Ch.19~ Prime Family

I awoke and looked up to see Ratchet holding me like when I first arrived as he worked. Yawning he looked down at me a fond smile on his face. I couldn't hear the others, it must already be patrol time. Odd for Rache to let me sleep in, maybe Optimus told him about my lack of sleep.

"Let's get you some fuel then I want to discuss something with you?" he stated, I nodded, was he gonna really adopt me?

"Okay, is it new schooling?" I asked, he chuckled shaking his head.

"Not this time, okay now go grab your ration." He stated setting me down, nodding I walked over and poured my ration.

"Alright now don't spill it." He teased scooping me up, I giggled as we went toward his room.

Setting me down on his berth he motioned me to drink which I did as he took a spot next to me. He put an arm around me and I looked up at him and removed my visor setting it aside. His eyes met mine and he leaned down and kissed my helm. Finishing my ration, he set the cube aside and turned to face me slightly.

"Do you remember you and Optimus talking last night?" he asked, I nodded and shuffled closer.

"Yep, I told him I missed my creators, but he said I have you two, you are great." I answered, he rubbed my head and smiled softly.

"Star what would you say if I told you I wanted to adopt you." He said, I stood up and hugged him.

"That would be the best." I cheered, he hugged me back.

"I'm glad you feel that way, what about if I told you that me adopting you meant Optimus gets to be your adopted Sire?" he explained, I giggled.

"Opmis is the best too, besides I kinda figured you too might be bonded." I admitted, he pulled away looked at me surprised.

"How?" he muttered.

"You call each other old friend and the story about the love was about you two right, plus Ja might have hinted at you two being a couple." I joked, he chuckled.

"So can me and Optimus adopt you my little bitlet." He teased.

"Yes, does that mean I can call you Carrier?" I asked, he smiled and kissed my helm.

"Of course, only if you want." He agreed.

"How would Optimus react if I called him Sire when he returns?" she quipped a cute grin on.

"I think he would cuddle you in reply." He chuckled, I giggled as he pulled me close.

"So does everyone else know?"

"Not yet, well besides Bumblebee."

"Bee?"

"Yes, he learned when he was around your age."

"Did you guys take him in?"

"Partially, we were his caretakers."

"I figured he talks you both up all the time. Do my brothers know?"

"Yes, they do, when they learned Sunstreaker drew us something, wonder if I still have it."

"Wow Sunny did another drawing of you?"

"Yep, ah here it is."

I smiled as I looked at the painting of he and Optimus standing side by side servos intertwined. It was so warm and looked just like them even their posture. Sunny was so good, I wonder if he will show me how to draw.

"Think Sunny will teach me to draw, I wanna draw you guys something too." I cheered.

"I am sure he will, but I do enjoy what you draw now." He complimented, I smiled and hugged him.

"So, when we gonna tell everyone?" I asked, he laughed nervously.

"When the children arrive, and Optimus returns." He answered.

"Where is Optimus?"

"On a mission."

"Scouting? Or did we find Energon?"

"No, Optimus is aiding Agent Fowler with a transport."

"Oh, guess he would be able to haul a lot and protect it too."

"Yes indeed, he wants to be as helpful to humans as he can."

"Do you not like humans?"

"No, it complicated, I do care for them I just do not enjoy their company much."

"Besides Raf."

"He is smart boy, calm and studious, the others can grate on my nerves."

"Especially Miko?"

"She is turning into a bigger problem child then your brothers were and that is saying something."

"I know even I get annoyed with her, wish she would be more careful, last time with that dead zone place really had me worried and frustrated."

"She is still young and sadly not mature for her age like you and Rafael."

"Well we better get to our duties soon huh?"

"Probably, you mind running around checking the base, I will check our scanners."

"On it, Carrier."

(Ratchet's POV)

I opened the groundbridge for Optimus, Star was standing poised to grab him. I chuckled as he walked in and I closed the portal as Star raced toward him. Turning I saw her jump and grab him by his waist, he rubbed her helm and she looked up at him.

"Welcome home, Sire." She greeted, he picked her up hugging her close.

"Thank you my dear." He thanked, I smiled at him as he hugged her tightly.

"You two are cute, I knew you would blush Orion." I stated, he chuckled loosening his hold on her.

"You know me too well." He replied, I walked over and rubbed her helm.

"She has been waiting to do that all morning." I stated.

"Much more fun they just saying he get's to be my adopted Sire." Star stated, I chuckled at her puffed cheeks.

"Didn't say it was a bad thing, heh Primus you are quite the little feme." I replied, she let Optimus pull her up against his chest and whispered to him.

"Good idea little one." He stated, before I could react he pulled me into a hug with Star hugging my neckcables.

"Pfft, you two." I laughed, they both chuckled and I hugged them back.

"You need to smile more Carrier." Star stated, I kissed her chubby cheeks.

"With you two I smile." I replied, she giggled and hugged me tighter.

(Miko's POV)

I looked at everyone is shock and saw Ratchet blushing slightly as Star held his and Optimus' hands. Wow, those two were married, how long has Star known? What does that mean anyone else here could be married?

"Anyone else married?" I asked, Star looked around with a small smile.

"If boss bot will say so will I…" Bulk stated, I gasped spun toward him.

"Bulk! Oh my god tell me who it is?!" I cheered, he was in a full blush.

"I bet Wheeljack." Arcee stated, he blushed more and I squealed.

"Wow I want to hear it all Bulk, how did you and Jackie meet?" I asked, he chuckled blushing.

"How about some tales later." He said, I nodded knowing how embarrassed he truly was.

"I wanna hear some stories too Bulky." Star chimed, he nodded smiling at her.

"Anyone for you Arcee?" Jack asked, she laughed shaking her head.

"Not me Jack, too busy." She replied, I held out my arm for a high-five, she poked my hand giggling. "So, who is gonna tell Bee?"

"Bee already knows." Star stated, I looked at her confused.

"Did you tell him before us Star?" I asked, she shook her head.

"I never told him, he knew, I mean my brothers were taken in by Ja and Prower but Bee was taken in by Rache and Opmis." She explained, okay now that made sense, no wonder Bee was so obedient.

"That makes a lot of sense, Bee is such a good boy all the time I knew there had to be a reason." I stated, Star giggled.

"Bee can be bad, just wait till he returns with my brothers his partners in crime, right Carrier?" Star replied, Ratchet groaned nodding.

"They are going to drive me mad…" Ratchet muttered, I smiled knowing that would be interesting.

"Don't worry Ratchet I'll keep Bee out of trouble." Raf stated, I glared at him.

"No fun dude! Come on Raf I wanna see him be funny." I complained.

"I would love to stay longer but I have to go scout." Optimus stated, Star whined hugging his leg.

"No!" Star whined, as he picked her up I kissed her head.

"I know I will return before too long." Optimus assured as he handed her to Ratchet who opened the bridge for him and was gone. Optimus is such a Dad, now this just sealed that idea.

(Stargazer's POV)

I wave off my human sibling left with their bots, Raf was safely bridged home. Carrier did not want me out after dark, Raf told me his parents would be worried too. I was relaxing on the boxes I piled near the human area. Leaning back, I gazed at the e-book Raf put on here for me. It was fun to read some stories, this one was about a girl in a strange world with a cast of odd fellows.

"Hey Doc." Jackie's voice came through, I perked up setting aside my book.

"Wheeljack, report." Carrier stated as he motioned me over.

"Let me guess boss-bot ain't there right now. Alright, I am in the atmosphere, just about to land. I kicked the brats to the back, so is little commander awake?" he explained, Carrier scooped me up.

"I am here Jackie, you are fast. Bee distracting Sunny and Sides?" I asked, he chuckled at my reply.

"Yep, trying to keep them chill." Jackie joked, I nodded.

"Send me coordinates as soon as you land safely." Carrier informed.

"All business huh? Jeez Doc so welcoming." Jackie taunted.

"Just so you know your mate isn't home." Carrier countered, Jackie let out sputters.

"So, the big bolt squealed." Jackie stated.

"Wanna blame anyone blame Miko." Carrier replied.

"Blame Bulk's little girl no way, alright entering airspace see you at the base Doc." Jackie informed and the comm shut off.

"You really don't like him." I said.

"He likes to wind people up and I can be a sucker for that." He replied very bluntly.

"He really does do that to everyone, he seems like an acquired taste." I added, Carrier looked at me confused.

"Human term, I read it in a book it means someone who takes getting used to." I explained.

"Do I need to check those E-books for age appropriateness?"

"All good, Raf gave me only children's stories, mostly classics."

"I see, any good ones?"

"Bridge to Terabithia, though it had a sad ending."

"Sad?"

"Uhuh this girl fell into a stream and died but she taught the boy to love life again."

"That was a in a children's book?"

"Yep, Raf said he read it in school when he was younger."

"Any other ones that ended sadly?"

"No, why?"

"I am gonna to look into that book, type it into the system."

"Mama bear."

"What?"

"Human phrase it means you are kind of overprotective."

"Yes, yes, you are still a bitlet, anyway I am a bit curious."

"Maybe you should read books in your free time."

"Someday my dear right now there is too much to be done."

"You need to take breaks."

"I spend my breaks with you or Optimus my sweetspark."

"Since my brother are arriving maybe we can have a party?"

"I am sure they will start one anyway, but why not throw your own party instead?"

"Yay! I am gonna go grab some stuff to hook my datapad to a speaker be right back Carrier!"

"Be careful sweetspark."

"I will!"

I raced down the halls giggling as I entered the parts room, I began to rummage through the piles. I know I can rig up a cord to plug into the speaker system. I began to hum happily as I gathered the parts to begin my party plan.

(Ratchet's POV)

"Hey Doc, all ready here is our location." Wheeljack commed, I prepared the bridge as Star raced back in setting up her datapad.

"Ready?" I asked, she nodded and set up a song, it was from one of the shows she and Raf watched.

"All set let them in." she chimed, I chuckled and opened the bridge.
