.

"Is everything alright, Father?"

Gabriel came out of his reverie to find Adrien staring at him, concerned.

"Certainly. I was merely… surprised to see you so energized."

"Oh," Emilie's eyes blinked out of his son's face. "I've been using a new form of meditation. Just experimental."

Gabriel nodded approvingly. "It appears that it's effective. We must ensure you have time for it in the future."

Adrien grinned back. "Yes, Father."
