26. Chapter 26

Relicanth hummed as he turned around, spotting Toadette in front of the Soggy Pretzel stand. "Hey Toadette. You seem like you're in a hurry."

"That's because I am!" Toadette shouted as she looked frightened, trembling with fright as she gulped. "There's another pirate here in Seaside Hill!"

"Oh, is there really?" Relicanth asked as he leaned forward, holding a couple of soggy pretzels in his fins. "Are you sure that you're not feeling paranoid, kid?"

Toadette nodded as she moved her hands about. "I'm absolutely sure, Relicanth! This time, it's a robot!" She then paid Relicanth a couple of dollars as she took two soggy pretzels then screamed for her life as she ran northward with the soggy pretzels in her hands.

Relicanth murmured as he shook his head. "Hmm, robot pirate... this sounds suspicious..."
