Playing Gumshoe
"I'm sure Breeze will be okay," the nurse said. "right now, he just needs to rest."
"Okay." Angelica said.
"What's wrong with him?" Sofia asked.
"He just needs rest," the nurse repeated, "now, everyone out."
Sofia was deep in thought as they walked down the hallway after leaving the infirmary.
"You don't like what that nurse said either do you?" Camille asked.
"I think she knows more about what's going on than she was telling," Sofia said. "why else would she kick us out in the middle of visiting hours?"
"Are you thinking of playing detective?" Jade asked.
Sofia smiled, "It's a thought." she said.
Suddenly, the music box alarm went off.
"Uh-oh," Jade said. "Dame Skyla needs us!"
"What's going on?" Sofia asked.
"That's a secret, Sofia." Angelica said.
"But what about Breeze?" Sofia asked.
"Don't worry," Jade said to Sofia. "while Angelica, Camille, Brandon, and Slam are with Dame Skyla, you and I will be investigating the nurse's office and looking after Breeze."
"Sounds like a plan." Sofia said.
"Good call, Jade." Slam said.
Sofia, Camille, Slam, Jade, and Angelica went their separate ways.
