At the crash site, alarms blared everywhere. "Dreadwing, damage report." Megatron said. "We have suffered critical damage to all major systems, Lord Megatron. It will be some time before we can get the ship airborne." Dreadwing reported.
"Soundwave." Megatron said. Soundwave's visor displayed the camera footage of the power core and showed a green object smash into it. He zoomed in and advanced, revealing it to be Bulkhead. "So, it was an Autobot who crippled my vessel. They will move quickly to exploit any perceived weakness." Megatron said.
"Surely, they're not foolish enough to launch a direct assault, my liege." Knockout said. "Optimus has grown decidedly more ruthless since our last encounter." Megatron said.
He, Dreadwing, Soundwave, and Knockout entered the power core chamber. "Lord Megatron, as your physician, I strongly vise against this. Dark Energon's regenerative properties are impressive, but the side effects, there's no telling how it might impact the ship." Knockout said.
"Dark Energon courses through my veins. Infusing the warship will enable me to manipulate the craft as if we are one. And together, we shalk crush Optimus Prime!" Megatron said as his optics turned purple.
Intro plays: Optimus, Bulkhead, Cyclonus, Arcee, Jetfire, Chromia, Ratchet, and Bumblebee drive down the highway and transform to find any Decepticons
In Autobot base, Raf jumps into Bee's hand and transforms. Miko jumped into Bulkhead as he transformed. Jack and Elsa jump onto Arcee as she transforms, and they all enter the Ground-Bridge. Megatron points and shoots his cannon as Starscream transformed and fired a cluster of rockets at the Prime. Optimus and Megatron shoot at each other and clash their weapons together.

But when the Insecticons suddenly backed off, I got inspired by my proximity to the power core and did what I do best." Bulkhead said. "You trashed Megatron's ride like a rock star in a hotel room." Miko said.
"We should hit the 'Cons' right now while they're vulnerable." Arcee said. "Megatron's warship may be grounded, but let's not forget that we remain vastly outnumbered, especially since he has added the Insecticon Hive to his ranks." Ratchet reminded. "Then maybe it's time for me to call in an airstrike." Agent Fowler said.
"Or for us to consider more extreme measure, Agent Fowler." Optimus said. A nearby garage opened. "The Spark Extractor? Optimus, are you certain you want to travel down this path?" Ratchet asked. "While I am deeply reluctant to deploy a weapon of this caliber, especially one forged by Decepticon hands, this may be our only chance to end the war once and for all." Optimus said.
A claw extended from the ceiling, grabbed a Dark Energon container, and placed it on the power core. Megatron pushed a lever upwards, and the power core inserted the vile Blood of Unicron. The blue in the pipes turned purple, and the lights turned purple as the walls became darker. In the bridge, the terminals changed from blue to blood red, leaving the Vehicons confused. Soon all terminals were red. "Yes! I can feel it!" Megatron said.
The Dark Energon that flowed through Elsa started telling her something, making her eyes purple again. "Optimus, I think Megatron's using Dark Energon." She said. "She's right. I'm detecting a massive energy spike at the Decepticon crash site. It appears to be Dark Energon." Ratchet said. He lowered the lever, activating the Ground-Bridge.
"Autobots, transform and roll out." Optimus ordered. The Autobots transformed into their ground and air vehicles and entered the portal. Optimus was about to go in until Agent Fowler stopped him. "Hold on, Prime. If you are going to deploy some kind of super weapon in a final showdown witn the 'Cons, it's my job as a representative of planet Earth to bear witness."
Optimus and Ratchet shared a look, but the Prime went through the portal with Fowlee, and the Autobots transformed. "Sweet Lady Liberty!" Agent Fowler said as they watch the Nemesis rise from the cliffside.
Soudnwave showed the Autobots. "Optimus. You never disappoint." Megatron said. Multiple gun turrets activated.
"Bumblebee, now!" Optimus said. Bee drove out from behidn a rock as the Nemesis began firing. "Chromia, Arcee, Bulkhead, Cyclonus, Jetfire, draw their fire!" Optimus ordered. Agent Fowler onserved behind a rock as the Autobots set to work. "Once you launch the Spark Extractor, be sure to clear its radius before it can activate." Optimus told Bee.
Bee transformed and held the Spark Extractor. A giant satellite shaped laser appeared and fired a beam of energy, hitting Bee, and locming him into Stasis. "Bumblebee!" Optimus cried. "Mine!" Arcee said and grabbed the Spark Extractor. The laser fired at her before she could throw it.
"I didn't realize the ship was equipped with a Stasis beam." Knockout observed.
Cyclonus and Jetfire transformed and flew at the Nemesis, but another Stasis laser appeared and both shot them out of the sky. Chromia grabbed the Spark Extractor, but she was shot as well. Bulkhead picked up the Spark Extractor, but one of the lasers hit him.
Optimus was thr last one. Both lasers fired as the Prime grabbed the Spark Extractor from Bulkhead and ran at the Nemesis. He jumped into the air as one of the lasers readjusted its aim and hit Prime in the chassis. Optimus fell to the ground like a rock. A massive shadow covered Agent Fowler and the guns aimed at him. "So much for Christmas in Fiji." He said, but much to his surprise, the guns deactivated.
"The Spark Extractor! Guide ud closer so that I may collect what belongs to me and destroy the Autobots." Megatron ordered. Ona. nearby terminal, a few sets of Iacon coordinates were displayed and a smaller screen mapped for something on North America.
Agent Fowler watched as the Nemesis turned away. "Team's down. Requesting medevac." He said.
Much to his surprise, the Nemesis turned away from the battlefield. "What?! Where are you going?! I said closer!" He roared. "Lord Megatron, the ship seems to be navigating itself." A Vehicon said. "Override." Megatron ordered. The Vehicon set to work. The Nemesis jerked as it rejected the commands and continued where it was going. Megatron growled.
"The systems are bypassing manual contro-AUGH!" The Vehicon was electrocuted to death. The room fell into silence, until Knockout broke it. "It appears the ship now possesses a will of its own!" He said. "Impossible! Trace the problem to its source, and fix it!" Megatron barked.
"Do not tamper with my systems. This will be your only warning!" A mich deper and raggwd voice said. "Warning?!" Megatron asked in disbelief. "My mission assumes priority. Any Cybertronian who interferes will be neutralized." The voice threatened.
"My own vessels dares to address me on threatening tones?!" Megatron growled. Soundwave pointed at one of the terminals as it beeped. "It also seems to be doing a better job of decoding the Project Iacon Database than we were. It's already deciphered a new set of coordinates." Knockout said.
Soundwave's visor beeped. "And judging by our current course, that is precisely where the ship is headed." Dreadwing observed. "As I desire. You see? This warship is nothing more than an extension of my very will." Megatron said. "Your will is nothing! The Iacon artifact will belong to me." The Nemesis said.
"I am Lord Megatron! I command you to cease operations!" Megatron ordered. "You are no longer in command." The Nemesis said, and begun to emitt a painful sonic frequency through the Dark Energon connection at Megatron, making him fall to his knees, and Knockout ran to him.
"Regain control of this vessel by any means necessary." Megatron panted. Soundwave extended his tentacles to hack into the controls, but electricity traveled up the tentacles and Soundwave fell into Stasis Lock. "All hands, cut power to the mainframe, and disconnect data relays now!" Megatron commanded.
Dreadwing led a platoon of Vehicons to the power core as a fence of lasers formed and moved down the hall. Dreadwing and the Vehicons turned a corner but were struck by the fence. Another fence formed, moved down another hall, and struck the Insecticons, as well as the remaining Vehicons.
The Autobots were trapped in weird poses. "They're alive. But I've never encountered this form of Stasis Lock." Ratchet said. "The 'Cons are crossing the Atlantic, making a beeline for North America." Agent Fowler said. "Wait, we can track them?" Jack asked. "Why aren't they cloaked as usual?" Raf asked. "None of this makes a lick of sense. They had us in the crosshairs, but the 'Cons just took off." Agent Fowler said.
"They even bailed on that Spark Extractor thingy." Miko added. "Well, if the ship isn't cloaked, maybe the communications relay is open. And -" Jack started. "Yep, yep. Are you suggesting that we just call Megatron and ask him what's happening up there?" Ratchet questioned.
Jack, Miko, Raf, Elsa, and Anna shrug at him. Ratchet looks at Agent Fowler who shrugs as well.
Back on the Nemesis, Knockout entered a room where another set of coordinates were displayed. "Lord Megatron, the computer has decrypted a second set of coordinates. Perhaps we should permit it to contin-AHH!" Knockout was shot from behind. "I do not require permission." The Nemesis said.
"Autobot Outpost Omega 1 to Decepticon waeship. Megatron, please respond." Ratchet said.
Megatron ran through the Nemesis, punching Vehicons away as he entered the power core. "This mutiny ends now!" A laser apleared from behind and shot him.
"Megatron?" Ratchet amsed again. Soon, his call was answered, but it was the Nemesis. "Megatron has been relieved of his command." It said. "Who is this?" Ratchet asked. "Who is this?" The Nemesis echoed. "Have you taken control of the Decepticon vessel?" Ratchet asked. "I am the vessel! Any Cybertronian who interferes with my mission will be neutralized." The Nemesis displayed images of the frozen Decepticons.
"What mission?" Ratchet asked. "Priority 1: Decrypt Iacon Database and recover Decepticon technology." The Nemesis said. "For what purpose?" Ratchet asked. The Nemesis hung up. "It hung up? Rude." Miko said. "Rude?! There's a giant spaceship flying around collecting Decepticon weapons of mass destruction!" Agent Fowler snapped.
"A giant spaceship filled with unmoving Decepticons." Elsa said. "Point?" Agent Fowler asked. "This could be our only chance to slip aboard and download the Iacon Database." Jack said. "So Optimus can decode it." Raf said. "Ingenious. I will infiltrate the Decepticon warship." Ratchet volunteered.
"Bad idea. You saw what it did to the Decepticons." Elsa reminded. "And probably Megatron too." Raf said. "And Team Prime." Miko said. "But that tub ahd me dead to rights, and I'm still breathing." Agent Fowler said. "The ship may be blind to humans." Jack said. "Very well, Agent Fowler. But at the first sign of trouble, I am bridging you right back here." Ratchet said.
"Now in order to download the database, you will need a compatible transfer drive." Ratchet held up the drive. "A what?" Agent Fowler asked. "He'll also need tech support." Raf said. "And backup." Miko added.
A portal opened and all humans boarded the Nemesis. This was the last place Elsa would ever dream of visiting again. "This is amazing!" Anna shouted as she giggled and danced around the area. "Anna, quiet." Jack said. "Fowler to base, we're in." Agent Fowler said.
"Good. Their data core should be accessible from any console." Ratchet said. The humans turned a corner, and Raf gulped. "H-here's one." He stanmered. Miko ran up to Knockout and punched his pede. "Doc Knock is knocked out!" She said. "Look. The ship's decoded two sets of Iacon coordinates." Raf said. Then a third set appeared. "Three." Raf corrected himself.
"Let's hurry." Elsa said. Agent Fowler helped Raf climb on Knockout and they jumped onto the terminal. "There's the port." Raf said. Agent Fowler inserted the drive into the port and the download began. Then a beeping got their attention. "Um. Why is the warship heading for Manhattan?" Jack asked.
The waypoint kn Manhattan blinked with the first coordinates. "Because that's where the furst set of coordinates are located." Raf said. "What would a relic from Cybertron be doing in the Big Apple?" Agent Fowler asked. "The Iacon Relics landed on Earth eons ago, Agent Fowler. Long before the city was built atop it." Ratchet said.
"Which means if the ship wants this one, it may have to move some buildings out of the way." Jack said. "Our mission just got complicated. How do we deter this ship?" Agent Fowler asked as Jack, Miko, Elsa, and Anna climb up onto the terminal. "I would advise disabling the navigation module. Call up the main navigation menu." Ratchet instructed.
"There." Raf pointed. "Step aside, son." Agent Fowler said. He touched the keyboard, but was electrocuted and fell off the terminal. "Agent Fowler!" Jack cried. Agent Fowler groaned and passed out. "System access detected. Interference will not be tolerated!" The Nemesis said. "There!" Raf said. A camera lowered from the ceiling. "Hey! Stop!" Elsa commanded as her eyes turned purple again.
"What are you doing?" Jack asked. "Megatron can control the dead. Maybe I can control the Nemesis. Stop going to Manhattan. Leave North America alone." Elsa said. "Who said that?! I can hear and feel you, but I cannot see you!" The Nemesis said. "It is I, Elsa! Leave the relic thing alone! Don't hurt my friends!" Elsa commanded. "You are NOT in command!" The Nemesis emitted another painful sonic frequency, making Elsa fall to the ground. "Elsa!" Jack said, alarmed. "I'm fine." Elsa said as soon as it stopped.
"Reveal yourselves!" The Nemesis continued scanning for them. "It doesn't see us!" Miko said. "Yet. The shio must not be scanning for carbon-based lifeforms. But once it widens its search parameters," Ratchet started. "We're all dead." Elsa finished.
"I'm bridging you back." Ratchet said. "No. There are millions of lives at stake in New York, and us kids are currently the only thing who can do anything about it." Jack said. "You're put of your element, Jack. These readings, the ship's rapid recovery, Elsa attemtping to control it with her own Dark Energon, and got hurt in return all point to the fact that Megatron employed Dark Energon to repair it." Ratchet said.
"So, that's why I felt it." Elsa said as they jumped down. "Hold on, if you're saying the ship is fueled by Dark Energon, we can dump it, right?" Jack asked. "Hmm. You'll need to reverse the warship's Energon infuser." Ratchet said. "I can lead us there." Elsa said. "Follow Elsa. She should be able to take you to the power core." Ratchet said.
The kids follow Elsa as she ran through the warship, the growing feeling of the core within her heart. She led them to a large room with towering stacks of Energon canisters around them, even a few Dark Energon containers as well. The kids yelp when normal colored eyes and purple eyes landed on a frozen Megatron. "Megatron had the same idea." Jack said.
"Then we're on the right track." Raf said. "The Energon ejection valve can only be operated manually." Ratchet said. "MANUALLY?!" Jack, Miko, Raf, and Elsa said together. "What's manually?" Anna asked. They looked fearfully at the warlord. "Give me a boost." Jack said. He and Elsa climbed up Megatron, slid off his shoulde, and landed on the core. They both pushed against the lever. But with Megatron's servo blocking it, their attempts were futile.
What they didn't know was the Nemesis was atill looking for them. "I am infested with alien lifeforms!" It growled. Uh, oh! We just got made!" Miko said. The claw attacked them, forcing them to run for the Energon canisters. "We gotta help them!" Elsa said. "It hurt you before, and if you freeze it, it will hurt you again. I got this!" Jack said.
The kids ran to the next Energon canister cluster as the claw chased them. It shoved boxes aside, until it found them. "Help!" Anna cried. "All parasites will be eradicated!" The Nemesis declared. "Hey! Over here!" Jack yelled. The claw turned around.
"Jack, no!"
"Jackie!"
"Run for it!" Miko, Raf, and Anna yell. The claw bashed at Jack but hit floor. "Too slow!" Jack teased, and the claw appeared in front of him. Elsa creates a purple snow pile and jumps into it. "Come get us!" She teased. Jack looked at Megatron as the claw lunged at him, he dived through the claws and it hits Megatron's leg. The warlord fell back, taking the lever with him. Elsa pushed Jack out of the way, before they could be crushed.
The purple in the pipes was replaced with blue. "Critical power drain." The Nemesis sputtered. The claw lunged at Jack and Elsa again. "I am... in... command!" The claw turned back and faced the core. "Prepare to be... neutralized.." The Nemesis' mind went offline. All the terminals in the warship return to blue.
The Blood of Unicron was then ejected out of the machine, and Megatron came to. "Run!" Jack said. The kids took off and ran off. The Autobots fell out of Stasis. "Thank the Allspark." Ratchet said. The monitor beeped. "Ratchet, fire up the Ground-Bridge!" Jack said as they ran past waking Vehicons.
"On your feet, soldier!" Miko said as she helped Agent Fowler up. "And beavers, and ducks, and walnuts, and Grandma." He mumbled and Miko accidentally dropped him. "That's all that's been downloaded?!" Jack asked as he looked at the now blue monitor. "The Iacon file must be huge." Raf said.
A Ground-Bridge opened behind them. "Sweet! Come on! Here's our ride!" Miko said as she and Raf helped Agent Fowler up as Anna ran into the portal. "Jackie?" Elsa asked when she saw Jack stare at the terminal. "Get Fowler out of here. Some is better than nothing. I'm not leaving without that drive." Jack said and the kids entered the portal.
Jack climbed on Knockout and onto the terminal, then tried to pull the drive out, but failed. Knockout smiled behind him, and Jack noticed then fell onto his back as Knockout changed his servo for a drill. "Say 'Ahh'." He said. "I'm here to offer a second opinion!" Ratchet said from behind and punched Knockout. He picked up Jack and grabbed the drive, then ran into the portal as Megatron stormed into the area.
"Lord Megatron, I -" Knockout started. "You let them escape?! With vital intelligence?!" The warlord shrieked when he saw what was downloaded.
"The download of the Iacon Database may have been incomplete, but we now possess four sets of coordinates decoded by the ship." Ratchet said. "Then we must act quickly. For Megatron possesses the same four sets, and he will not hesitate to obtain the potential doomsday devices which lie at the site of each." Optimus said.
The Nemesis was already en route to Manhattan.
