In response to the formation of the Autonomous Republic of Munzo, the Federation adopts the Bardot Policy and applies economic sanctions against Side 3 (Munzo) (L2), halting the transportation of all resources to the colony cluster.

Garma Zabi, youngest of the Zabi children, is born in Side 3 (Munzo Province) (L2) to Degwin Sodo Zabi and Naliss Zabi. Naliss Zabi dies from birth complications shortly after giving birth to Garma.
